This chapter is incomplete. I may have noted some formatting issues here. This chapter is meant to represent the years from 2015 to 2030 in the form of short reports. I haven't been able to quite get the formatting where I wanted it visually, nor the timeline just perfect. At this point, I've written two chapters beyond this. I'm posting this as a placeholder so as not to delay the story going forward.
