“Sir, we captured the creatures. One is wounded but she’ll be alright,” reported Jackson

“She?” questioned Lee.

“Yes a she. They seem to be ponies and from what our scouts gathered, they are a peaceful race and speak perfect English."

“Well… in that case. Bring me one of those ponies that you captured,” Commanded Lee. “Make sure that the wounded one is being taken care of. Medically. I don’t want these creatures to hate us just yet.”

“As you wish my Autarch.”

Twilight and her friends were being held in what appeared to be a cage. Applejack was still on the ground in pain front her front leg. Rainbow ‘s wings was tied to her sides with a type of metal rope and had what looked to be like a muzzle over her mouth to basically shut her up. To tell you the truth, she looked very pissed that she was beaten by people who wear masks.

Rarity was still out and Pinkie was helping Fluttershy cope with her shock and awe of the scary creatures she encountered that night. It was now morning when finally one of the creatures walked up the cage.

“You, the purple one, you are to come with me,” said one of the creatures walking up to the cage. “As for you orange one, you are to go with Private Bradley. "

“Where are you taking her?” blurted Twilight with great worry.

“None of your damned business!” shouted the creature making Twilight fringe. “You be a good Pony and follow me.” The creature said again.

Twilight knew she had no choice but of course she followed the creature when the door of the cage opened. She watched as Bradley walked in and grabbed Applejack causing her to scream in pain until she was up and over the creature’s shoulder.

Applejack was in pain from this Bradley grabbing her bad leg and pulling her up onto its shoulder. It felt like ages while the creature walked to this some type of structure in the middle of the clearing. Before she could say a word, the creature tossed her to the ground and left. But before it got very far, another creature yelled at the one who dropped her to the ground.

“What the hell are you doing Private? The Autarch said he wanted her healed, not more injured you idiot. If she died he'd make us chop off our own heads!” The creature shouted.

This new creature turned to face Applejack. “Hello, I’m Doctor Clarkson, field medic first class. Now let’s look at your leg.”

Applejack lifted her leg so the Doctor can inspect it. The bleeding had stopped for some time but it was still quite very painful.

“You’re very lucky that the scout that shot you. Good thing he knew what he was doing, miss...?”

“Applejack. How am ah lucky? Ah got hit by Celestia knows what and ended up captured and-” Applejack was interrupted by the pain as the Doctor inserted something in her wound and pulled out the piece of metal that was lodged in her leg.

“If this was a little bit to the left, your leg would of had to be amputated,” said the Doctor as he applied pressure to the now bleeding wound. “Sorry, I know you’re in pain and all but that’s all I can do. If I gave you pain medicine, it may kill you since it’s designed for Humans not horses.”

“I’m not a horse, I’m, a pony,” gritted Applejack through her teeth from the pain.

“Still, the dosage could be too great and could easily end up killing you within seconds.”

Twilight followed the creature to the center of the clearing to come face to face with what seemed to be these creatures leader. No fur, only a mane and seemed to be dressed quite nicely. “Jackson, you may leave.” Said the Creature looking at the one that leader her here. Then it looked to her. “Come over here and sit down miss…”

“Twilight Sparkle, and why? You foalnapped us, hurt one of my friends. Heck you-”

“Miss Twilight, calm down. I’ll get to that in due time. I’m Lee Visari, Autarch of the Helghast People,” said Lee. “I apologize for any traumatic damage. See, when we landed here, we were attacked by those lion things.”

“Manticors.” inserted Twilight

“Manticors…I lost almost half of my force to those things and we didn’t know if you and your group were hostile or friendly. My captain stated that one of your friends was shot and is being treated by our field Doctor. As for your friends, they will be freed when we are done talking.”

With the knowledge that her friends will be safe, Twilight started to have questions popping in her head. “Where are you from? What’s is the name of your species? How did you get here?” asked Twilight with a million questions per minute.
Lee was forced to place his hand up to make Twilight stop asking so many questions at once. “My species are called Helghast. My People and I were originally were Humans until the first Solar War.”

“Solar what?” asked Twilight?

“Solar War. My ancestors originated from Earth. Before the Solar war, All humans lived on Earth. There was several Nations across the world back then until the resources started drying up. Then a Massive war broke out ravaging the whole planet until there was nothing left. The United Colonel Nations was set up to colonize the stars. The first wave of new colonist disappeared that was heading to two distinct planets in the Alpha Centari System. With the loss of those ships, the UCN opened the planets for bidding the Helghast Corporation bought out both of the Planets.”

“Helghast Corporation? I thought that Helghast was the name of your species.” Asked Twilight

“Well, it is. But back then it was a company name,” replied Lee. “The Corporation colonized those two planets in the Alpha Centary System. Veta lush and life like, more like this planet and Helghan was habitual but harsh planet. With owning both planets, the corporation became rich beyond your wildest dream from the trade and travel industry until the USN became jealous and invaded Veta causing my people to flee to Helghan and colonized Helghan. The planet changed us and mutated us. Under our new Leader, Scolar Visari, we reformed our armies to retake Veta to stop them launching an attack on our new home. Sadly we failed and with an impending invasion, my uncle Scolar Visari sent me and another wave of colonist to live on and keep the Heghast Spirit alive.”

Twilight didn't know what to think. These people ran from chaos and decay with nowhere to go and nothing to call home. “I’m sorry. But I can’t just give you land. That has to go through the Princess. But with due time, we should be able to help you in your time of need.”

“Thank you Twilight. We’ll free your friends and return to our ship in orbit,” said Lee with a cheerful tone of voice. “Here, you’ll need this to communicate to us when you need to.”

Lee handed Twilight a communicator “Press this button when you have an answer from your leader.” Said Lee as Twilight grabbed it with her magical aura before she turned to leave

“Jackson. I want those six ponies to be released. I’m sure our new found friend would be more than help on colonizing this Planet.”

“Right away sir.”

As Twilight was returned to her friends, the cage door open to allow her friends to leave. Rarity finally awoke scuffing on how tacky these creatures’ uniform was and wanted the fashion disaster to disappear from her sight. “Let’s get out of here as soon as possible when they return Applejack from getting her leg healed. “

It wasn’t a long wait though as Applejack cam trotting back with her healed leg. To her, her leg felt never better than before. Even though it was a little bit heavier than before but that war from the medicine the doctor inserted to keep the infection away that the bullet may cause.

As the Ponies left the clearing Lee ordered his troop onto the shuttle and to return to the fleet above awaiting the message from Twilight Sparkle.
