All Ed could feel right now was pain running through his body along with adrenaline as he hanged off a railing that was half broken as one side seemed to be loose. Ed tried to slow down time with his eyes but couldn't as he felt a sudden pain in the back of his head. He let out a groan as he gripped the railing even harder. After a while he shook it off and slowly looked up seeing that the pink little filly was still there. Ed called out to her.

"Hey kid you alright!" He yelled as he saw her struggling with trying to get up on the seat of the vertical train.

She grunted before looking down at him between her arms. "Its Diamond Tiara! Diamond-" She stopped as Ed saw her suddenly shift slightly. Ed looked from her to the seat and saw it slowly coming loose as the filly struggled more. Ed knew she was going to fall and had to react fast. Not wasting anytime Ed quickly swung his feet back as far as he could before swinging them forward to the point where he move his whole body up and above the pole as he spun with momentum. He quickly put his feet on the railing and looked up just in time to see Diamond Tiara falling.

"Celestia help -" She didn't get to finish as Ed caught her mid sentence.

"I gotcha I gotcha" He said as he held the girl in his arms like a Princess.

"Th-Thanks" She said as she looked up at the train then down at the death awaiting them below. She quickly hugged Ed and closed her eyes. "I don't wanna die!" She cried as she buried her face in to Ed's chest.

Ed just held her tight before feeling the train move, almost causing Ed to fall as it shifted slightly down. Ed just positioned the filly on his back as she grabbed onto his neck. "We gotta move and now" He said calmly as he heard a small "Okay" from the filly.

He started moving along the railing as he moved to the left side of the train where the railing still looked intact. As he made it to the side of the train he saw that there wasn't anything he could grab to climb up. Not wanting to move to the other side as the clock was ticking Ed sighed and clapped his hands.

"Whatever you see right now you keep a secret alright kid" He said as he heard another small okay from the filly.

"Please work"

With that Ed placed his hand on the side of the train making a small light appear as part of the train glowed. When the glow disappeared a ladder was there leading all the way up too the top of the train. Ed looked at the transmutation and smiled as it was his first one he did ever since he's been training with the strange man from his watch. Ed quickly wiped the look on his face and reached out to the ladder grabbing hold of it and making sure it was safe to climb. Just then Ed felt the train move again lowering more as Ed saw some rocks falling now around him.

"No time to check" Ed said to himself as he quickly hopped on the ladder and began climbing it with the filly on his back whimpering. As he neared the top he could have swore he heard something but completely ignored it as the train shifted again catching Ed off guard as he almost slipped off the ladder. He groaned again and felt the pain coming back into his head causing him to lose his holding. He was falling backwards but caught himself midway and hugged the ladder. He started breathing heavily as he flinched from the pain.

"Dammit! I must have hit my head pretty hard in the train" He thought to himself as he heard the filly speak.

"Are you alright?" She asked as she looked over his shoulder and saw him in pain.

"Climb up... now..." Ed managed to say as he gritted his teeth from the severe headache.

"But-" Suddenly the train lowered again this time, but a lot as she looked up and saw that the train connecting the one hanging off the cliff was about to slid off the cliff itself.

Tiara just climbed up the ladder stepping off Ed's shoulder's as she did. She made it to the top in seconds and was looking down at Ed when she did. "Just don't die okay!" She yelled befored she disappeared from his sight.

Ed just stayed there gritting as his head was killing him. He closed his eyes from the sheer pain and tried to think clearly before feeling the train move again. He opened his eyes and looked up seeing the train come off the cliff even more. With a grunt Ed started making his way up towards the top of the ladder where he could rest for a bit hopefully. As he he neared the top he heard Diamond Tiara scream suddenly putting Ed in full alert.

"Kid!" He shouted as he raced up the ladder and climbed on top of the hanging train. As he stood up he quickly moved to the next train about to fall off the cliff and climbed on it only getting a another shift from the train but this time bigger as Ed heard some crumbling this time from the cliff.

"That's not good" Ed said as he felt the train move again. Ed instantly climbed the onto the train and began running towards the end of it seeing the exit and the snowy land. He felt a another sharp pain and stopped at the door falling to his knees.

"Urg.. GIVE ME A BREAK!" He yelled as he stood up and started walking towards the end of the train. As soon as he began the train started moving again causing Ed to go faster. The train had no intention of stopping now and neither did Ed as he started jogging now barely keeping himself up. He was nearing the exit as he saw a stallion with shades choking Diamond Tiara with his hands forcing her to the ground.

Ed started to run as he got ready for the jump and shouted. "Hey jerk!"

The stallion half turned only to see a foot coming his way.

"Eat shit" Ed said as his drop kick made contact with the stallions face.

The stallion flew back and landed in the snow face first while Ed landed on his back and quickly jumped up to his feet. He quickly scanned the area and saw nothing but disturbed snow from the train. With no one else to worry about Ed made his way to the stallion watching him slowly get up from the snowy floor as he held his face. He was almost to his knee when Ed delivered a kick to his side removing air from his lungs and sending him back down where Ed then knelled down to him.

"Answers" Ed said as he shoved the mans head into the snow making him grab Ed's hand with his own trying to get him to stop. Ed quickly pulled the stallions head up letting him get some air before slamming it back into the snow. After a couple a seconds he let go and stood back up as the stallion rolled over to this side and started breathing heavily.

"Just *huff* a hired *huff* goon" The stallion said before Ed scowled and knelled again putting a hand to the stallions throat as he did.

"Names I want names!" Ed yelled at him causing the stallion to whimper.

"M-My boss, my bosses name is Bald" He said as Ed grunted feeling the pain coming back. Ed grabbed the the stallion by the collar before lifting him to deliver a head butt sending the stallion to sleep and Ed to the ground as the pain came back.

"Aghhh" Ed groaned as he held his head and rolled around on the ground.

"Edward whats wrong" He heard as he felt a pair of small hands grab him. He looked and saw Diamond Tiara holding him still as she loomed over him. He gritted his teeth and breathed calmly as he cleared his mind and rubbed his temples. He laid there with the filly next to him trying to help as she put his head on her lap. They stayed like that for a minute before Ed's head stopped hurting and he was able to think again. He slowly got up with the help of the filly and was now standing as he looked at the cliff where he and the girl almost died at. He then looked to the filly sighing.

"I don't know what you got me into but we better start walking" He said as he clapped his hands and put them to his chest, a white glow instantly engulfed him changing his outfit to a red trench coat and black wear. He removed his jacket and put it on the filly as she more then welcomed it. The jacket was a little to long so he clapped his hands putting one hand on the jacket making a instant glow changing the jacket so that it fit the filly.

The girl was amazed as she looked at her new jacket and awe'd at it. "How did you do all that with your hands" She asked as she looked at him with stars in her eyes. He just groaned and started walking up towards what he thought where the tracks would be.

"Less talking more moving kid" He said as he heard his phone ringing in his pocket. He pulled it out and looked at it seeing the caller ID as...

Twilight Sparkle

"[Hey Twilight]" The mare heard on the phone who she recognized as Ed.

"Hey Ed is everything okay?" She asked with concern in her voice.

"[Yeah why wouldn't I be?]" Ed said in a causal tone.

"Well I just heard that your train was delayed, so I just wanted to see if anything was wrong" Twilight said answering his question.

"[I was wondering why the train was late, thanks but I'm fine, I'll see you in Canderlot okay Twilight]" Ed said as Twilight nodded and said "Okay" back before they both said goodbye.

With that she hung up and walked back into the restaurant were her friends were at eating. "I do hope he gets here in time for the event" She said as she spotted her friends and walked to there table.

Edward Elric

Ed looked at his phone and chuckled. "I'm surprised you didn't get lost in all that mayhem" He said to himself before realizing that something else might have been lost in the train. He quickly moved his hand to his right pocket and searched it for his watch. Feeling the hard metal of the item he quickly let out a breath and pulled it out inspecting it. The key chain was still intact and it looked like it was still fresh out of the box.

"What's that?" Diamond Tiara asked.

He and the little filly where walking along the tracks as Ed held his watch in his hand for the filly to see. He smiled and just put back in his pocket before saying. "Probably the only thing still keeping me alive"

She just blinked at him as he smiled and walked on
