"A what now?" Ed said as he tried to understand what Celestia was saying over the phone.

"[An All Girl's apartment Edward, jeez shorty don't you know what those's word's mean]" Celestia said as she yawned on the phone.

"It's the apartment I'm okay with, It's just the word's 'All Girl' that's bothering me" Ed said feeling his eye twitch at the word's shorty.

"[Well there aren't any apartment's around Ponyville, so the only apartment available was the one in Ponyville]"

"Which was an All Girl's apartment" Ed sighed as he rubbed his face.

"[Yep Oh! and I marked it on you're GPS so you shouldn't have problems finding it, Welp important stuff calls]" *Click*

"Huh" Ed looked at his phone and saw that the call had ended. He groaned and went back inside the Sugar Cube Corner

"Well whatever the Princess has to do it probably is important" Ed thought to himself as he entered the bakery.

Princesses Chamber's

"Now to do those important things I must do" Celestia said walking into her room

Shortly after 4 steps she jumped face first onto her bed and started sleeping.

An hour later in Ponyville

"...And this is it" Ed said looking up from his to see the apartment he would be staying in.

In front of him was a runny down looking apartment that seemed to be falling apart as he looked at the gate's sign.

"Home?" Ed said as the gate's sign suddenly fell off in front of him causing him to step back a few.

"So this is were you're gonna stay" Rarity said giving the place a one over.

"Eugh" Rainbow Dash said eyeing what looked like mutated grass with mushrooms in them.

"Well... it could be worse" Ed said smiling as he turned around and looked at the group.

"Oh ya, How?" Dash said folding her arms.

"You could be homeless..." Ed said in a low tone remembering a memory from his past.

Dash's eyes widened as she realized what the human meant. Shortly after the farmer hit the Pegasus in the side making her fake cough.

"Well ya I guess there could be worse things" Rainbow Dash said trying to sound reasonable.

"Well we'll just have to see about that soon" he said smiling as he looked at the apartment.

"Well I gotta head home and organize my books" Twilight said rubbing her head

"Same here I gotta bunch of errands to run around the house" Rarity said looking the other way.

"Yep same here" Rainbow said followed by Pinkie Pie and Applejack

"I have to feed my animals so I'm sorry I can't stay longer" Fluttershy said apologetically

Ed waved his hand "It's cool girls I gotta settle in anyway" he said still smiling.

"Oh here's my number if you ever want to talk to me" He said giving out his phone number.

"Cool well see ya Edward" Dash said waving good bye

"Ya see ya Eddy" Pinkie said doing a cartwheel away while still waving somehow.

"See you soon Edward" Rarity said waving good bye also followed by Fluttershy and Applejack until it was just him and Twilight.

"Well I guess I'll see you soon... Eddy" Twilight said with her blush still there but not as red as before.

Ed chuckled "You know my friends calls me Ed" he said smiling

"Ed... okay Ed" Twilight said smiling as she started walking away

"See you soon Twilight" he said half yelling as he saw the mare waving back.

Ed sighed and turned to the apartment. "Well home... let's see what you got" he said as he approached the gate and opened it only for the gate to fall off and hit the ground.

"...I'm liking this already" he said sarcastically as he moved past the gate and moved to the front door.

He saw that there was a door bell a decided to press it. When he did loud music could be heard briefly for a few seconds and suddenly stopped.

"Was that dubstep?" he asked to himself as he pressed the the door bell again.

Once again the music played for a few seconds and abruptly stopped.

"Defiantly dubstep" he said to himself as he recognized the bass in the track.

Shortly after the bell was rung, or wubbed, somebody came the door and opened it.

"Um.. we don't want anything you're buying" A cross eyed Pegasus said with yellow eyes and blond hair.

Ed noticed the eyes a little to much and shook his head "I'm not here to sell you something I here because I'm your new resident" he said smiling at the mare

"New resident? Oh Ya! Viny said we'd be getting a new resident soon but I didn't think this soon" The mare said giggling.

"Well I'm here early so... yaaa" Ed said trying to sound enthusiastic.

"Well please come in and sit down" she said opening the door more letting Ed in.

Ed smiled and walked in. He looked at all inside of the apartment and overall it wasn't so bad as from outside he thought.

"Oh ya" The mare said stopping and turning around. "My name is Ditzy, but all my friends call my Derpy" she said smiling.

"I didn't catch your name Ms?"

"Mr." Ed corrected.

"Huh?" Derpy tilted her head

"I'm a guy" Ed said
