The Story of Princess Purple Rust

Did I ever tell you about the kids at the orphange? No? Okay then. This is who they are...

Tulip Bulb, a short white earth pony with short blood red hair, cutie mark five little tulips; she changed her name when she got it; she used to be Paper Cut, (her dad was a JERK)

Belle Blu, a light blue pony with gold-dusted hair and pink highlights, very pretty, cutie mark a bell;

Shell Shore, a sand-coloured mare with yellow hair. Cutie mark is (you guessed it!) a shell! She runs a small sea shell stand by the library. She and Twilight are good friends ;

Bubble Gum, a light orange mane with pink-and-orange hair, (My BFF) and a pile of gumballs as a cutie mark ;

And lastly (of the mares) Me. Purple Rust. I'm very tall, I have a LONG mane and tail, a lovely two-toned purple. My base colour? Purple, DUH. With patches my mom said looked like rust. Purple rust. She lied a lot.

Then there's the boys.

Joey Brick, (don't even ask), a brick maker, (Cutie mark A BRICK) joey is reddish brown... LIKE A BRICK

And Danny Carrot, Carrot Top's cuzin, a cute orange pony with blue hair.

Everyone ELSE seems to have a cutie mark that matches their names... And then.. there's ME. What am I gonna do?? Sell rust? Who will BUY that?

But... BubbsGum called me.. a princess. Could it be true? Was I really destined to become a princess? Orphaned, Cutie-mark-less , Purple Rust?

Well, It turns out I was, because the next day, I saw a unicorn horn on my head. Well, alicorn, I guess, in my case.
