My Little Raptor

I walked over to the apple trees, Spike behind me. Didn't know why he came along, and didn't care. He's a dragon, and I don't question dragons...unless they're dinosaurs saying they're dragons, because pisses me off. Anyway, he was riding on my back, like a rider on a horse.

"We're almost there, Dart." Spike said, pointing towards the trees.

I sniffed the air, and a strange scent filled my nose. "I smell him. Stay here." I said to Spike, making him jump off my back. Wait, why was he riding my back? He has legs. I'll ask later.

I then hissed when I saw some blood, and sniffed it. Smelt like me, except it had a slight difference. I then looked up when I heard the howl like roars of a raptor in the distance. I didn't answer, but I hissed, knowing that it wasn't good.

I accidentally moved a bush with my head, and saw a T-Rex's head pop out of the trees, looking around.

"Oh fuck berries!" I whispered, seeing the T-Rex look my direction, and growl.

"Applebloom? Spike? Anypony there?" He asked as he turned around to me. I started to growl, trying to scare him off.

"Why don't you come out and face your fate?!" The T-Rex asked angrily.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. I'm not gonna hurt you. I just wanted to see my favorite dinosaur." I said, trying to see if it wouldn't eat me, so, I started to think. I should go with a pack of Raptors, who are less sociable with me than a bull dog with rabies, or a big, protective killing machine of death, and kick the ass of a Spinosaurus? I'll pick the T-Rex.

"Wait, did you say your favorite dinosaur?" He asked me, confused.

"Of course. I hid in this bush because I wanted to see if a Tyrannosaurus's hearing is as good as they say." I replied, hoping it was another human turned Dinosaur.

"What do you mean 'As they say'?" Terry asked. Well, there goes that Hope. Everyone knows about a t-Rex, so, he's an actual dinosaur.

"Well some people argue that T-Rex has hearing twice as good as a dogs. So I hid in this bush and wanted to see if you could hear me." I replied, ready to run if needed.

"Alright. Enough games. Come on out and show me your snout!" Terry roared, ready to eat me. I came out of the bush, and looked at the T-Rex. He had, black brownish scales, and looked like the one from Jurassic Park 2, the baby one. I could see confusion in his eyes once he saw me.

"What in the name of Dinosaurs are you?" Terry asked.

"I'm a Velociraptor." I replied, almost feeling hurt that the T-Rex didn't know about me.

"A what?" He asked in confusion.

"A Velociraptor. A small carnivorous dinosaur that roams in Ancient China. But I was once a human. A bipedal mammal that appeared millions of years after the dinosaurs." I replied, shrugging like it was no big deal.

"Right. Anyway, my name's Terry. What's yours?" The T-Rex said.

"The name's Dartagnen. But you can call me Dart." I said, looking around, to see if I could spot any more Raptors.

"Alright Dart. Mind telling me how you came here?" Terry asked me.

"Well....when I was working at the Museum back on Earth, a rainbow colored ball started to float over the Velociraptor skeleton. I touched the ball and it teleported me here as a Velociraptor." I said, growling softly, angry at the fuckin' portal making me come here.

"So you were teleported here like me. Well, you're welcome to stay with me at my nest until we can somehow find a way back." He said to me.

"Really?! SWEET! Thank you so much Terry!" I said.

"No problem. But I have rules." Terry said in a bold voice.

"Okay. What are they?" I asked, wanting this to be over.

"Alright. Rule number one, as long as I'm around, you will not eat ponies. Rule number two, you'll be nice to my friends and if you hurt them, I might want to try some Velociraptor meat. And finally rule number three, if you see any other dinosaur here besides me, come and get me." Terry said in a deep bold voice.

"Alright. I promise I'll follow those rules. Besides, I don't plan on eating ponies anytime soon. And I really don't want to feel what it's like inside your mouth." I said, smiling innocently.

"Okay then. Come on Dart. I'll take you back to my nest." Terry said as he began to walk away. Talk about Jurassic Park, even Rexy couldn't take this guy on. I heard a hissing sound behind me, and turned around to see what looked like a female raptor, snarling softly at me.

I quickly snarled back, showing my fangs, making it go into the shadows, running away. Same family, different species. I snorted angrily, and made a howl like bark in the air, calling for Spike. I then turned around, to hear Spike talk to AJ as they were coming closer, I gave another howl like bark, and followed Terry.
