My Little Raptor

I stood in the bushes, sniffing the air. "Smells like Terry and...Applebloom?" I said, then I heard a roar that sounded like the Spinosaurus of Jurassic Park. I ran over to see two Spinosaurus, one heading off towards Terry, and one sniffed the air, looking around.

"I've got to warn him somehow." I said, but then I froze as I stepped on a branch, making it snap.

The Spinosaurus looked at me, making me almost shit bricks. It roared, and ran towards me. So, here are my options; try to warn Terry, and get eaten by the other Spino, face this Spino, and get eaten, or...

Suddenly, Z appeared right next to me, and M. F joined after, all growling. Z looked at me, then looked at the Spinosaurus. "That thing is way too big to take down. You have a plan or somethin'?" Z said, looking at me.

"I'm open to suggestions." I said, then the Spinosaurus glared death at me, and took a step forward.

"Really, no plans? None what so ever?" Z asked, looking at me.

She must've learned a lot about me, because I came up with the most brilliant plan recorded to history. "Yeah." I replied, and they all looked at me, expecting it. "It's called...RUN LIKE HELL!" I said, making the other Velociraptors flee, except for me.

I quickly looked at the Spinosaurus, then around, scratching my chin in thought. I kinda looked like the Philosiraptor.

I swear to God, a light bulb went above my head, because when I stood up, I hit my head against some hot glass. The Spinosaurus roared, and I went along with my plan, and RAN LIKE HELL!

I then jumped into the trees, and called for the others, I roared making them jump into the trees, their scales helping them hide.

The Spinosaurus then came into view, looking around for me. I roared, gaining it's attention, and pounced, digging my claws into it's neck, making it roar in pain, and bleed. Z saw what I was doing, and pounces as well, clawing into the Spinosaurus as well. The Spinosaurus roared in surprise.

Z bit into it's neck, making it roar for help. M and F pounced at the same time, clawing as well, making it slam into the trees, trying to get us off.

"Say hi to the Devil when you go back. Because we're on a Highway to Hell!" I said, using my large toe claw, stabbing into it's skull, making it stop, then drop to the floor, twitching. I looked up into the air and roared, the others roared as well.

I suddenly remembered Terry, and ran off, the others following. I then came to the clearing to see the Spinosaurus and Terry fighting. I started to give a bark like roar, gaining it's attention. "Hey! Look at me you big snouted dick sucker!" It then looked at me, sniffing the blood on my claws. It then growled when it remembered the blood, and glared at me.

"Oh shit." I cursed. I then saw it returned it's attention to Terry, and then I waved my arms, catching it's attention. "Hey! Over here! Look at me, dumbass! Come over here you overgrown Crocodile!"

"Dart, what is this thing?" Terry asked.

"It's a Spinosaurus! It's weak spot is the sail on it's back!" I replied as I was jumping through the trees. Now Terry either had a few choices on what to do on what to do to the Spinosaurus. But Terry had only one at the moment. While the Spinosaurus was trying to get me in the trees, Terry grabbed it's spine causing it to let out a roar in pain.

*CRUNCH!*

Blood began to flow from the sail but that only made the Spinosaurus angrier than before. It shook off Terry and ran towards the water and jumped into it.

"What the-" Terry was saying when he reached the waters edge.

"IT'S A TRAP! LOOK OUT!" I yelled. But before Terry could react, with it's crocodile-like jaws, the Spinosaurus grabbed Terry by his leg. It then dragged Terry into the water by his back leg. Then they both disappeared. "Fuck!" Soon, Terry came out, and walked on land. He waited a few moments, then began to walk away.

"LOOK OUT!" I warned. Before Terry could react, the Spinosaurus surfaced from the water and slammed with the force of a freight train into Terry's side into a tree which knocked him out cold.

*WHAM! CRACK!*

I got down from the tree that I was in and tried to wake him up.

"Come on Terry. Wake up dammit." He said as he was shaking his head. But then, the Spinosaurus found where the three fillies where hiding and watching the fight.

"HELP!" Applebloom screamed. Then all of a sudden before the Spinosaurus could grab one of the fillies, he heard this sound.

Terry wasn't thinking now. Only fueled by rage and adrenaline, using his whole body as a weapon, he slammed into the Spinosaurus which knock it on his side. I watched, cheering for Terry.

"DON'T TOUCH THOSE FILLIES!" Terry roared. And when the Spinosaurus got up, Terry grabbed him by his throat with his jaws. Letting out a gigantic roar in pain, it tried to slash at Terry with his claws. But nothing worked as Terry's teeth sunk deeper and deeper into it's throat. Then using his powerful neck muscles, he slammed the beast into the ground on his spine only to hear a crunching sound as it went down.

*CRUNCH!*

Then the Spinosaurus when limp and lifeless. The three fillies gasped in horror as they watched Terry stand over the corpse of the beast.

"T...Terry." Applebloom stuttered.

"Hey Terry, are you okay man?" I asked him. But of out loss of stamina and the loss of blood, Terry collapsed. "Son of a bitch!"

"Terry!" I and the three fillies screamed in unison. We ran up to his body and saw he was alive, but barely.

"Dart! Go get help! We'll keep an eye on him!" Scootaloo said to me.

"Don't need to tell me twice." I said as I began to run to find help. The Spinosaurus might of lost it's life, but now will Terry lose his. I bumped into Z, who landed on her back, with me on top. "Listen, I don't like you that way, but I need you to find a pony named Twilight Sparkle. She's purple, with sparkles on her ass, and has a horn. No time to explain, Terry may be dying!" Even in a serious situation, I can still crack a joke. Awesome.

Z nodded, and ran off, but M and F stayed with me. "I need M to find me a plant. It only lives around here, looks like a blue bell, but it's blue stem and green pollen. F, stay with me." M nodded, an ran off.

"So, what're we going to do?" F asked skeptically.

"We need to stay with the fillies. Make sure nothing else eat 'em." I said, running out. They looked glad to see me, but backed away when F came out. "Don't worry, she's a friend." I said, smiling.

Suddenly a raptor came out. It was half of my size, and glared at AppleBloom. I jumped in front of the fillies, hissing. It had a wound on it's side, and the blood smelled exactly like the blood of the raptor I smelt at Sweet Apple Acres. I growled at me, and attempted to pounce. But when it did, I quickly pounced on it, taking it out in mid air. I put my foot onto it's neck, and growled.

"C'mon asshole, let's see what you're made of." I challenged, putting a little more weight on my foot. It scratched my side with it's large toe claw, making me roar in pain. Blood trickled down my side. It would heal, just a little cut, but now I was pissed. I then bit it's neck, but it used it's front claws to hit my eye, making me roar. I put my hand over my eye brow and cheek, to find blood.

It pounced, but I knew it would get to them first. But I ran towards them anyway. Suddenly, F pounced onto the raptor, making it screech in surprise. F then bit into it's neck, and shook violently, and a sickening sound was heard.

*SNAP*

F roared into the air, and dug into the raptor. Seeing F do that made me swallow the bile back. Sweetie, Scoots, and AB, however, threw up on a bush. I went up to Terry, and patted his face. "Terry...c'mon Terry. Terry...Destiny's a bitch, huh. C'mon, don't die on me!" I said, slapping his face now, making his eyes open, but they were faded a bit.

"Is he...going to..." AB asked, on the verge of tears.

"He's a tough son of a bitch. He won't die, not while I'm still breathing. C'mon big guy. Don't you fuck with us and go to the light. You haven't even had kids or a mate, just stay with us big guy!" I said, suddenly, M arrived, with the plant I asked for in her claws.

"Thanks Maria." I said, making her blush, but hand me the flower. "Sorry kid, this might sting a bit." I apologized in advance, and cut the flower stem, putting it over a bite wound.

Terry roared, but not loudly. Good, he's still in there. "This'll hold you over for about two hours." I said, smiling. I could hear his heart, it was slow, but still beating. F went up to me, and made a clicking like growl, to make sure the fillies didn't understand us.

"He probably won't make it." F said in raptor, making me growl.

"He will make it. I'm giving these children Hope. Hope, keeps us fighting 'til the very end. Terry may die, but at least he'll die as a hero." I said back, through a series of clicks and growls. Suddenly, a purple light blinded us, and Twilight came out with Z, who ran towards Terry.

"What happened to him?" Twilight asked, seeing the wounds. She looked at me, and gasped. "What happened to you?"

"Spinosaurus. Large meat eating dinosaur. Very territorial. Like a crocodile, just bigger, badder, and has anger issues." I replied, looking at the carcass of the Spinosaurus. I then reached over to where my brow and cheek was, to feel a scar healing up. "Different kind of Raptor tried to attack the fillies." I said, looking over to the Cutie Mark Crusaders. "F stopped them, but, I got a scar. No matter, we have to heal Terry!"

"Alright!" Twilight said, then, purple magic...that's right, magic! Don't judge me, I know what's magic and what's not. Suddenly, the Spino's bite marks started to disappear, cells regenerating at a fast pace, thanks to Twilight. I could hear Terry's heart start to go faster until it was at a normal pace again.

"Looks like you get to see another day, kiddo." I said, smiling, and patting Terry's side.
