Meeting

"So, hold on, let me get this straight. You want me, to meet the entire town of ponies, still afraid of the dragon, whom ass was kicked by me, and try to make friends?" I asked Twilight, thinking she was crazy...Then again, I was crazy too.

"Yes." Twilight said, smiling.

"I'm down with it." I agreed.

"Well, maybe you should look at the advan-wait, what?" Twilight said, not expecting me to agree.

"I said, I'm going to do it." I said, shrugging like it was no big deal. That's right, I'm that badass.

"So, you're not going to argue, or cower under the table, or scare them all away, or try to kill me? You're just going to up and go?" Twilight asked, looking at me like I was going to attack her.

"Look, just because I'm not from around here doesn't mean I have to act any different. Plus, people call me crazy, and I agree with them, so, yeah, I'm going." Yeah, I know, I'm crazy.

"Well, okay, good luck." She said, looking at me surprised.

"Don't need luck. I'll just take the Leap of Faith." I said, walking up to the stage.

Why the Hell did they stop talking after they saw me? Like I'm the weirdest thing they've seen all day. I look at myself, and notice how different I looked. Oh, yeah...I'm probably the weirdest thing they've seen so far. I walked up to the mike, and tapped it.

"Is this thing on?" I asked, looking at Twilight, who nodded. "So, what, do I stay here and wait for someone to come up?" I asked, then, a mare walked up with a white mane, even though she looked no older than thirty to me. Her coat was grey, but I couldn't see her ass tattoo.

"Hello Ponyvillians." She started. Ponyvillians? Really? God damn, this place is messed up. "We'd like to introduce a new dragon that came to our humble town, and didn't attack, please welcome, Dart!"

Nice introduction...bitch. I walked up to it, and tapped it again, to make sure it worked. "Alright, hi, my name's Dartagnen Drake Agundez. But you can call me Dart for short. Let me talk a little bit about myself-"

"Monster!" One random pony screamed, and they all scrambled over each other to get away from me. The Mayor tried to calm them down, but I was getting annoyed.

I then let out a short, roar like bark a few time, gaining their attention. Seeing they stopped, I looked toward the grey mare, who was called Mayor Mare, and smiled. "You can talk to them now."

"Please remain calm, he will do nothing to harm us." Mayor Mare said, making the stallions and mares return to their spots, still watching me with careful eyes.

"Plus, I would've outran all of you, considering the length of my legs and the strides I take whenever I run." I added, making them back away a little. "Anyway, I used to be a human, who doesn't look like this at all. Now, I turned into a Velociraptor, like from Jurassic Park, a movie about dinosaurs, which are not dragons, but much tougher and scarier. Today, I protected your town from a dragon, and made him run away, or in this case, fly away." I said, seeing the mares and stallions look at me, curios about what I was talking about.

"What animal I am now, was around Sixty Five million years ago, on a planet called Earth. We hunted in packs, and were smart, cunning, even more so than you. Right now, I could see a few spots where a small predator, or large, since I'm taller than Big mac by a few centimeters, can get in, and take down the strongest or weakest of you on it's own. In a pack, this town would be a hunting ground to us. Luckily for you, I'm a omnivore, which means I eat both meat and plants."

"And again, luckily for you, when Velociraptor was around, there were no ponies, so you all would be the least likely to be eaten. Plus, I never tried pony meat, because where I come from, we consider ponies to be friends, not things to eat. Though, where I come from, there are no Pegasi, or Unicorns, or Alicorns, or dragons. No griffons, Minotaurs, or diamond dogs, and other myths around. Any questions?" I said, I saw some hooves raise up, but then I added, "I'm not a dragon." Most of them went down, but a few were still up. "Yes, you, little orange chicken."

"I'm not a chicken, I'm a Pegasus." She said, growling.

"Whatever. What was your question?" I said, waving it off with my right hand...claw.

"What's your favorite color?" She asked, looking at me with those cute, lovable eyes.

"Same as my eye color, Forest Green." I answered, smiling at her, but she didn't back away, because she knew it was a friendly smile. "Next question? Yes, you. Apple Jack, ask away."

"Where ya come from, do ya'll have any apples?" AJ asked.

"Yes, tons of them from where I come from, it's my favorite fruit. Next Question. Yes, Pinkie?"

"Do you have cupcakes where you come from?" She asked quickly, but I understood her just fine.

"Pinkie, we have so many cupcakes where I come from, you would just think you died and gone to Heaven." I answered truthfully, making her bounce in happiness. "Next question? Yes, Spike?"

"Are you somehow, or maybe related to, the weird animal that AJ was talking about?" Spike asked, looking at a piece of paper, then up to me.

"Description, then I'll tell you what it is based on my knowledge." I said, waiting to hear.

"I think that it would be best to show a drawing." Spike said, handing me a picture.

I looked at it, my mouth agape. It was a teenage T-Rex! No one in history has seen one this big before, but I could tell it's a teen because of how he was shaped. His jaw was less pointed, and his arms was still growing, but I knew this would be a discovery. And the corner, it said the male T-Rexes name; Terry.

"I'm not related to it, but it must be a new kind of dragon. I'll examine it after this is over. Until then, anymore questions?" I said, winking at AJ, to make her understand that I was lying. no one rose their hooves, and I looked around.

"Anyone? No? Alright, I guess my time's up. If you want to ask me more questions, drop by the Library any time. My friend Spike will make sure if I'm there or not, so you don't waste your time. See you later." I said, walking off the stage as the crowd parted.

"I walked up to AJ, the picture still in my hand. "I like you." I said, smiling. "Not only did you find a teenage, male T-Rex! But you even asked for it's name! I didn't know Dinosaurs even had names! We named them, of course, but they came up with their own names!" I said, hopping around AJ like Pinkie. "When can I meet him?" I asked her.
