Pony Heart-Break

The Nightmare

A lone heart was peacefully beating in the air when a yellow claw approached the heart. It proceeded to prod at the heart twice, the claw then retracted from the heart, stop and in a quick movement, struck the heart. The heart formed cracks in the middle and split in to two. One half levitated above a colt's head when the other half is levitating over a mare. The colt and the mare looked glared at each other and turned their heads away in disgust and started trotting off angrily in the opposite direction. The creature that broke the heart or in this case, the love between a couple was a draconequus who was laughing at the wrecked couple. The draconequus looked around and found another two ponies in love, these two ponies also had a heart hanging between them. He sneaked up to them and proceeded to break the heart above them which split into two. This couple just as the one before, turned away their heads in disgust and angrily trotted off away from each other. The dastardly draconequus broke the love of a third couple which had yielded the same result as the other two couples: Turning away from each other and trotting away from each other. The draconequus started laughing hardly and wildly and started to look for more couples to break up. As he looked forward, he saw a light-orange pegasus with blue hair.

"Huh?" the pegasus tilted his head to one side, the draconequus pointed at him and chuckled and started to run towards him. "Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!" The Pegasus cried but the Draconequus kept on charging and the Pegasus seemed to be rooted to the spot unable to fly or run as the Draconequus pulled closer and closer. "Uuugh..Uuugh... NO! Stop where you are! Don't you dare assault a high rank officer of the Royal Guard! Stop coming towards me! AHH!!!!!"

"Ah!" The pegasus sat up out of his bed, he blinked his eyes and looked around, he finds to be in the resting quarters of an underground barrack for The Royal Canterlot Army. "Oh... Its just a dream..." He mumbled to himself.

"First Lieutenant Sentry. First Lieutenant Sentry! Where are you? Your Captain requires your presence right away, I have a mission for you! First Lieutenant Sentry?" Shining Armour yelled out.
