Dinky Whooves: A Wonderful Thing

Doctor Whooves rushed in the door beside his daughter, Sparkler. His heart was pounding hard against his chest. 'Oh Derpy' he thought, 'I remember the day we met. It seems like just yesterday...' The feeling brought him joy and made a third of his nerves go away. They ran down the hall until they came face to face with the room Derpy was in. The nurse opened the door and The Doctor and Sparkler walked inside with the biggest smiles ever. There, sitting on the bed, was Derpy. Her eyes were sparkling and she wore a loving smile. She looked absolutely gorgeous. Doctor Whoovs sat down next to her as she held out her arms. In them was a towel. And inside was a cute baby filly with big yellow eyes. She was a UNICORN!!!!! She had amzing yellow hair and a pretty purple coat. She smiled when she saw her father. Doctor Whooves welled up with tears at the sight of his new daughter. "Can I hold her?" was all he could manage out of his mouth. Derpy laughed and handed her husband the baby. "Meet Dinky Whooves." She said. "Hello, Dinky." The Doctor said, welling with tears. "I'm your daddy."

"And I am your sister, Sparkler!" Sparkler piped in. The Doctor turned to her first daughter. "You can hold her now." he said, passing Dinky to Sparkler. Sparkler smiled and held Dinky in her arms. "Hi sister!" She was saying. "You are so cute!"

"Sparkler!" Said Derpy sweetly. "Give her back to me now." Derpy took Dinky in her arms and nuzzled her. "I love you." She whispered. The Doctor sat at her side with his head on her shoulder. "Happy Birthday, Dinky." he said to Dinky, crying. "Happy Birthday."
