When they entered the main throne room there was a picture of princess Celestia and Luna on a table with multiple flowers, but that wasn't all the sad things there. As Dread Wing and the rest of the mane six walk they saw many ponies of many type setting or laying on their bed dying,sick,tried,depressed and pain crazy one was trying to kill a young filly

"Hey just let her go we'll talk about this you'll get a bit more rations" said a guard trying to reason with the crazy pony holding a knife near the young filly a throat

"I don't want more ration I want a bed fresh food and a cure now" yelled the crazy pony as he get the knife right next to her

"Ok ok ok then we'll give you food and a bed but we don't have a cure" said the guard

"Bull shit I know you rich ponies have a cure you'll just hiding it from the public and save your family and rich ponies first" yelled the crazy pony "I want it now or ill kill this filly I will"

"Hey first of all if the rich is hiding from the poor then they won't be here" said Rainbow as she joins in the conversation and she points to fancy pants crying to her wife that's dying. "And second wouldn't the princess use the cure to cure themselves and the public"

"Oh shut the fuck up you'll the princess Lacky the element of harmony you're immortals you can't die"

"Oh yes we can the disease is too strong of immortality now well die just slower and more painful" explained Twilight

"Yeah why do you need to be a meanie?" Asked Fluttershy

"Why I tell you why before this fucking shit happened I was treated like crap cause I was a poor living in Canterlot a hobo and the rich treated me like a animal and when the disease showed up the rich hid in their house and burglars came in I saved a couple once form dying and what do I get a buck in the face from the stallion that I just saved and also this is the worst part I always helped others when they in need and what do I always get back disrespect and more bucking in the face so not anymore I'm done being nice fuck this shit" explained the crazy pony

Then the crazy earth pony dropped the little filly on the ground and charged at Rainbow, Rainbow quickly jumped out of the way as he missed his attack and the guard next to her shot him with a crossbow to the head.

"Oh my god" yelled Pinkie as she jumped away

"We could have talked him down" said Fluttershy crying

"I had no choice he was crazy he attacked us" said the guard "I be leaving now"

The guard left the room

"Ok now that's outta the way lets gather more info" said Dread Wing

"I'll go with Twilight and Fluttershy to Celestia bed chamber while Rainbow and Applejack you girls help the guards with the ponies around her and you Pinkie and Rarity you're good with ponies go talk to them try to get info and keep them calm and also looked around here to see if any pony having more symptoms than normal ok." Said Dread Wing

"Ok got t and we'll meet right back here lets say in two hours" said Rarity

"Got it lets go" they all said as they headed to different direction while pinkie jumped next to a filly and started talking to her

"Hey there little fella how you doing I'm pinkie pie and what's your name?"

"Snow Storm" said the crying little girl filly

"Ahh you are you sad?" Asked Pinkie

"My mom and dad are dead and I have nothing left." Explained the young filly

"Oh I'm sorry my parents are dead too but don't give up you'll get through this and live a happy life" said Pinkie

"You really mean it?" Asked Snow Storm

"I mean it ill even pinkie promise" said Pinkie as a huge smile came out of her like this :pinkie happy:

Meanwhile at Celestia's chamber

"Ok it seems like she died from multiple organ failures from the liver,heart, and the lungs at the same time. She also was drinking tea while this happened so theirs tea spills on her bed and the maid couldn't help cause they dint want to be infected but it was too late their all dead in the lounge room downstairs" explained Dread Wing

"It also explained this letter she was trying to send to me" said Twilight as she picks up the letter and started reading

dear Twilight

I'm holding on my last breath now. I know I'm going to die its been so long I missed my parents so much since i was a filly maybe ill see them again,but Twilight help the other ponies around her be in charge when I'm gone. And also I'm am so sorry it seemed that spike is missing days before the outbreak I can't find him anywhere. And finally tell Fluttershy that phioilimena my pet Phoenix is safe which she's not ill brake her heart if she finds out the truth. I must be leaving now and this is my final letter to you Twilight Sparkle I can't feel my horn anymore

From Princess Celestia of Equestria  land hopefully not the last ruler as well.

"Your ok Twilight?" Asked Fluttershy

"Oh yeah I'm ok also Princess told me that her pet Phoenix is safe he flew away." Said Twilight

"Oh ok good I was hoping she's safe from all this" said Fluttershy happily

"She never send this letter hmm she said something about her horn about not feeling it" wondered Twilight

"Hey Dread Wing?" Yelled Twilight

"Yeah what is it?" Asked Dread Wing

"Does unicorn horns count as a organ part?" Asked Twilight

"Actually no but it does shut off or it stops working when the lungs fail" replied Dread Wing

"I was hoping you didn't say that" thought Twilight as she continued to look around for clues

Downstairs Main Lobby

"Every pony settle down we'll give you all some food if you all settle down" yelled Applejack as he give out bread and soup and a fresh apple to every pony

"Yeah we got food for every pony" said Rainbow Dash

When Applejack was feeding everyone she saw many of the royal guards and the griffin soldiers not eating at all.

"Hey guys why aren't you eating?" Asked Applejack

"If we eat then there's isn't enough for the others" explained the griffin soldiers

"None sense hold on" said Applejack

"Hey every pony do you mind of we give some food to the guards for protecting us?" Asked Applejack

"NO" yelled the ponies as they eat

"Hmm what's going on ponies use to be so kind before all of this happened." Applejack thought to herself

"Applejack look over there" yelled Rainbow as she points to three filly and two mare and a stallion giving their left overs to the soldiers.

"Hmm maybe in every pony is so rude and we do have a chance" said Applejack finishing giving out food and put back the wooden spoon back into the pot.

All nation shuts off all type of transport and land borders even EA is not allowed

After many hours the group came back where to where they first came from.

"So did you guys find anything?" Asked Rarity

"We did it seems like unicorns and Pegasus are most likely going to die when they can't use their wings or horn and earth ponies feel really weak when they about to die" said Twilight

"Can we leave now its too sad here?" said Rarity

"We can't' replied Dread Wing

"WHAT" they all yelled

"We'll I seems like that all nation close all land border and transport so were stuck in Equestria to study the virus now" explain Dread Wing

"So what do we do now" asked Pinkie Pie

"Oh suggest we stay here for another week then we go back to ground zero and also travel to other cities." Said Dread Wing

"Sounds good to me" said Applejack

"Then lets get to sleep we haven't slept in day so we really should." Said Dread Wing as he yawns

"Agreed"they all said as they left to their own personal bed chambers upstairs.

(I know this chapter is a bit longer than normal and its kinda sad but disease are sad stories and also tell me if I should write longer chapters and post them longer or write kind of short chapters and post them every day it's your choice not mine.)
