Plague Inc- Equestria

"It seems like every pony has lost the hope or sense to survive." said Rarity as they ate. "Yesterday I was speaking with a young stallion. He said he was going to kill himself, since both his wife and daughter died. I can’t understand why somepony would say such a thing!"

"Well, someponies can't understand or accept what is going on, so they say and do some stupid things." Explained Dread Wing, "For example, Twilight, you love your friends don't you?"

"Wait as friends, or as you know-?"

"Both." replied Dread Wing "I studied biology and the Equine species. I know when somepony likes somepony else in such a way."

"Hold on, you know who I like?" Twilight wondered.

"Oh, yes, I do. I know every pony here, at this table" replied Dread Wing.

"Oh yeah? Prove it!" said Rainbow Dash

"Do you really what me to say what you feel for your friends? I think it's more of a personal thing, but if you insist." answered Dread Wing.

"You, Rainbow, I know you have a thing for Fluttershy. You always worry about her, and you always wanted to be near her whenever possible, plus, you were kinda tying to make out with her during the ride here."

Rainbow looked at Fluttershy and back at the smart-ass griffin.

"You, Fluttershy, are lucky since Rainbow is trying to hide her feelings from you. However, you do like her as well: I can see it in your eyes."

"Do you really like me, Fluttershy?" asked Rainbow

"Umm…yes, I do." replied Fluttershy

"You see, Rainbow, ever since you were little up to now you always helped Fluttershy. She sees you as a role model and a good friend as well." explained the griffin as he took a sip of his coffee. "Now we’re at Rarity."

The fashion designer was in shock at what she had just heard.

"Rarity, ever since we got here you always had an eye on Twilight. At first, I thought you were just worried about her. As I continued watching you, you were flirting with Twilight. I know she also had an interest in you, so she didn't say anything at all."

Rarity was embarrassed of what he was saying

"Fine, I like Twilight in many ways! What's it to you, huh? You’ve got a problem with us, is that it?" yelled Rarity.

(I promise there is no clop in this story, but a bit of making out and sad romance. OK, good, now get that  out of your head and continue reading!)

"Oh, no, no, I have no problem. It’s just that you girls haven’t been speaking to each other for a while and I had to tell you girls. If this hurt your feelings, I'm sorry and I won't tell Pinkie and Applejack like, OK?" said Dread Wing.

"Thanks, Dread." said Applejack

"I have the answer." said Twilight

"The answer to what you would do if your friends died?" Asked Dread Wing

"Yes."

"Then let’s hear it."

"Well I would go nuts and even a bit insane. I would try to think you were still here." said Twilight.

"So you would go into rejection and you would think your friends were right next to you, even though they would be dead. When somepony tells you that there is no one there you would attack them." explained Dread Wing

"She would really do that?" asked Rainbow.

"Yes, any Equine would, even the nicest kind. It’s in our nature. We are all just animals, only smarter."

"So, now that's out of the way, can we please discuss something else? I don't know what to do now." said Pinkie, trying to change the subject.

"We'll be exploring Canterlot in search for more info and food," answered Dread Wing "For now we will finish breakfast and wait till noon, OK?"

"Also, I need to speak to Twilight in private after breakfast" said Dread Wing. He got out of his chair and walked away.

Plague update- the Equine are close to extinction

52% are dead, 48% are infected

Cure research is at 67%, and will possibly be done in one more month.

News- Minotaurs illegally send research team to Equestria to help others in need. The Deer Nation is in anarchy. The Changeling Republic has fallen. Marussia runs out of resources and starves in the cold climate. The Griffin Empire has set up trauma care for the sick and allows experiments on Equines. World leaders sheltering from the plague are now infected. About 75% of the world leaders are dead. The Gryphon Republic and Buffalo Federation have declared war to fight for the last of supplies hidden away in Changeling territories.

Twilight's Journal

I feel like I need to write a journal or a note about my life and what's happening. I am hoping that one day somepony will find this and learn about a utopian world brought down by a simple disease. I have feelings with Rarity, but this cannot interfere with my work. Dread Wing is going to speak with me later. I hope he says this; He really is a nice griffin, unlike other griffins who bully other nations. I must go now.

Twilight stopped writing, and headed to Dread Wing who was sitting at a table.

"Hello, Twilight, grab a seat. We will be speaking quickly so that we can leave soon." said Dread Wing

"OK, what is it, then?"

"You can't be messing with other ponies. OK, I know what you and your friends all do  when nopony’s around. I can see it. When I die, please don't waste your time on that. I know you girls are smart ponies, so please make the right choice. I want none of that stuff as soon as we leave this castle. You can flirt and do whatever back here. Got it?" said Dread Wing.

"I understand," replied Twilight "I’ll tell my friends what you just said to me."

"Thanks, Twilight. I know you'd understand. You better grab your gear, since we are leaving in ten minutes."

After that talk, they gathered their things and left the castle.

"Hey, why are there no guards coming with us?" asked Applejack.

"I told them to help her at the castle. Here, take a weapon. You’ll need to defend yourself out there when I'm not around." said Dread Wing.

Pinkie Pie and Applejack took a spear and crossbow. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy got a small dagger and crossbow. Since Rarity and Twilight were unicorns, whey would use their spells to defend themselves.

They all hugged each other, left the castle, entering what remained of society.
