The Platinum Descendant

Vocal and Chrysalis were still in the same field, after hours of staying there, they decided to hold each other in one another's arms. "Hey Aeila..." The brainwashed Vocal began to say "I've decided, I wanna marry you Aeila." Chrysalis couldn't believe what she was hearing, though he was under her love spell, that was his decision. Chrysalis began to hold the one she loved with a more loving embrace now, and said "I will Vocal, I love you, so much..."

4 months later....

"Princess Aeila!" Rumbeldee shouted, trying to get the attention of her friend "I've got bad news!" Princess Aeila turned to what she heard "What bad news?" Aeila asked, worried about the answer. Rumbeldee pulled a sad look on her face. "We got invited to a wedding... but that's part of the bad news. It's Vocal's, and he's marrying... here, just look." Rumbeldee said to Aeila, giving Aeila the invitation.

"Come on, come all. You're invited to the royal wedding of Prince Vocal, and Princess Aeila! The wedding will be held in the royal garden, this Saturday afternoon."

"Does that mean.." Aeila began to ask Rumbeldee "Chrysalis has taken the form of me, and is planning on taking Vocal as her husband?"  Rumbeldee nodded, still sad from what she had also read. "No.. No no no no! This can't be happening!" Aeila began to scream, then began to cry. Rumbeldee went to comfort Aeila "I'm sorry, but if we want to save him, we have to get there. He needs our help, like you said 4 months ago." Aeila remembered how she did say that, and how determined she was to see her Stallionfriend once more. "You're right Rumbeldee, let's go."

Saturday afternoon.....

Everypony that was invited, except for Rumbeldee and Aeila, was at the wedding, ready to meet the new soon to be married couple. The ceremony began, with Chrysalis disguised as Aeila, walking up the aisle in her wedding dress. When she finally got up there, Celestia began the same wedding routine she did when Princess Cadence and Shining Armour were getting married. "Do you, Princess Aeila, take Prince Vocal to be your husband?" Celestia asked. "I do, now and forever." Chrysalis said, in perfect mimicry of Aeila's voice, thanks to her changing spell.  "And do you, Prince Vocal, take Princess Aeila, to be your wife?"

Meanwhile...

"What do you mean we can't come in, this is the bride over here!" Rumbeldee said to a guard, whilst waving the invitation in front of his face. Little to Rumbeldee's knowledge, the guard was a changeling, hired by Chrysalis to not let Anypony else get in. Aeila looked defeated, and began meekly walking away, and Rumbeldee didn't take long to notice this. "Where are you going?" Rumbeldee asked "We need to save Vocal, remember?!" Aeila sat down where she was standing, and replied. "Well the wedding we will miss, he'll belong to Chrysalis. My love Vocal will be.... taken away." Aeila sang, and began shedding tears.

Back at the wedding.....

Vocal heard Aeila singing, but became confused as to why she was sing in the middle of their wedding. "I-I'm sorry  everypony I... I need to go for a moment!" Vocal said, then ran off to where he heard the singing.

Vocal found a sad looking Aeila, and saw Rumbeldee comforting the crying princess. He walked over to Aeila, and said "C'mon now, no tears on our big day." Aeila turned around when she heard Vocal's soothing voice. "Vocal you're!.... You're under Chrysalis' love spell..... Rumbeldee," Aeila said, turning to Rumbeldee now "it's time we used the curing spell." Aeila backed up towards Rumbeldee, and they began to concentrate their magic, into a spell that would cure Vocal.

When Vocal came back to, he saw his friend from Ponyville, and his marefriend. "Rumbeldee, what are we doing in Canterlot?" Vocal asked. Rumbeldee began to explain everything that she knew of, and when she was finished, Vocal was far beyond furious. "Hey..." Vocal began to say, letting Aeila and Rumbeldee aware of his anger "let's go crash a wedding."

Everypony was surprised. How could the groom leave without a complete explanation? Vocal finally returned "Sorry everyone, I just went to get my marefriend, the REAL Princess Aeila." Vocal informed them. Before Anypony could say anything else, Aeila came into view, and shot a beam of magic at the disguised Chrysalis, forcing Chrysalis to revert to her true form... "I can explain!" Chrysalis said, hoping that everypony would understand. "Explain this you freak!" Rumbeldee shouted, shooting a beam at Chrysalis' horn, which cut it clean off. "How dare you.. you... you Ponyville slu-" but before Chrysalis could finish, Vocal had stabbed Chrysalis with his own horn.

Chrysalis fell onto her knees. "Why? I loved you!" chrysalis said weakly. "You put a spell on me!" Vocal shouted, smacking Chrysalis. "I wanted to marry you!" Chrysalis said, hoping this would subdue Vocal's rage. "You wanted to possess me!" Vocal continued to shout, and smacked Chrysalis with his hoof once more.

Aeila walked up towards Chrysalis. "Queen Chrysalis, for kidnapping, and impersonation Royalty once more I sentence you to...." Aeila began, not sure what punishment would suit her best. Celestia walked towards he young cousin "You've my permission, to give Chrysalis what ever punishment you'd like, little cousin." Aeila looked at her cousin, her princess and said "Thank you Celestia." Aeila turned back to Chrysalis, and continued one with the punishment. "You are sentenced, to death by magical aging!" Aeila shouted, then backed up, shooting a beam that would force Chrysalis to age more and more each second, until she was nothing but dust and bones.

Aeila turned to Vocal, and told him "Vocal, I'm sorry, but I'm not ready for marriage. I wanna wait." Vocal began to tear up, then hugged his marefriend "It's ok, after everything that's happened, I'm not ready either." Celestia smiled at the young couple, as Rumbeldee did as well. "You know Vocal," Celestia began "I can get you a room in Canterlot castle, if you'd like." Vocal turned to his former magic teacher, and the first pony who was a best friend to him "Thank you Princess Celestia, but my place is in Ponyville. I love the more peaceful setting there." he then pulled Celestia, and Rumbeldee in for a group hug. "Now, Rumbeldee..." Vocal began "let's head home, I wanna get back in my own bed after all this." Vocal continued on laughing.
