a little voice in the dark

the next day sing song got up on her own and fell down the stairs, no pony was there to help her get ready.

[canterlot]

"he..hello.? is anypony there?" sing song asked as she trotted into a door, she got no answer as she tried to find the door and get outside. the sun was shining and there wasn't a single pony on the street.

singsong blindly trotted down the street as she tried to find her way, it wasn't long until she ran into something.

a blue unicorn used her magic stop a pot sing song had knocked off a table. "hey watch where you're going, i saw you bump into that table, why aren't you heading to the coronation of princess twilight everypony is there right now," said the mare

"i'm so sorry, i didn't see that there," singsong said bumping into the table again

"are...are you alright little one" the mare said trying to get singsong's attention,

"no not really i can't see anything and i don't know where my family is," sing song said as she sat down and started to cry

"no no no, don't cry ill help you find your family, can you tell me what they look like?" the mare asked innocently

"i can't tell you, i'm blind i don't know what they look like," sing song started to cry even more

"they are probably at the coronation like everypony else,"  the mare said as she took sing song by the hoof and helped her to the coronation.

it took a little while to get there but eventually they got to the coronation just in time to see princess twilight go by in a carriage

"isn't this amazing?" the white mare asked singsong forgetting she was blind

"i still can't see anything, sing song said as she sat down again,

"oh yeah that's right sorry" the mare said digging at the ground "whats your name little one? little one?"

sing song had disappeared...trotting off in the way she thought was home. she felt she had been walking forever, and in reality she had it had been 2 days since she started. she was no longer in canterlot...she had ended up in ponyville.
