For many years the Solar empire has rule Equestria. Celestia's rule was tyrannical and unjust. Because of this her sister, Luna, rose to contest her sister. She created the New Lunar Republic to fight the rule of the solar empire. After years of war, it has come down to a final battle, which will ultimately decide who wins he war. The Brilliant Sun…. or the Beautiful Moon.

This entire fan fiction rose from my imagination as I listened to this song over and over again.
