In another World

Hey guys, Fire Power here, with the second chapter for this story. Sorry for the long wait, school has been killing me, and i got a new phone (the htc one), so i have been messing around on that. So lets stop stalling and continue with the story

I woke up, looking at the white ceiling, when i notice that i wasn't laying on my bed at the library. The library didn't have white ceilings! I jumped out of my bed and looked around, i quickly realized that i was back at my house on earth. "I guess it was just a dream", i sighed. I noticed a few more strange things. There wasn't a floor beneath my feet, but a black void. "What the hell", i muttered to myself. I turned around and saw that my bed was now a giant potato. "What is going on here", i yelled. "Brandon, get up!", i heard come from my closet. I approached the door slowly, still awry about the void of a floor i was walking on. I opened the door and saw twilight sitting there, she then casted a spell on me with blinded me with a bright white light.

"GREAT SCREAMIE JEEMMIES", i yelled as the shot up on my bed.". "What's a screamie jeemmie?", said Twilight with a confused look. "Oh thank god i'm still in Equestria", i thought. "Uh it's nothing, just an expression", i told Twilight. "Well anyways, i'm gonna go to Rarity's to have some tea, you can do whatever you want around town", she said to me. "I think i'm gonna study on some magic spells, seems like the best thing to do right now", i said. "That's great Fire Power i have some books on simple levitation and teleportation if you need some",  she said with a smile. " That sounds cool, thanks Twilight", i replied.

When Twilight left i ate a small breakfast of eggs and hay bacon. Apparently i have the taste buds of a horse, so meat no longer would taste good, but hay bacon tastes just as good as pig bacon. I looked at the books she gave me, and in no time i was picking up all objects i could find, and teleporting wherever i wanted to. Theses spells were surprisingly easy, maybe too easy.  I started looking up advance spells like age spells and shape shifting spells. "You got this Fire", i said to myself to

as i started the spell up as i pointed my horn at the orange. I felt my magic come out of my horn and blast the orange as it turned into a dog. "Holy hell, i created life, i only meant to make it a fake dog". "IT'S ALIVE!", i yelled as Twilight returned from rarity's boutique.

"Whats alive Fire?", she questioned. "You won't believe it, but i just turned a orange into a dog!", i exclaimed. Twilight stood there spellbound (see what i did there, spellbound? You know because i just did a spell? Nevermind, back to the story) with her jaw dropped to the floor. "How did you do that after a few attempts, i can't do that and i have been practicing magic all my life", she said still surprise. "Really, it was easy all the did was aim my horn at the orange and perform the spell, is there a certain way i was supposed to do, or what?". "Whats with all the commotion", spike said as he came downstairs, our talking waking him from his afternoon nap". "It's nothing spike, just talking about magic", Twilight said. "Do you guys need anything to eat?", spike said, trying to make himself useful. "Can you get us two Daisy sandwiches for lunch", Twilight said. "Ya, coming right up", said spike as he put on his apron while running to the kitchen".

"So Twilight", I said trying to strike up a conversation. "What is there to do around Ponyville?". "Well, you can go visit my friends with me later if you want", Twilight said. "OK, that sounds good". "Wait i almost forgot, i gotta show you something", i said as i ran to my room. I grabbed my phone from the chestnut nightstand and ran back downstairs. "OK check this out, if you think what i did was advance magic, just you wait". I took my phone and went to my music app. I then selected a song from my library called hail to the king by Avenge Sevenfold.

"Wow what kind of magical device is that, And what song was that, it sounded so violent", Twilight said blown away. "Violent, but my type of music", i announced proudly. "And also, it's a phone", i said. "It's a device which can take pictures, take videos, play music, like it just did, and call people. But i don't think i have connection in Equestria".  "OK, i understood about half of that, put i guess that sounds kinda neat", Twilight responded. After lunch (Which was strangely delicious) , i decided to take a walk outside and explore Equestrian nature a bit.

I was walking on a dirt path, looking at the beautiful countryside, when i heard a explosion from a small metal house. I ran inside to find a brown pony with a dark orange mane and tail, his foreleg burned off. "Hey, do you need help?", i asked. "Yes, set me on that table over there", he said gritting his teeth from the pain. I used my magic to lift him on top of the table, wincing as i heard his burned foreleg crunch. I looked around the place. Many small devices lay around in a messy way. The walls were a strong bright metal and it smelled like sulfur in the house.

"Can you get those bandages, and that antiseptic", he moaned. I took the antiseptic and poured it on the bandages, then i wrapped his stub of a foreleg to stop the bleeding. "Thanks man, i thought i was a goner. Whats your name" "The name's Fire Power, whats yours?", i asked. "My name is Clockwork, and i'm glad you heard the explosion", he answered. "Ya, what blew up in the first place?". "My device i was making, i bumped into the keg of gunpowder, and it rolled into the fireplace, i barely had time to react before it blew", he explained.

I quickly found out that he was an inventor, and made awesome stuff like a chip he put into his brain, so he uses 100% of his brain. That gives him small telekinesis powers and an extremely intelligent mind. He thanked me for saving his life. I made sure i did all i could to help out and then i left. He told me he would have his cleaning robot (I know right? a freaking robot!) to fix the mess the explosion made.

It was really dark outside, so i emitted a light from my horn and made my way back to the library. I made it back to find a worried looking lavender pony walk out the front of the door. "Where were you, i was about to go looking for you", she said, lightly slamming her hoof down. I told Twilight all about the experience i had at Clockworks house. "Wow, it was really lucky that you were there to save him, he might of been a lot worse off without you", she said. "That's nice and all, but i'm ready to take a shower and just go to bed, i'm beat", i replied, walking inside the tree.

After taking my shower, i walked to my room, only to have a thought. I am having a better time here in two days, then i have had my entire life on earth. This thought made me smile. I also thought of another thing, how am i gonna spend the rest of my life here. Should i be looking for a job, a mare friend? These thoughts flooded my mind as i laid in my bed, looking at the moon through my window. "Might as well worry about those things tomorrow, i'm so tired", i muttered to myself as the drifted off to sleep.

So guys, how was that chapter? I am trying to make my chapters longer, and i'm gonna actually make this story only five chapters. I'm gonna make a much bigger one with The musical brony. So ya. Have fun.
