My Unexpected Life

Prologue

I was happily talking to my family, my parents loved me to the very end, my brother was a guy who i always looked up to. But I knew that would change when i heard a huge explosion out of nowhere it wasn't a nuclear one but it was big and powerful, at that point I knew I was going to die, after 3 seconds everything blacked out.

I woke up in unsurprisingly bad pain, I looked around, my family dead, my house and the rest of my town destroyed, my life gone, I began to cry quietly, I became very depressed at what i just saw and realized all in that very moment but even though I felt all that, I was grateful to be alive regardless of the pain. After about 10 minutes of non-stop crying I stopped only to hear a weird humming noise and a very bright in fact almost blinding light coming towards me, fast, it wasn't fast enough to be a car but it was allot more quicker then running or cycling, anyways I feel the light go straight into me, I was too hurt and injured to dodge it or move out of the way, not caring if I was going to die, I let everything turn black.

once I woke up for the second time all I could see was blurry colours, I let my eyes adjust to see what was going on, 'Oh my god I feel so tired' strangely I am in a hospital bed surrounded by three ponies, "Am I dreaming?" I asked to myself aloud.

"No this is as real as you and I" says a white furred pony with a multi-coloured mane and tail that seemed to be coloured with a light sort of pale blue and green as well as purple and pink, It seemed to be able to have that wind affect even though there was no wind, she also was wearing a crown and she had a pair of wings and a horn.

"WHAT THE HECK, YOU CAN TALK?!" I shouted with a bit of trembling fear, she could see it in my eyes that I was getting scared.

"There is no need to be afraid of us, we are just as shocked as you are, we will not hurt you, all is okay" trying to assure me she continued "I am Princess Celestia. I raise and lower the sun, I am also the proud ruler of Equestria with my sister Princess Luna", I looked over to see another pony but shorter, her fur was a very dark blue, her main and tail was also dark blue with that wind effect i never seemed to really understand, Celestia still continues "She is the princess of the night, she raises and lowers the moon every night and she also looks into everyponys dreams to comfort them if they're having a nightmare or a bad dream of any sort and this other pony here is my faithful student; Twilight Sparkle", she points a hoof at the other pony, a lavender pony with a horn and purple mane and tail with a pinkish streak stares at me in particular with her eyes wide, she then shakes it off like she's been day dreaming.

"Yes, I'm Twilight Sparkle" she said trying to be normal, well since they all introduced themselves to me,  I'm going to introduce myself.

"well its only nice if i introduce myself as well" I continue, "My name is Connor, I'm 15 years old so I'm still a teenager so I'm not a fully grown adult yet, I'm a Human or a Homo Sapien if you prefer it that way and I'm from Terra or commonly known as Earth".

"Well then it's nice to meet you Connor, but please tell me how exactly you got to Equestria?" Celestia asked me.

"Well, it's actually quite a depressing story, are you sure you want to hear it?" I asked just for the sake of preventing them from feeling down.

"Yes, I'm sure" Celestia answers.

Once I told them the story, they actually looked like they were about to cry, "Wow" Twilight said with massive concern "You must be feeling very very upset and depressed, you lost your home, your friends and worst of all your family, I don't even know how you survived but it was miraculous that you did, but how you ended up here just......  didn't make sense"

"I know" I replied, "Twilight, your majesties, please can i have some time to sleep, I don't know if my injuries are even healing but I'm still very tired and would just like to finally rest from what just happened?"

"Of course, Connor" Celestia replied to me "but after you leave the hospital you well be staying with Twilight Sparkle as I cannot trust you yet to have your own place"

"Ok thanks a lot" I said back before Twilight and The princesses left my hospital room and fell asleep once again.

Twilight's POV

Me and the princesses left Connor for him to rest, 'I sure do feel concerned for him, maybe i should ask for the princesses to heal him while he sleeps'.

"Um Celestia?" I said.

"Yes Twilight?" she replied back to me.

"Can you heal the human?, he seems really hurt and stressed and well, I would like to ask him questions about his home world and I would also like him to meet my friends" I asked

"Of course Twilight, if that's what you want then I will heal him but I would like you to send me a letter of anything you learn from him" she replied.

"Of course I will princess and thank you" I said with joy even though i kept my face straight and my tone normal.

"That's okay" she said as she turned back to where he was sleeping.
