Doctor Whooves has Two Lovers Now...
Storms and Free Falling
Load Full StoryNext ChapterDoctor and Derpy dashed through the door of the TARDIS. They slammed the door behind themselves leaving them locked together. Both of them stood panting for breath. “Well, ‘huff’ that was ‘huff’ interesting,” Doctor Whooves said. Derpy nodded in agreement.
The doctor went over to where the controls of the TARDIS lay. Buttons blinked green and red lights endlessly. “Where do we go next?” the gray pegasus asked the doctor.
“Home,” he said back.
Sounds of the TARDIS shifted and echoed around in Derpy’s head. The gray mare wobbled her switched-up eyes in every way, looking straight at the doctor. Or at least, trying to look straight.
“Hey Flitter, where you going?” she called in a mocking voice.
Rain pounded on Doctor’s back as he slowly inched forward in a soft short trot. Lights flashed then disappeared in small crackles glowing up the sky for a short moment. It was very close. The lightning was very, very close. So close it made the time lord’s mane into a fuzzy static Mohawk.
Derpy flew overhead, trying to use her wings to cover herself from the rain. They were just too busy flapping. Oh well.
More noises came and almost each time she did a squeaked yelp. And each time she did that Doctor tried to shush her. But she couldn’t help it. Derpy didn’t see where the noise was coming so it frightened her.
Outside a vortex glistened and shifted colors. All were either future, others were past but no present. Everyone has their present and the future ALWAYS becomes the present.
The time machine appeared on an abandoned street in the middle of Ponyville. The two ponies got out to see that it was very, very stormy. Lighting crackled in the sky as thunder boomed overhead. The doctor looked around carefully. “Well that’s quite a storm,” he said.
Suddenly a purple pony with a blue mane ran towards the two. “Derpy! Doctor! Come quick! It’s Cloud Chaser she-“
The mare stopped and took a few deep breaths. “She is jumping around the edge of a mountain, and I’m afraid she’s going to fall! And she is really near the lightning zone! And, an-“ then the mare who’s name was Flitter passed out on the ground.
“This sounds pretty seriou- wait, doesn’t Cloud Chaser have wings?” the gray mare said with suspicion.
"Well, depending on which cliff Flitter was talking about, the deeper the fall the harder to use the wings,”
Suddenly that surprised Doctor. He ran ahead. And the wall-eyed pegasus followed. Wind blew past their faces making the two shiver. They ran to the nearest cliff with lots of lightning. Well, all the cliffs in Ponyville had lightning. Thunder boomed off in the distance making Derpy shriek.
It took a while. The village that they lived in didn’t have many cliffs. Still, Derpy knew every twist and turn. It was still blurry, and yet very nice. It was just how her eyes worked. She forgot how she got her eyes like this. No one knew, except Doctor. I asked him to show me how my eyes were like this, but he said it was not time yet. I listened. You’ve got to listen to a time lord if he/she says it’s not “time”.
Doctor was still getting used to the streets of the village. While running he almost ran into some things, tripped over some mushrooms, and stopped a lot. He was just being kind to pedestrians and some animals that were crossing by the lead of a yellow pony with a light pink mane.
They did get there though. And there was Cloud Chaser dancing and prancing near the edge of a cliff.“Hey Flitter, where you going?” she called in a mocking voice.

It was taking a little bit long because they were slowly being cautious while walking toward Cloudchaser. It was the wrong choice they had made right that moment, right that time. A big mistake. There was a lightning strike right next to the purple mare, causing her to jump and fall right down that cliff. Free-falling, as you would say it.

Cloudchaser screamed and screamed out trying to get some pony to help her. One time she tried to open her wings, all she felt was the pain of one of the wings being broken. She fell screaming, trying to get up to glide or something. The wind was too fast for her to do that though.
Cloudchaser screamed and cried, almost sure she’d die free-falling. Tears- or rain drops fell in her face as she fell down hundreds of feet down a cliff.
All of a sudden, in a moment, a gray and brown color fell through the sky. And her biggest present of all, they didn’t save pour Cloudchaser.
Doctor flew on his assistant’s back while trying to save the mare. Amazingly, the stallion flew off Derpy’s back and tried to reach the falling pony. Reaching out, he grabbed Cloudchaser, and flew softly to the ground.
Cloudchaser’s wing stinged in pain as it was being healed. Wait, healed? She was saved? She relaxed even more at the brown stallion before her, healing her with all things a pony could need to be healed. Then the purple mare had gone to sleep dreaming of the handsome brave stallion. Oh, that stallion.
