The Redemption of the Human Race

"So, you kids understand what you must do in the future to revive the human race?" I know this is a lot to ask of a couple 14 year olds, but you will age aproximatly 1 year for every 100,000 years in cyro. You are our last hope, as the radiation has already killed everyone not in this lab, and this lab will fail in 10 years." Said Dr. Jones

"So... what happens if the cyro chambers fail or they aren't opened? And I still don't get why you chose her for this." Said Alex, painting at Julie

"Hey, i'm not happy to be paired with you either, Alex. Just go with it." Said Julie, a bit annoyed.

"Well, if the cyro chambers are not opened in 1,000,000 years... you will die. And she was chosen for the same reason as you... Her name was pulled out of a hat. Consider yourselves both lucky." Said Dr. Jones

"Yeah... that was one heck of a lottery prize. Life." Said Alex "But still-"

Alarms blare all around the cyro room. "Its time to enter the chambers, children. Have fun!" Said doctor jones.

"Julie..."

"What do you want, Alex?"

"If I die, i'm gonna kill you."
