A young colt by the name of ColdBlood was born with unnatural talents in magic. Causing him to consciously and sometimes subconsciously freeze everything nearby. Living in Manehattan for most of their lives, his parents decided they wanted a change of scenery, moved to Ponyville and this is where his talents are discovered.
