EQUESTRIA'S WARSHIPS

WHITE HOUSE
WASHINGTON D.C
December 25th 1945

TWO MONTHS AFTER MIDWAY PORTAL APPEARANCE

It's been a painstaking four years for the United States, now that World War Two is finally over, everyone can now easily rest without worry... All except for President Harry S. Truman. Having learned about the Disappearance of three of his best fighting ships to the unknown not only has him on the edge, but a new threat has appeared on the world... Communism. The use of the Atomic Bomb had also triggered hostile aggression from the Soviets.

The last thing on everyone's mind was fighting, but the Russians are determined. If Truman can't find a way to talk Stalin out of his hostilities, then he'll have no choice but to send him 'The message' that he has the weapons and the firepower that will easily overwhelm him and his military in less than a month. The thought of a Third World War seemed likely for where he and Stalin are going down this path.

But Truman doesn't care about the Soviet threat at the moment. He has a meeting with the recently returned Admiral Chester Nimitz and a VIP he had brought back with him after a being sucked down a whirlpool that teleported him and the three ships to another world. Truman had no clue how to react to this, was all this a bad dream or was Nimitz trying to communicate with him from beyond the grave!

"God Dammit! How would Roosevelt handle this." The elder president cursed to himself, taking in a sip of whisky as he stares out of the many windows of the oval office, and into the beaming Capital city of Washington D.C.

The office door opens as a Secret Service Operative entered "Mr President, Admiral Nimitz has arrived."

"Thank you, send him in." Truman replied.

the operative nodded in response and proceeded to bring Nimitz and this V.I.P to his Office.

Placing his glass on his desk and sits in his chair, Truman stares aimlessly into the surroundings momentarily before opening a folder in front of him and proceeded to inspect it's content's.

Some of the papers had disclosed reports from Midway about this giant dome that had appeared not far from the main Atoll. The Dome Portal had become unstable for two months after Alaska came through until it Stabilized itself a few days ago and could be approached safely by Navy Observation ships.

Another piece of paper was a printed copy of Nimitz's After-Action report about his time in the Alternate dimension that he was sucked down into. After reading it, he let out a relieving sigh knowing the Mighty-Mo wasn't claimed by the Triangle of Death known as the Bermuda Triangle but held great grief and sorrow for the USS Enterprise when she was nearly sunk in a bombing raid by unknown hostiles who also attacked the Equestrians after reading a previous section that described that they are a peaceful race united in harmony and were exposed to the horrors that was war from this unprovoked attack from the Global Liberal Association.

The final piece of paper contained a brief description about the VIP Nimitz brought back with the USS Alaska, the VIP was an Alicorn Princess who had the power the move Celestial bodies with just her thoughts, her name Was Celestia. She stands around the same height as an average human (on all fours), had white fur, pastel mane and tail, the basic features of an Alicorn such as wings and a horn.

"-She was a kindhearted, patient and a beloved monarch, praised and loved by her people since the start of her reign more than a thousand years ago." Truman read a sentence from the paper in his head.

There was a knock at the door.

"Come in." Truman called out across the large office space.

The opens, revealing an unscathed Admiral Chester Nimitz dressed in his full white uniform as he enters the Oval Office. He was then followed in by Princess Celestia.

"Admiral Nimitz, Welcome back to the land of the living." The President greeted.

"Yeah, it's good to be back." Nimitz chuckled at his statement. "Sir, on the behalf of her highness, I'd like to introduce you to Princess Celestia, Co-ruler of Equestria."

"Your highness, it is a pleasure to meet you." President Truman greeted the Sun Princess.

"I can say the same to you too Mr. President, and call me Tia, or whatever suits you." Celestia smiled.

"Alright, Princess. So how's the first two months on Earth treating you?" Truman asked.

"Very well, thank you. You had some impressive looking warships of many types around when we arrived and I enjoyed the many hospitality on my way here." Tia replied happily on how she was treated from Midway to Hawaii then to San Francisco and all the way to Washington.

"Glad to hear it, your Highness. Now, I have just gone through the latest reports from Midway regarding to the giant trans-dimensional dome sitting on their doorstep, Admiral. They need to know how long it will be there?"

"Indefinite, Mr President." Nimitz apologized.

"Is there a problem?" Tia asked with a hint of concern.

"No, your highness, it's nothing at all. It's just that the dome is sitting dead in the middle of a proposed shipping route for two months." Truman explained.

"I see." Tia pondered at the thought.

"Any chances we can relocate the portal?" Nimitz asked the Solar Princess.

"I'm afraid not, the Trans-Dimensional Wormhole that we picked for this was the only one that can guarantee successful transitions between our worlds. Anywhere else and we've would've ended up somewhere else that wouldn't be on your homeworld." Tia apologized.

"That's a shame, Midway was the turning point in the War for the Pacific... But it looks like we'll have to redraw the route around the portal." Truman shrugged.

"Can't argue with that. Hows MacArthur?" Nimitz asked.

As if on cue, there was a knock at the door.

"Come in." Truman called out to the anonymous person behind the door.

The door opens and the unmistakable form of Douglas MacArthur enters the office.

"Douglas... Never thought I would see you again!" Nimitz stood from his chair to greet the General.

"Nimitz?! I thought you were dead!" MacArthur almost shrieked at seeing an unscathed Admiral Nimitz with a Pony Princess beside him.

"Better be buried with my men than rotting on the sea floor. That's what ol' Blood and Guts would've said." Nimitz replied.

"Who is Blood and Guts?" Celestia asked.

"Blood and Guts, known as General George Patton, a general in the U.S Army, best known for his command of the Seventh United States Army, and later the Third United States Army in the European Theater of World War II." MacArthur explained.

Nimitz agreed. "He had a colorful image, hard-driving personality and success as a Commander. But his philosophy of leading from the front and his ability to inspire his troops with vulgarity-ridden speeches had brought great inspiration on many of our troops in the European Theater. His strong emphasis on rapid and aggressive offensive action proved effective. While he was regarded highly by his opponents in the German High Command."

"He must be a great man." Tia beamed.

"He was, too bad you couldn't meet the Old Man. Just heard he'd died only a couple of days ago, God bless him."

"Oh dear, what happened." The Sun Princess asked, hiding her shock.

"Car Accident, he died from his injuries a few days ago."

"I'm sorry for the loss, were you freinds with him?" Tia asked somberly.

"Not really, me and Nimitz were fighting the Japs on one end of the world, while Blood and Guts was leading his men on the other."

"I see..." Tia acknowledged as silence enveloped the office.

"May he rest in peace." Truman mentally saluted the deceased General.

BACK ON THE ILLUSIVE ISLANDS
AT THE SAME TIME...

A thick morning fog envelops the small island chain in the middle of the Hoofcific Ocean, an eerie motion of silence and danger plagues the desolate wastelands. in a certain part of the main island, Dark Magic is highly active over a Stonehenge like Gorgon Ritual Grounds. A blast of light engulfs the grounds momentarily till the light died down, the form of an unscathed General George S. Patton drops the ground with a *THUD*.

The Elder General groaned with pain and anger as he picked himself up from the hard rocky ground.

"Argh, so much for gently being buried six feet under with my men!" Patton mumbled loudly as he stood up but froze immediately. "Wait a minute!"

Patton briefly gazes down at his body momentarily as he freely moves his arms and legs around with ease. "HA! Well I'll be dammed, I'm NOT paralyzed anymore! UP YOURS MURPHY'S LAW!" Blood and Guts cheered.

As the 'Old Man' calmed down, he picked up his helmet, taking a quick glance at it for damage. It was painted the usual army green colour with a white letter A on the front in a red circle with a white outline, above it were three gold stars lined up beside each other with a fourth star above the second one. satisfied put places it back onto his head as he takes in his surroundings.

"Whelp... This must be heaven then. Nothing like how I hoped it would be though..." Patton shook his head in disappointment.

As things could be more disappointing, several dark shapes start approaching towards Patton.

"Hello?" Patton called out towards the shadow figures.

There was no response from the tall slender figures as they got closer towards Blood and Guts. Not liking the atmosphere, Patton searched around his waist for his sidearms, luckily, both were present.

"Show yourselves!" Patton Barked.

On cue, the mysterious beings emerged, or slithered out of the fog, Bringing a sight of horror to the general, but kept his calm state. In front of him were eight Gorgon Elite Commandos, their left fore arms dissolving into a jet black mist before reshaping into dark magic spears. They are female in nature, but their glowing green eyes gives away their predatory side.

"My guess is you ladies are not angels?" Patton asked sarcastically.

The Commandos gave the Elder General a bone chilling hiss of hunger, Patton replied with a growing grin on his face.

"Very well... Alright ladies!" Patton shouted at the female Gorgons, pulling both his revolvers out into view, causing them to flinch back a little. "... Let's dance!"

He pulls the trigger on his Colt Model 1876 .45 Caliber revolver, sending a .45 Caliber bullet at a gorgons head, causing it to explode like black and red confetti at Hitler's birthday party as it's body vanished in a black mist. Followed by the discharge of his Smith & Wesson .357 Magnum causing the same result to another Gorgon next to the deceased one. The remaining Gorgons gave out shrieks of pure rage and charged the revived General as more shots rang out across the desolate wasteland of the former Gorgon Nation.
