Chapters The Accident
Celestia's shining sun rained it's heat over Equestria causing a very, very hot day. Everypony was trying to find a way to stay cool. But Princess Twilight Sparkle and her assistant. Scratch that. Number one assistant Spike the Dragon were trying their hardest to create a potion that Twilight discovered in the Ponyville Library. Spike, now eighteen years old, was now about the size of Princess Celestia, was well built, and wore a green shirt and purple jeans, was still living at Ponyville Library helping his best friend ever since he hatched by her, Twilight Sparkle. While Twilight mixed the ingredients to create the potion, Spike grabbed the ingredients.
"Twilight, I got the diamond dust you needed." Spike said as he walked into the Library. He then went upstairs to where the purple Alicorn was hard at work keeping her eyes on the potion to make sure nothing goes wrong.
"Great Spike. That should be the last ingredient we need." Twilight said with happiness in her voice. Spike smiled and passed the bag of fine diamond dust to her. She opened the bag and dumped it into the pink potion. It then turned to a very bright green as soon as the diamond dust touched it.
"It works. I can't believe it Twilight it works." Spike said in an astonished voice.
"I said it would work Spike. You just need to have faith in things and they might be true." Twilight said as she smiled at the Dragon.
"So...Twilight, what is this potion supposed to do again?" Spike asked as he scratched the back of his purple, scaly head.
"Spike. I said that this potion would increase a pony's strength, speed, agility, intelligence, and increases their immune system to where no diseases can affect them." Twilight explained.
"So it perfects the pony's body making them a perfect organism?" Spike asked hoping he understood that.
"Exactly." Twilight said amazed that he really understood that.
"But...isn't that playing the gods?" Spike asked her in a worried tone.
"I know it might be bad. But just imagine what this can do for ponies." Twilight said. But before Spike could say anything, he and Twilight noticed something was wrong with the potion. It started to bubble. A little too much.
"Uh Twi'. Is it supposed to do that?" Spike asked in a worried voice. She levitated the potion book towards her and her eyes read through the pages.
"No. No it's not." Twilight replied in a scared voice. The bubbling potion than began to bubble violently. Then bright green steam came out of the vial as the liquid steamed like a whistle. Twilight covered her ears as the sound got louder. It then began to shake like crazy.
"TWILIGHT! MOVE!
"Oh shi-" Was all the Dragon could say.
*BOOM!
The room was then filled with green smoke after the potion exploded. Twilight gasped and got up, looking through the green smoke for her friend and assistant.
"Spike! Spike!" Twilight yelled as she struggled to look through the smoke. But then, she tripped over what she thought was a bump in the floor. She turned her head and when the smoke cleared, she saw that the bump was Spike who wasn't getting up. She let out a gasp and kneed over his unconscious body. She saw that he was breathing, but barely.
"Spike? Spike, can you hear me?" She asked him as tears began to roll out of the corners of her eyes.
"T..Twilight? I..is t..that you?" Spike struggled to ask. Twilight weakly smiled to see he was alive. She then picked him up and ran out the Library to the hospital. She wanted to teleport but she didn't want to risk Spike's life. She ran as fast as she could carrying Spike to the hospital. While she was running, she wondered what would the potion do to him. The potion was only used on a pony but never a Dragon before. She then arrived at the hospital bursting through the doors.
"Help! My friend needs help!" Twilight yelled. Three doctors along with Nurse Redheart brought a carrier and placed Spike onto it. They then took Spike down the hallway of the hospital and Twilight came with them.
"Your majesty, what happened to him?" One of the doctors asked.
"W..we were making a potion. A..and then it began to act s..strange and he p..pushed me out the way. It then e..exploded and he t..took the full blast." Twilight replied as she sobbed. When they arrived to the emergency room, two of the doctors blocked Twilight's way.
"I'm sorry your majesty. But we cannot allow you to be in here." One of the doctors regretfully said.
"But...I need to be in there. I need to make sure he's okay." Twilight said sadly.
"I'm sorry Princess Twilight. But you'll need to wait. I give you my apologies." Another doctor said as she grabbed her shoulder. The doctor then walked Twilight back to the waiting room where she hoped Spike would be okay.
Waiting
Tears fell heavily from the face of a sobbing, purple Alicorn as Twilight sobbed in hoping Spike was alive from the blast of the potion's explosion.
"Spike. Why did you do it? Why did you take the shot instead of me? " Twilight thought to herself as she sobbed.
"There she is girls." A familiar bubbly voice said. Twilight took her hands from her face and saw her friends Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Rarity as the ran into the hospital.
"Oh Twilight. Are you okay?" Fluttershy asked.
"I'm okay. But how did you know I was here?" Twilight asked them.
"My pinkie sense was acting crazy. I was bouncing and shaking so I knew it was a doozy that was going to happen." Pinkie Pie explained.
"So darling, what happened?" Rarity asked the Alicorn.
"It's Spike. He...he-" She started to say before she started to sob again. The girls then saddened and sat down next to her.
"What happened to him?" Rainbow asked.
"H..he was helping me with a new potion. A..and it started to shake a..and bubble violently. And then h..he pushed me out of t..the way and he took the full blast. When the smoke cleared...he he was on the ground barely breathing." She explained as she sobbed. The five mares gasped in shock.
"Oh..my goodness." Fluttershy said.
"Oh little Spikey Wikey." Rarity said as a tear fell from eye.
"It's my fault. It's my fault he's hurt." Twilight sobbed.
"No it's not Twilight. Spike did it to protect ya' and make sure ya' weren't hurt." Applejack said as she rubbed her friends back.
"And if I didn't do that potion, he would be okay." Twilight sobbed.
"Hey! Don't say that Twilight. It's not your fault. He was trying to protect you and got hurt. I get hurt trying to protect ponies. He did the right thing." Rainbow boldly said.
"No Rainbow Dash! It was my fault he's hurt. It's my-" She started to say. But before she could continue, a pink hand came across her face.
*SLAP!
The mares gasped when the watched Pinkie Pie slap her friend.
"Twilight Sparkle, you listen to me. It's not your fault Spike is in here. I'm sure if we were in trouble, he'd protect us and probably end up in the hospital. So I want to here you say it's not your fault and even if I have to slap you as many times as I can, I want you to say that." An angry Pinkie said.
"But Pinkie-" Twilight said as she rubbed her cheek.
"No buts. Repeat after me. It's not my fault." Pinkie said. Twilight Sparkle then deeply sighed.
"It's not my fault." Twilight repeated.
"Good. Now again." Pinkie said.
"It's not my fault." Twilight said again.
"One more time." Pinkie said as her tone changed.
"It's not...my fault." Twilight struggled to say.
"Feel any better?" Pinkie Pie asked.
"Actually, I do. Thanks Pinkie Pie." Twilight said with a weak smile. Then Pinkie smiled and sat back down. Then coming from the doors of the hospital was a doctor and he walked towards Twilight and her friends.
"Your majesty." The doctor said.
"Spike. Is he-" Twilight started to asked.
"It's okay. He's recovering nicely. He was just suffered a concussion from the wave of the blast." The doctor explained.
"I..is it okay if we can see him?" Twilight asked.
"Of course. Follow me." The doctor said. Then the six mares followed the doctor to a hospital room. They peered in and saw a Dragon with bandages wrapped around his head watching the T.V.
"Mr.Spike, somepony is here to see you." The doctor said. Spike turned his head and smiled.
"Hey girls." Spike said with a smile.
"Spike!" Twilight yelled as she ran towards the Dragon. She then slammed into his chest and started to cry.
"I..I'm so glad you're okay." Twilight sobbed. Spike then wrapped his arm around her and rubbed her head.
"Shh. It's okay. It'll take more then a concussion to take out old Spike." Spike said. Twilight then began to giggle and hug Spike. Then the rest of the girls came into the room and began to hug Spike.
"Girls...need...lungs back." Spike said. They then released their death hug on him causing him to gasp for air.
"We're all glad you're okay." Fluttershy said.
"Especially me." Rarity said. She then leaned up to the Dragon and planted a kiss on his cheek causing him to deeply blush.
"So Spike, what happened when the potion went boom?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Well...when the potion blew up, it threw me against the wall knocking me out cold. I'm sorry I scared you all." Spike said in a sad tone.
"It's not your fault. The potion knocked you out scaring us not you." Twilight reassured.
"Alright. But I don't think the potion worked on me." Spike said.
"What do you mean?" Twilight asked.
"I don't feel stronger, faster, smarter, and I think I'll get colds normally." Spike said.
"That doesn't matter. What matters is that you're alright." Twilight said as she hugged her friend. Then the other mares awed at the sight of the mare hugging her friend.
"So when can you get out of this prison?" Rainbow asked.
"In a few hours. The doctor said it's nothing serious." Spike said.
"We then we'll stay here until you leave." Pinkie said.
"There's no need to. You can leave. I'll see you when I get out." Spike said.
"Alright. Later Spike." Applejack said as she left. Then the rest of the mares left. But before Twilight left, she hugged the Dragon once more.
"I'm glad you're okay." Twilight said happily.
"I promise you Twilight, no matter what happens to me, I'll always protect you." Spike said as he hugged her back. Twilight then broke the hug and left. Spike then closed his eyes and drifted into a nap.

New Morning
Celestia's sun began its' rise over Ponyville. The crowing Rooster meant the start of a new day. But in the apple fields, a sleeping purple Dragon was in a very deep sleep.
"Of course Rarity. I'd love to see your surprise." Spike said happily in his sleep. Then a loose apple came off of a branch and hit the Dragon in his head.
"Ow!" Spike yelled as he got up from his dream. When he looked around, he saw he wasn't at the Library anymore. He then looked down and saw that the only clothes he had on were his torn, purple jeans which were now torn jean shorts.
"H..how did I end up out here?" Spike asked himself as he scratched the side of his purple, scaly head. He then got off of the ground and began to walk. He didn't know which direction he was walking in but he hoped it was the right way. He then after what seemed an eternity of walking, he found the Apple Family barn. He then saw Applejack walking towards her house..
"Applejack!" Spike yelled as he waved his arms. She turned and saw the Dragon who she was glad to see alive. She then ran towards him full speed and hugged him.
"Thank Celestia you're alive Spike. What happened to ya' last night?" Applejack asked as she broke her hug.
"Well, Twilight just left for the slumber party Pinkie invited her too. And I just finished eating dinner. I grabbed my rubber ball but the Pee Wee took it from me. I yelled at him and...I can't remember anything after that." He said as he scratched his head.
"Are ya' sure ya' can't remember anything? Anything at all?" Applejack asked in a worried voice.
"No. Sorry Applejack. What happened? Is somepony hurt?" Spike asked.
"I think it be best if I took ya' to the Library. Ya'd better see this yourself." She replied. She then walked the Dragon back to Ponyville and then she stopped with him at the front door.
"Now Spike, what you're about to see is a little frightening. Are ya' sure you want to see what happened?" Applejack asked him.
"Yes I am Applejack." He replied in a bold tone. Applejack sighed deeply and slowly opened the door. Spike raised a brow in wondering what happened. When the door was fully opened, Spike's eyes shrunk in horror at the carnage he saw. He then saw Twilight quietly sobbing on the couch.
"Twilight." Spike said. Twilight raised her head from her hands and saw him. She gasped and ran towards him. She also hit him with enough force that she knocked him off of his feet. She then cried happily as she held her friend in her arms.
"I..I'm so happy to see you Spike. E..even better to see you alive." She sobbed into his chest.
"Shh. I promised you I'd always come back to you. No matter what happens." He said as he ran his claws through her mane. Twilight looked up to his face and giggled and hugged him once more.
"So...what happened here?" Spike asked as he looked around the Library.
"A large creature was standing behind the Library after it broke through it. We had it on the run. Well...Rainbow did. The creature ran nearly Cheetah speed times 2 and it was nine feet tall. She nearly had it but it jumped the height of a skyscraper escaping us." She explained.
"Did you see the color of the creature? Did it have any characteristics?" Spike asked.
"No. We were only able to see it's shadow." She said.
"Well whatever that thing was, I'll help catch it." Spike said boldly.
"I'm sorry Spike. But no." Twilight sadly said.
"Why? I could-" He started to say.
"The creature came into the Library and attacked you. I'm afraid it might do the same thing again. You understand right?" She asked.
"Yeah. Well what can I do? The thing will be after me and I can't stay here." Spike said.
"I knew you would say that. So Rarity said you could stay with her until we can get the creature away from you." Twilight said. Spike gave a big, toothy smile to Twilight and ran to his things leaving a cloud of dust shaped like him. A few seconds later, he came back down with a heavily packed suitcase.
"When can I get there?" He sarcastically asked. Twilight giggled and told him now. He then walked out the Library and walked over to Rarity's house where he saw her placing suitcases into her white car. Rarity turned her head and saw the Dragon
"Spike darling, can you give me a claw with these?" Rarity asked.
"Of course." He replied as he dropped his suitcase. He ran over to her and lifted her five suitcases into her car.
"So Rarity, what's with the luggage?" Spike asked.
"I've decided to take a vacation. I'll be at the lodge just outside of Ponyville in case you need anything." She said as she got into her vehicle.
"Oh. So I'll be alone here?" Spike asked her in a sad tone.
"I'm terribly sorry Spike. But you'll know where I'll be in case anything goes wrong. I'll see you in a week Spike." She said as she turned on her car. She then backed up and drove away. Spike then walked inside the Carousel Boutique and sighed.
"It'll be a long week." Spike said sadly. He then walked upstairs and unpacked thinking of his secret crush and hoping she was there with him.
Clear Description
A few hours have passed and around 12:30, Twilight along with the others were at Applejack's barn about to leave to discover the lair of the creature that attacked Spike which could be possibly in the Everfree Forest. Everypony had their packs and were ready. Well...except Fluttershy.
"Alright. Are we ready?" Twilight asked.
"Uh-huh"
"Okie Dokie"
"I was born ready"
"Um..no"
"Alright. Let's get going." Twilight said. The mares than walked out of the barn and into the forest. As they were walking, Twilight was worried about Spike. She was scared that the creature might attack him while she was away. But she stopped and continued to walk. While Fluttershy was walking, she noticed something and stopped. Rainbow Dash saw her and went back there to check on her.
"Fluttershy, why'd you stop?" Rainbow asked.
"T..th...that." She stuttered in fear as she slowly pointed. Rainbow aligned her eyes with Fluttershy's finger and saw why she was scared. She saw a Manticore. Dead.
"Girls! We've found something!" Rainbow yelled. The girls came over to her and gasped in shock when the saw the corpse of the Apex Predator of the Everfree forest. The Mane Six then walked up to the body.
"M..maybe another Manticore did this." Applejack suggested. Twilight then cast a spell and an aura of purple covered the Manticore's body. When she was done, she began to shake in fear.
"Twilight? What's wrong?" Fluttershy asked.
"This Manticore didn't die from a fight with another Manticore." She replied.Then the five mare's eyes widened in fear.
"T..then what happened to it?" Rainbow asked in a worried voice.
"It was...beaten to death." She struggled to say. Then the mares gasped in horror.
"You're joking right?" Rainbow asked in a scared tone.
"I'm afraid not. According to my analysis, all of it's ribs, it back legs, and it's jaws were broken. Like if something big beat it down. I'm guessing the creature ran into it last night and beat it like an owner with a cat." Twilight explained. Then everypony including Rainbow Dash gave her a worried look.
"If the creature can kill a Manticore, just imagine when it gets it claws on a pony." Pinkie said. Then as Twilight was about to say something, she heard stomping coming from the north of her location and felt slight vibrations.
"Anypony feel that?" Twilight asked in a worried voice.
"I'm afraid we do." Fluttershy said. Then they heard a roaring to familiar to them. Then coming into view was a massive Hydra. It four heads saw the mares and ran their snake-like tongues around their lips.
"Permission to run Twilight?" Pinkie asked.
"Permission granted." She replied. Then the mares ran for their lives as they screamed. As they were running, Fluttershy tripped. Rainbow Dash turned her head and saw one of the Hydra's heads with it's jaws opened heading towards Fluttershy.
"Help!" Fluttershy screamed. The other mares turned and saw their friend about to be eaten.
"No!" The mares screamed.
"GRRRRRAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
"Is that thing insane? That Hydra is way bigger than him." Applejack said.
"Size doesn't matter in a fight Applejack. Besides, I wanna watch this." Twilight said. The mare's jaws dropped slightly. The match between the Hydra and the creature began with the inner left head ramming the creature with it's jaws open and fangs bared. But the creature stopped it with it's large, clawed hands making it into a dead stop for the head. It threw the head back causing the Hydra to stagger. It then jumped up and drew it's large hand back. Then when outer left head of the Hydra was in his reach, it slammed it's fist into the cheek of the Hydra causing it to bleed and knocking the Hydra on it's scaly back creating a large cloud of dust. The mare's jaws dropped when the saw the raw power of the beast. As the Hydra was getting up, the creature slammed it's fist into the knee of the Hydra making it roar in pain as it collapsed.
"I..it just busted a Hydra's knee." Rainbow said in shock.
"That thing is powerful." Applejack said in amazement. Then as the Hydra cried in pain, the creature grabbed it by the tail and began to spin. It then began to spin faster and faster causing the Hydra to go into the air spinning. Then the creature released the Hydra causing it to fly away and out of sight.
"GRAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!
"That...was...AWESOME!" Rainbow yelled happily.
"I must agree. A creature with that much power in his body is astonishing." Twilight said.
"Yeah. But it could possibly still be a threat to ponies. So I'd say we'd keep it on the middle between friend and foe." Applejack said.
"But Applejack, it beat a Hydra into submission to save Fluttershy. Isn't that enough evidence for you?" Rainbow asked.
"No. But it was nice of him to do that. So Twilight, what do we do now?" Applejack asked her.
"We follow it." She replied.
"WHAT?!" The mares asked angrily.
"I know it might be suicide, but we need to learn about it." Twilight said. The mares sighed and agreed.
"Alright. Come on." Twilight said in a cheery voice. Then the mare's followed the direction of the creature and hoped that it wasn't an enemy.
Talk
Nothing
"Spike? Are you here?" Twilight asked out loud. She then heard a familiar groaning. She ran towards it and saw Spike unconscious groaning on the floor. She then ran over to Spike and shook his shoulder.
"Huh? Oh hey Twilight." Spike said in a groggy voice.
"Spike. What happened to you?" Twilight asked in a worried tone.
"I...I was just.....I can't remember." He replied as he rubbed his head.
"Spike, are you sure you can't remember?" Twilight asked him.
"I'm sure. Ow my head." He said as he rubbed his cranium. Twilight then helped him up and placed him on Rarity's couch. She then quickly ran into the kitchen and grabbed some aspirin and a glass of water. She then quickly walked back to Spike giving him the aspirin and water.
"Thanks." He said with a smile. He then placed the aspirin into his mouth and took a drink of water swallowing them.
"Feeling better?" Twilight asked as she sat down next to Spike.
"Yeah. So where'd you go earlier today?" He asked in replying.
"We went to the Everfree Forest to find the creature that attacked you last night. And it found us." Twilight said.
"What did it look like?" Spike asked.
"It was nine feet tall, looked about five hundred pounds in solid muscle, large, green spines went down from the tip of it's head to it's tail, large ear fins that ended in three sharp points, a large, hard spade on the end of it's tail, big fangs and claws, and bright green eyes. It was a terrifying sight." Twilight replied.
"Was anypony hurt by it?" Spike asked in a worried voice as he drank his water.
"No. Except a Hydra." Twilight said. Spike then spat out his water and coughed.
"It beat a Hydra?" Spike asked in a surprised voice.
"Yes. Busted it's knee and tossed it a few miles away from the forest. Me and the girls were surprised just as you are." Twilight replied. Spike's jaw then dropped.
"Incredible. And it was only nine feet tall?" Spike asked. When Twilight nodded her head yes, Spike's jaw dropped even lower. Twilight then let out a small giggle.
"Well at least you know what the thing looks like to tell Celestia." Spike said.
"Actually, I'm not going to tell her." Twilight said. Spike was surprised by what she just said.
"But...you tell Celestia about every problem around here." Spike said in a shocked voice.
"I know Spike. But I'm a princess now and I just want to keep this between me, you and the girls. You understand right?" Twilight asked.
"Yeah I do." Spike replied. Twilight then gave Spike a big hug.
"So Spike, do you at least remember anything before I found you on the floor?" Twilight asked him as she broke the hug.
"Well....all I remember is I found something beneath the table in Rarity's designing room. I hit my head and then....nothing." Spike replied as he rubbed his head.
"The concussion must've done that. You must've hit the spot where it was the most and knocked yourself out." Twilight said.
"I must've. Sorry I worried you Twilight." Spike said. Twilight then kissed him on the forehead.
"It's fine Spike. Well I gotta get back to the Library. I'll see you later Spike." Twilight said as she went for the door.
"Bye Twilight." Spike said back. Then Twilight went out the door of the Boutique. Spike then got off the couch went up to the bathroom. He turned on hot water and splashed some on his face. When he was finished, steam was on the mirror. He then took a claw and began to wipe the steam away. As he wiped, he saw something that wasn't his reflection. He continued to wipe the steam away until he saw a nightmarish being. It was the creature Twilight described to him.
"What are you?" Spike asked in a worried voice.
"You.
A Day with Himself
Fear
"No. Why me? Why did this have to happen to me?" Spike asked himself. Then the images of the accident flashed through his mind. He yelped and fell back onto his butt. Spike then sat on the toilet holding his knees and began to cry silently.
"When Twilight and the others find out about this-" Spike started to say to himself. Then the images of his friends turning him to Celestia and Luna and them testing on him. He let out another yelp of fear and more tears fell from his eyes as he held his knees on the toilet.
"T..they can't find out about me. I...I need to keep this a secret. Nopony needs to know this." Spike said to himself as he got off the toilet. He then went to the doors of the boutique and locked them along with the windows.
"I...I just need to stay away from everypony today. Yeah. I just need to take a vacation. A self vacation." He said trying to cheer himself up. He then felt better about himself a little. He kept away from the doors and windows and tried to entertain himself. He drew on some paper, read some books, and even bounced his rubber ball around. But he didn't do those for long and yet he felt bored.
Smash....
Spike's head shot around the designing room he was in looking for the owner of the deep voice. But he never saw the owner.
"H...hello? Who's there?" Spike asked around the room.
Smash....
"Whoever's doing this, it isn't funny." Spike said in a worried voice.
Smash...
And then he realized it. Nopony was around to make the voice. Except the creature inside him.
"Alright. What do you want?" Spike asked himself or actually the voice in his head.
"Me want to smash. " The voice replied to his question.
"No. No smashing." Spike said to the voice.
"Me want to smash now. " The voice said.
"No. And stop saying me. How about we give you a name?" Spike asked the voice.
"Fine. What name be? " The voice asked in replying.
"How about....Drake?" Spike asked.
"Me like it. Name now Drake. And Drake want to smash. " The voice replied.
"No Drake. You aren't going to smash anything. Now while I'm in control." Spike said in an irritated tone.
"Drake want to smash. And Drake want out. " Drake said angrily.
"I'm not going to let you out Drake. No matter how much you beg." Spike said.
"Drake. Want. OUT! " Drake screamed.
"No Drake! I'm not gonna....Ah!" Spike screamed in pain. And then he collapsed onto the floor in pain as his whole body burned.
"Yes. Drake coming out! " Drake yelled happily. And then Spike watched in shock as his muscles grew in size. His clawed feet popped through his new shoes. His legs widened and lengthened and his purple jeans ripped. His chest and arms grew to the width and length of tree trunks. And then his spines and ear fins lengthened and thickened along with the spade on his tail. And then he watched his scales turn green.
"No! Drake! Don't...come....out!" Spike screamed as his voice deepened. But Spike was no longer there. Now only one person was left. And that was Drake. As soon as Drake was released, he bursted through the back of the boutique's walls and leaped into the forest.

Fluttershy hovered over to the boutique to check up on Spike and when she reached the door, she opened it slowly.
"H..hello? Spike are you here?" Fluttershy asked as she opened the door. She then gasped in horror when she saw the nine foot tall hole in the wall. She knew that the creature must've came back and taken Spike when she saw his ripped clothes.
"Oh no! I've got to tell Twilight!" She yelled quietly as she ran out the boutique. And then she ran as fast as she could back to the Library and get Twilight to find Spike and the creature.
Dog Problems
At the cottage she was staying at a few miles from Ponyville, Rarity was drawing new dress designs in her notebook by the fireplace. While she was drawing she heard a thump outside. She got up and grabbed a bulky yellow flashlight and went outside. She walked over to a large tree where the thump originated and saw the shadow of something large. She moved her flashlight until she saw a face. It was large and scaly with green eyes. She gasped in fear and took a small step back. As it stood there behind the tree, she saw something...familiar with it. She then turned off her flashlight and it began to slowly walk towards her. And then when it was in the light of the moon, she saw the creature's entire body. It was large, about nine feet tall. Was well built and had green scales. It leaned down to where it's head was a little bit higher than hers. It then looked at her with it's bright green eyes and Rarity still couldn't name what was familiar with it. Then it stuck out it's large clawed hands and gently picked her up. She sat there in his giant hands as it walked with her in them. It then placed her on the top of her car. It slowly backed away and stared at her. She then saw on it's legs torn purple jeans. And then she saw the letter S sewn onto the rim of the jeans which she designed herself. It then all made sense to her. This thing never attacked Spike. This thing was Spike. She heard as he released very deep breaths. And then a snapping branch was heard. And then another snapping was heard. The two turned and saw three Diamond Dogs coming out from the forest on the other side of the river.
The first Dog was the largest of them. It had shadow black fur and a pitch black nose. It was a Great Dane. The second Dog was the second largest and had puffy fur in many places. It was a Poodle. The third and final Dog was the shortest of the three and had tan fur with a large head. It was a Pitbull. But something was wrong with these dogs. They were larger then their normal breed size, they're eye shine was an unnatural green, their uniforms were ripped and saliva leaked from between their enlarged teeth. And these Dogs looked very, very hungry.
Spike knew these Dogs had been changed like he was and quickly grabbed Rarity hoping to protect her. He then placed her in her car and closed the door. As soon as that door closed, he let out a growl at the dogs. Then the three Dogs leaped over the river with ease and charged at Spike. The Great Dane pounced at Spike hitting his shoulder causing him to stagger a little. When the poodle pounced, he grabbed it with his clawed hand and tossed it into a tree as the Pitbull bit his leg. He managed to get the Pitbull off of his leg but when it charged at him again, he grabbed a large log and swung at the dog like a bat and he also hit the Dane with the swing. While that was going on, Rarity got into the driver's seat of her car. Spike though had the Pitbull hanging onto the log by it's jaws and when the Dane went to bite, it grabbed the Pitbull. When the Poodle was back up, it saw Rarity and growled as it charged at the car. As Rarity scrambled to find the key, the Poodle launched itself at her windshield causing Rarity to scream. It then clawed at the windshield hoping to break the glass and get in. Spike saw this and swung his log at the Poodle knocking of the car with a yipe. As he ran towards Rarity, the Dane jumped and gripped onto his arm along with the Pitbull biting his leg and knocking him over. The two dogs shook their heads violently as they hoped to rip Spike apart. But he got up and punched the Dane in the head. He tried to run but the two dogs kept on tackling him and then they rolled down a hill. The Poodle followed as it barked furiously. Rarity on the other head found her car's key and placed it in the ignition. She turned on the headlights but couldn't see Spike. All she could hear was the sound of the Dogs. She then turned her car off and took her key out.
The Pitbull tore violently at Spike's leg while the Dane had his arm. But Spike returned the favor by taking the Dane's leg and giving it his bite with his sharp Dragon fangs. The Poodle seeing an opening ran in and bit him in the crotch area. Spike saw this and growled. He got up with the Pitbull on his leg and picked the Poodle up by it's ears. He then gave it a smack making it yipe as it hit the ground. Spike then picked up the poodle and swung it around hitting the Dane. He then threw it and picked the Pitbull up and punched the joint of the leg and hip and threw it making let out a demonic yelp. Spike turned his head and saw the Dane limping towards him as it snarled. He turned his head the other way and saw a Pitbull bellowing as it prepared a pounce. Then the two Dogs pounced at him, but Spike leaped into the air making the Dogs collide into each other.
Spike's leap was powerful enough for him to hit the top branch of the tree in one leap. As soon as he landed, he saw the two Dogs quickly climbing up the tree. Then the Dane leaped at the branch he was on and growled as it tried to keep it's balance. Spike roared and began to charge at it but he didn't see the Pitbull and it landed on his shoulder with it's jaws agape. The Dane then grabbed his other hand and then the three fell off of the tree. They hit one of the branches on the way down making the tree crack. The three then were caught on another branch making the tree fall over as they fell to the ground with a thump.
As Spike got up, the Pitbull continued to gnaw on his shoulder. He settled that when he picked up a rock and smacked the Pitbull in the face knocking it out and making it fall off his shoulder. The Poodle then took it's chance and went back to trying to get Rarity. As that was happening, the Dane attacked Spike head on but then Spike grabbed the Dane by the neck and slammed his fist into it's mouth. He then slammed it onto the ground and slammed his fist down onto it making a green dust fly off it's body as Spike killed it. The Poodle made some progress as it made a crack in the windshield. But it was cut short when it didn't see Spike behind it. Spike then jumped behind the Poodle and slammed it's head into the windshield shattering it. Rarity covered her eyes as glass shot at her. Spike then grabbed the Poodle's neck and threw it back at a tree making green dust fly from it as well. Rarity saw Spike as his scales were covered in dirt. She and him thought it was over until the Pitbull leaped through the air and bit down on Spike's shoulder. He tried to grab it but it was out of reach. His shoulder muscles then grew until they outmatched the Pitbull's jaw and snapped it. He then grabbed it's head and slammed it into the hood of the car. Rarity covered her eyes again when he tore the Pitbull it half making green dust fly.
She watched as he slowly limped away from the car and tried to get away. Rarity waited a few minutes before getting out of the car. She then saw a smaller silhouette and when she was able to get a good view of it, she saw a familiar purple Dragon.
"Spike!" Rarity screamed as she ran towards him. She then picked him up onto his feet and placed him over her shoulder. She then helped him inside the cottage and sat him on the bed.
"R..Rarity-" Spike started. "D..don't tell."
"Spike, what did this to you?" Rarity asked.
"The experiment me and Twilight did. It turned me into Drake." He replied.
"Drake?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.
"It's what I call him. I didn't want you to see me like this or for you to see him. So I started to walk away. But I couldn't get away fast enough. Please don't tell Twilight about this." He begged in replying.
"But...Spike-" Rarity started to say.
"No. No buts Rarity. But think of it as repayment for saving you from those Diamond Dogs." He interrupted. Rarity let out a deep sigh and nodded her head yes. He then crawled under the covers of the bed and fell asleep.

Feelings
The next morning around ten A.M, Spike was deeply asleep in the bed at Rarity's cottage. And then a savory aroma filled his nostrils. He raised his head and saw Rarity cooking on the stove of the cottage. He then rose his body but felt very sore after his fight with the Dogs last night.
"Good morning Spike." Rarity said without looking at him.
"Good morning Rarity." He said back as he got out of the bed. He then walked over to the dining table and sat down. Rarity then took what she was cooking out of the frying pan and placed it on two plates. She then placed the plates on the table and sat down with Spike. Spike saw she cooked scrambled eggs and hay bacon. Spike then grabbed his fork and began to eat.
"It's delicious Rarity. Thank you." Spike said with a smile and a happy voice.
"My pleasure Spike. It's the least I can do to repay you after last night." Rarity said back.
"Yeah. But something was off with those Dogs." Spike said.
"What do you mean?" Rarity asked.
"When those Dogs came near me, I felt something familiar. Like if they somehow became Drake Dogs." He explained.
"Oh. So as if the potion that affected you was used on those Dogs." Rarity said as she understood.
"Yeah. But Twilight and I only had the recipe. So who could have done that to them?" Spike asked to himself.
"Well enough about those Dogs, we need to get you in new clothes quickly." Rarity said as she used her magic to place the plates in the sink. Spike then looked at his jeans which were torn to Tartarus and blushed.
"Yeah. I guess so." He said as he giggled. He then got up and followed Rarity to the living room of the cottage. After taking his measurements and asking what colors he wanted, she instantly went to work. After a couple of hours, she made him another green shirt and purple jeans. He then went into the bathroom and changed quickly. He then came back out and threw away his torn pants.
"Well what do you think Spike?" Rarity asked.
"They fit perfectly and they're comfortable. They're perfect Rarity." He replied with a smile.
"I'm glad you like them Spike. Now I'd like to speak to you about 'Drake'." She said as she sat down on the bed. He gave a frown and slowly walked towards the bed. He then sat down next to Rarity.
"Spike, when does Drake get out?" Rarity asked.
"Whenever I feel or pain or both. Like when I yelled at Pee Wee when I got home from the hospital. Or when I stayed at your place and bumped my head." He replied.
"Have you hurt anypony as Drake?" She asked.
"No. Just those Dogs and a Hydra. But I never hurt anypony." He replied.
"Does anypony know about Drake other than me?" Rarity asked him.
"No. You're the only pony that saw me. But please Rarity, pinkie promise me you won't tell Twilight or the Princesses." Spike begged.
"Alright. Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Rarity said as she went through the motions.
"Thank you. I'll get the dishes started now." He said as he got up. As Rarity watched him walk over to the sink, she felt something in her chest. As if her heart began to melt like butter. She knew this feeling and she couldn't believe it.
"Do I really feel that way for him? He's a Dragon and I'm a pony. " Rarity thought to herself. And then she knew it. She had a feeling for Spike. She loved him no matter if a beast was in him or not. She then got up off the bed and walked over to him. She gave a light tap onto his shoulder. He then placed down the dish he was washing and turned around.
"What is it Rarity?" He asked. But she didn't say anything. The words she wanted to say were caught in her throat. But she didn't say anything when she closed her eyes and leaned in and pressed her warm, furry lips against Spike's cold, scaly lips. Spike's eyes widened in shock as he deepest desire was coming true. She then broke the kiss and looked at him in his eyes.
"Spike Sparkle the Dragon, I love you. I have a feeling that only that kiss could express. I want to spend the rest of my days with you until I take my last breath. I guess what I'm asking you is...will you be my special somedragon?" Rarity asked him. He looked into her eyes and saw this wasn't a prank. She was asking an honest to Celestia question and it was also his life's wish.
"Will this answer it?" He asked in replying. He then leaned towards her and pressed his lips against hers. Rarity's heart melted as he slithered his forked tongue into her mouth and lead her tongue into a passionate dance. Then the two new lovers broke apart and hugged passionately.
"So Spike, you and the Drake Dogs destroyed my car, so how will we get back to Ponyville?" Rarity asked him.
"You forgot you have a Dragon who can deliver notes with his fire." He replied. Rarity giggled and gave him a piece of paper and an inkwell with a feather. He then began to write.

Can you guys bring one of your cars to come get me and Rarity? A Bear tore her car apart and it's not in riding condition. So have Applejack bring her pickup to the cottage a few miles from Ponyville please. And I'm okay if you're worrying about me.

He then breathed his magical green fire and turned the note into ashes and it flew out the window.
"So Spike, do you think we should tell Twilight about us?" Rarity asked.
"I'd say give it a few weeks time and then we tell her. So she doesn't freak out." Spike replied. And then he belched and out of his green flames was a note. He scrolled it open and read it.

"Well at least we can get my car back. And good job on the Bear cover up my Spikey Wikey." Rarity said as she leaned on Spike shoulder.
"Yeah." Spike said happily. And then the honking horn of Applejack's tow truck was heard from outside. The two ran outside and saw Twilight and Applejack in her family tow truck. As soon as the truck stopped, Twilight got out and ran towards Spike. She slammed into him knocking him off of his feet and onto his butt with her hugging him.
"T..thank Celestia you're okay." Twilight said as she had a death grip on Spike's neck.
"Sweet Celestia Rarity. A Bear must've torn your car up." Applejack said as she got out her truck.
"Yes. A Bear came around and tore through my car looking for food. Luckily Spike came along and scared it off." Rarity said as she helped him and Twilight up.
"Well...I'll get this attached and then we can get going." She said as she got back into her truck and started it. She pulled up to Rarity's car and using her magic, Twilight attached the tow hook. Then the three got into the car and drove off back to Ponyville.
A Fight
After getting Spike and Rarity from the cottage, Twilight got the rest of the Mane Six together back at the Library which got it's wall rebuilt and decided to get Spike back home. She had Spike sitting on her couch with his friends all around him. Rarity sat down next to him and held his clawed hand.
"Twilight, what's this about?" Spike asked her.
"We just want to ask you a couple of things Spike and that's all." Twilight replied.
"If this is about me going missing it's okay Twilight. I promise you I'm fine." He said.
"No Spike. You're not fine. That creature keeps going after you for some reason. Did you do anything to make it mad?" She asked him.
"No Twilight. I never did anything to piss it off." He replied.
"Spike!" Rarity yelled.
"Sorry. I never did anything to make it mad." He said.
"Then why does it come after you?" She asked him.
"I don't know." He replied.
"Spike-" Twilight said.
"I really don't know Twilight." He interrupted.
"Applejack." Twilight said looking at her friend. She walked over and looked into Spike's green eyes.
"Spike, spill the truth." Applejack said.
"I don't know what you're talking about Applejack." Spike said. He then felt a tingling feeling in his body.
"Just tell us the truth Spike. Then this will all be over." Applejack said.
"I am telling the truth Applejack. Now stop this." Spike said as he grew irritated. He then felt a light burning. He knew he was getting angry and somehow needed to move away from this. He then got up and began to walk towards the door.
"Where do you think you're going?" Twilight asked him.
"I'm heading out for a bit." He replied as he opened the door. But then a lavender magic covered the door and it slammed shut. He then pulled on the doorknob but it wouldn't open.
"Don't even try it. It's magically locked." Twilight said with a grin.
"Twilight, you've got to let me out." Spike said as he stood at the door.
"No I don't. Not until you tell me the truth and then you can leave." Twilight said in an angry tone. Rarity saw his eyes give a faint bright green glow and knew he'd turn. She got up and tried to get to him, but Rarity was blocked by Rainbow Dash.
"Twilight, you really need to let me out of here. Now." He said as his voice grew worried.
"Then tell me the truth." Twilight said.
"I did tell the truth! I don't know why the beast is after me!" He yelled.
"That's it Spike! You are not leaving this Library until you tell me the-" Twilight started to say. And then out of rage and the fear she might see Drake, Spike got up and slammed his fist into Twilight's cheek sending her into the wall and cracking the wood. Everypony gasped in horror and looked down at his hand. Her blood dripped from his knuckle as he tightly clenched his fist. He watched the door as it's lavender glow disappeared meaning he could leave. Twilight began to shed tears as she held her cheek as it stung with pain. Spike then opened the door but stopped in the doorway before he entirely left the Library.
"I told the truth Twilight. I don't know why the beast is after me. So now if you want to believe I won't do this again to you, then try to follow me." He said in a booming voice. He then slammed the door shut shaking the Library. When he was gone, the Mane Six were shocked about what he just did. Rainbow Dash and Applejack ran to Twilight's side and helped her up.
"What the buck's wrong with him?" Rainbow asked.
"I have no idea. Do you Rarity?" Applejack asked her. Rarity nodded her head no. They looked at Twilight and saw blood dripping from her lip and heavy tears falling from her cheeks.
"Spike.....Spike-" Was all she said as she cried.
"Rainbow. Come on." Applejack said as she headed for the door.
"Where are we going?" Rainbow asked.
"After Spike." Applejack replied. Rainbow then followed Applejack out of the Library and after the purple Dragon. Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy took care of Twilight by placing an ice pack on her cheek.
"Spike....why?" She asked out loud as she sobbed.
"Spike. Be careful. "
Massacre
Spike ran like a Timberwolf through the Everfree Forest as he was being chased by an angry Applejack and an even more furious Rainbow Dash. He tried to lose them any way he thought of but they kept on him like hound dogs. As he ran through the forest, he tripped on a root of a tree and fell making him skid on the ground to an open area in the forest. As he got up, he saw Applejack and Rainbow Dash with angry looks on their muzzles. He quickly got up and tried to run but then Rainbow Dash tackled him and pinned him to a boulder.
"Alright Spike! You got a lot of explaining to do about why you punched her!" Rainbow yelled.
"Let me go Dash! You don't wanna do this!" Spike warned. She then punched him in the stomach making him yelp in pain and breathe for air.
"Now Spike, explain!" She yelled as she drew her fist back.
"No! Now let me go Dash! You really don't want to do this!" He warned again. Applejack then came up and took him out of Dash's grasp.
"Spike, we're only doing this for the better of ya'. So just explain why ya' did that and we'll let ya' go." Applejack explained.
"I'm not saying anything to either of you. So now let....me...go!" He yelled as he tried to get Applejack's grasp to loosen. She then punched him in the stomach making him kneel to the ground.
"Get up." Rainbow said in a forceful voice.
"You've made me angry." Spike started. "And you're not gonna like me when I'm angry."
"Up. Now!" Rainbow yelled as she touched Spike's shoulder.
"NO!
"Spike was never attacked by that monster." Rainbow said.
"Spike was that monster." Applejack added. They then saw Spike wasn't there anymore. All that was left was the monster. He then released a roar that made Applejack and Rainbow Dash cover their ears.
"GRAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
The monster then saw the two mares and growled. When the mares ran off away from him, he ran after very quickly.
"I can't believe it! He's the monster!" Rainbow screamed as she ran.
"Me neither! Wait until Twilight hears this!" Applejack screamed back. And as they two came into another clearing, Spike landed in front of them shaking the ground like a mini earthquake. He then roared and ran towards Rainbow Dash. She took off into the air but he jumped up and grabbed her. When he landed with her in his hand, she screamed as he squeezed her tightly making her bones crack. Applejack pulled her revolver out from her jeans and shot at the monster. But she was shocked when her bullets bounced off his skin. He then roared in pain and to the two mare's surprise, he grew another three feet and grew more muscle. She then placed her revolver back and grabbed a large branch. She ran up to him and held the branch up.
"Let her go!" Applejack said as she smacked him with the branch. But the branch broke in half and he didn't feel it. He then turned around and saw Applejack and growled. He dropped Rainbow Dash and then kicked Applejack sending her through a tree. When she tried getting up, Spike ran up to her and picked her up and saw she was bleeding and bruised.
"Spike, please don't kill me." She begged. He then threw her like a football in the direction of Ponyville and when she was out of sight, he turned to Rainbow Dash who was trying to crawl away from him. He walked over to her and picked her up.
"What do you want from me?" Rainbow asked as she struggled to break free.
"Leave Drake alone.

Back at The Golden Oaks Library, Twilight was sitting on the couch with an ice pack on her cheek as she cried silently. Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Rarity sat down next to her.
"Don't worry Twilight. Applejack and Rainbow Dash will get him back here so he can apologize to you." Fluttershy said trying to cheer her up.
"I know. But why did he do that?" She asked her. Fluttershy then kept silent. Rarity felt sorry for Twilight and Spike. She nearly brought out his monster and all he wanted was to protect her from him. She wanted to tell Twilight his secret but she remembered the Pinkie Promise she made to him. And then the windows of the Library shattered when Applejack bursted through them landing in a pile of glass. The four mares gasped in shock and they were even more scared when Rainbow Dash broke through the wall of the Library.
"Girls! What happened?" Twilight asked. They didn't answer. They only groaned in pain.
"Come on, we need to get them to the hospital fast!" Pinkie screamed as she tried to pick up Applejack. The four loaded them into Applejack's truck and drove as fast as they could to the Ponyville Hospital hoping that they'll still be alive.
Deadpool
An hour passed since Spike saved the colt from the fires and he was now out instead of Drake. Spike was walking through Everfree Forest and was heading for Ponyville. As he was walking, he heard something walking behind him. He turned around and saw nothing there.
"I'm probably just hearing things." He said as he scratched his head. He then turned back around and continued his walk. Then the rustling started up again. Then as he turned his head, he breathed a stream of flames.
"YYYEEEOWWW!" Something screamed. And then Spike saw his follower. It was a Griffon who had red and black feathers. His eyes were pure white and his beak was black. On his back were two swords and he had a belt with guns, grenades and pouches.
"Sheesh! Can you shoot any hotter flames?" The Griffin sarcastically asked as he extinguished the green flame on his tail.
"Who are you?" Spike asked the Griffon.
"Silly me. Where are my manners? Name's Deadpool." He said as he stuck out his claws. When Spike shook it, a jolt of electricity went through his body. When Spike jumped back and landed on his rump, Deadpool laughed very hard and fell onto his back.
"Shocking way to introduce myself isn't it?" Deadpool asked as he laughed. Spike then saw a buzz zapper in his claws. Spike then grabbed the Griffon and picked him up.
"Who the buck do you think you are?!" Spike angrily asked.
"Whoa buddy, I wouldn't want that bad side of your to come out. I've seen what happens when you get mad." Deadpool said. Then Spike gave him a wierd look and let him go.
"How do you know about Drake?" Spike asked wondering how he knew.
"I watched you go mono-a-mono with those mares earlier today. I gotta say you ain't afraid of nothin' when you're in that form kid." Deadpool replied.
"Crap. Just what I needed. An insane Griffon to see Drake." Spike said.
"Hey! I'm not insane. I prefer the term psychotic." Deadpool said.
"Alright. Psychotic Griffon. Now can you leave me alone?" Spike asked.
"Aww. But we were getting along quite nicely. I was thinking we get lunch together and get to know each other." Deadpool said.
"You want Drake to flatten you?" Spike asked angrily.
"Ha! Good one kid! Drake can't flatten me. I can't be killed!" Deadpool exclaimed. Spike then grabbed a gun off his belt and shot Deadpool in the head. Spike waited for a few minutes and was about to leave.
"Ow! What in the name of Tartarus was that for?!" Deadpool angrily asked as he got up. Spike then was shocked as the bullet pulled itself out of Deadpool's skull and the bullet hole healed quickly.
"Told ya'. Can't be killed. I'm immortal." Deadpool said.
"Wow. Which means for an eternity to pass you'll be somepony's pain in the ass." Spike said sarcastically.
"Exactly buddy. And today I'm your pain in the ass." Deadpool said as he giggled.
"Great. Well, I gotta go." Spike said as he began to walk away. As he walked, he noticed Deadpool following him.
"I said leave me alone." Spike said to the Griffon.
"No you didn't. You said I gotta go." Deadpool corrected.
"Well now I'm saying it. Leave me alone." Spike warned.
"Or what?" Deadpool asked. Spike then took a sword of Deadpool and placed it near something important.
"Or I'll slice that off." Spike replied as his wrist twitched.
"I can grow that back ya' know. So it really doesn't matter." Deadpool said.
"Yeah. Say can you reattach stuff as well?" Spike asked.
"Yeah. Wanna see?" Deadpool asked in replying.
"Yeah. Pull off your head." Spike said. Deadpool then took his claws and ripped off his head. Spike then kicked it into a pile of bushes.
"Hey!" Deadpool screamed. And then his body went into the bushes and looked around. That gave Spike an advantage and he ran far from Deadpool. He then made it to Ponyville.
"Hope I never have to see him again." Spike said as he shuddered. He then wondered how Rarity was doing and began to walk to the Carousel Boutique.
Love
Ponyville was quiet today like it was any other day which Spike enjoyed because loud wasn't really his thing. And today, Spike was walking through Ponyville to see his special somepony Rarity. As he walked, he looked behind him so he could see if the insane Griffon Deadpool was following him. But he never saw him.
"At least I lost him. " Spike thought happily. He then made it to the front door of the Carousel Boutique. Before he went in, he thought what would Rarity say to him after what he did to Applejack and Rainbow Dash.
"Will she even talk to me? I probably killed them. Well....I guess I'll find out. " He thought as he slowly opened the door. As he went in, the service bell rang.
"Coming! " A familiar voice rang. And then coming into his view was the love of his life Rarity. She was about to say what she normally said to customers until she saw Spike.
"S..spike. I..is that you?" She asked.
"It's me Rarity." He replied. She then ran into his arms knocking him off his feet. Rarity then began to cry.
"I...I'm glad you're okay m...my little Spikey Wikey." She said as she sobbed.
"I'm okay Rarity. I promise you I'm okay." He said as he rubbed her mane. She then began to kiss him until his scales were soaked. She then stopped and saw what she did.
"Oops. Sorry Spike." She said as she got off of him.
"It's fine. But why were you worried about me?" He asked her.
"It's Twilight. After you sent Applejack and Rainbow Dash to the hospital, she plans on destroying you." Rarity replied. Spike then swallowed a lump in his throat.
"Oh boy." Spike said.
"Spike, what are you going to do?" Rarity asked him. He then thought for a minute until he got his solution.
"I...I don't know Rarity. I really don't know." He replied as he sat down. Rarity then sat down next to him. She saw he had a worried look on his face.
"Spike, anything strange happen today?" Rarity asked.
"Actually yes. I ran into an insane Griffon named Deadpool who see me turn into Drake." He replied.
"Deadpool? As in the mercenary Deadpool?" She asked.
"You know him?" Spike asked in replying.
"He was in the news once. He saved three ponies from twelve changelings." Rarity said.
"I thought he sounded familiar." Spike said as he realized it.
"So Spike, I have something in my bedroom I need lifting, can you help?" Rarity asked him.
"Of course." He replied. Then the two started their way upstairs. Little did Spike know that Rarity had a surprise for him.

At Golden Oaks Library, Twilight was sitting down watching T.V and as she flipped through the channels, she landed on the news channel.
"We interrupt this program for an important news update. Earlier today when a large home of a mother and her son caught on fire, a large creature saved the colt that was trapped inside.
'I was trapped in my room when this large creature came up to me. I was scared at first but he then picked me up and jumped out. He saved my life.'
The description from the colt was that it was twelve feet tall, very muscular, looked reptilian, and had bright green eyes. More into this story later tonight. I'm News Flash and now the weather report." The reporter said. Twilight then turned off the T.V and began to think.
"If he attacked Applejack and Rainbow Dash, why did he save that colt?" She asked herself in her thoughts. And then for the rest of the day, she thought why it did that. She then asked herself a new question.
"Where's Spike?"

Spike and Rarity were panting heavily and were covered in sweat as they laid next to each other in her bed. For Rarity had just given Spike his surprise.
"Rarity. That...was...incredible." Spike said between pants.
"I'm...glad...you...liked it Spike." Rarity said between her pants. Then the two leaned into each other and kissed. Spike loved wrapping his reptilian tongue around Rarity's and making it dance. They then broke the kiss and hugged passionately.
"I love you Spike." Rarity said as she hugged him.
"I love you too Rarity." Spike said back. And then the two closed their eyes and fell sleep in each other's grace.
The Bean Spilling
The next morning as the birds began to sing and Celestia's sun began it's rise, Spike was sleeping with Rarity in his gentle grasp. That was until the sun started to hit his reptilian eyes. He groaned but when he opened his eyes, he saw Rarity laying her head on his scaly chest with a little smile on her muzzle. He smiled and sighed in happiness to see her laying next to him. Without waking Rarity, Spike climbed out of the bed. He then saw his torn purple pants and placed them back on in case Drake came out today. His stomach then released a loud growl.
"Don't worry boy. You'll get food soon enough." Spike whispered as he rubbed his stomach. He then quietly walked downstairs to where Rarity kept gems for her dresses.
"I hope she doesn't mind." He said quietly as he looked at the gems. Spike then grabbed a few sapphires and went to the kitchen. He then grabbed a bowl and sat down at the kitchen table. Then as he was eating, somepony knocked at the door of the Boutique. Spike then went towards the door and when he opened it, he wish he was away. Far away. For it was the Alicorn Princess Celestia. She had a look on her face that spooked him. And behind her was Twilight's brother and captain of the royal guard Shining Armor who looked furious.
"H..hello Celestia." Spike said in a weak voice.
"Spike Sparkle the Dragon. We need to talk." Celestia said in her angry voice which scared Spike.
"A..about what?" He asked.
"Don't play games Spike. I saw what you did to my little sister. Now, answers." Shining replied angrily. Spike now knew he had only two things he could do. Either tell her the truth or close the door and head out the back.
"Well Spike. Do you have an answer?" Celestia asked him.
"S..she was interrogating me Celestia. And I wasn't doing anything wrong." He replied.
"So you punched Twilight in her cheek to make her stop?" Shining asked.
"No. Well...yes. But she was asking me why a creature I don't even know was attacking me." Spike replied.
"What creature?" Celestia asked.
"A new and ferocious creature. I told her to tell you but she wanted to track it herself." Spike replied.
"I'll speak to her about that later. But Spike, you shouldn't have done that." Celestia said.
"I know I shouldn't. I'm sorry Celestia." He said back. Then as he tried to close the door, Shining came and stopped him. He then opened the door with force making Spike stagger back.
"Shining, I don't want any trouble." Spike said as he slowly backed away.
"You might not want any, but I do." Shining said back as he cracked his knuckles. He then was about to land a blow when a blast of magic shot him. The three in the room looked and saw Rarity and her horn glowing with it's aura.
"Keep away from him!" She yelled as she ran in front of him. But then Celestia used her magic and created magical binds that connected her to the wall.
"No." Spike growled. As he ran to her, Shining Armor tackled him to the ground and began to slam his fists into Spike's jaw. He then placed a hand on Spike's throat.
"Don't make me angry Shining. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry." Spike warned.
"I bet I will." Shining said as he raised a fist to hit Spike. Then as his fist went down, Spike caught it. The Dragon then began to crack the fist making Shining scream in pain. Spike then kicked Shining off of him and into a wall. Celestia and Shining then saw the unnatural glow in his eyes and gasped by what they saw next. They saw him morph from the small purple Dragon to a gigantic, green monster. Celestia then released the magical binds on Rarity and the three ran outside. When Spike was fully transformed, he released a roar that shook everything around him and outside.

(Meanwhile as Twilight and the others walked to the Boutique)
Twilight, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were walking to the Boutique to see Rarity and to see if Spike was there with her.
"I'm sure he's there with her. He'd always be there for Rarity and she'd be there for him." Pinkie said.
"I know that Pinkie. But I hope Celestia and Shining go easy on him." Twilight said in a worried voice.
"But Twilight, he punched you." Fluttershy said.
"I know he did. But he has a reason for everything. I'm sure he has a reason for that." Twilight said back.
"I'm sure he did too your majesty." A strange voice said. The girls looked and saw a red and black Griffon spinning a revolver on his claw while he was leaning against a building.
"Who are you?" Fluttershy asked.
"Name's Deadpool. Number one mercenary and Spike's best buddy." The Griffon replied as he approached the mares.
"Wait. How do you know Spike?" Twilight asked.
"I met up with him two chapters ago." Deadpool replied. Then the mares except Pinkie gave him a wierd look.
"What do you mean chapters mister Deadpool?" Fluttershy asked.
"He means he met him earlier in the story." Pinkie replied.
"You're pink friend is right." Deadpool said.
"What...never mind. Do you know where Spike is?" Twilight asked Deadpool.
"Nope. But I think he's gonna let us know right...about-" Deadpool said as he looked at his wrist. And then a massive roar was sent through Ponyville shaking everything.

Then the mares and Deadpool ran to the origin of the roar and saw Celestia and Twilight's brother standing outside of the Carousel Boutique.
"Celestia! Shining!" Twilight yelled to get their attention. Shining and Celestia saw this and Shining ran to her sister.
"Shining, where Spike?" Twilight asked her brother. But before he could answer, the front wall of the Boutique bursted and made a cloud of dust. When the dust cleared, Twilight saw the large creature.
"Twilight, I know it's hard to believe, but he's right there." He replied.
"What?!" The mares asked. Spike then saw Shining and growled. He then bursted towards him. And then he felt things bounce off his skin. Spike looked and saw Deadpool shooting him with two pistols.
"Bang bang bang bang!" Deadpool shouted as he shot him.
"No!" Twilight screamed. Twilight then saw none of the bullets penetrated his skin. She then gasped when he grew even taller by six feet. Spike then leaped towards Deadpool and when the Griffon was in front of him, Spike grabbed him.
"Wait! Spike!" Deadpool shouted. But then Spike tossed him far away and heard him scream as he flew through the skies. Shining Armor saw Deadpool's dropped gun and ran. He grabbed it and began to shoot the creature that was Spike. Spike turned and saw this. He then charged forward and grabbed Shining Armor. Spike then squeezed the Unicorn soldier making him scream in pain as he bones cracked. Celestia then charged up her magic and shot Spike making him drop Shining Armor and stagger forward. He turned and saw the Alicorn with her horn glowing.
"Spike! Stop this!" She yelled in her royal voice. But Spike roared and barreled at her. She shot bolts of magic at him but they didn't even bug him a bit. When he was nearing grabbing distance, she placed up a magical barrier. But she was shocked when he broke it like glass and grabbed her. When she was pulled up to his face, she saw the anger in his bright green eyes.
"Spike, what happened to you?" She asked the titan.
"Spike not here. Only Drake.
"Spike!" A feminine voice screamed. Everypony turned and saw Rarity running towards the giant.
"Rarity!" Twilight yelled. But as she tried to run to her, Shining stood in her way.
"Spike don't do this! This isn't you!" Rarity screamed. Spike only turned towards her and roared in her face.
"Spike, think about what you're doing! Hurting everypony won't make this better! You've got to calm down!" Rarity yelled. He then yanked her off the ground and up to his face. Everypony gasped and Fluttershy hid her face.
"Spike. Calm down please. For me." Rarity begged. And then a tear fell from her cheek and onto his hand. Spike looked at the tear and realized what he was doing. Spike then placed Rarity down onto the ground and placed a claw gently onto her cheek.
"Oh Spike." Rarity said as she hugged the claw. Then he moved the claw away and then got into a running start away from her and leaped away from Ponyville. Then everypony turned to Twilight.
"How did this happen to him?" Celestia asked her student.
"I think I know." She replied. And then she spoke about the accident and when the monster first appeared.
Spider-Mare
Drake was definitely on the move away from Ponyville. In just a few hours, the giant creature moved from Ponyville to some major cities. And then when he reached Manehatten, his rage left him. As Drake walked through an alleyway, he slowly turned back into Spike.
"Sheesh. Last time I run from city to city." Spike said as he sat down in the alleyway. As he was sitting down, he began to have the images of the fight back in Ponyville flash through his head.
"Deadpool, Shining Armor, Celestia. I might as well be a wanted criminal for Celestia's sake." Spike said to himself. Then after a few minutes, he got back up and began to walk through the alleyway. But then he heard something behind him. He turned around and saw four thugs.
"Look what we got ere' boys." A thug said in a Manehatten accent.
"A little Dragon. Ya' lost newt?" A thug sarcastically asked.
"Look, I don't want any trouble." Spike said as he backed away.
"Well we do. Get em'!" A thug shouted. Then Spike ran from the thugs and they chased after him like bloodhounds. He tossed cans and boxes in front of them but they dodged every one. He was chased until he was in a dead end alleyway.
"Ha! Looks like ya' stuck newt." A thug said happily.
"So what ya' want us to do to im' boss?" Another thug asked.
"Give him a nice beatin'. Then give im' to me." The thug leader replied.
"Right boss." A thug said as he grabbed a baseball bat. Spike then cowered as the thug prepared a swing. Then as the thug swung the bat, a spider-like thread grabbed it and yanked it away from the bandit.
"Hey guys. Next time use the bat on the ball and not on the Dragon." A female voice said. The thugs and Spike looked up and saw a Unicorn mare standing on a roof of a building. But she was wearing a red suit with blue on her sides, a web-like pattern, a mask with white and black eyes, and a spider symbol on her chest.
"It's Spider-Mare!" A thug yelled.
"The one and only." The mare said back. She then leaped from the roof of the house and landed on a thug knocking him out.
"Oops. I really should have looked before I leaped." She sarcastically said with a chuckle.
"Get er'!" The thug leader yelled. Then the two standing thugs charged towards Spider-Mare.
"Alrighty boys. Let's dance." The heroine said. One of the two thugs grabbed the bat that was taken away. He swung at her but she ducked.
"Strike one!" She yelled. The thug swung again and she leaped over him.
"Strike two!" Spider-Mare yelled again. The next time the thug swung the bat, she leaped over him and shot out webs from her wrists onto the thug's back. She then yanked on the webs pulling the thug onto his back. Then she quickly ran up to him and shot a large spray of webbing covering the thug's entire body.
"Strike three! You're outta here!" She screamed happily. Spider-Mare then turned her attention to the other thug. Spider-Mare then shot a ball of webbing at the thug covering his face. She then kicked him into a wall and shot him with webbing sticking him to the wall.
"Just sit tight for a quick sec'." Spider-Mare said sarcastically. She then turned her attention to the thug leader and when she approached him, he ran off. Spider-Mare then saw the Dragon and walked over to him.
"You okay?" She asked him as she stuck out her hand.
"Yeah. Thanks." He replied as he grabbed her hand and she pulled him up.
"No problem. So can you tell me why you're in torn purple pants?" She asked him.
"I..I can't. You'd tell Celestia on me if I told you." Spike replied.
"Hey, I promise you I won't tell anypony." She said to reassure him. He then took a deep breath and sighed.
"I...have a monster within me." Spike replied.
"Now this monster wouldn't happen to be nine feet tall, five hundred pounds and green wouldn't it?" She sarcastically asked.
"How'd you know?" Spike asked in replying.
"Because the thing wore purple, torn pants. And I saw it on the news." She said.
"Oh. Well, thanks for helping me out Spider-Mare. I gotta go." Spike said as he was about to walk away.
"Wait." Spider-Mare said. Spike stopped and turned around.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"Maybe I can help you. Help find a cure for that thing." She suggested.
"You'd help me?" Spike asked in surprise.
"Of course. Anything for a hero." She replied. Spike then blushed. Then as Spider-Mare went from rooftop to rooftop, Spike followed her on the streets. He followed her until they came across an apartment building.
"You live here?" Spike asked.
"Yeah. Just stand at the door and I'll let you in." Spider-Mare replied. He then walked up to the building's door and watched Spider-Mare scale the building. And then after a few minutes, the buzzer for the apartment building buzzed.
"You still here?" A voice asked. Spike recognized it as the voice of Spider-Mare.
"Yeah." Spike replied.
"Great. Head upstairs three floors and it's the first door on the left." Spider-Mare said. Spike then opened the door and followed her instructions. He found her door and opened it.
"Hello? Anypony here?" Spike asked around the apartment. He saw the inside of it and found school papers scattered around, textbooks only Twilight would love everywhere, and a laptop on a station with many notes on it.
"Hang on a sec'." A female voice replied. And then Spike's eyes widened when he saw a mare walk into the room. She had light brown fur and a dark brown long mane and tail. Her eyes were hazel and her cutie mark was a camera. She was wearing a light green T-Shirt and a pair of jeans.
"Um..are you-" Spike started.
"I guess I never really introduced myself. I'm Lensie A.K.A The Amazing Spider-Mare." She replied with happiness in her voice.
"Nice to meet you Lensie. I'm Spike A,K,A The Unstoppable Drake." Spike said back.
"Alrighty. Now that were introduced, can you tell me how Drake was born?" Lensie asked him.
"Well, it started when me and a friend who shall not be named wanted to do a potion that was only tested on a pony. It bubbled violently and steam. I pushed my friend out of the way but...I took the full shot." Spike explained.
"What was this potion supposed to do to a pony?" Lensie asked as she wrote this all down.
"It was supposed to increase a pony's strength, speed, stamina, intelligence which seems to have not happened for me, and to give them an immune system that blocks out all diseases." Spike replied. Lensie wrote all this out on a notepad and then when she was done, she grabbed a needle.
"What's that for?" Spike asked.
"I need to take a blood sample. To see if there's something I can start with." She replied.
"You can't use a needle on me." Spike warned.
"Why not?" Lensie asked.
"Because even the smallest part of pain or when I get angry makes him get out. And it ain't pretty when he gets out." Spike replied.
"Don't worry, it'll be a quick prick you feel." Lensie assured.
"Okay. But be quick." Spike said as he gave her his arm. She did as he said and stuck the needle in, drew his blood, and then pulled the needle out. She then placed the blood into a test tube and then into a machine.
"What's that do?" Spike asked.
"It'll scan the test tube and then we'll see what's in your blood. Then we can start to work on a cure." Lensie replied.
"Great!" Spike said loudly and happily. He then saw a computer hooked up to the machine. And when it beeped, Lensie then went to it and began her work.
"Oh. Now this can be a little bit complicated." Lensie said in a surprised voice.
"Why? What's in my blood?" Spike asked with a worried voice.
"It seems like a form a radiation has infected your blood cells. And when you get angry of feel pain, that radiation triggers the transformation for Drake. So it'll take me a while before I can come up with a cure. But your welcome to stay until I can finish it." Lensie said.
"Thank you Lensie. I swear I'll help." Spike said with a little smile.
"Thanks Spike. Now let's get started on a cure shall we?" Lensie asked.
"We shall." He replied. Then the scientist and assistant began their hard work to create a cure for the Unstoppable Drake.
G.T.K Get To Know
Lensie and Spike were hard at work looking to create a cure for The Drake. Spike gave Lensie the books and she looked up cures. But after many hours, nothing worked on the blood sample she had.
"I don't understand it. I've tried all the spells and every potion recipe I know. But the cells eat the potions and they are immune to my spells." Lensie said in anger.
"Do you think that there isn't a cure for Drake?" Spike asked her.
"I'm starting to think that Spike. I'm sorry." She replied in a sad tone.
"It's not your fault Lensie. You can't help everypony." He said trying to cheer her up.
"I know. But that's why I started to help ponies." She said back.
"What do you mean?" Spike asked. Lensie then sighed deeply and gave Spike a sad look.
"A few years ago when I earned my powers, I needed money to get a car. I then found this add in the newspaper that said a thousand bits to whoever can beat this wrestler in three minutes. I then went hard at work and made a prototype of my costume. I then asked my uncle to drive me to the Library to where the wrestling match was being held. After a talk, I walked out and went to the match. I signed up and believe it or not, I won in one minute. When I went to get my prize money, the man cheated me and gave me a hundred bits. He said that it wasn't his problem. So as I walked out of his office and to the elevator, a robber took his money and went down the elevator. When he asked me why I didn't beat him down, I said it wasn't my problem. So then when I exited the building, I saw a large crowd gathered around. I broke to the front and saw my uncle on the ground shot. That's when I started my career as Spider-Mare." She replied. Spike then understood why she did what she did.
"I'm sorry I said that." Spike said in a sad tone.
"It's not your fault Spike. And my uncle taught me 'With great power comes great responsibility.'. And I've used my power to protect the innocent ponies here in Manehatten." She said in a bold tone.
"Speaking of power. How'd you get your powers?" Spike asked her.
"It started back in High School. I was a scrawny little mare back then. But then when my class went on a field trip to a Science Center testing on Spiders, one of the loose Spiders came down and bit my hand and crawled off. When I got home, I felt very sick. I collapsed onto my bedroom floor and when I woke up, I felt...different. I then went to put on my glasses, my vision was blurry but when they were off, it was crystal clear. I looked in a mirror and saw that I was ripped instead of weak and little."
She replied.
"So how do you shoot webs?" Spike asked.
"I'll show you. But let me close the blinds first." She replied. Lensie did as she said and closed the blinds to her apartment's window.
"Alright Spike. Check this out." She said with excitement in her voice. She saw a soda can that wasn't opened yet. She drew her hand back and when she threw it forward, webbing came out of her wrist and hit the can. Spike's eyes widened in amazement as he saw the web come out of her wrist. She then yanked back and grabbed the can.
"How did you do that?" Spike asked in amazement.
"Natural web shooters. That Spider altered my DNA making me a Pony Spider." She replied.
"Can you do anything else?" Spike asked.
"Yeah. Watch this." Lensie replied. She then walked up to the wall. Spike gasped in shock when she stuck to the wall and climbed up it until she was on the roof of the room.
"Incredible." Spike said as he looked at the mare.
"I know. It's because on my fingers are covered in Scopulae or millions of little hairs help me attach to a flat surface." She said back. She then let go of the roof and landed on her feet.
"Spider-Like reflexes?" Spike asked knowing he was right.
"Yup'. And I have a seventh sense that warns me about danger. I call it 'Spider Sense'." She replied.
"Amazing. No wonder you're the Spider-Mare." Spike said in amazement.
"Thank you." Lensie said happily. Spike then had somepony he wanted to message.
"Say Lensie, do you have an Inkwell and a piece of paper I could use?" Spike asked.
"Sure. Hang on a sec'." She replied. She then placed the materials in front of him.
"What's the name of the building Lensie?" Spike asked.
"Seven Star Cabana." She replied. He then wrote his letter and set it ablaze with a green fire.
"Who's the letter for?" Lensie asked.
"Somepony important." He replied.

Back at Golden Oaks Library, the ponies gathered to figure what to do.
"Princess Celestia, Spike's not in control of what he did. It was the monster." Twilight said.
"I do know that Twilight, but he's unsafe." Celestia said back.
"She's right. And I've never seen a creature get shot and live." Shining added.
"But we can cure him." Twilight said.
"I know we could. But until he's found, we need to placed him as wanted." Celestia said back.
"But he's only attacked us once. That doesn't mean he's a wanted criminal." Rarity said.
"Yes. But he nearly killed Shining Armor. And he broke through my magic. He's a strong creature and we need to get him contained." Celestia said back to Rarity. Rarity then left the room and went outside of the Library. As she stood outside, a letter appeared into the air. Rarity grabbed it and read it.
My Dearest Rarity,
If you get this successfully, then you're not near Twilight or anypony else. I'm in Manehatten at the Seven Star Cabana. Go up three floors and it's the first door on the left. I hope you're okay and I didn't hurt you as Drake.

Spike
Rarity then shed some tears and ran to the Train Station hoping to meet her special somepony. Then when she left, she didn't realize she dropped the note. Then a large blue paw picked it up and pulled it towards a yellow furred face.
"Seven Star Cabana. Well, let's have some fun." A deep raspy voice said. Then three large claws emerged from the knuckles of the paw of the creature. Who is this guy?
Wolverine
The next day at Lensie's apartment in Manehatten, she along with her new friend Spike the Dragon were sitting down and eating a veggie pizza.
"Wow Lensie, Manehatten does have the best pizza." Spike said as he swallowed a piece.
"See. I told ya'." Lensie said as she took a bite of her slice.
"Can we see what's on T.V?" Spike asked Lensie as he grabbed the remote.
"Go ahead." Lensie replied. Spike then turned on the T.V and went to the news channel.
"We interrupt this program for the latest story today, last night three thugs were found in an alleyway covered in a web-like substance. Latest thing we can suggest is that the great heroine Spider-Mare stopped them and trapped them like flies. They're now serving community service and we give our thanks to stopping them to our great web-slinger. Thank you Spider-Mare. " The news pony said.
"Your welcome." Lensie said with a little smile.
"And in latest news, Princess Celestia has placed the Dragon named Spike as wanted. If you see him, contact your local authorities quickly. I'm News Flash and now the weather. " The news pony said making Spike turn off the T.V.
"Well this is perfect. I can't now even walk back outside without being arrested." Spike said as he covered his face with a pillow.
"Don't worry. You can stay in here as long as you like." Lensie said trying to cheer her up.
"Thanks. But if I stay here, the guards will think you're harboring a wanted Dragon. I gotta leave." He said back as he got up.
"Well, it was nice to meet you Spike. You and Drake." Lensie said with a little smile.
"It was nice to meet you and Spider-Mare." He said back. Spike then went to the door but when he opened it, he saw Rarity.
"Rarity?" Spike asked.
"Spike!" She screamed as she hugged him.
"Rarity, what are you doing here?" Spike asked her.
"I wanted to see you. I received your letter and needed to get here." She replied.
"Rarity, I can't stay and talk. I gotta leave." Spike said as he broke her hug.
"Why?" Rarity asked.
"Because Celestia just made me a wanted Dragon." He replied. Rarity then released a gasp of shock.
"Spike, I think I have something to help you." Rarity said as she reached into her bag. When she pulled her hand out, she pulled also a large, purple hoody.
"This'll work perfectly. Thanks Rarity." He said happily as he placed the hood on.
"Anything for my special somedragon." She said back. Then as the hoody was fully on Spike, his entire face was covered by the large hood.
"Ready to go?" Rarity asked.
"Yeah. See you Lensie!" He shouted.
"Right back at ya'!" She yelled back. Rarity gave Spike a strange look.
"I'll explain on the way out." Spike said to her. Then as the two went down the stairs, Spike told Rarity about Lensie and her secret and how they met and how they tried to find a cure for Drake. Then the two left the apartment building and started to walk towards the train station.
"So there isn't a cure for your...condition?" Rarity asked as she quoted with her fingers.
"I'm afraid no. I'm gonna be stuck like this for the rest of my life." Spike replied in a sad tone.
"Spike, it wasn't your fault." Rarity said to him trying to cheer him up.
"You're right." He said. Rarity then started to smile when he said that.
"It was Twilight's fault." Spike said in an angry voice. Rarity then went wide eyed and swallowed a lump in her throat.
"Um...Spike. That wasn't what I mean't." Rarity said.
"It is. She wanted to do the experiment and I was hit by it. So it was her fault that Drake was born." Spike said back in an angry tone. Rarity wanted to argue with him, but she knew he was right. Twilight did do the experiment and Spike was the one who took the impact of when it exploded. So he had sort of a reason to be mad a her. But then as the two walked to the station, the heard what sounded like a motorcycle engine.
"Please tell me I'm hearing things." Rarity begged.
"I wish you were." Spike said back. The two heard as the motor got louder and louder. They then turned around and saw a yellow and blue motorcycle coming towards them. Spike then realized as the bike came towards them that it was aiming at Rarity.
"Look out!" Spike screamed. He then pushed Rarity out of the way but a blue paw grabbed him. Spike then struggled to get loose from the powerful grip as they motorcycle drove into a nearby field. The paw then threw Spike at the field making him skid across the dirt. As the motorcycle stopped, Spike got onto his feet and looked at his attacker.
"Who are you?" Spike asked the helmeted rider. Then when the motorcycle stopped, the rider took off his helmet. Spike was shocked to see a yellow Diamond Dog with blue paws and blue stripes on his sides. His eyes were white and long, pointed black fur surrounded them. The Dog was heavily muscular and looked powerful.
"Name's Wolverine. And I know who you are bub." The Dog replied as it got off the motorcycle.
"I'm guessing you heard the news." Spike said.
"No. Celestia hired me to capture you and take you to Canterlot." Wolverine said back.
"You better put up a fight if you want to get me." Spike said in a bold tone. Then out of the Dog's knuckles came out three, long metal claws.
"Oh believe me, I will." Wolverine said. The Dog then charged at Spike and swung the claws. But Spike dodged and slashed his cheek with his claws. But then Spike's eyes widened in shock as the claw marks healed quickly.
"It's you who'll have to try harder bub." Wolverine said as he cracked his neck. He then slashed at Spike but he dodged leaving three long claw marks in a boulder. Spike then punched him in the jaw but only to receive a powerful punch to his head sending him flying into a tree making it crack and lean a little bit. Spike groaned in pain as his head felt like an anvil was dropped on him. Wolverine then walked up to the Dragon and picked him up by the collar of his hoody.
"Now to take you to Celestia." Wolverine said. But then Spike opened his closed eyes showing off his bright green glowing eyes.
"I don't think so." Spike said with a smile as his voice grew deep. Wolverine dropped him and stepped back as the small Dragon transformed into a gigantic monster.
"Oh boy. This could take a while." Wolverine said as his claws retracted. Spike then now fully transformed looked at the Diamond Dog and roared.

Spike then kicked Wolverine like a ball and watched him smash through a boulder.
"D..damn. He's a hard hitter." Wolverine said as he got up. Spike then grabbed the Diamond Dog and looked directly in his eyes.
"Didn't anypony tell you that it's rude to stare?" Wolverine sarcastically asked. Spike then wound up and threw Wolverine and heard him scream as he flew through the air.
"DRAKE STRONGEST ONE THERE IS!
"Who was that Dog?" She asked him.
"He said his name was Wolverine. He was gonna...ow!" He screamed in pain. Rarity gasped when she looked at his leg and when he looked, he saw a tranquilizer dart. Spike then out of drowsiness collapsed and as his vision faded, he saw many blobs of colors standing in front of him. Then his vision went entirely black.
Inner Emotions
Spike felt as if he was recovering from being under a very powerful sleeping spell. He groaned in a groggy voice as his eyelids opened slowly. While his vision was still blurry, he saw many colored blobs in front of him. Then as his vision cleared, he saw his friends, his marefriend and the Princesses standing in front of him along with Shining Armor and a few royal guards.
"You're awake." Celestia said to him.
"Huh? What's going on?" He asked the ponies in a lightly groggy voice. He then tried to move his arms and legs, but he could only barely move them. He then his wrists and ankles were bound in golden, glowing chains.
"W..why am I chained?" He asked again as he moved around.
"It's a way to make sure you don't attack us. Or specifically your monster side." Luna replied.
"My sister is right. I enchanted this chains so not even Drake could break through them." Celestia said.
"Princess Celestia, why am I chained up to this wall?" Spike asked her.
"Testing." Celestia replied.
"Huh?" He asked in a curious voice.
"Celestia means we're going to see if we can create a cure for the monster within you. So I've got a spell running that checks your heart rate." Twilight replied.
"You mean Drake?" He asked.
"You named the monster?" Rainbow asked in replying.
"Well he asked for a name." Spike said to her.
"Spike, thou is not understanding." Luna said.
"He speaks to me. Drake talks to me every single day. It's like he's right next to me." Spike said.
"Spike, you're soundin' more crazy than Pinkie Pie." Applejack said.
"Then Luna, cast a spell to read my mind. You'll believe me." He said to her. Luna's horn then lit up and she closed her eyes. Then after a few minutes, she had a spooked look on her muzzle.
"What did you hear?" Shining Armor asked her in a worried voice.
"He's right. Drake spoke to me." Luna replied. Then the ponies went wide eyed.
"What did he say?" Celestia asked her sister.
"He said 'Drake crush Celestia.'." Luna replied. Celestia then went wide eyed while the other ponies gasped. Then they heard giggling. The ponies turned and saw Spike giggling until he bursted into a full on laugh.
"What's so funny?" Rainbow asked the Dragon.
"It's just that he's right! Drake will get his claws on you Celestia! And when he does, you'll be lucky if there's anything left of you!" Spike yelled in a crazy voice as he laughed. The ponies then slowly backed away from him.
"Spike, are you mentally okay?" Shining asked his little brother in a worried voice.
"Of course not! When you have a monster within you for a while, you'd be like Discord!" He replied as he laughed more. Celestia's horn then glowed yellow and then a shock of electricity hit Spike making him scream in pain. When the electricity stopped hitting him, he lowered his head and groaned in pain.
"Spike! Are you okay?" Rarity asked in a worried voice.
"I'm fine. That actually gave me an energy rush." He replied with a smile. The mares backed up a little more.
"Celestia, his heart rate increased when you shocked him. I think if his heart rate gets to a certain level, he turns into Drake." Twilight said to her teacher.
"Alright, let's take a blood sample and see if we can check what's in him." Celestia said.
"I already know what's in my blood." Spike said to her.
"Alright. Then what's in it?" Luna asked.
"A type of radiation that the potion placed into me. My friend Lensie helped me to try to make a cure. But nothing worked. And if it wasn't for Twilight, I wouldn't be telling you this." Spike replied. Then Celestia and Luna turned to the purple Alicorn.
"Twilight told us about the accident Spike. And she said she was sorry." Luna said to the Dragon.
"Well then she did good to you. But not to me." Spike said as his voice grew angry.
"What do you mean?" Twilight asked him.
"If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be hanging up here talking to you." Spike replied. Then the ponies gasped when he said that. Twilight felt a tear building up in her eye.
"Spike, that isn't true. I never meant for the explosion." Twilight said in a sad tone.
"Well tough bucking shit! It's your fault that Drake's now a part of me! And I can't be cured! You know what it's like to have a monster inside you?!" He angrily asked her. Twilight then began to shed tears as she fell to her knees.
"Spike! What's gotten into you?" Celestia asked angrily.
"How about a living weapon?!" He angrily asked in replying. Celestia then sent another wave of electricity through Spike. He screamed as the intensity of the electricity was raised. When she stopped, he growled in anger as his body steamed.
"Do it again." He said. The ponies couldn't believe what he said.
"What?" Celestia asked hoping he didn't say what he said.
"Do it again. Unless you're a scared little bitch." He replied. Then out of anger, Celestia placed the electricity at full charge and shocked the Dragon. Spike then roared in pain and then he felt his muscles burn which meant one thing.
"Celestia! Stop!" Luna yelled. Celestia didn't hear her sister and kept the electricity onto Spike. Spike then grinned as his eyes glowed. He then began to transform. His legs grew first and then his chest along with his arms, head and tail. Celestia then saw what she wanted him to do and stopped the shocking. But it was too late. Spike was fully transformed and now his monster was released.
"He wanted me to shock him. He knew that Drake would be released." Celestia said as she realized his plan. But Spike was fully transformed, he was still growing. He grew and grew until he was 24 feet tall.
"Back up!" Luna said as she and Celestia stepped back. Spike then broke out of his shackles which surprised the Ponies and walked towards Celestia. He then stuck out his hand to grab her.
"Spike!" A voice yelled. Spike turned and saw Rarity.
"Spike! Calm down!" Rarity said as she rubbed his muscular leg. Spike then took a deep breath and slowly turned into Spike. He then went to the large door of the room and opened it.
"Spike! Wait!" Twilight yelled as she got onto her hooves and ran to him. But he then released a roar making her fall onto her rump.

When she looked at Spike's face, she saw hatred and anger in his eyes and nothing else.
"I hate you Twilight." He said in an angry voice. Twilight gasped and then sobbed into her hands. He then slammed the door behind him shaking the room. Then the ponies saw Twilight who was crying heavily into her hands and tears were overflowing.
"He's right. I shouldn't have done that experiment." She said as she sobbed. The ponies helped her up and walked her back to the castle.
Leaving
Anger Pain Hate
As he waited in line with bits in his hand, he began to wonder what would his friends do without him. He especially thought about Rarity. His entire life's love, crying in sadness that he wasn't there with her back in Ponyville.
"But it's for her protection. Along with the others. They'll be better without me around. " He thought to himself in a sad voice. After waiting a bit in line, it was his turn in line.
"How can I help you?" The desk-clerk asked.
"One ticket to Appleloosa please." Spike replied as he passed the bits. The clerk took the bits and gave Spike a train ticket.
"Thanks." Spike said. He then walked to the boarding station and began to wait. As he waited, he thought again about his friends and what they'll do without him.
"There he is!" Spike heard a southern voice yell. He turned his head and saw his friends running towards him. They then circled him and made no room for escape.
"Spike, what are you doing?" Rarity asked in a worried voice.
"What does it look like? I'm leaving." Spike replied. The mares then gasped.
"Spike, where are you gonna go? Nopony will keep you around." Twilight said in shock.
"I'm heading to Appleloosa. From there I can head to the Badlands." Spike replied. The mares then gasped.
"The Badlands?! You'll die out there!" Fluttershy yelled in a quiet voice.
"Than at least I can't hurt anypony." Spike said back. He then saw his train coming to the station.
"Spike, why are you leaving? And can we throw you a goodbye party?" Pinkie asked.
"No Pinkie. No party. And I'm leaving so I don't hurt anypony." Spike replied.
"We know that you don't mean to hurt anypony, but that doesn't mean you can just get up and leave us!" Rainbow angrily said.
"Exactly Spike. I know you were mad back at the lab, but I know you didn't mean it." Twilight added.
"Twilight, this isn't up for debate. I'm leaving and you don't want to stop me." Spike said to her.
"But Spike....we need you here." Rarity said to him. Spike then gave off a deep sigh.
"I know I'm important to you all, but Drake is a one Dragon wrecking crew. I'm doing this to protect you." Spike said as a tear fell from his eye.
"So....I'm leaving Equestria and that is it. I'm sorry if I'm hurting you, but it's for your protection and my own good." Spike said to the mares as tears fell from his eyes. They each then started to shed tears. Even the brave and mighty Rainbow Dash let out some liquid pride. Then the train Spike was waiting for then finally boarded the station.
"All aboard!" The conductor yelled. Spike then walked to the train and was about to walk through the opened door. But before he made it entirely through, Rarity grabbed his shoulder and turned him around and he saw her sadness.
"Spike, please don't leave." Rarity begged him as she cried. But he took her hand off of his shoulder and held it in his clawed hands.
"I'm truly sorry Rarity. But I need to leave to protect you." Spike said back as he cried with her. Then the two leaned their heads in and gave each other a passionate kiss. The taste of tears made it sour but they didn't care. When the two broke apart, Spike saw she wanted him to stay badly.
"I love you, my Spikey Wikey." Rarity said as she hugged him.
"I love you too, my shining diamond." Spike said back. He then broke the hug and walked into the train. The train's whistle then went off and it started to roll away. After Spike sat down, he looked out his window and saw Rarity on her knees crying.

Out in the Dragon Lands, Garble was walking around muttering to himself. And as he walked, he saw a pony walking behind him. But he was wearing a cloak so he didn't see him.
"What do you want?" Garble asked the pony.
"I want to give you something." The pony said in a deep voice.
"And what would I want from a dumb pony?" Garble asked again.
"Power. Unlimited power." The pony replied. He then pulled out a vial holding green liquid. Garble walked up to him and grabbed the potion.
"What do I need to do?" Garble asked as he examined the vial.
"Drink it and the power is yours." The pony replied. Garble did as the pony said and drank down the entire potion.
"Yes." The pony said happily. Little did Garble know that the vial did more then give him power.

Garbomination
Today was a sad day for the Mane Six. They had just lost their greatest friend and for Twilight her brother and for Rarity her special somedragon Spike. He left to the Badlands and planned on not returning to Equestria. Twilight and the girls were walking back to the entrance of Canterlot where a carriage was waiting to take them back to their homes in Ponyville.
"I really am gonna miss him." Rainbow said in a sad tone.
"We'll all miss him Rainbow. Especially Twi' and Rarity." Applejack said as she looked at the Unicorn and Alicorn who were keeping quiet.
"It'll never be the same around Ponyville without Spike." Pinkie said in a sad voice.
"Can we stop talking about this please? It's upsetting." Fluttershy said as she wiped a tear from her cheek.
"I agree with ya' there Fluttershy." Applejack said in agreement. As they walked, Rarity and Twilight might have kept quiet in public, but not in their minds.
"Spike, I know you left to protect us from Drake, but my life won't be complete without you here. Nopony to share a laugh, nopony to cook for us, and nopony to help me write my lists. " Twilight thought sadly as she thought of what the future would be like.
"Oh Spikey Wikey. Why did you have to leave me? My heart is now in two. I wish you'd stay with me. " Rarity thought sadly as she silently cried. All the mares felt sad for Spike leaving them, but knew he only wanted to keep them safe. As they reached the entrance of Canterlot, the heard gunfire and screaming. They ran over and gasped at what they saw. Pieces of their carriage scattered everywhere, guards either unconscious or dead, and burning rubble everywhere.
"What in tarnation did this?" Applejack asked the mares in a scared voice.
"Me.
"What is that thing?" Rainbow asked the mares.
"You knew me in another form. I was the one called....Garble.
"No way!" Twilight said.
"Nice try! We know what Garble looks like! And you're not Garble!" Rainbow yelled at the beast.
"Not anymore I'm not. I am now.....The Unstoppable Garbomination!
"What happened to you Garble?" Rarity asked in curiosity.
"A pony in the Dragon Lands offered me power in a small, green potion. So I took it and became this powerful creature.
"Garble, you need to calm down. The angrier you get, the more powerful you become." Twilight warned. Garble then released a laugh.
"Thanks for the tip your majesty! Now I can become even stronger!
"Nice going Twilight." Rainbow whispered into her ear.
"Garbomination, what do you want?" Rarity asked the hulking brute.
"Easy. Just one tiny thing. Equestria.
"Well then you're gonna have to go through us!" Rainbow Dash yelled. The Garbomination then cracked his knuckles.
"Alright then.
"No spell will save them. I will kill them and the Royal Sisters.
"Twi' that was too close." Applejack said.
"I know. But now what are we going to do?" Twilight asked.
"Um...let Garbomination have Equestria and be his slaves." Fluttershy replied.
"No. We fight back." Rainbow said as she cracked her knuckles.
"And how exactly? He's about as strong as...Drake." Rarity said as she got an idea.
"Rarity? Are you okay?" Pinkie asked her.
'Get me an inkwell and a feather. I know who we can get." Rarity replied.

Meanwhile on the train to Appleloosa, Spike was looking out the window near his seat. He then belched up green flames along with a scroll.
"Weird. What's it say?" Spike asked himself as he opened the scroll.
Spike,
You need to return to Canterlot. Garble appeared but he's got your condition and is now called the Garbomination. He's planning on destroying us and taking Equestria for himself. Please come help us.

Spike then quickly got out of his seat, opened the door of the car, and jumped out. When he landed, he quickly turned into Drake and ran back towards Canterlot.
"Garbomination. I'll crush you if you've hurt my friends. " Spike thought angrily. Spike then got into a running start before leaping his way to Canterlot.
Hulking Rumble Part. 2
Drake groaned in pain as he got back onto his feet. The helicopter crash did some damage to him but nothing severe. But inside the helicopter, the Mane Six and the Princesses groaned as they recovered from the crash. They saw that the soldiers and pilots inside with them were dead. But then hoping he was alive, Rarity looked outside the broken door of the helicopter and saw Drake standing. Drake saw her and began to walk towards the helicopter. But then Garbomination walked on top of the helicopter and stood on the blades bending them. Drake growled while Rarity gasped. Garbomination then wiped the blood from his lip and gave out a cross between a chuckle and a growl. Drake then gave off his own growl back at the opponent. As soon as Drake began his charge, Garbomination leaped off the helicopter and landed a punch making the two roll until Garbomination slammed Drake into a wall. Drake tried to slam a punch but Garbomination slammed his arm against Drake's throat. While this was happening, Rarity struggled to get the helicopter's door open. She then saw from one of the engines was leaking and sparks were flying from the broken blades.
Drake saw the helicopter and needed to move quickly. He struggled to remove Garbomination's arm from his neck but he was nearly out of energy making him weaker than he usually was. Garbomination then raised his arm up along with Drake's body off his feet. Rarity gasped and tried even harder to get out of his grip by kneeing and punching him, but nothing worked.
"You don't deserve this power!
"NOW WATCH THEM DIE!
Drake then grabbed Garbomination by his spines and slammed him into the wall behind him. Then the sparks from the helicopter landed in the gasoline and a flame started. It then went up to the tank and made it burst and cover the helicopter. But Drake then clapped his large hands creating a large gust of wind and extinguishing the flames and making the mares and princesses fall back onto the behinds. Then the Mane Six looked out the door of the helicopter and saw Drake beginning to walk towards then. But then they saw Garbomination with a pillar part connected to a chain in his hands.
"LOOK OUT!" They screamed. But as Drake looked, he was hit with the pillar and was sent flying and slammed into a brick pile. Garbomination then pulled on the chain's other end and making it loose. Garbomination then began to swing the chain over his head and smacked Drake again as he was getting up knocking him dazed. Rarity while this was happening kicked the door of the helicopter open and got out along with the rest of the Mane Six. Garbomination turned and saw them and smiled. Getting a firm grip, he then began to swing the chain above his head as he walked towards the mares.
"The Mane Six- Any last words?
Drake then quickly got onto his feet and then said two words nopony will forget.
"DRAKE- SMASH!
He then slammed his fists into the ground with all his might. The ground cracked as soon as his fists hit the ground. As soon as Garbomination's foot landed in one of those cracks, he lost his grip on the chain and it landed on him with the pillars weighing it down. Drake then took his advantage and grabbed the chains and wrapped them around Garbomination's throat. The Mane Six and the Princesses gasped in shock as they watched Drake strangle the creature.
Garbomination tried to escape by slamming his sharpened elbows into Drake, but Drake double wrapped the chains making it harder for him to get loose. Then when Garbomination tried to elbow Drake again, Drake grabbed the sharp bone, pulled it out and stabbed Garbomination in his chest making him roar in pain. Garbomination was nearly dead as Drake was taking the air out of him with his chains.
"NO!" A female voice screamed. Drake saw Rarity running towards him and then released the chains. Garbomination fell to the ground barely breathing and Drake was panting hard. Then the rest of Celestia's guards appeared and pointed their guns at Drake. But Shining stopped them from shooting him. Drake then saw a tear fall from Rarity's eye and grabbed it with the tip of his claw.
"Spike." Rarity said.
"Rarity.
Monster
Hours of passed since Spike was in the hospital and he was now back at the Library where the time was 10:30 at night. Spike was cooking dinner while Twilight was gathering some things including her sleeping bag, some books, and a pillow. She was wearing her purple t-shirt with her cutie mark in the center and her purple pajama pants along with the purple slippers Rarity made for her birthday.
"Spike, are you sure you don't wanna come with me to Pinkie's sleepover? She did give you an invitation." Twilight said to the Dragon.
"I'm sure Twilight. You can go over there and enjoy your girly things with the others while I have fun here." Spike reassured. Twilight laughed and was about to walk out the door.
"I'll see you in the morning Spike." Twilight said as she walked out.
"Alright. I'll see ya' then." Spike said back. Twilight then closed the door behind her and Spike released of sigh of happiness.
"Great. Now to have some fun." Spike said happily to himself. His stomach then began to growl like an Ursa Major.
"Right after I eat." Spike said as he rubbed his stomach. After he was done cooking and devouring a salad with ground sapphire in it, he then went upstairs to grab something that even Twilight doesn't even know is there. He grabbed his red, rubber ball he usually plays with when Twilight isn't around because usually when she's around and he played with it she thought it would knock something over and break it.
"Time to break my record. Which is 50 bounces." Spike said as he threw the ball into the air. But when he threw it up again, his pet Phoenix Pee Wee grabbed it from the air.
"Hey!" Spike yelled as he chased the Phoenix around. As they went down the stairs, Spike tripped and fell down the stairs. When he reached the bottom, he felt a burning sensation in his body like he was in a pool of acid. He then heard squawking and saw Pee Wee on top of the book shelf with his ball. He noticed the burning feeling quickly disappeared.
"Pee Wee, give me the ball." Spike said with his hand out. Pee Wee didn't give back the ball.
"Pee. Wee. Give. Me. The. Ball." Spike said in an irritated tone. The burning sensation quickly came back. Pee Wee squawked in refusal.
"PEE WEE! GIVE ME THE BALL NOW!
"But...greed hasn't taken me! What's happening to me!" Spike roared in pain. He then watched as his muscles grew greatly and quickly. He watched as his clawed feet ripped through his shoes causing them to make a pop sound. He watched his legs rip through his jeans as they widened with muscle and grew with length. He felt his arms and chest rip through his shirt as they grew quickly. He then felt as if he was losing control of his body like as another being was taking over. But before he couldn't see his body anymore, he saw his scales turned green. Pee Wee flew out of the Library as his master morphed into a new, horrifying creature. Then all through Ponyville heard the roar of a new monster.
"GRAHHHHHHHHHH!"

(Meanwhile at Sugarcube Corners)
The Mane Six were sitting in their sleeping bags and laughing as Pinkie Pie told them great jokes. Everypony was having a good time, everypony but Twilight. And Applejack noticed the Alicorn looking out the window of Pinkie's room. She then got out of her sleeping bag and walked over to her.
"Twilight?" She said. Applejack noticed she was zoned out.
"Hey, Twi'." Applejack said as she nudged her shoulder.
"Huh? Oh, hey Applejack." Twilight said in a sad tone.
"Twilight, what's bothering ya'?" Applejack asked. The other mares heard Applejack and saw Twilight moping.
"I..it's nothing." She lied.
"Twilight, as the Element of Honesty I can tell when somepony is lying. So tell me what is wrong." Applejack said. Twilight then released a deep sigh.
"I'm worried about Spike." She said.
"Why darling?" Rarity asked.
"It's...the potion he was hit by was never used on a Dragon. I don't know what the effects could be on him." Twilight said in a worried voice.
"Oh come on. What's the worst that could happen?" Pinkie Pie asked happily.
"GRAHHHHHHHHHH!"
"You had to ask?" Rainbow said sarcastically.
"What the hell was that?" Applejack asked.
"I don't know. But it came from the Library. Come on." Twilight said as she ran out of the room. The other mares followed her as she went to the Library. When they arrived at the Library, Twilight slowly opened the door.
"Spike? Are you in here?" She asked. But when the door was fully opened, she gasped in horror at what she saw. Claw marks like an Ursa's on the walls, broken floorboards as if something heavy walked through the Library, and a large hole in the wall.
"Whoa. What did this?" Rainbow asked.
"I don't know." Twilight replied. Then a loud scream was released from Fluttershy.
"What's wrong darling?" Rarity asked.
"This." She said as she pointed towards the upstairs. They went up there and saw Spike's ripped clothes all over the floor.
"No. Spike." Twilight said as she broke down.
"Whatever came in here must of taken Spike." Rainbow said as she rubbed her chin.
"Yeah. But what?" Applejack asked.
"Maybe..that." Rarity said as she pointed outside. The mares looked outside and saw a nine foot tall creature standing outside.
"Hey!" Rainbow yelled as she flew towards the creature. It saw her and began to run. The mare's jaws dropped when they saw how fast this creature could run for it's size. It's ran almost double Cheetah speed. Rainbow Dash almost had it in tackling range, but then the creature jumped. Rainbow missed grabbing the creature and was shocked to see that this thing could jump possibly a skyscraper. The rest of the mares ran towards Rainbow Dash and watched the creature jump out of view.
"What in Celestia's name was that?" Applejack asked as she helped Rainbow Dash up.
"I don't know. But whatever it is, it knows where Spike is." Twilight said.
"But we can't go after it. The thing can run as fast as possibly two Cheetahs and could jump a Skyscraper. It could possibly level a mountain as well. We need to figure out it's weakness." Rainbow said angrily.
"I agree. But I'm too tired to find out what that abomination is and what it's weak to. I say we find out in the morning." Rarity said followed by a yawn.
"Alright. We'll meet at the Library in the morning to find out what that thing is. Agreed?" Twilight asked.
"Agreed." They replied in unison. They then went home but Twilight went to Rarity's place and they each fell asleep.
Spike. I hope your okay.
Hero
The ground shook rapidly like an earthquake as Drake ran. He ran at his top speed through a forest, ripping down the vegetation and scaring off small animals. He then stopped running when he reached a quiet spot near a large pond when he sat down.
"Drake, why'd you do that?! " Spike angrily asked.
"Puny ponies try to hurt Drake. So Drake hurt them first.
"You could have killed them! " Spike yelled.
"Then they won't hurt Drake.
"No Drake! Those were my friends! You could have just scared them off! " Spike yelled.
"Then they say who Drake is. So Drake do what needed to be done.
"I know you like to fight Drake, but that doesn't mean you can fight everything that moves. " Spike angrily said.
"Fine. Drake fight things that try to hurt Drake.
"Okay. Now...wait. " Spike said. Then Drake smelled smoke and a lot of it. He turned around and saw a large cloud of smoke emerging from Ponyville.
"Drake, we need to get to Ponyville. " Spike said.
"Okay.
"Oh no. " Spike said in a scared tone. Then they saw a mare trying to get pass the fireponies.
"Ma'm I'm sorry but we can't let you get through." A firepony said.
"But my son is in there. You've got to get him out!" The mare cried.
"Drake, we gotta help. " Spike said.
"Why should Drake help pony? Ponies want to hurt Drake.
"But this is a colt we're talking about! He's young and probably doesn't have his cutie mark yet! You want him to lose his life at a young age?! " Spike asked angrily.
"Alright. Drake help.
"Now Drake, let's get outta here! " Spike yelled. Drake then leaped through the roof of the house and stood on top of it. He then leaped again off the roof and landed on the ground on his feet making the concrete crack when he landed. Drake looked into his hands and saw a crying colt. The colt then looked around and saw he was safe. Drake smiled before putting the colt down. Drake then watched as the colt ran to his mother and then the two hugging tightly. The mother saw Drake and smiled.
"Thank you." The mother said as a tear fell from her eye. Drake gave a quick nod saying she's welcome before leaping away and out of sight.

Back at Ponyville Hospital, four of the Mane Six stood over their two friends who were heavily covered in cast from head to hoof and metal headsets.
"Doctor, what happened to them?" Twilight asked.
"It seems whatever attacked them broke every bone in their bodies." The Doctor replied. The four mares gasped in shock.
"Alright. Thank you Doctor." Twilight said to him. The doctor then left the room allowing the girls to talk among themselves.
"This creature has gone too far." Twilight said angrily.
"Yeah. It's a big meanie." Pinkie said agreeing.
"Um...what should we do?" Fluttershy asked.
"We're gonna find this thing and destroy it." Twilight replied. Rarity then ran out of the room and began to cry.

Hulking Rumble Part. 1
Garbomination tore through the streets of Canterlot like a ravenous beast. Tearing through buildings, streets and city guards as he looked for the Mane Six and the Royal Sisters.
"If they're not out here, then where can they be?
"Of course. Look out cause' here comes Garbomination.
"Fire!" A guard yelled. Then all the guards fired their weapons at him, but the bullets and shells bounced off of his skin. The guards went wide eyed as Garbomination smiled.
"My turn.
"Oh my, They're not doing good." Fluttershy said in a scared voice.
"Oh. I hope Spike get's here soon or we're finished." Rarity said as she hid behind the throne.
"I know he'll get here. I just know it." Twilight said as her horn glowed in case something bad happens. But then they watched the doors be broke down as Garbomination rammed through them.
"Here's Garby!
"Help!" She screamed. But as Garbomination neared her, the wall next to him bursted and a large, green fist punched him in the jaw making him fly across the room. When the dust cleared, Garbomination growled while the mares gasped to see him. The Incredible Drake.
"Spike! You came back!" Rarity said happily.
"Well then, I see the runt got upgraded like me.

The two hulks then started their fight by Garbomination charging Drake. But Drake dodged and rammed Garbomination through a wall. The when two titans then were on the outside of the castle when the wall was busted through, Drake slammed Garbomination into the concrete. Drake then began to beat his enemy into the ground literally. Every time Drake punched Garbomination, he went an inch into the ground. But then Garbomination was lucky and kicked Drake with his super powerful legs and sent him through the pillars and onto the floor making a skid trail. Drake groaned as he got back onto his feet. Garbomination then ran towards Drake and started to slam his large fists into Drake's stomach which his Achilles heel. But in this form his Achilles heel didn't affect him. Drake then grabbed Garbomination's fists and then head butted him making him fly through the air until he crashed into a wall. Drake then leaped from the castle onto the streets cracking the ground under him. While this was going on, the Mane Six went outside of the castle and saw a large helicopter coming towards them. Inside were some guard and the Princesses.
"Come on. We need to help him." Celestia said as she got out of the way. The Mane Six got into the helicopter and then they took into the air. The Mane Six looked through a window of the helicopter and saw Spike and Garbomination on the street level. Back on the ground, Garbomination began to sprint towards Drake. But Drake created two gauntlets out of a police car. And as soon as Garbomination was nearing him into punching range, Drake slammed his covered fists into him knocking him down. Drake then began to beat him down until his gauntlets broke apart. Garbomination then turned his head and spat out his blood.
"That all you got?!
"Don't just sit around soldier, use that gun!" Celestia yelled.
"Who do I help?" The soldier asked.
"The green one! Rip the other one apart!" Celestia yelled in replying. The soldier then started to shoot at Garbomination. The giant then climbed up the building and ran across the roofs. Drake though laying in a crumbled trash bin, looked up and saw Garbomination being chased and shot at by the helicopter. Drake then got up and climbed and jumped onto the roofs and ran after them as well. Meanwhile, Garbomination ran behind cover as he was being shot at.
"Keep on him!" Celestia ordered the soldier. The soldier did as he was ordered and kept firing at the monster. But then Garbomination had a chance of advantage and leaped at the helicopter. Drake ran as fast as he could and also leaped. Garbomination grabbed the helicopter while Drake had him by the foot. Drake then leaned up and grabbed Garbomination's back spines making him roar in pain. Drake then slammed his fist into Garbomination's stomach and he returned the blow by kneeing him in the face. Drake then received an elbow to the face and let go of Garbomination's back spines but got a quick grab onto his leg. But the two large creatures were weighing down the helicopter as the held it.
"We're going down!" The pilot yelled. Then the mares released a scream of terror and then the helicopter crashed into the roof of a building and crashed hard.

Many weeks later after Garbomination's attack on Canterlot and Drake defeated him, Rarity was at her boutique. But she wasn't working on any clothes. She was waiting for Spike. After the fight, Spike or Drake ran off away from Canterlot and never came back to Ponyville or any place. So ever since then, she waited every single day for him but he never showed up. As she waited, somepony knocked the boutique's door.
"Come in." Rarity said. The door opened and in came Twilight.
"Rarity, what are you doing?" Twilight asked her friend.
"I'm waiting for him to come back." Rarity replied. Twilight then grabbed a chair and sat down next to her friend.
"Rarity, he's not coming back. You heard what he said before Garbomination attacked. He was leaving and never coming back. I think he meant it Rarity." Twilight said to her in a sad voice.
"He wouldn't do that. He will come back Twilight. I know it." Rarity said in a bold tone.
"Rarity-" Twilight started. But before she could say more, Rarity hugged her and sobbed heavily.
"Oh Twilight. I...I miss..him so much." Rarity sobbed.
"It's okay Rarity. I'm sure he'll return one day." Twilight said as she hugged her friend.
"I know. But when will that day arrive?" Rarity asked her friend.
"I don't know. But it will come Rarity. I promise." Twilight said as she hugged her friend. Twilight then also began to shed tears missing her friend and brother.

Somewhere far from Equestria, Spike was meditating in the middle of a forest. He then opened his eyes and they glowed a bright green. He then grinned as he felt his friend about to come out.
