Cheerilee and I walked along the path to my brothers house. We weren't really talking, just enjoying each others presence. after a bit, his house came into view. I looked at Cheerilee and smiled.

"You ready?" she asked me.

"Yeah, kinda nervous though." I replied.

"Don't be, remember, I'm right here with you."

I smiled wider. I walked up and knocked on the door. I heard footsteps and a faint, "One sec!"

The door opened revealing my brother in a pair of jeans and a simple t-shirt.

"Hey Jason, what's going on?" He asked.

"Alan, I uh...I want to introduce you to Cheerilee. M-my new marefriend." I said nervously. To be honest, I wasn't sure why I was so nervous, considering that my brother was married to seven other mares.

"Congradualtions! I knew you had it in you!" he said happily.

"Oh he had it in him alright." Cheerilee chuckled. I looked at her and noticed a wide smile on her face.

"Well, looks like somepony had some fun." My brother said as he and Cheerilee laughed at my expense.

"Whatever, ha ha, very funny." I said with a hint of sarcasm.

"I hope you know, I plan on being very open about our relationship." Cheerilee said.

"Let me guess, revenge against and old coltfriend?" Alan asked.

"You could say that." she replied. It took me a minute to realize it. She was going to use our relationship to get back at Big Mac and I had to say, when she got a revenge face, she was even hotter than before.

"Of course I could always castrate him in public." She added.

"Um, remind me to never piss you off." I said, a look of worry crawling over my face.

"Don't worry, all I would have to do is wait until heat season and tell all the mares in town that your available." She said.

"Cheerilee, please don't kill my brother." Alan said.

"What's heat?" I asked.

"It's when a mare is ready to reproduce. She gives off a scent to attract stallions and during the season, most stallions tend to stay away from town. Now imagine what a town full of horny mares who need release, surrounding you, who just happened to be the only free male around." Alan explained.

I gulped. That would end very badly, and would probably leave me sore in places that would take a while to recover.

"Don't worry bro, I'll make sure you don't do anything rash alright." he said.

"Um, yeah. Ok." I replied.

"So, Jason, are you taking her to the Gala?" he asked.

"Yeah."

"Good. One sec." He said, heading inside. He reappeared a moment later with two golden tickets in his hand.

"These are the tickets for the Gala. I'll have you talk with Rarity about having clothing made so you won't look out of place."

"Um, wouldn't me being human, in general make me look out of place?" I asked.

"Well, not entirely. Most of the ponies here know me and know that I'm a human. So the most that might happen is mares will want you to make a herd with them." Alan explained.

"Herd?"

"Yes Jason, a herd. It's when one stallion has more than one mate." Cheerilee replied.

"Um, wow." I replied, not sure what to say.

"Of course, that all depends on whether I feel like sharing or not." Cheerilee said mischievously.

"I don't think I'd be able to handle that much attention." I said.

"It's ok. If your not ready, nopony will force you, but you need to be ready for when mares start crowding you." Alan said.

"Ok."

"Well, I hope you two have a wonderful time at the Gala. And Jason, try not to anger any of the townsponies. I would hate to see you run out of town so soon." Alan chuckled.

"Yeah, that would suck. By the way, I've been wondering. Why didn't you tell me you were here?" I asked.

"Well, it goes like this..."

"After I married my wives, I was happy. Happier than I had ever been in fact. It wasn't until a month after that I started having dreams. Dreams involving you and me, here in Equestria. I would always wake up crying and my wives knew that Something was upsetting me. I never contacted you because I didn't believe that I could. We were in a different universe. I told Celestia this and she told me that in fact, she could contact you for me. I wanted her to so badly. I had her use a spell on our mirror, and it allowed me to watch you. It was after that, that I noticed how much trouble you were dealing with, and the bullying that was going on. I took pity on you and decided to have you brought here. It took the whole year for her to figure out a spell to bring you here.
Not only are you here though, she has sent somepony to our world as an ambassador. She's there right now." he explained.

It made a lot of sense the more I thought about it.

"So, who did she send?"
