A New Hero, A New Legend

Ponyviile, 9:50 PM

"Who are you?" I asked as I stood up from the bench

"Luna...?" I whispered.

I heard doors and windows closing shut from all of the houses in Ponyville.

Luna slowly approaches me, she was taller and she was darker in color.

"This is the time you will meet your end." Her mane suddenly expands and grabbed me by the neck.

"L-Luna... Wh-What are you doing!? Ggkk.." I was suffocating.

"No. Nightmare Moon." She said as she slowly lifts me off the ground. I tried getting her mane off my neck but it was too strong and it was slowly becoming more tighter. Nightmare Moon began laughing.

"S-Stop!" I yelled. She didn't pay attention.

I had no choice but to transform. I summoned the Arcle.

"He-Henshin!" I yelled and my body began to change into Growing Form. I managed to remove Nightmare Moon's grasp much more easily and I fell to the ground. I quickly stood up...

"You dare to use that againts me?" Nightmare Moon began manipulating the weather, dark clouds started covering the stars above, thunder storms removed the peaceful atmosphere, and the calm breeze became a violent hurricane.

"Luna, What's wrong!?" I asked, the wind was strong that it actually slightly made me lose my balance.

Nightmare Moon ignored me and fires a dark beam from her horn. I quickly jumped out of the way, doing a backflip on the air. I landed ontop of a roof.

"Don't do this!" I shouted.

Nightmare Moon fired another beam towards me, I quickly jumped off the roof. The roof was destroyed revealing two ponies in the bedroom doing.... Well... Uhhh... Nevermind that!

Nightmare Moon was distracted of what she saw behind the roof. I quickly threw a punch onto her jaw, hoping to knock her out. The punch hurt her but it wasn't enough to put her to sleep. She quickly hit me with her tail and sent me flying, it feel like being hit by a train.

"Is that all you got? I expected more." Nightmare Moon taunted.

I think my whole body is gonna be sore in the morning, still, I forced myself to get up.

I looked around to find something that I can use for my advantage. I found a long stick on the ground, I picked it up and temporarily change the stick's atomic structure to transform it into something known as the "Growing Sword".

"I see, You are able to transform any items into a weapon." Nightmare Moon said.

I charged towards Nightmare Moon and used Growing Sword to cut her mane and tail. It didn't do much because my sword simply went through it.

"Impressive. But I am afraid I should finish you off now." Nightmare Moon said. A mist that looks similar to her mane appears from the ground and wraps around my legs. I couldn't walk or run, the grip was too strong.

"Luna!" I shouted.

She did another evil laugh.

"I will end you and Equestria will never see such faith ever again!" She kept laughing as she gathers magic on her horn.

"What are you talking about!?" I asked.

"Fine. Let me tell you why I want you gone before ending you." Nightmare Moon said.

"Visions from the future had been haunting me since you came here. You ruined EVERYTHING! You killed all of the Elements, You killed my sister and turned Equestria into a wasteland! YOU DESTROYED EVERYTHING!!!" She said in a loud voice that would make my eardrums pop.

The nightmare I get every time I sleep can be described the exact same way SHE described her visions. The weather became even more violent.

What if this is what is gonna happen in just a few months? Princess Celestia doesn't seem to complain about having horrible visions about dead Ponies and a post-apocalyptic Equestria, but she had been acting kinda depressed lately.

"Listen! What if we can prevent that future! What if I can control it!" I tried talking her out of it.

"Stop!" Princess Celestia screamed as she arrived along with Royal Guards. Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack and Pinkie Pie arrived as well.

"Stay out of this!" Nightmare Moon yelled.

Twilight and her friends were wearing the Elements of Harmony, I assume to use it againts Nightmare Moon.

"Sister, Do not let those visions mislead you. That future can easily be prevented!" Princess Celestia yelled.

"I'd rather kill him now that risk it!" Nightmare Moon yelled back.

"Kill? Princess Luna! You shouldn't do such a thing!" Twilight Sparkle yelled.

"Y-Yusuke's a nice pony... He won't destroy us all!" Fluttershy said.

Princess Celestia tried approaching Nightmare Moon but she casted a spell onto her sister.

Princess Celestia instantly froze.

"Princess Celestia!" Twilight ran towards her mentor. My heart suddenly started pumping fast as anger flows through my body again.

"LUNA! ENOUGH OF THIS!" I shouted.

"So you are finally gonna show me your true power, Huh?" Nightmare Moon then slowly approaches me.

"...No..." I whispered.

Nightmare Moon then bucked me on the chest as hard as she could, I flew hundreds of distance away before crashing into a house.

At this rate, I have no hopes of beating her in Growing Form. I decided not to use it since I might kill her.

Twilight and her friends start to glow and float by using the Elements of Harmony in an attempt to transform Nightmare Moon back to Luna. I had to cover my eyes from the light.

"Fools..." Nightmare Moon's voice changed to something disorted and demonic as her eyes change to red.

The six ponies then fired a rainbow-colored magic towards Nightmare Moon. The light was very intense and it was even brighter than staring at the sun using a magnifying glass. The light slowly fades as Twilight and her friends fall back to the ground.

"Did we do it?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"I think so, Sugarcube..." Applejack answered.

Well... They were wrong.

Nightmare Moon slowly stood up and instead of reverting back to Luna, she is now colored red and has dark red aura flowing around her body.

"Wh-What happend!? She looks different!" Twilight's eye widenes.

"She changed!" Rarity screamed.

"You think you can get Luna back?" Nightmare Moon laughed. Her voice started to sound disorted and low pitched. It was something straight out of a horror movie.

Nightmare Moon then casts a the same spell she used on Celestia onto Twilight and her friends. Twilight and her friends froze. I quickly approached her, I know that it wasn't even Luna anymore but instead it was the Gurongi leader who manages to take control of her body.

"Chou-Henshin!" I yelled as dark aura started to intensely burst out of my body. Princess Celestia, the six ponies and other nearby small objects started levitating up in the air due to the massive energy of the transformation.

"I see... So this is Ultimate..." Nightmare Moon whispered.

Princess Celestia and the six ponies fell back to the ground as the transformation into Ultimate Form is finally complete. Luckily, my eyes were still red.

I can feel the real Luna stuck deep inside Nightmare Moon.

"Who are you..." I asked.

"I am N-Daguva-Zeba. I have been influencing your Princess of the Moon into destroying you. Turns out she is too pathetic to even complete such a simple task." Nightmare Moon said.

Nightmare Moon laughs. The laugh might actually give me nightmares.

I can call her "Nightmare Daguva" since she is no longer Nightmare Moon.

Nightmare Daguva started to trot towards me, I held onto his horn as he attempted to stab me with it. I quickly threw a knee blow onto his chin which caused him to fall backwards.

He stood back up quickly using his magic.

"Is that all you can do?" He said. I notice that the red aura shields him from my attacks, though, I can see small openings that open and closes again and again.

He started to flap his wings and flew right towards me in fast speed. He uses magic to grab me as he takes me high into the sky, I can see all of Equestria zooming out in fast motion as we gained altitude fast. The magic that was grabbing me then disappeared.

We were high in the sky, I didn't have the ability to fly so I can just fight him while free falling.

Nightmare Daguva started dashing towards me in high speed. I slowly charged my fist with weaker hot flames, I have to time this punch precisely and hope that it is weak enough to not kill Luna.

His horn was sharp so being impaled by it would result in an instant death. Time slowed down for a fracture of seconds, I see the opening.

"ORRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYIIIIIIIIAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!" I let out my traditional martial arts scream. My fist hit him on the cheek with perfect timing.

I can see the red aura fly out of her, Nightmare Moon was knocked out but she was alive atleast, just a slight injury on the cheek. She slowly shrink down to her regular Princess Luna form, I quickly grabbed onto her.

"Hold on, Luna! The impact won't feel good!" I warned her.

Twilight along with her friends and mentor finally went back to normal, they stretched their hooves after finally being able to move.

"Ugh, What just happend?" Rarity shook her head.

"Look!" Rainbow Dash yelled.

They saw us fall towards Everfree Forest's direction. We were getting closer to the ground, I had to fall onto my back. It wasn't gonna be pleasent, but it will have to do to save Luna. My back hit the ground of the Everfree Forest and we slide through the whole Forest in literally a second, running over plenty of creatures, my back felt like hot lava because of beingng rubbed through the ground in almost as fast as the speed of sound. We were headed towards a cliff.

I quickly grabbed onto the ledge of the cliff, I gently pulled myself and Luna back to the surface. I laid down as I slowly change back to my human form... Princess Luna was still unconscious and I was tired so I took a rest...

Princess Celestia smiled as she felt that we were both fine...

Everfree Forest, 6:00 AM

I was watching the beautiful sunrise... I was sitting on the ground with my back againts a tree with Luna next to me...

Luna slowly opens her eyes as she regains consciousness...

"Wh...What happend..." Luna whispered...

"Good Morning, Luna" I said with a smile.

"Why am I on your shoulder?" Luna said as she notices that she is resting her head on my shoulder.

"Well... Why not?" I giggled.

"This is the blunder of my life..." Luna sighed as she gently rests her head back onto my shoulder.
