Shadow of Equestria

           Twilight kindly invites me to stay at her house until they could locate a cavern for me. I accept and happily get a bed made out of black wood conjured  in with a little figurine made from the same wood as the bed. I go to sleep for my first night in this new world. I hope to myself I can get a new beginning here. Going to sleep I realize I'm having the nightmare again. I look around my house and hear a crash in the kitchen as I wake up. Running out i see a white figure with a spike arm straight through my mom's chest. I was only 16 when i saw the horror of my mother being murdered. My brother screams from the living room before he lunges at him too. Filled with a rage I never had before I run up and sock him hard in the face actually causing some damage. He grabs and throws me into my grandpa's room for when hes here and see a shadowy figure next to me. It goes in my body causing me to burn inside out as I wake up in a cold sweat. Looking around I know it was just a dream and go to sleep again uneventfully that night. I wake up earlier than Twilight so I decide to be a nice guest and go to make everyone breakfast. I get some ingredients and make hay bacon and grass sandwiches. Remembering dragons from my world. I heat up some jewels and put them in a bowl for Spike her dragon as I set the table. Spike walks in first.

"Wow that smells good." He says as he grabs a gem and popping it in his mouth." You can really taste the sapphire." He says like a happy food critic.Twilight then walks in smelling the delicious food.

"Wow that smells great." She says sitting herself down for a plate.I place one plate for her and one for me as we both start to eat.

"It wasn't hard. Found the recipe in a cookbook from that area." I say pointing to the cookbooks." It seemed like a good idea and it really was." I say happy that I made this choice.

"Well it is quite a good meal." She says teasingly.

"Has the princess replied to your letter yet?" I asked interested." I'd like to know." I tell her wanting an answer.\

"Yes she is going to be here in 2 days." Twilight answered happily.

"Well I'm gonna go for a stroll in the forest." I say happily.

"I was going to Zecora's anyways so I'll go too." Twilight says like she's on a schedule. Which she WAS.We walked down the road and bumped into a little filly with a bow in her hair.

" Well howdy Twilight. Who's your friend?" She said wholehearted.

"My name is Trenton Font." I said happily. "We were going into the forest before we met you."

"Twilight can I come too? PLEEEEEAAAASSSSEEE?" She asked like she really wanted to.

"Well I don't... oh well alright." Twilight said giving in to the little filly.

"YAY!" She yelled into the air. We walk to Zecora's Finish our business there and begin to walk back. We come across some trees and Twilight started to pick them up. I, being the lazy son of a bitch I am, decided to relax while she moved the debris. Applebloom seemed to notice something in the woods.

"Twilight I think I saw something." She says worried and curious.Twilight doesn't pay attention so she went after it, and  I follow suit. We walk for a while before coming across a town. Upon entering I noticed my cutie mark had disappeared.We walk through town a bit before coming to a gray stallion.

"My name is Gray Hoof. Welcome to the party. Help yourselves to food and drinks." He says happily.

"Well that was weird." I say as we walked away. This town was sunny. Too sunny. Something was definitely off around here.
