Unknown to the main six, Celestia has been watching other worlds through a crystal orb. A great party to celebrate friendship was planned to take place within canterlot and to celebrate the day more Celestia had agreed to grant a randomly chosen pony one request, that pony could ask for anything from Celestia within reason. That pony was Rainbow Dash but she passed the request over to young Scootaloo who asked for some pony she could call her mother or father. Celestia said she will see to it that it gets done.
