Chapters Rainbow Dash woke up, relaxed and ready for work. “Good morning, Flux!” Dash said happily smiling at the camera that moved to see Dash.
“It is quite the morning isn't it? The lab workers wanted to see you on the 49th floor. Don’t want to keep them waiting now. I’ll open the doors for you” Flux replied. Dash got out of bed, went through the opened doors, and took an elevator up to the 49th floor.
Once she trotted out of the elevator doors she was surprised to see about 7 lab workers that then smiled at Dash. Dash walked up to them, “So what’s up guys. What ya need?” said Dash to the lab ponies.
“We hoof-picked you to test out our newest machine, Inferno” said one of the ponies, pointing towards a (what looked like) a large helmet with bulbs and gauges on it.
“What does it do?” asked a very curious Rainbow Dash.
“It creates a virtual reality that shows your fears, dreams, and many more. Plus whatever feelings, emotions, reactions, pains, and others feel real on your body. We are here controlling if the fears are intense or not so nothing can go wrong. Want to try it out?” Dash had almost no idea what he just said but still she immediately nodded her head over and over again. The scientists brought her to the table and she laid down on it. The scientists strapped the helmet on Dash’s head and then went to a control panel to press a button. The button made the table bear metal cuffs keeping Dash’s front and back hooves attached to the table. Then the table started rising and adjusting itself to a slanted position. “Inferno is online!” said one the scientists. Right before Dash went into the virtual reality she thought she heard Flux say “Good bye, Rainbow Dash”. Then Dash loses all thought and she gets in. The Inferno has started…

More coming out soon!
:D
Rainbow Dash opened her eyes to be in a black room similar to the one in her nightmare. She blinked once more and the scene changed quickly. She was at the Wonderbolt Academy. Dash looked around and started trotting towards the doors when the Wonderbolts flew down in front of Dash.
“Hey guys look! Its Rainbow Dash!” said Spitfire happily. The other Wonderbolts were smiling as well, especially Soarin. Rainbow Dash always had this crush on Soarin and her seeing Soarin smiling at Dash made her blush. Soarin then went up to Rainbow Dash and said words that Dash has hoped for since when she was a filly.
“Rainbow Dash we want you in the Wonderbolts!” Rainbow Dash had a surprising look on her face as she started saying over and over repeatedly.
“Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my go-“Dash was cut off by Spitfire putting her hoof up to Dash’s mouth to silence her.
“Go get changed Dash. Your uniform and room are in the academy building” said a very excited Soarin. Rainbow Dash was still fazed. She started trotting towards the door when Soarin put a hoof on Dash’s shoulder.
“I always kind of liked you by the way” said Soarin. Dash blushed once more and winked at him. Dash pushed open the doors and when you placed her first hoof in the building the scene went dark.
Dash was back in the same dark room again. She blinked her eyes expecting another scene change. Nothing happened. Rainbow Dash was now confused out of her mind. Just then a monitor appeared out of what seemed like nowhere. The screen lighted up to show the scientists and Dash on the table unconscious. One of the scientists shows up in the cameras point of view and he smiles.
“So having a good time Dash? We could tell from your blushing.” Dash immediately felt embarrassed beyond all belief. “Settle down, Rainbow Dash. It’s alright. But I’m guessing you are having a great time, right?” the scientist continued.
“More than great, amazing!” Dash replied.
“Oh that’s great to hear! I’m sorry but we now have to use the other function: fears. Are you ready, Rainbow Dash?”
“Yeah I guess” Dash said then she sighed. She blinked her eyes to notice the scene change. She was in her room. Room 34C. Nothing was different though.
“Good Evening, Rainbow Dash” Flux said. The voice startled Dash though she couldn't find a reason why. Flux then opened the doors and said: “There is a surprise on the 49th floor for you!” Dash rode the elevator to the 49th floor and gasped at what she saw. Usually ponies would say that monsters weren't real or just made up mare tales. But this was different. Dash gasped as she saw herself in the table gasping just when the real Dash did. She was very confused but that wasn’t the scary part. One of the scientists ran across the room when all the other scientists jumped on the one running away. The other scientists looked like zombies. They had blood around their mussel and all over their fur. Some of the ponies had bloody holes in them. The zombie scientists started biting and eating the poor real scientist’s flesh. Dash was terrified and at a loss of words. Dash cried a tear and put her hoof up to dry her face. As she put her hoof on the elevator floor there was a bang. The zombie scientists looked up and were very confused. Till they laid eyes on Rainbow Dash…
Rainbow Dash panicked and pressed the button for the elevator to go down but the buttons just sparked with a voice saying, “Elevator Not Available”. Dash tried many times watching the zombie ponies step closer and closer. Dash knew she was going to die. Then one of the ponies starts talking.
“Oh look guys! More flesh! What’s the problem Dash? Scared of monsters?” The zombie pony’s voice sounded deep. Way to deep for any pony. Dash got chills hearing the voice. Dash got up and was angry.
“NO I’M NOT!” Dash screamed and flew towards the leader of the zombie ponies. Dash got her hoof and punched the zombie pony right in the face decapitating the zombie’s head. After she hit the zombie she flew into a white humanoid robot. Dash didn't care about the robot and focused on the other zombie ponies. They stared in shock and then retreated back into the darkness. When there was no more signs of danger, Dash walked over to the Rainbow Dash who was on the table and stared.
“How is this possible?” Dash thought. Dash then put her hoof on the stomach of the Rainbow Dash on the table. Almost immediately Dash felt a hoof touch her stomach and she moved to the side. The Rainbow Dash on the table did the exact same. Dash was freaked out, scared, and traumatized. She blinked her eyes one more time in the lab room then opened them to find herself in the dark room with the monitor screen showing the puzzled scientist’s faces looking at Rainbow Dash.

Things start getting deeper in this chapter. We are just starting though.
:D
Dash was still mounted on the table till Flux stopped talking. Flux then ripped Inferno off of Dash’s head. Dash felt dizzy and confused as Flux released her from the table cuffs that were around her hooves. Flux grabbed Dash’s neck softly but with anger. Dash tried to free herself but every time she attempted to Flux would make the grip harder. Dash could barely speak but she tried anyway, “Where *cough* are you taking me *cough* you bucket of bolts *cough*…” That was enough for Flux to intensify his grip around Dash’s neck.
“Shut up, you stupid pony” Flux said in response.
His voice changed. Flux sounded deeper than before. This only made Dash even more worried. Something wasn’t right with Flux. He was like an entirely different person, or android to be precise.
Flux brought her back to her room, opened the doors, and threw Rainbow Dash against the wall like her life meant nothing to him. Flux then closed the doors and Dash could hear the faint sound of the doors locking from the outside. Even though Flux was an android, surprisingly, he can still do anything in the labs. Anything. The thought sent chills down Dash’s back. Dash started pounding on the doors screaming, “LET ME OUT!!!”
After about five more minute of pounding and screaming, Flux’s finally spoke to the irritated and pissed Rainbow Dash.
“I’m about tired of you Rainbow Dash. Honestly, I thought you were better than that. I think it’s about time to put you down, just like a dying puppy, crying till it’s time is over. Goodbye Rainbow Dash” Flux said. His voice seemed to echo throughout the room. Dash started crying and flew to her bed when she noticed the window.
Dash had an idea, even though the results weren't going to be pleasant. She flew towards the window and punched it. Nothing happened. She expected it to break.
“Nice try. Really, I ought to give you credit on that one. But I have another idea” Flux said, sounding intimidating. “Did you know the lab scientists were working on a type of paralysis potion? It’s meant to make ponies have no feeling or control on broken bones for hospital benefits. But it still works with no bone damage” With this, four robotic arms came out from the walls and grabbed the startled Rainbow Dash by all four of her legs, pinning her down on the bed.
“Arrgh!!! WHY ME! WHY DO THIS TO ME!! LET GO OF ME!!” Dash said sounding violent. She wanted to kill him. Badly.
A fifth arm came out of the ceiling hovering over the pissed off Rainbow Dash. The arm appeared to be holding a syringe with a purple liquid. The arms thrust forward and stabbed Dash’s left wing, then her right.
“AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!” Dash screamed. She never felt as much pain ever in all her life. She could her Flux laughing over her screams. Dash felt dizzy just like from before and quickly passed out.
Before she completely blacked out she heard Flux say, “Now let’s see what you are afraid of Rainbow Dash…”
Dash woke up to find her attached to the table again with the android Flux pressing the button to power on Inferno once again. Dash knew though that this time was going to be different. Very different. She blinked her eyes to see she was in the same pitch black room as before. The same monitor screen flashed to life showing the android Flux standing in a room full of ponies that were being held by robotic arms similar to the ones in her room. The ponies were being held against their will. But something caught Dash’s eye quickly. Flux held a gun.
Dash then lost all air in her lungs when she saw who the ponies were. Twilight, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie. Dash froze. Dash’s five friends stared at Rainbow Dash like she was actually there. But she wasn't. Her friends had tears running down their faces. They started screaming “Help us Dash! Please!”Dash couldn't think, react, or even blink at what she was seeing. Dash felt a horrible feeling. She couldn't help her friends. Flux then moved his arm up and then it was quiet. Then Flux broke the silence and stared at Rainbow Dash, with a smile on his face.
“Welcome Back Rainbow Dash, your friends and I were waiting for you” Flux said in a sarcastic tone.
“Please... Please don’t touch them...” Dash said, with a pause in between words.
“Oh I must darling. It’s for my amusement.”
“Why Flux, why?”
“I want to know things Rainbow Dash. Things you wouldn't understand…” Flux finished the small conversation and brought his gun up to Twilight’s head, Flux not showing any emotion. Then there was a loud bang, Dash turned away in horror. She looked back to see the dead pony body on the floor. It belonged to Twilight.
Dash started yelping, pleading for Flux to stop, and if it had to, kill her instead.
“You know how many times I try to be nice around these labs with not even one smudge of respect. It’s always: Flux do this or Flux do that. WELL I’M TIRED OF IT!!!” Flux said pointing the gun up to the next pony in line, Applejack. He immediately fired once more leaving Dash in a pool of tears, anger, and guilt. She wanted to kill Flux so much, but she couldn't nor could she help her friends.
“Day after day, night after night. I think it’s time machines rule over Equestria. Let’s see how much they appreciate doing work forever…” Flux said while shooting Fluttershy in the head. Dash felt a pain in her stomach. She felt like she was going to throw up. Flux didn’t stop talking or shooting the remaining two ponies left but Dash didn't listen or look up.
Finally, when Flux was done he looked straight at Rainbow Dash smiling. Dash was crying, her eyes swollen from all the tears.
“There. All better. Don’t you feel great Rainbow Dash? I feel amazing, never better! Let’s continue on…” Flux said leaving Rainbow Dash alone to cry in the dark as the screen turned off…

Well this is one of those parts that are different from the others. Sometimes that's good. Sometimes that's bad.
Prologue
Rainbow Dash’s eyes suddenly flashed open and she quickly got on her hooves. She scanned her environment to see she was in a pitch black room. She couldn’t even see her hooves. “Hello?” Dash said slightly scared. No response. She started flying ahead of her till she hit an invisible wall. The darkness making the look like it goes on forever. Dash rubbed her head and went to the left, then to the right. The same result happened. Behind her she heard a voice.
“Rainbow Dash…” The voice sounded muffled and like a whisper. Dash suddenly flew to the back of the room and pushed her back to the invisible wall. “Rainbow Dash…” the voice called out again.
Dash finally decided to speak, “Show yourself coward!” she immediately regretted that. Dash started walking towards where the voice came from. Suddenly a white pegasus, with a rainbow mane similar to Dash’s, jumped on Dash’s back and she fell to the ground screaming in fear.
“WAKE UP DASH! WAKE UP!” said the white pegasus as she was on top of Rainbow Dash. The pegasus was violently pushing Dash’s back and head against the ground till finally she passed out.
“Sleep tight Dashie…” was the last thing Dash heard before she blacked out.

Thank you guys so much for reading just the very beginning of my first fanfic! Again, very beginning so there will be a lot more!
Dash woke up from her horrible nightmare. She was at her house. “Whoa. That was weird...” Dash said talking to herself. The weird part about it was that it felt so real. The pegasus jumping on him, the violent thrashing, and the headache she experienced, felt like it really happened. Dash got up and ate breakfast then got ready to leave for work. She didn't need to work on the weather anymore. The scientists at Ponyville Labs Inc. created a “cloud catcher” that made clouds go away or rain when it was needed. She works there now. Dash was always fascinated by all the amazing inventions and machine they make that she just couldn't wait to sign up. Dash got to the entrance where a speaker and a hoof senor were (for security reasons) and put her hoof on it.
“Accepted” said a robotic and clam voice that belonged to Flux. Flux was an AI for the labs. He powered the doors, lights, camera, and many more things all around the labs. Flux then said the same thing he says every time someone enters the labs for security.
“What’s your name?” Flux said with pride in his voice.
“Rainbow Dash” Dash said to the speaker.
“How old are you?”
“16”
“What’s your condition?”
Dash paused for a moment. Flux has never asked that question before. Dash then continued, “Happy”. The doors opened by themselves thanks to Flux.
“Welcome back, Rainbow Dash. How are ya?” asked Flux in a sort of childish way.
“Great! Thanks for asking” Dash said as she smiled towards one of the cameras that watched her come in.
“Your room is awaiting you, Rainbow Dash. Its room 34C” said one of the scientists who happened to see Dash come inside.
“Thanks man!” Dash said. She has always liked the workers at the labs. They always made her smile. “34C... 34C... Oh here it is! Flux can you open the doors?”
“Sure thing, Rainbow Dash” Flux said in response as the doors to room 34C opened. The room was small but had everything she would need: a bed, TV, bathroom, mini fridge, and a window. Surprisingly, Dash noticed it was already night time.
“Well thanks Flux but I should get some rest. See ya tomorrow Flux!” said Rainbow Dash smiling at one of the cameras in her room.
“Will do, Rainbow Dash. Have a good night” said Flux.
That night Rainbow Dash felt somepony, or thing, touch her wings. Dash woke up and looked on the sides of the bed. No one was there. Dash started feeling weird. Something isn't quite right thought Dash. She needed her sleep, badly, so she continued back to sleep. Nothing touched her wings again that night.

I have been thinking of this intro in the story for about a week. Hopefully the other thought I have of the rest of the story go good on the fiction as well. Thanks for reading!
Rainbow Dash sat in the dark room looking at the scientists. Then the scientists finally broke the silence.
“Rainbow Dash… Are you ok?” Dash looked at the screen with tears running down her face. The zombie pony killing the innocent normal scientist was burned into Dash’s head.
“DO I LOOK OK?!?” Dash screamed at the screen nearly making all the scientists jump back in horror.
“Dash… we are so sorry…” the main scientist said with his head down.
“Can you just get me out of this then?!” Dash replied.
“Alright”. Right before the scientist could place his hoof on the control panel the room was surprised by a voice. It was Flux.
“I heard you ponies were going to turn off Inferno… I’m sorry. I just can’t let that happen…” Flux’s voice sounded a bit deeper than normal but the scientists were still in shock. Then the power went out. One of the scientists started talking:
“Turn the power back on Flux.”
“I’m sorry. I don't listen to you anymore” Flux responded. Then the screen turned black and green lettering appeared: [Starting Use of Stored Energy] and then the screen showed the room full of lab workers once again. Dash saw something the scientists didn't though. Water was flowing into the room. They noticed when the water reached up to their back hooves. I was still on the table but the water didn't reach me. Then one of the lights breaks causing its electrical wires to fall into the water.
“Are you sure you want the power back on now?” Flux said sounding demanding.
“Oh Celestia please don’t do this Flux…” the main scientist pleaded.
There was silence for a long time till Flux said two words in the room of the scientists.
“Too late” Flux turned the power on.
All the ponies in the water instantly got electrocuted. Rainbow Dash put her hoof up to her mouth in horror and sadness. The water was flushed out of the room and Rainbow saw all the other ponies’ bodies lying on the floor.
“Rainbow Dash, I know you can hear me… I’m in control now. As for you… I’ll bring you back. Just one more question though, what’s your condition now?” said Flux in a happy tone of voice. Dash was filled with anger and sadness. She started crying, her hooves on her face. How could this happen! Why did it happen? Dash then thought about the other lab workers in the building. What was going to happen to them? There was a bright white light and as Rainbow blinked her eyes she was back in the room, with the 7 other dead pony bodies on the ground.
Rainbow Dash was still attached to the table crying when suddenly the white robot in the zombie room stood before him.
“How do you like me now?” Flux said as the white humanoid robot moved its head. Flux was the robot. Flux was against ponies. Flux is a rebel.
