My name is Zen Star. I'm eleven years old and I have been alone for three years.

I did okay, too. Being alone is fine, since I don't have to share the scarce food I can find out here in the Equestrian Wasteland. Nopony teases me for not having a cutie mark, either, which is nice. And the salvage? You wouldn't believe the caps I pull in.

But something is about to change. I can feel it.
I might not be alone anymore. And that scares me.
