"Ugghhhh..." Twilight moaned as she groggily lifted her head off the ground. The cold and hard feeling under her hooves proved that she was lying on a tile floor. Everything from the tip of her horn to the bottom of her back hooves was numb with pain. Her originally lavender coat was now a sickening beige. Twilight tried to speak, but no words came out. She looked around, after her eyes had adjusted to the dim, hazy light. She couldn't tell where she was, nor how she got here. All twilight knew was that she wasn't home.
"Spike!" She cried. Her throat was sore something awful, so her voice sounded like some kind of dying animal. Twilight almost expected the little purple dragon to come trotting over, with a paper and quill in his claws, but he didn't. She could just feel tears welling up in the corners of her eyes, even though she probably had no reason.
"Where is everypony?" She called out loud. Her voice echoed through the large room for almost three seconds. Her legs wobbled as she struggled herself up. They shook like a leaf in the fall, but she was able to stand up. Twilight took a couple of steps before she realized that she had no idea where she was going. She sighed, but concentrated hard as her horn glowed a soft purple. A small circle of light appeared in front of her, lighting up the room slightly. A table sat in front of her, so she walked to it and stared at the items on it. Something that looked like a lantern with a bottle of oil next to it, and a saddle bag. A small lump was inside the bag, so she reached inside and pulled out a bottle of pink liquid.
"Pepto Bismol?" She wondered. Shrugging, she popped on the saddle bag and slipped the bismol inside. Twilight picked up the lantern in her mouth and poured in the oil. It lit up instantly, and she began walking. She grimaced as rats and roaches skittered across her hooves as she walked. Wet moss and mold squished under her hooves, and water splashed all over the place. As she approached a door, she asked herself if it was smart to go through into the next room. Who knew what would be waiting behind there? Twilight mouthed the word "monsters..." to herself. Finally, without thinking, she pushed the door open and wandered in. Whatever was about to happen, she knew it wouldn't be good.

Author's Note

Just so you know, this is not a crossover of Amnesia. This is simply a story that was inspired from horror movies and games sort of mixed into one. Hopefully you enjoy this as I continue.
