The Apocalypse Has Come

Finally arriving at Ponyville, Twilight took off to find all her friends so she may give the news to them first before telling anyone else. She gathers all her friends at her library.

"What is it sugercube, why did you bring us here for in such hurry," asked Applejack.

"Yeah, what's up with up that Twilight," said Dash.

"I-I have some bad news," said Twilight with a single tear running down her cheek. "The world we all love is going to end."

"What!" yelled everypony.

"What do you mean by that darling."

"I mean that we're all going to die."  Hearing the tragic news made everypony look at each other in sadness. "I wanted to tell y'all first so you can help me gather everypony in Ponyville so I may tell them of the news as well so they may spend time with their loved ones."

"We'll help you sugercube."

"Thanks guys I knew I can count on y'all. Tell everypony to meet at town hall, I'll give the news to the mayor."

"You can count on us."  They then headed out to gather everyone while Twilight heads to town hall.

"Is that so," said Mayor Mare looking down in sadness.

"I'm afraid it is mayor. I have asked my friends to gather the townsfolk so I can give them the news as well."

"Well then lets get everything ready so you can give your speech we don't want to waste anytime."  So the two started to prepare everything while the others were out getting everyone.

Finally it was time to give the news to the town thanks to efforts of Twilight's friends everyone got to town hall in less than 10 minutes.

"Hello everypony, thank you for coming on short notice." Said Twilight.

"What are we doing here!" yelled one citizen.

"Well I have gather y'all here to give you some tragic news."

"What news!"

"Well if you let me finish I shall tell y'all.The world as we know it is coming to an end."  There was a big gasp coming from the crowd and everyone started to panic and everything went to chaos.

"Please everypony please calm down!" yelled Twilight.  But no matter what she did the crowd was still in chaos, so Rainbow got a cloud and made a bright flash of lightning come out to calm everyone. Luckily that worked out great and the town calmed down.

"Thanks Dash."

"You got it Twilight."

"Listen everypony this is not the time to panic and go crazy. The reason I wanted to tell you this news is for y'all can spend time with your loved ones, because this only the time you can before the world ends."  The crowd then started looking around to find their loved ones.

"That could of went a little better," joked Twilight trying to keep some joy. "Alright girls y'all should go with your families and spend time with them. I'm going to Canterlot to meet my family."  They nodded and went their ways.
