Present...

"Nightmare we can end this please remember the pony who I loved. The one who made Dante,Haley, and Virgil." You begged you didn't have the strength to hurt your wife

"Do you think Luna's here Robert remember I'm not Luna anymore. I'm not the one who you shared the night of passion with I'm the one who ends the streak of sun." Nightmare said to you

"I'm not hurting you Luna I love you!" You shouted

"Haven't you been listening I'm not Luna!" Nightmare shouted as she rushed towards you with the darkest of magic.

You managed to dodge hitting the pillar holding several glass shards. You lifted up your arm and shot out a light magical bolt hitting nightmare making her scream in pain.

I remember the first time I used magic It was great the feeling of bending shadows like puppetry. The feeling of intimidating people who were so good that they thought of us black mages as scum of the earth.

I think I should tell you the four different tribes of mages.

The first was the earth mages they bended earth like elements such as the growth of planets and wildlife. Regular hippies they were.

The second sky mages they controlled the winds and weather it was a different kind of ability they had some of them called it over powered. But they aren't. The most over powered were the shadow mages or black mages but I'll get to that in a minute.

The third were the light mages these were the kind of people who had all the power in the world as they were amongst god like status they were tributed with offerings but they were the scum of the earth.

And last but least shadow mages or black mages these were the ones who had dealings in death and chaos they sealed in all sorts of destruction.

If you were unlucky enough to be a black Mage then you'd be shunned. Even talking to one was forbidden. They bastardized us making us feel like shit.

Anyway I'll tell you my name. My name is Tenebris in Latin it means darkness go figure.

Anyway when I was four I was left in a orphanage. Where they took care of mostly white mages. They were forced by the council to take care of me. They never paid much attention to me no ever came close to me ya see each tribe had a marking the shadow mages held a unique type of marking since we dealt with death and chaos ours was a purple hole with a darl blue lightning bolt in the middle.

Most children my age wouldn't approach me as they thought of me as the black sheep. The one out of place.

I'm now sixteen and the town had a choice to run me out of town or keep me here guess which one they'd choose.

2nd person Tenebris

You woke up with a slight headache as you always did nightmares always plagued you but you didn't mind much as they were to be expected.

But something in your mind kept saying Nightmare moon will return you had no idea who or what that was but you continued on with your day.

As you rose from bed you walked out of your home to see that people would ignore you or just look away when you faced them.

You walked towards the square of your village another day of news that the council arranged they wanted to be closer to their subjects.

"Hear ye hear ye the council us looking for a young man named Tenebris. He is on trial for being Shadow Mage." You were surprised by this news as they were never this harsh to shadow mages. Most were pretty soft as a life time of solitude was punishment enough.

You felt something heavy grab your arms and pull you towards the ground once you opened your eyes. You see five guards tie you with steel chains and take you before the council.

You looked around for an escape but couldn't find one as the attack took you by surprise.

"Stand still black Mage." A guard with emotionless voice said to you

"I did nothing wrong why am I going before the council!?" You shouted

"Silence! The council elder said you'd be a problem as soon as they talk to you they'll give you their verdict." He said with a chuckle

The guards then tied your hands with steel chain while one held you back by tying a steel chain around your neck.

If you resisted the chain would snap your neck and kill you instantly. You decided to listen to the guards and walked along the cobblestone path towards the councils room.

"Young Tenebris you have been chosen to stand trial for working in the dark arts. We have been nice enough to give you a home and not bother you but it comes to our attention that shadow mages are obsolete beings who have no hope for humanity. You are to be put to death by hanging send the prisoner to his cell and do not let him out until the public hanging." The elder member stated

"Wait what?! What happened to peace of the elder gods made in the elder scrolls." You shouted before your time four beings made the elder scrolls making peace for all four tribes but after years of power they say that shadow mages are obsolete beings.

If the elder gods were alive they'd have hell to pay for anyone killing their creations.

"The elder scroll has been destroy and made into fine dust it is nothing." The elder said leaving the pews.

You looked at disbelief as you are hit by the butt of a crossbow.

Hours later...

You woke in a dingy cell the smell of decay scented the room it was littler with fecal matter not even made for the simplest of beings.

You opened your palm to see a insignia of a crescent moon. The crescent moon was white and around it dark black spots.

You walked around the room to see that it was extremely small. You put your hand on the wall to feel a tinge of warm aura around your hand.

"Tenebris my love you're are wronged by these awful beings. They hate the darkness yet without dark was there isn't light. I want you to wrong them Tenebris. And together we will make them pay." A feminine voice said

You took off your hand from the wall and looked around nothing was there.

You knew your time was near and you had to die. You sighed as you knew that elder councilor wronged you. He had to die.

The next morning...

"We are here to cleanse our souls from this man as he is the curse of the land he needs to die as our sins will be forgiven by killing this man!" The elder councilor said with a menacing voice.

"Now my sweet." You opened your eyes to see everything red. The rope around your neck was removed as you yanked it off.

The guards hurried as one tried to stab you. You managed to dodge it and stab him with your shadowy claws. He bleed out as he fell down on to his entrails.

You slammed your hand towards the ground many of the villagers screamed in terror as they saw there worst fears come to life.

The old man stood unfazed.

"I knew you monsters were all the same"

You felt sick, like you had to get away.

"N... no i didn't do this... IT WASN'T ME!"

"THEN WHO OTHER THAN THE LIVING SIN THAT YOU ARE!?"

You turned and ran. fast. You didn't know where just as long as it wasn't  there.

You were then shot by an arrow. You looked behind to see a large group of guards.

"You shadow mages are gone you lead a revolution and you will die." You quickly ran from the area your arm bleed profusely.

"Get the man and kill him!" He shouted

You jumped over fallen logs and hid behind cover. Your only chance of survival was crossing Gambit's pond.

You ran in and jumped in you started swimming down and you see a white light the light grew brighter as you swam closer you saw a desert with a different kind of creature.

It had the body of a human but it's feature were that of a pony. It's wings had holes and looked bug like.

You fell several feet to see that you landed in front of a hive like area it's hive's ground surround by the bug like pony humans. With that you feel into a deep sleep.
