The Mermare

And so the adventure of the Mermare princess and the girls begins. After a short train ride, and an explanation of how the Internet and phones work and the giving out of free phones (and some notes from Twilight.) they finally arrived in Ponyville just before the busy hours of Ponyville had begun. The girls and princess trudged through Ponyville hoping the go undiscovered by the Ponies just about ready the begin their own morning routine, just when they thought they were all clear the clock struck one and all went hectic. Ponies were rushing out of their doors heading to what looked like a bit late for work or the begin opening up shop at the market place, foals of all different colors were running out the open green fields celebrating by playing all sorts of games because of weekends, teen mares and stallions were just walking down the street joined hooves while the young lings made faces of disgusted. But even with all this chaos around nopony failed to not notice the two alicorns princesses and the element bearers around the, almost imminently everypony began to crowd around the bowing while doing so.

“Princess Celestia what are you doing here on such short notice? Is there something wrong?” Mayor Mare exclaimed over the noise of concern and worry growing crowd

“No, I just thought of coming for a little visit with the girls, you know a ‘Girl’s day out’ as you say,” Celestia said nervously scratching the back of her head “And me and the girls would like to be alone for the day.” After Celestia had said that the crowd began to calm down again and some were beginning to leave before a little colt yelled

“Who’s the other blue one!?” he yelled before his mother shushed him. After the colt had said that the crowd chatter began to rise again with more curiosity than fear.

“Oh, I’ll let her introduce herself.” Celestia gave Ariel a little nudge but she stood still, she tried again but a harder but that had activated one of the worst reactions she had ever seen.

“WATER!” Ariel screamed a steam started to rise around her coat “Where the water, it burns!” The crowd had begun to walk slowly away while Ariel had went on screaming calling Celestia for help. When she turned around she saw what looked like heaven to her. A giant water gushing cold fountain, before anypony knew it Ariel was in galloping in the fountain when she suddenly realised something, she would turn it she dive in. She tried to teleport away but it was too late when she hit the water there was a bright light and flash. After the ponies has come back to their sense they were all shocked except for a certain seven ponies who all facehoofed. There in the middle of the fountain was the mythical Mermare mane was dripping wet with some hair dye with it the revealed her beautiful blood red mane.

“A real life Mermare!” a certain white filly with a curly mane yelled. After those word had been spoken the crowd of ponies all seemed to forget about Celestia and all turned all their focused towards the Mermare. “Oh my Celestia, I can’t believe their real told you so Scootaloo!” Sweetie Belle ran up to the Mermare a strangely started stroking her mane as did some other pony who touched her tail and her fin some even feeling her face much to her disgust.

“Please can you stop touching my face and whoever put their hoof in my hoof wash them, they taste look mule hair, no offence.” Ariel said

“No taken!” a familiar mule who now had flowers in his hair as she skipped along the path. Celestia only stood there a little smile on her face as she tried not to laugh. After she had regain her composter she walked through the crowd and standing in front of Ariel.

“Ponies of Ponyville! I would like you to meet Ariel, Princess of the Sea and Ruler of Sea Creatures,” After she said that there was a thunderous applause that Celestia had to silence “You ponies may not know Merponies have been living in Equestria for many years now, but have chosen to stay hidden for the past two-hundred years now, but because of a terrible war between the Ponies and Merponies they have not spoken the each other in many years now,  but thanks to a very long chat between the two kinds we have gained little trust between them and Ariel have be sent for closer inspection, so I trust you ponies to treat her like another citizen of Equestria!” After Celestia had finished her speech there was another applause which was well louder than the former. When Celestia had finished she turned around expecting Ariel to want to say something, but when she did, she was surrounded by five teen boys about Ariel’s age and were yelling in her face, Celestia was pretty sure they were all drunk because all their world came out like slurs and if it wasn’t it was unbelievably rude.

“Oh look what we have here lads a silly little cosplayer,” the other boys grunted in agreement “And you know what we do the cos-player, tie her up boys.” She said not even taking in the fact that Princess Celestia was right behind him. A pony with common sense would have stepped in to stop them, but Celestia had more than common sense so instead she told all the ponies to stay back as she watched.

“Please go, I don’t want to hurt anypony.” Ariel pleaded, the colts didn’t even take notice to her at all, but continued to poke her or say very harsh words “Fine you brought this upon yourself.” She whispered as she began to stare deeply into the eyes of the other colts the boss was not paying attention too.

“Boss, are you sure she’s a cosplayer? She looks real pretty.” Another black pony with a yellow mane asked

“Of course I’m sure to you think Merponies exist, what are you two and stop taking like a pirate?”

“No sure it’s just because how could we kidnap a pony who is some darn beautiful…” he said trailing of at the part

“What do you mean Rider we don’t have time for this-“He turned around but when he did he made the biggest mistake of his life.

“Upon one summer's morning, I carelessly did stray…” Ariel began to sing
