Chapters The Incredible Drake: His Return
Catching Up
Today was an awesome day for the Mane Six. For their long lost friend Spike has just returned to them after five long years. And now they were taking him out to lunch. As they walked with him, they asked him many things. But one question caught his attention.
"Spike, how did you tame Drake?" Twilight asked her friend.
"It wasn't easy. But that's why I didn't come back all these years. I stayed away from civilization and communicated with Drake until we became a single being." Spike replied.
"So you're fully in control when you transform?" Rarity asked him.
"Yes. I am in control of my motions when I become my other self." Spike replied.
"Well it's just good to have ya' back Spike. It's been quiet without ya' around." Applejack said as she wrapped her arm around Spike's head.
"It's good to see you too. So where are we going to eat?" Spike asked.
"A new cafe opened two years ago and we've been going there ever since. It's a great place Spike. You'll love it." Rainbow replied. He then saw the cafe and it was named 'The Shining Dragon
"Catchy name." Spike said in marvel.
"Ain't it? Now let's get some grub." Applejack said as she walked towards it. Then the mares and Spike followed her. They found an open table and sat down. And then a waitress came over to the table.
"Good afternoon. My name is Quick Serve and I'll be your waitress for today. Just call me when you're ready to order." She said as she passed them menus.
"Thank you." Spike said as he opened his menu. Quick Serve then walked away and the mares looked into their menus as well.
"You know what you're getting?" Spike asked the mares.
"Uh-huh." They replied in unison as they placed their menus down.
"If you don't know what to get, I say get the Veggie Burger. They're to die for." Pinkie said happily.
"Or you can go with the salads. They're healthier." Rarity said with a little grin.
"Girls, let him get what he wants." Twilight said with an irritated tone. Spike then placed the menu down and closed it.
"So before Quick Serve gets back here, I want to ask you girls something." Spike said.
"What is it?" Rainbow asked.
"How many new superheroes have showed up while I was gone?" He asked in replying.
"A lot of them Spike. Some are alone and some are in groups of many." Twilight replied.
"Amazing. And I know only three of them." Spike said in amazement.
"Really?! Who?!"
"Well you've met the insane Griffon Deadpool, the animal Wolverine, and my personal best friend, The Amazing Spider-Mare." Spike replied as he counted them off with his fingers. Rainbow Dash gasped when he was finished.
"No. Way. You've met the Spider-Mare?" Rainbow asked in shock.
"Yeah. I even know her secret identity." Spike replied. Rainbow then gave off a big smile.
"Oh my gosh! I'm a really, really big fan of hers!" Rainbow yelled happily.
"Easy Dash. So how'd you meet her?" Applejack asked.
"Well it all started when after Celestia had her meeting with Drake and I ran off. I never knew Drake had so much stamina in him and we made it to Manehatten. I slowly transformed in one of the alleyways and when I was myself again, four thugs had me cornered. I was able to run for a minute until I was in a dead-end. Then when they tried to beat me down, she showed up. The Amazing Spider-Mare. She came down and with quick pace moves, she beat the living buck out of them." Spike replied.
"Oh. That was nice of her." Fluttershy said with a little smile.
"After that, we went to her apartment, she let me in, I introduced myself and she introduced me to her secret identity. That's when we started to search for a cure for Drake." Spike finished.
"Wow. So what's her identity?" Rainbow asked.
"Sorry Rainbow Dash. But that I'm keeping a secret." He replied. Then Rainbow's jaw dropped making the mares and him laugh. Then they saw Quick Serve come back with a notepad.
"Are you ready to order?" Quick asked. Then the mares gave her their orders.
"And anything for you sir?" Quick asked Spike.
"I'll have a salad." He said as he gave her the menu.
"Alright. Your orders will be ready soon." Quick said to them. She then walked back away from the table.
"Spike, I still can't believe how much you've grown over the past few years. You look really good." Twilight said with a happy tone.
"Thanks. That's what happens when you train every day." Spike said back.
"Although you do need to shave. Those facial scales are growing in." Rarity said. Spike felt his face and chuckled.
"I guess I do. But I'll do that later." Spike said.
"So where did you go when you left?" Pinkie asked him.
"After my fight with Garbomination, I ran off far from Canterlot no, far from Equestria. I went to the Dragon Kingdom and there whenever a Dragon messed with me, you know what happens." Spike replied.
"Yeah. You turn them into Dragon skin boots." Rainbow said. Quick Serve then came back out with their orders.
"Thanks." Spike said as he grabbed his silverware.
"Your welcome. I hope you enjoy." Quick Serve said. Quickly after she walked away, the mares and Spike began to eat. Spike was happy to taste Equestrian food again after a long time.
"So how's the food Spike?" Applejack asked as she ate some Hay Fries.
"Delicious. I've missed Equestrian food." Spike replied making her chuckle. After they were done eating, Quick Serve came back out with the check.
"Who's paying today?" Spike asked. Then everypony turned to Rainbow Dash who groaned.
"Fine." Rainbow said as she pulled bits out of her pocket. They then left the cafe and began to walk back to the Library.
"Spike!" Three voices yelled. He turned around and was quickly tackled by three fillies he knew. It was Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo.
"Girls. It's good to see you again." Spike said as he was hugged.
"Spike! We've missed ya' so much!" Applebloom said happily.
"Yeah! I've been wanting to see you." Scootaloo said.
"When'd you get back?" Sweetie asked.
"Earlier today. Sorry I didn't say hi." Spike replied. Spike then released a large yawn.
"I guess somepony needs some sleep." Twilight said. Spike then got up onto his feet.
"We'll hang out tomorrow okay girls?" He asked them.
"Okay!" The three replied in unison. Then Twilight walked Spike back to the Library. And when she opened the door, Spike saw it was exactly how it was before he left.
"You can sleep in my bed until we can get you a bigger one Spike." Twilight said to him.
"Thanks Twilight. I *Yawn* could use some sleep." He said back as he stumbled to the bed. He then fell into it and began to snore loudly making Twilight giggle.
I'm glad your back Spike. I hope you don't leave.

The next day as Celestia's sun rose into the morning sky, Spike snored like an Ursa Major as he slept in Twilight's bed. That was until the sun hit his eyes making him wake up. As he got up, he stretched and released a large yawn.
"Morning Twilight. Twilight?" He asked around the Library. He the got out of the bed and walked around the Library. After a few minutes of searching, he found that Twilight wasn't there. He though did see on his old dresser a green T-Shirt and purple shorts with a note on them.
"Maybe this'll say where she went." Spike said to himself as he picked up the note and read it.
Morning Spike,
If you're reading this, I'm doing some things and won't be home until later. Sorry I wasn't here
but you can know how business is being a princess. So I'm having the Cutie Mark Crusaders
come over later hang out with you until I get back.

Spike then gave a giggle before grabbing the clothes. He then walked into the bathroom and put them on. As he put them on, he saw an S on them meaning Rarity made them.
"That's why I love her. " Spike thought happily. When he was dressed, he looked into the bathroom's mirror and saw that Rarity was right about the facial scales needing shaving. He then moved the mirror as it was a compartment and grabbed the shaving cream. After placing the cream on his face, he then used his spade tail which was hard enough and shaved off the facial scales. He then after washing his face looked into the mirror and saw he looked a whole lot better.
"Now this is a whole lot better then having a beard." He said as he felt his smooth scales. Then he walked out of the bathroom and went into the kitchen and began to cook. After a few minutes and some ingredients, he made a plate of grass pancakes and hash browns. Spike then sat down in the chair in the living room and began to eat.
"Not bad." Spike said as he chewed his food. After eating, he placed the dishes in the sink. Then the door of the Library was knocked on three times.
"That must be the girls." Spike said as he walked to the door. And when he opened it, he saw he was right on the dot. It was Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo who were smiling.
"Hey girls." Spike said as his opened his arms. The three fillies then gave him a big hug.
"Howdy Spike. It's good to see ya'." Applebloom said as she broke her hug.
"So what do you three want to do?" Spike asked them.
"How about....we play a game?" Sweetie Belle suggested.
"Sure. A game sounds good." Spike said with a happy voice making Sweetie smile. He then moved out of the fillies' way and they walked into the Library. The three then sat down but as Scootaloo sat down, her backpack spilled out it's contents and what seemed like a comic book fell out.
"Oops." Scootaloo said. As she reached for the comic book, Spike grabbed it and couldn't believe who it was about. It was his old friend Lensie or the Amazing Spider-Mare. It was a first issue with it's number.
"Scootaloo, when did this come out?" Spike asked as he observed the cover.
"A..a few months ago. Luckily I grabbed the last first issue before somepony else did." Scootaloo replied. Spike then opened it and saw that they placed her up against some creature that looked like her but it was solid black, had a white Spider symbol on it's chest and where its' mask would be was replaced with white eye-like objects and a mouth full of serrated fangs and a long tongue like his.
"What the heck is this thing?" Spike asked as he observed the creature.
"They called it She-Venom. She's one of Spider-Mare's nastiest enemies yet." Scootaloo replied.
"Lensie, if this thing's real, then I hope you're alright. " Spike thought as he looked at the creature.
"Um Spike...can I have my comic back?" Scootaloo asked him.
"Oh. Sorry Scoots." He replied as he gave her back the comic book.
"Why'd you look at Spider-Mare like that?" Scootaloo asked him as she placed the comic in her backpack.
"I actually know her." Spike replied. The three fillies then wide eyed and gasped.
"No way. You know the real Spider-Mare?" Scootaloo asked him.
"Yes actually. I met her five years ago back in Manehatten." Spike replied. The mares then sat around him.
"Can ya' tell us how ya' met her?" Applebloom asked.
"Of course. Okay. Here's what happened." Spike replied. He then began to tell about him being in Manehatten but not as Drake and how four thugs chased him through the alley and how Spider-Mare saved him.
"Wow. My friend met the Amazing Spider-Mare." Scootaloo said with a smile.
"Do you know her secret identity?" Sweetie asked.
"Yeah." He replied.
"Can you tell us it?" Scootaloo asked.
"Well-" He started as he scratched the back of his head.
"Please?" The Cutie Mark Crusaders begged with the sad eyes.
"Okay." Spike said.
"Yay!" The CMC yelled happily.
"But you three gotta promise me you won't tell anypony." Spike said.
"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." The fillies said as they went through the motions.
"Alright. Spider-Mare is my friend Lensie the Unicorn." Spike said.
"A friend. Your friends with a superhero?" Scootaloo asked.
"Yes. But now you can't tell anypony I told you this." Spike said.
"Don't worry. We won't." Sweetie said.
"Now that that's out of the way, I need to show you something." Spike said.
"What is it?" Applebloom asked.
"If you remember this, have you heard of Drake and the Garbomination?" Spike asked them.
"Of course. We saw him on the news protecting the Mane Six." Scootaloo said.
"Well then. You won't be needing to ask me this when I do this." Spike said as he took off his shirt. The fillies then gave him a wierd look but then gasped when they watched Spike turn into their sister's hero.
"Spike. Y..you're the-" Applebloom started.
"I know. I'm the Drake.
"Awesome! We're friends with a superhero!" Scootaloo yelled.
"Does anypony know about this?" Sweetie asked.
"Yes. Twilight and the others along with a few others. And she said I should have shown you three that." Spike replied.
"Well we're glad ya' did." Applebloom said with a smile.
"Now then, who's up for a game?" Spike asked. Then for the next few hours, Spike and the Cutie Mark Crusaders played some games and hung out. But for the CMC, it was a great day for them to hang out with a superhero.

Secrets
A few hours passed while the Cutie Mark Crusaders went to the Library to hang out with Spike the Dragon who they haven't seen in five years like their sisters and friends and they were just playing a game of checkers. It was Spike's turn and he only had three pieces left while his opponent Sweetie Belle had six. It was Spike's turn and he was having a hard time deciding where to move.
"Maybe I could....no. She'd have me right there. Oh, I can...no. She'd have me there as well. Where can I move my piece? " Spike asked himself in his thoughts. Then out of courage, he moved a piece. Then Sweetie Belle gave him the triple jump.
"I win." Sweetie said. Spike groaned as he leaned back making Sweetie Belle laugh. And then the door of the Library was being opened and when the four looked, Twilight came in.
"Hey Twilight." The four said in unison.
"Hi girls. Hey Spike." She said back.
"Well I'd better get home. See ya' Spike." Applebloom said as she towards the door.
"Bye Applebloom." Spike said back. Then Sweetie and Scootaloo walked out of the building a few minutes later leaving Spike and Twilight alone in the Library. Spike watched her grab a book and sit down on the couch. Spike then got off the floor and joined her on the couch.
"So Spike, what did you and the Crusaders do?" Twilight asked him.
"Nothing much. Played some games and read some books. I showed them Drake like you said too." Spike replied.
"How'd they react to him?" Twilight asked.
"Well they gasped but they didn't run or scream in sheer terror." Spike replied making Twilight chuckle.
"I've missed your sense of humor Spike. I'm glad you're back." Twilight said happily.
"I'm glad to be back." Spike said with a smile. Then the two leaned in for a hug. As Spike hugged Twilight, he noticed that her chest was glowing over her heart.
"T...Twilight, what's that glowing?" Spike asked. Twilight gasped and quickly broke the hug and covered the glow.
"You weren't supposed to see that!" Twilight replied.
"Why? What is it?" Spike asked in curiosity. Twilight then closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She then unbuttoned her shirt and showed what made the glow. It was a small, purple disk right over where her heart is.
"Twilight, what is that thing?" Spike asked as he analyzed the disk.
"It's one of my greatest inventions. It's called a SPARK reactor." She replied. Spike didn't say anything. He just gave her a strange look.
"I'll explain. Two years ago, I was still missing you and I needed to get something done to get you off my mind. So I started to teach myself about electrical engineering. I then after mastering it began to create many things. But then while I was working one day , I was taken captive by Changelings who nearly killed me. But a fellow prisoner made the SPARK reactor to keep a piece of shrapnel from reaching my heart. But secretly, I used the Changeling's lab and created a suit of battle armor and escaped. Upon returning home, I began to work on many projects and became a millionaire." Twilight said to him.
'But where is all the stuff you built?" Spike asked her. Twilight then got off the couch and picked him off the couch.
"Follow me." Twilight replied. He did as she said and walked to a wall. Twilight removed a picture and a number pad was behind it. He then watched her type in a password and the wooden wall moved up making Spike step back. He then followed her down a stairway and when he reached the bottom, he saw what looked like a workshop with the things Twilight built.
"Spike, welcome to Spark Industries." Twilight said happily.
"Holy guacamole Twilight. You weren't kidding about the gizmos you made." Spike said in shock as he looked around the room. He then saw display cases and behind the glass were battle suits of many sizes. He walked up to the first one and saw it was more bulkier then the others.
"Is...this the first one?" Spike asked as he observed it.
"Yup'. It's my prototype armor. After I returned, I began to remake the suit until I made many types." Twilight replied as she organized her tools.
"So which one's your favorite?" Spike asked.
"This one." She replied as she pointed. Spike came over to her and saw that it was a battle armor that was purple in its' main spots and lavender on the arms, legs, and head.
"It's incredible Twilight." Spike said with a smile.
"Spike, remember when I said new superheroes appeared?" Twilight asked.
"Yeah. Why?" He asked in replying.
"I'm one of the new heroes." Twilight said. Spike then went wide eyed.
"What's your hero name?" Spike asked in shock that his friend was a heroine.
"I'm...The Invincible Iron-Mare
"Twi'? Ya' down here?" A familiar southern voice asked. The coming down the stairs came the girls.
"Twilight, why is Spike down here?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"He saw the SPARK reactor and I knew I had to show him." Twilight replied.
"Let me guess, you guys are heroes too?" Spike asked. They all nodded their heads yes in replying.
"Can you tell me the origins and your hero names?" Spike asked.
"Spike, I am Applejack, but not as ya' know me. I was born on July 4th, 1942 right here in Ponyville. I was a tiny little mare and wasn't able to do much. But during that time the Griffons were doing so many bad things that I decided to join the army. Badly, they wouldn't take me for my weak frame. But they picked me for a top secret experiment called 'Operation R.E.B.I.R.T.H'. It was a project to designed to create physically superior soldiers for the Equestrian army. Being the first pony to test the serum, I was exposed to Vita-rays activating the chemicals in my system. I was then used to help stop the war and after a plane crashed into the arctic and I was freezing into an ice cube, I was thawed out and lived back here in my home town. My hero name is....Captain Equestria.
"Spike buddy, my name isn't Rainbow Dash. It's a cover-up so nopony knows my real name. I was born in Equestriagard with my sister Lightki or as you know her Lightning Dust. My father who was Odin One-Eye was proud to have us. He even gave us weapons when we were older. My sister received a mythical staff that helps her with her mischief. While I received a magical hammer forged from the heart of a dying star called Mjolnir who listens to me as if it was alive. And if you're asking why I'm here and not up there, it's because one day after deciding I never want to live in Equestriagard again, I came down here to Equestria and lived as a normal Pegasus. My real and hero name is Soar Goddess of thunder
"Spike, I'm not a goddess or a super soldier, but I do have some abilities. I'm a master of using a bow and arrow. I can use a normal bow or a compact bow with any kind of arrow including explosive, impact and normal arrows. I have a greater agility then any other pony beside Applejack and Rainbow Dash. My name as a hero is Hawkeye
"Spike my pal, I might not have any superpowers, but I'm still a hero like the others. Luckily Twilight gave me one of her armor suits to use. It's pink like me but isn't to be taken lightly. It's a suit made perfectly for fighting large enemies or a squadron of many small enemies. My hero name is the War Machine.
"Spikey, I'm not a super soldier or a goddess and I don't have a battle suit or a bow and arrows. But while you were gone, I needed something to keep my mind off you. So I took some special lessons in martial arts and I've mastered every kind of gun there is. My hero name is The Black Widow.
"Spike, are you okay?" Twilight asked him. Spike then fell onto his back and fainted.
"Oh boy." Applejack said.
"Come on. Let's get him upstairs." Rainbow said as she grabbed his arms. Then the mares grabbed him by a different spot and carried him back upstairs and onto the couch.
"You think he'll be okay?" Fluttershy asked.
"I think he will. He just took in a lot." Twilight replied.
"Well I gotta go. See ya'." Rainbow said as she left. Then the rest of the mares left except Twilight who kept an eye on Spike as he laid on the couch.
Spike, I'm sorry we did this to you. I hope you understand and trust us when we said those to you.

An Old Friend
A pain surged through Spike's head as he woke up. He groaned in pain as he brought up his head and it felt as if Garbomination was stepping on his head. But after the pain stopped, he saw a present on the table in front of him and Twilight wasn't around. On the present was a letter that said 'To: Spike From: Twilight'.
"Strange." Spike said to himself. He slid the note from under the ribbon, opened the letter and read it.
Dear Spike,
I know your birthday isn't for a while but I wanted to give you this. It's a Spark Industries Laptop.
You've always told me you wanted a laptop so I made one for you. I know me and the girls missed five
of your birthdays but I hope this can at least make them up. Spike, you leaving me really affected
me and the girls. Pinkie was always sad when it was your birthday and she wanted to throw you a
party, Rainbow always wanted you to see her new tricks she made for Wonderbolt tryouts,
Applejack was upset when you didn't come for the rodeos we went to, Fluttershy missed
having you hanging around, Rarity missed her special somedragon, and I've really missed
having my friend and my little brother around. You've affected us in many ways. I really hope
you read this. Because I don't want to lose you again.

Twilight Sparkle
Tears fell from Spike's cheeks when he was done reading the letter.
"Twilight. I'm sorry I left you guys." Spike said to himself as he cried. He then placed the note down and picked up the covered laptop. He ripped the wrapping paper off of it and loved what he saw. It was a purple laptop with a green stripe going down the middle of it. Near the top of the laptop was the 'Spark Inc.' symbol. Along with it was a case that was also a cooling pad and a wireless mouse.
"Thanks Twilight. I love it." He said to himself with a smile. He then opened it up and turned it on. He sighed happily when he saw it's screensaver. It was a picture of him and the girls when he was a kid.
"Good times. How I miss them" He said to himself happily. He then then went onto the internet and decided to find an old friend. He found his friend Lensie on a social site he was on called 'Ponybook'.
"Sweet." He said as he clicked on her profile. Spike saw she was online and decided to talk to her.
Hey Lensie.
Spike! It's been a while.
It has. You still in Manehatten?
Of course. I'm always gonna be here.
Lol. So how's life been treating you?
Good. How about you?
Fine. Just got back yesterday. After five years.
I know. I've been waiting to hear from you again ever since our time in Manehatten.
Well...how about I can see if I can come see you?
Really?
Yeah. And can I bring a few friends with me?
Sure! The more the merrier!
Great! I'll get back to you.
Alright. Ttfn Spike.
Spike then closed the site and turned off his laptop. He then got off the couch and out the Library to find his friends. He walked and walked until he saw them at Sugarcube Corner. Spike then walked over and sat down.
"Hey Spike, what's up?" Rainbow asked him.
"I want to ask you guys something." Spike replied.
'You can ask us anything Spike. You know that." Twilight said to him.
"Alright. How are you girls feeling for a trip to Manehatten?" Spike asked. The mares then gave him a strange look.
"Why in the hay would you want to go to Manehatten?" Rainbow asked in replying.
"Well how about to meet the one superhero you're a big fan of." Spike said. Then Rainbow gasped and smiled.
"You mean to meet Spider-Mare?" She asked hoping she was right.
"Yeah. Unless you don't want to go." Spike replied. Rainbow then got out of her seat and into the air.
"What are we waiting for? Let's get to the train station!" Rainbow yelled happily as she zoomed off.
"Alright. Let's get going." Twilight said as she got up. They then went to the station, got their tickets, and went onto the train to Manehatten. While on the train, Spike was talking to Lensie on his laptop.
We're on our way Lensie. I can't wait to see you again.
Same here. You'll love the surprise I've got for you.
Great. See you then Lensie.

Spike then powered his laptop off and looked out the window next to his seat.
I wonder what surprise Lensie has for me. It's been a while since I saw her.
Little did he know that Lensie had a nasty surprise for him. A big and nasty surprise.

New Foe
The train's whistle blew as it reached Manehatten Station. The mares especially Rainbow Dash were happy to come here to meet Spider-Mare. When the train reached the boarding station and the doors opened, Rainbow zoomed out while the others walked out of the train car.
"Rainbow Dash, I know you're excited to meet Spider-Mare. But you need to calm down. Besides, I need to remember where she lives." Spike said as he rubbed his head.
"Well remember faster! I really wanna meet my favorite hero!" Rainbow yelled.
"Spikey, I remember where she lives. If you want to, I can lead us there." Rarity said to her somedragon.
"Please lead Rarity." Spike said. Rarity then took the lead and walked them to an apartment called the 'Seven Star Cabana
"Is this where she lives?" Twilight asked Rarity.
"Yes. Three floors up and the first door on the left." Rarity replied. Spike then went up to the buzzer and pressed on the number of her room.
"Hey, you there?" Spike asked. There wasn't any answer that worried Spike a bit.
"Spike, is she home?" Twilight asked him.
"She should be. I talked to her before we left. Rainbow Dash, go up to her room and let us in." Spike said.
"On it." Rainbow Dash said. She then flew up to the room with super fast speed. They waited a few minutes but Rainbow opened the door and let them in. When the girls and Spike went to her room, they saw Rainbow with a worried look on her face.
"Rainbow, what's wrong?" Fluttershy asked.
"Look in the room." Rainbow Dash replied. Slowly but surely, Spike opened the door and he along with the girls gasped at what they saw. Large claw marks on the floor and wall, a black slime-like substance covering nearly everything, and blood on the floor and walls. Spike felt his heart drop to his feet.
"Spike, we're going to grab our gear. You go and look for Spider-Mare." Twilight ordered.
"Right." He said back. Then with a flash of light, Twilight and the girls disappeared. Spike then began his investigation and looked around the room. Especially the black slime. He wanted to touch it, but he had no idea what it would do to him.
"What is this gunk?" He asked himself as he stared at the slime. He then looked out the window of the apartment and saw that the slime went through an alleyway. Spike then went down the fire escape and began to follow the slime trail.
"Where have I seen this stuff before?" Spike asked himself as he followed the trail. The trail then went into a dark and deep alleyway.
"How can I not have guessed?" Spike sarcastically asked himself in his thoughts. He then began to walk down the alleyway until a flash of light appeared behind him. He turned and saw his friends in their hero outfits.
Twilight or the Iron Mare was wearing her battle armor that she showed Spike back in the lab. It's main spots were purple including the chest, hands and hooves, and the back of the helmet. The other spots were lavender like the arm and legs and the face of the mask. Applejack or Captain Equestria was wearing a blue armor with red and white stripes in the middle section. Her mask had bird-like wings on the sides of the head and her round shield had a combination symbol of the Solar Empire and the Lunar republic on it. Rainbow Dash or Soar had on a black armored shirt and pants with a chain mesh under it. Her boots were silver and metallic and she had a helmet with bird wings on it. In her hand was her hammer Mjolnir. Pinkie Pie or the War Machine was wearing a suit of armor similar to Iron Mare's armor but it was pink, was more plated and it had shoulder mounted weapons like a minigun and a rocket launcher. Fluttershy or Hawkeye wasn't really armored or had a mask but she had a purple chest plate and pants with matching purple boots and gloves. She had a large recurve bow with a quiver of arrows. And lastly Rarity or the Black Widow was wearing a skin tight black suit and matching boots. On her waist was a pistol in a holster which made Spike's heart pump.
"Spike, find anything?" Iron Mare asked.
"Just this black slime." He replied as he pointed towards a pile of it. Iron Mare walked up to it and examined it.
"What'd ya' find?" Captain Equestria asked in a deep voice to hide her original voice.
"Interesting. This slimy substance isn't from Equestria or even Equis. It's...outworldish." Iron Mare replied.
"Maybe whatever took Spider-Mare left slime behind. Like a trail. Which means a trap." Soar said also in a deep voice.
"Well if it's a trap, I'm gonna spring it." Spike said as he began to walk further into the alleyway.
"Don't worry Spike, were right behind you." Iron Mare said. The seven the continued to walk down the alleyway until the trail stopped. When they looked up, they gasped and saw Spider-Mare with claw marks all over her body trapped in a web made of the black slime. Above her was wrote in the substance was 'MADE YOU LOOK!'.
"Spider-Mare!" Spike yelled to see if she was alive.
"S..Spike." She replied in a weak voice. Spike then out of heroism jumped onto the web and began to cut Spider-Mare out.
"Spike. It's good to....see you again. But..you gotta leave..me." Spider-Mare said in pain.
"I can't do that! I've gotta-" He started to say until he felt something stick to his back. He was then pulled away from the web and was slammed into a wall making it crack. He then as he slid down the wall heard a demonic laugh until he sat on the ground.
"We knew that you couldn't ressissst trying to help Sspider-Mare. How pathetic are you?" The demonic voice asked. He and the super mares looked up onto a rooftop and saw a monster. It was solid black like the slime, it had a large white spider symbol on it's chest, and on it's face were white eye-like objects like on Spider-Mare's mask and in the mouth area was large serrated fangs and a long tongue. It then all made sense to Spike. the slime and the room made sense.
"Who in Odin's beard are you?!" Soar asked angrily.
"I'm the poissson to Sspider-Mare. I'm her toxin. I'm her.....VENOM!
"More like She-Venom. Girls, you try and get Spider-Mare out of that web, I'll take care of this thing." Spike ordered.
"Alright. Come on!" Captain Equestria yelled. The six mares then ran to the web while Spike stared at the monster called She-Venom as it leaped down and landed in front of him.
"We're ready to play. How about you?" She-Venom asked. Spike's eyes then began to glow.
"I'm ready." He replied as his voice grew deeper. She-Venom snarled as she watched her prey grow in size and in strength. Spike then when he was done transforming roared at the monster. She-Venom roared back making Spike take precautions.

Spike started the fight by charging at She-Venom, but she dodged it with lightning fast speed.
"Misssed us." She-Venom hissed. When Spike turned around, a tentacle made of slime lashed out of her arm and smacked Spike in the face making him stagger.
"Damn she's quick. I might have a challenge with her. " Spike thought to himself as he held his jaw. While this was happening, Iron Mare was using the torch in one of the fingers in her gauntlet to cut the web Spider-Mare was held in. After she cut the last one, Spider-Mare fell from the web but Captain Equestria and Soar caught her.
"Easy soldier." Captain Equestria said as she helped Spider-Mare onto the ground. When she was laying on the ground, she was barely breathing but at least breathing. Black Widow removed her mask and they saw a Unicorn mare with a bloody lip and a black eye with some scratches on her face.
"Are you okay?" Soar asked the mare.
"I'm okay. T..thank you." She replied as she coughed up blood.
"What's your name?" Iron Mare asked.
"I..it's Lensie. The name's Lensie." She replied.
"Nice to meet you Lensie. Can you tell us what our comrade is fighting?" Captain asked.
"Believe it or not, that's..a normal pony." Lensie replied.
"Oh. What happened to her?" Hawkeye asked.
"A few weeks ago, a symbiote found me in my apartment and transformed itself into a black suit like the one I'm wearing. It felt...good to wear it. But little did I know that the suit did things to you. It fed off your emotions and the longer you wore the symbiote, the more angry and bad you become. I lost friends and nearly my family to that thing. So I went to the church and tried to remove it. I was able to but little did I know that a friend I lost to it named Ellie Brock was in there as well. So the symbiote attached itself to her and with all that anger and hatred inside of her, she morphed into that thing. She became She-Venom." Lensie replied.
"How did you remove it? We can probably help her." Soar said.
"I...can't remember. I'm sorry." Lensie said back.
"It's fine. We'll get you to a hospital." Iron Mare said.
"But can you take me to my apartment first? I don't want to go there in this." Lensie said with a little smile.
"I understand. Soar, War Machine, take Lensie to get clothes then get her to the hospital." Iron Mare ordered.
"We're on it." Soar said as she grabbed Lensie with War Machine. The two then began to walk Lensie back since flying could make her worse. The remaining four looked and saw Spike as he slammed She-Venom into the ground.
"Strong prey you are. We could use you." She-Venom said as she grabbed some slime off her arm. The slime then began to crawl up Spike's arm but he ripped it off of him.
"What is she planning? " Spike asked himself in his thoughts. But as he was distracted, She-Venom delivered a blow to his jaw sending him flying off of his feet. She-Venom then leaped onto Spike's chest then raised her claws and was about to deliver the final blow.
"Stop!" A voice yelled. She-Venom looked and saw Lensie holding her ribs.
"We don't want weak prey! We want a challenge!" She-Venom yelled.
"But come on, don't you miss me? Don't you want me back?" Lensie asked the creature.
"Why would we go back to you? You rejected our giftsss and left ussss. This new one lovessss our giftsss and accepts ussss." She-Venom said angrily.
"I know and I'm sorry. I've regretted throwing you away. Please come back to me." Lensie begged as she went onto her knees. The symbiote then began to leave it's host which was a blonde Earth Pony with light fur who must've been Ellie Brock.
"No! Don't leave me!" She screamed. Ellie then fell to the floor unconscious. But then before the symbiote touched Lensie, Spike stuck out his arm. The mares gasped as the watched the black creature devour Spike's body as he screamed. But then the symbiote crawled into his mouth. When it fully devoured him, he covered his face with his dark hands.
"Drake, are you okay?" Black Widow asked as she slowly walked towards him.
"Drake'sss not here." He replied in a demonic voice. "Only we are here. We are......VENOM DRAKE!

"Look out Iron Mare!"
"Watch your flank Soar! He's lashing out at you with his tentacles!"
"He's charging! Run Hawkeye!"
It was a unfair battle for the mares. For their ally and friend Spike or his alias Drake was infected by a symbiote and was now the mighty Venom Drake. He was charging at them and lashing at them with his tentacles he somehow created. They tried their hardest to defeat the symbiote but no prevail.
"How do we defeat this thing?" War Machine asked. Soar then charged him but large, black spikes emerged from his body making Soar do a U-Turn and go back to the mares that were ready to dodge another charge from him.
"It's no use. I can't get close to him." Soar said angrily.
"None of us can get near him Soar. He's too powerful and too spiky to get near." Captain Equestria said back.
"None of you can stop usss! We're too powerful for you!" Venom Drake said in a demonic voice. Then Venom Drake charged and was able to grab Soar and slam her against a wall. But luckily as Venom Drake snapped his drooling jaws at her, she blocked him by the neck with Mjolnir.
" I could use some help here!" Soar said angrily. Captain Equestria then threw her round shield at Venom Drake hitting him in the head with a dink. As soon as her shield returned to her hand, Venom Drake looked at her and snarled.
"Oh buck me." Captain Equestria said in an irritated voice. Then when Venom Drake slammed his fist into the ground, large, black spikes erupted from the ground towards her. But before the last spike could hit her, Iron Mare grabbed her.
"Thanks Iron Mare." Captain Equestria said happily.
"Anytime." Iron Mare said back. They then noticed something strange going on with Venom Drake. He was covering his head with his large, black hands.
"What's he doing?" Iron Mare asked out loud. They then went wide eyed when they saw large wings erupted from his back.
"Really?! Wings?!" Soar asked angrily. Then with one flap of those web-less wings, Venom Drake lifted into the skies. Venom Drake then gave off a really crooked smile when he looked at Black Widow making her gasp. With another flap of those wings, Venom Drake dived to where Black Widow was standing making her run as fast as she could away from him. But she didn't run fast enough and he grabbed her as he landed back on the ground. She screamed and struggled to get out of his grip but nothing worked as he held onto her.
"Hang on!" Soar yelled as she zoomed towards them. Venom Drake then ran his long tongue across Black Widow's face leaving saliva.
"Yuck! Drake, you need to fight the symbiote! It's controlling you!" Black Widow yelled hoping to get through to him.
"Drake cannot hear you. For it is only usss." He said back to her as he looked at her. He then brought her towards his mouth as his jaws opened. But before he could bite down on her head, Soar slammed into him making Venom Drake drop Black Widow. Soar then flew back to her as Venom Drake skidded across the ground.
"Are you okay?" Soar asked her friend.
"I'm fine." Black Widow replied. Then they heard groaning and saw Ellie waking up. They walked over to her and when Ellie looked up, she saw the two staring at her with and angry look. Soar then picked her up and cornered her at a wall.
"Alright Ellie, what's up with that symbiote?" Soar angrily asked. But she only heard the crying of Ellie.
"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." Ellie said as she cried.
"What do you mean?" Black Widow asked.
"I never meant to hurt anypony. It's the symbiote who's doing all that." Ellie replied.
"Then why were you wearing it then?" Soar asked. Then the other mares came over and decided to listen to her story.
"A few hours before I got the symbiote, I found out I have a rare cancer that had no cure. The doctors said I only had a month to live. I then began to get depressed and tried to kill myself. But I knew that wasn't my answer. I then went to the church and prayed that I would live. Then the church bell rang and the symbiote came to me. It said it would help me live if I did as it said. I accepted and that's when I became She-Venom." Ellie replied.
"So you allowed that thing to use your body so you'd live like any normal pony?" Captain Equestria asked.
"Yes. But then it showed me that Lensie was Spider-Mare and then my anger and hatred took over me. Lensie cost me everything. She made me lose my job, my husband, everything. So then I decided to help it get rid of her." Ellie said.
"Um..we've got a problem." Hawkeye said. The girls turned and saw Venom Drake running towards them. Ellie then got loose from Soar's grip and ran in front of Venom Drake.
"Out of the way! We want them!" Venom Drake shouted.
"Please, take me back! I need you back! Please return to me!" Ellie yelled. Venom Drake then ran a claw across her cheek.
"Thisss one issss more powerful than you have ever been. Ssso ssstand far assside." Venom Drake hissed. He then smacked Ellie aside and charged towards the mares. But then a web shot out and grabbed Iron Mare. When she was pulled out of the way, she saw Lensie.
"What is it Lensie?" Iron Mare asked.
'I now remember. The symbiote hates very loud sounds. So if you can make a sonic blaster, we can save Spike." Lensie replied.
"Great! It'll take me some time, but I can transform one of the graviton repulsers into a sonic blast repulser. All the girls need to do is distract him." Iron Mare said as she began to reprogram her left repulser. Back with the others, they dodged the swings of the black blades of Venom Drake.
"Where's Iron Mare? We need her help!" Hawkeye yelled.
"I think we'll be fine Hawkeye. We just need to watch those swings." Captain Equestria said to her. With her pistol in hand, Black Widow aimed at Venom Drake.
"Sorry Drake. But this is going to hurt me more than it hurts you." Rarity said. She then fired her pistol at Venom Drake and watched her bullets bounce off him. He turned and saw her with the gun making her gasp. Venom Drake then charged but she slid under him making him slam into a wall. She then walked closer to see if he was okay, but then a solid black tentacle wrapped around her waist making her yelp. She then saw him walk over to her with her in his tentacle and smiled.
"Drake, if you can hear me, please fight this thing." Black Widow said. Venom Drake did nothing but snarl at her.
"Drake. Spike. Please fight this symbiote. You can fight this thing." Black Widow said. Venom Drake then roared at her making her hair flow in the wind-like breath.
"Spikey Wikey. Please. You can do this." Black Widow said as a tear fell onto his hand. Venom Drake stopped making a sound and placed her on the ground. He then using his hands, he began to rip off the symbiote.
"What are you doing?! You need ussss!" The symbiote yelled.
"No...I..DON"T!!!
"Drake! You can do this!" Black Widow yelled cheering him on.
"GET.....OFF.....OF.....ME!
"No. Drake." Black Widow cried. He then snarled as his slowly walked up to him and raised his claws to deliver the last strike.
"Hey Drake!" A voice yelled. Venom Drake turned his head and then was hit with a blast of a sonic wave. He dropped Black Widow and shook violently as he covered his ears and roared in pain. The when Drake fell to the ground, the symbiote crawled off of him. But then the girls watched the black gunk crawl onto Ellie. When it fully covered her and she was She-Venom again, she shot a web from her wrist and began to swing away. When she was gone, the girls including Lensie ran over to Spike and helped him up.
"Hey Spike, how you feeling?" Lensie asked him.
"Sore. But I'll manage. How about you?" He asked her in replying.
"Bruised and battered, but I'll be okay." She said.
"Well then, we were gonna visit you, but I think it was Ellie that wrote me those messages." Spike said to her.
"She surprised attacked me and knocked me out. I guess she used my computer and contacted you." Lensie said.
"Well, we better get back home. We'll visit you another time Lensie." Iron Mare said as her horn glowed.
"Alright. See you later." Lensie said as she waved. Then Iron Mare's horn glowed and they were out of Manehatten. They reappeared in Ponyville back at the Library. They then placed Spike on the couch and he fell asleep.
She-Venom. A new enemy. Or could possibly an ally.
The Incredible Drake: His Return

Later in the day, the Avengers were in the Library or actually under it in their hidden headquarters. While the others were doing their own thing, Iron Mare was examining a piece of the symbiote that possessed Drake and Ellie. As she was examining the black gunk, Black Widow came over to her.
"Find anything?" Black Widow asked.
"A lot really. This symbiote is what I can describe as an amorphous extraterrestrial parasite. It latches onto a host creating something like a costume. But while it's attached, it creates a parasitic bond with its' host's mind and influence it. Like when you explained to me it talked to her, it linked to her and made her do those things." Iron Mare said as she examined the moving gunk.
"So it must've linked to Drake and influenced him to attack us." Black Widow said as she understood.
"Exactly. Luckily I managed to get this sample off of him before it did anything." Iron Mare said. The girls then heard groaning and saw Spike come down the stairs.
"Hey Spike, how are you feeling?" Iron Mare asked.
"Like someone ran my head over with a train. Did you have to set that sonic blast at full charge?" Spike asked in replying as he rubbed his head and groaned.
"Sorry Spike. But we needed to get that symbiote off of you somehow. I'll get you some aspirin." Iron Mare said as she went upstairs. When she went up there, the rest of the mares gathered around him.
"So what was it like with the symbiote on ya'? Was it creepy?" Captain Equestria asked with curiosity.
"If you count all you could see was pitch darkness as creepy, then yes it was horrifying." Spike replied.
"So you couldn't see anything?" Soar asked.
"Yeah. All I could see in front of me was solid shadow. And I heard a voice speak to me. It told me you never liked me and wished I was gone." Spike replied. The mares then gasped in shock.
"Spike, we'd never hate you. And we'd never want you gone. The symbiote was just confusing you." Hawkeye said.
"I know. But when I was mad, it got even louder then I did." Spike said.
"Well then good thing we got the gunk off of you." Soar said.
"Yeah. How bad did I hurt you guys?" Spike asked the mares.
"Not severely. Although you did try to eat me." Black Widow replied.
"Did you just say...eat?" Spike asked as his eyes widened.
"Yes. When you grabbed me, you ran your long and mutated tongue across my face as if you were tasting me." Rarity said as she shuddered.
"S..sorry." Spike said as he rubbed his head.
'It wasn't your fault Spike. It was the symbiote that did that." Rarity said back. Iron Mare then came back downstairs with two aspirin in her hand and a glass of water. She then passed them to Spike.
"Thanks." Spike said with a smile. He then popped the aspirin into his mouth and drank the water.
"Ahh. Much better." He said with a smile. Then all of a sudden, the ground began to shake slightly.
"What the-" Spike began. The shaking continued and then the faint sound of stomping was heard.
"Strange. The only thing that could stomp like that would need to be...Drake sized." Iron Mare said as she realized how loud the stomps were. The seven then ran out of the Library and saw what made the ground shake. It was a Drake sized Earth Pony stallion who looked like he was made of solid stone. As the stallion walked, loose pebbles fell to the ground.
"Alright Ponyville! I'm only going to ask this once! Where's the Avengers?!" The stallion asked angrily.
"Right here!" Soar yelled in replying. The stallion turned and smiled.
"At last I found you!" The stallion yelled happily.
"State your name and business here!" Captain Equestria yelled at the stallion.
"I'm Colt "Crusher" Steel A.K.A The Absorbing Colt and I'm here to challenge the Avengers!" He yelled back.
"Really? Then come test your worth against us!" Black Widow yelled.
"I was hoping you say that." Colt said. He then found a pile of steel bars and when he touched one of them, the Avengers were shocked to see the stones that made up his body turn into solid steel.
"No wonder he named himself the Absorbing Colt." Spike said in shock. Then as Absorbing Colt charged the Avengers, the mares were ready and Spike turned into his other form. The battle then began as the Avengers dodged the charge of the Absorbing Colt. Soar delivered the first blow by smacking him in the face with Mjolnir. But he returned the blow by bucking her in the stomach sending her flying a few feet and into a stall. Captain Equestria then took her chance by tossing his shield at him. But he grabbed it and became a being of a bulletproof alloy.
"Thanks for the upgrade." He said happily as he tossed the shield back. Captain Equestria caught it and charged him. She then bashed his head with her shield. But he then grabbed it in a strike and smacked her making her skid into the stall Soar was in.
"Hawkeye, we won't be able to hurt him. My bullets and your arrows won't get through his skin." Black Widow said angrily.
"Me and War Machine won't be able to dent him either. Which means-" Iron Mare said as she looked at her giant friend who was ready.
"All yours Drake." Iron Mare said. Drake smiled and charged him. Absorbing Colt was lifted off of his feet and fell onto his back. As he got up, Drake walked over to him and landed punches that staggered him.
"Not bad. But now it's my turn." Absorbing Colt said. He then landed many punches to Drake but none of them barely stung. Drake then caught his fist as he was about to land a blow and head butted him making Absorbing Colt slide across the ground.
"Nice shot soldier!" Captain Equestria said with a smile. Drake turned back and saw Absorbing Colt getting up.
"N..not bad. But I was just warming up." He said as got up. Drake was then taken by surprise when he was smacked in the head staggering him. Absorbing Colt then wrapped his arms around Drake's neck hoping to strangle him.
"He's going to kill him!" Hawkeye yelled.
"What do we do?!" War Machine asked out loud. Then the Avengers watched Black Widow run behind Absorbing Colt and place a sticky grenade on his back, leap off and cover her ears when the grenade detonated.
"You little bitch. That actually hurt a bit." He said as he released Drake. "NOPONY HURTS ME!"
Absorbing Colt then kicked Black Widow into a wall cracking it. The Avengers gasped along with Drake running over and keeling down to check on her. He tried everything he knew to wake her up but she wouldn't wake.
"That;s what she deserved." Absorbing Colt said with a grin. But then he heard growling coming from Drake. Then when he got up and looked at him, Absorbing Colt was scared to see that his eyes were brighter then usual and around his pupil was nightmare black. Drake then released a roar that shook the ground and everything around him.

Drake then charged and got Absorbing Drake off his hooves and then slammed him into the ground cracking the concrete.
Yes. Punish the equine. Make him pay.
Drake then slammed his fists into Absorbing Colt's face and with every punch they sank into the ground.
"Drake! Stop!" Soar yelled.
"This isn't you comrade! Calm down!" Captain Equestria yelled. But he didn't listen. He slammed his fists into Absorbing Colt and made him bleed. Then as Absorbing Colt groaned in pain, Spike raised his claws for the final shot.
End his life! End him for hurting your marefriend!
"Drake!" A voice yelled. Drake turned and saw Rarity was up. Drake's eyes then went to normal and he saw what he did.
"What happened?" He asked.

Meeting Your Demons
Two whole and two long days have past since Spike or in his other form Drake went berserk and nearly killed a new villain named the Absorbing Colt and he's been frightened about it. He's stayed in the Library for those two days without leaving. He hasn't talked to anypony besides Twilight and the girls since he's afraid of what he'd probably do to them. And today he was sitting on the couch in the living room thinking to himself about his 'episode'.
"Why'd I do that? I never went berserk like that in a long time. And more importantly, who was that voice talking to me? " He asked himself in his thoughts. As he didn't pay attention, Rarity also known as The Black Widow came up to him and placed her hand on his shoulder. He let out a small gasp of fear but when he turned his head, he saw her behind him.
"Oh. What is it Rarity?" Spike asked her with curiosity and sadness in his voice.
"Twilight needs you to come downstairs quickly. She has something to help you with Drake." Rarity replied as she backed up a bit from him. Spike then got off the couch and without a word walked downstairs to the laboratory where the other girls are with Rarity trailing him. When he was in the lab, he saw a large mechanical machine with chairs and seven headsets attached to it.
"Twilight, what in Tartarus in this thing?" Spike asked as he observed the device.
"It doesn't have name yet. But it's a machine I've infused with some of my magic. It'll allow us to see into your mind. So we'll see where Drake is being held in that big brain of yours." Twilight replied.
"Wait. Will you be able to see other things as well?" Spike asked as he began to blush and sweat.
"No. I specifically created the device to seek out Drake and anything like him. Just sit in one of them chairs and we'll get hooked up." Twilight replied as she pointed to the machine. Spike then sighed and walked to the machine. He then sat down in one of the chairs hooked up to the machine. Twilight then walked up to a computer screen attached to the device and activated it.
"Come on girls. You too." Twilight said to them.
"Alright. But if we run into any trouble, will we be able to fight it?" Rainbow asked her friend as she sat down.
"Yes. But it could damage Spike's brain if we attack anything. So unless we have too, keep your weapons away." Twilight replied.
"Wait, how are ya' gonna get yourself hooked up?" Applejack asked her.
"The device is connected to my suit so it'll connect me automatically." Twilight replied. Twilight then sat down in an open chair and like she said the device automatically connected her to it. The mares then closed their eyes and then began to hear the machine's hum. When they opened their eyes again, they saw that they were standing in pitch black surrounded by dark green smoke.
"Wow. So this is what it's like inside Spike's head." Fluttershy said as she looked around.
"Spike, where's-" Rarity started. But when she turned her head, she saw Spike was not with them.
"Spike?" The girls asked around. But he wasn't anywhere near them.
"Where'd he go?" Pinkie asked.
"I don't know. But we've got to find our friend." Rainbow replied as she hovered above the ground.
"But how are we gonna find him? It's gonna take a while if we don't know where he is." Applejack said.
"Not a problem. I've set my mask to track anything with Drake's trace. So we'll find him and Drake." Twilight said quickly.
"Well then, let us find Spike." Rainbow said. And then the six began to follow Twilight around the blackness of the area as she followed her mask's tracker. As they walked, the beeping became quicker and quicker with every few feet that they walked through the shadow that was Spike's mind. And then they saw him. They saw Spike the Dragon standing next to a massive locked door which was silver and had titanium lining.
"Spike!" Twilight yelled. Spike turned and saw them.
"About time you showed up!" He yelled back as the mares walked to him.
"Spike, what's behind the door?" Rainbow asked.
"Drake. I locked him away behind this door three years ago giving me full control over my other form." Spike replied as he held his hand over the door's lock.
"So did he somehow break the door down?" Twilight asked as she observed the door.
"No. It's in perfect shape. I don't know how he got out." Spike replied to her.
"Easy Spike. I let him out.
"Who was that?" Applejack asked. The demonic voice then gave off a demonic and distorted laugh.
"You see me every day. I live among you. I'm in love with one of you.
"Spike? Yeah right! You're not him!" Rainbow yelled as she spun her hammer.
"Really Rainbow Dash. Or should I say Soar The Goddess of Thunder.
"Alright! Show yourself! Unless you're afraid!" Rainbow yelled angrily.
"Of course. Here I come.
"What is this thing?" Applejack asked as she tried to stay on her hooves. But then before anypony could say anything, they saw and gasped at the creature who spoke to them. It looked like Drake except of having green scales its' scales are a deep brown. It was twice the size of Drake and looked twice as strong. Its' eyes were a glowing red and its' fangs and claws were larger then Drakes as well. Two rows of spines ran down it's long neck.
"Who or what the buck are you?" Spike asked the monster.
"I'm what you call...an inner demon. Your inner demon.
"I know I have demons, but you're the worst one I've had yet." Spike said as he stared at the demon.
"Thank you. After all, when your one demon appeared, I came too.
"You came with Drake?!" Rarity asked the demon.
"Of course my sweet Rarity. I'm the true monster inside Spike. Drake's a...weaker form Spike has. I'm his true form.
"Alright. We're getting out of here!" Twilight yelled.
"And I'd like to thank you Twilight for giving me life.
"Just call me....Devil Drake.
"Spike, are you okay?" Applejack asked him. But he didn't reply to her question. He just shivered in place as he curled into a tight ball on the floor.
Spike, I will never leave you. I'm always with you. And I'll come out when you're really, really angry.

I'm what you call an...Inner Demon. Your Inner Demon.
Those are the words that echoed through Spike's mind and he quivered in fear. He was holding his knees as he sat down on the edge of his old basket he slept in when he was a kid. He was scared for his life. Not only was Drake inside him, but an even more powerful being was as well. An evil being that could destroy Equestria without a problem. An evil being that makes Sombra look like a little child. While he was alone or thought he was alone, Rarity out of her hero uniform was watching Spike from behind a corner. She felt bad for him.
"Poor Spikey Wikey. He's been through a lot over the past few days. " Rarity said sadly under her breath as she looked at the quivering Dragon.
"Why? Why me of all Dragons did this have to happen? " He asked himself in a scared tone in his thoughts. Tears then began to fall from Spike's cheeks like raindrops as he began to cry like a scared little baby.
"I can't just watch him do this. I need to do something. But what? " Rarity asked herself in her thoughts. She thought about it for a minute or two until a light bulb went off in her head. She then came out from behind the corner and slowly walked towards Spike. She climbed up the ladder and up to his basket. When she placed her hand on his scaly shoulder, Spike yelped in fear as he jumped up a few feet. Spike turned and saw Rarity with a really worried look on her face.
"I..it's just you Rarity." Spike said in a relieved voice.
"Spike, is what you saw and heard bothering you?" Rarity asked him in a worried voice.
"What?! No! I'm perfectly-" Spike started. But then Rarity gave him a stare as if she was staring straight through him. Spike then groaned in defeat and looked at his marefriend.
"Yes. I'm worried that Devil Drake might be released and I'll....I'll-" Spike started until tears started to flow from his eyes.
"Oh Spike." Rarity said as she hugged hugged him. Spike then sobbed into her shoulder as she hushed him and tried to calm him down.
"Oh...R..Rarity. Why d..did this ha...have to happen to m...me?" Spike sobbed to Rarity.
"It's okay Spike. Me and the girls will make sure Devil Drake is never released." Rarity assured him.
"But.....how can you be sure?" Spike asked as he wiped away his tears.
"I don't know. But I promise you that. We'll make sure that the Devil Drake never comes out and hurts anypony." Rarity said boldly. Spike then began to give off a weak smile.
"Thanks Rarity. I really needed cheering up." Spike said happily in a quiet voice. Rarity then gave him a quick kiss on his cheek.
"Anything for my Spikey Wikey." Rarity said back with a little smile. The two then locked into a passionate hug and held each other tightly. While they hugged, Rarity came up with an idea that'll surely cheer Spike up greatly. When they broke the hug and held their hands, Rarity looked into his reptilian emerald eyes that shined in the light.
"Spike, would you like to have dinner with me?" Rarity asked him as she stared into his eyes. Spike felt his heart fall from his chest and into his feet.
"I'd love too Rarity." He replied with a toothy smile.
"Great. Come over to my house in two hours. And wear your best clothes. I'll see you then." Rarity said as she walked to the door of the Library.
"I will. Bye Rarity." He said to her.
"Goodbye Spike." She said as she opened the door. Then when she was on the other side of the door, Spike quickly ran into the bathroom, took off his clothes, and climbed into the shower. As he scrubbed his scales, he thought happy things to keep his mind off of Devil Drake. He thought of Rarity in one of beautiful dresses, a large mound of beautiful and tasty gems of all shapes and sizes, and many other happy things.
"I wonder what Rarity has planned for us tonight. I hope it's something amazing. " Spike thought happily as he scrubbed his spines. After about thirty minutes of hard scrubbing his scales, Spike turned off the shower and walked out while he grabbed a towel. He then dried off and grabbed a bottle of cologne he bought a few years ago to get Rarity's attention. As soon as he walked out of the bathroom after he sprayed the cologne on him, he saw Twilight holding a purple tuxedo in her hand. Spike was amazed to see her holding that.
"Twilight, where'd you get that?" Spike asked her as he walked to her.
"Rarity made it the first day you came back. I knew you'd use it one day. And I guess today's that day." Twilight replied as she passed the tux to Spike. He observed the tuxedo and saw it was amazingly smooth. It was purple like his scales and inside of the vest was a white shirt. It had a purple shirt outlined with green like his eyes. Spike smiled and went back into the bathroom and placed the tuxedo on. When it was fully on him, Spike felt good as the suit fitted him perfectly.
"Lookin' good Spike old buddy." He said as he fitted his green tie. He then walked out and Twilight whistled in amazement.
"Wow Spike. That tux looks good on you." Twilight complemented.
"Thanks Twi'. Did you see the weather report?" He asked as he headed for the door.
"It's supposed to be clear skies tonight. Have some fun tonight." Twilight replied with a smile.
"Will do. See ya' Twilight." He said as he opened the door.
"Bye Spike." She said back as she waved. Spike then walked out of the Library and began his walk to Rarity's place. He made some stops like a Roseluck's Flower Shop for White Roses and at the Marketplace for a box of chocolates. But he then made it to Rarity's home. He never felt more nervous then he felt right now. But slowly but surely he turned the doorknob of the Boutique's front door and walked in slowly.
"Rarity? I'm here!" He yelled. He looked around the boutique and saw she wasn't anywhere in sight.
"Rarity? Where are you?" Spike asked as he scratched his head.
"Right here. " An angelic voice sang in replying. Spike turned his head and his eyes widened, his jaw dropped, and his heart thumped at the most beautiful sight he's ever seen. He saw Rarity who was already beautiful but now she was more beautiful than ever with her purple mane perfectly curled and her shining sapphire eyes sparkling in the light of a dim candle. Her eyelashes were longer and flowing, and she was wearing her midnight mascara. She was wearing a crimson dress with white gloves and reached her elbows, and beautiful white high heels.
"Rarity. You're...wow." Spike said as he was lost for words to describe her. Rarity then walked down the stairs with grace and when she reached him, she gave him a quick kiss on his scaly lips. When she broke the kiss, he gave her the roses and chocolates.
"Why Spike, thank you." She said as she grabbed the gifts he brought with her. She then using her magic placed the roses in a vase and the chocolates next to the vase.
"So...shall we?" She asked as she turned towards her dining room.
"We shall." He said as he lock his arm with her arm gently. The two then walked into the dining room and Spike was stunned to see what he saw. He saw a candlelight dinner with a few bottles of fermented Apple Family cider and their dinners which for Spike was Spaghetti with gems and for Rarity was a dandelion salad. The two then walked to the table and when Rarity sat down, Spike scooted her chair in.
"Such good manners Spike. You're such a gentledragon." Rarity said happily.
"Thank you milady." Spike said back as he scooted himself into the table. He then grabbed a bottle of cider and popped the cork on it and poured himself a glass and filled Rarity's glass when she passed it to him with her magic. Spike and Rarity then unwrapped their silverware and began to eat. As they ate, they talked about things.
"Spike, how exactly did you tame Drake?" She asked him. Spike as he took a sip of his cider placed his glass down.
"It wasn't very easy. I needed to speak with him. So I meditated like Zecora showed us and I spoke with him everyday. I then made that door in my mind and locked him in it." He replied as he twirled spaghetti on his fork.
"But isn't that dangerous to suppress him in your mind?" Rarity asked as she took a bite of her salad.
"A little bit. But it was the best thing I could do close to a cure. And I did it to protect you and the girls when I came back." He replied. Rarity then swallowed the food in her mouth and then took a sip of her cider. She then placed her glass down and smiled.
"I'm glad you came back Spike. I really am glad. All of the stallions here in Ponyville wanted to date me but I turned them down. My heart belonged to you and you only my Spikey Wikey." She said to him with a smile. Spike then gave her back a smile.
"I missed you too Rarity. My heart ached when you weren't with me." He exclaimed as he took a sip of his cider. Then after an hour of talking and a few bottles of cider later....Rarity and Spike were done eating and were now kissing each other passionately. Rarity moaned as she wrestled Spike's tongue with her own.
"Oh Spike....how I've missed this." Rarity said between kisses.
"You don't know....how much...I've missed this as well Rarity. I've been wanting to do this....for the past....five whole years." Spike said between kisses.
"Alright Rarity. You've got him this far, now start stage three of your plan. " Rarity thought devilishly. She then broke her kiss and looked at Spike with a look in her eyes. A seductive look.
"Spikey, remember that special night we shared before you went to Manehatten?" Rarity asked in a sexy voice.
"Uh-huh." He replied.
"Well, care to have another run?" She asked as she walked to the stairs. Without saying anything, Spike got out of the chair and followed Rarity up the stairs. And if it wasn't for the soundproof spell Rarity placed up, then the whole night Ponyville would've heard the passionate screams of a Dragon and a Unicorn.

“Wake up monster you have a visitor.” A guard called out to the green monster in his cell. The dragon in question was once a red dragon by the name of Garble. But after receiving a potion that granted him superstrength and speed at the cost of his former body he has since been referred to as The Unstoppable Garbomination. Garbomination looked up from his moping spot in the room and noticed that the pony who entered was cloaked and had a horn sticking out of it. Garbomination then walked towards the pony who was sitting at one of the visiting tables. Garbomination then sat down in one of the chairs and stared at the pony’s red, curved upwards horn.
“You know it is very rude to stare.” The pony said in a deep, male voice.
“Wait, you sound….familiar. Where do I know you from?” Garbomination asked as he rubbed his head with his large claws. The pony let out a short chuckle as it stared at the dragon under his cloak.
“I think you remember well Garbomination. Or should I say…..Garble.” The pony replied. Garbomination’s eyes widened when the pony said his old name. It then all came back to him in a flash quicker than a lightning bolt.
“YOU! You’re the pony that gave me the potion!” Garble yelled as he pointed at the pony.
“Now, now that’s no way to talk to an old friend. After all you wanted this power did you not?” The pony asked him. Garble glared at the pony in front of him. Yes he wanted power but not like this, as a real honest to goodness monster. He has had to deal with the memories of all the atrocities he committed while under the influence of Garbomination and even that wasn’t enough punishment. No there was also the constant jabs from the guards and others about his little rampage even though he really didn’t know anything about what happened. He was constantly reminded of how his enemy who was equally matched to him Drake beat him into submission and nearly killed him to save Equestria from him. He still has a scar where Drake pierced him with his shoulder bone.
“What do you want?” Garbomination asked as he glared at the pony.
“I want to offer you something.” The pony replied.
“No way bub! I ain’t taking no more offers from you!” Garbomination quickly said back.
“Are you sure you don’t want what I offer?” The pony asked. Garbomination then got out of his chair.
“I’m sure.” He replied as he began to slowly walked away.
“Alright. I was going to offer you freedom but-” The pony started making Garbomination stop walking. He turned around and leaped at the pony as close as his containment field would allow him.
“You? Offer me freedom? AFTER WHAT YOU DID TO ME YOU THINK THIS WILL MAKE US EVEN?!” Garbomination yelled at the pony in front of him. The stallion merely chuckled quietly to himself.
“Poor deluded Garble. Still so head strong after all this time.” The pony said in a slight happy voice.
“AND I SHOULD BE! YOU TURNED ME INTO A MONSTER AND I SHOULD BE HAPPY?! YOU’RE OFFERING ME FREEDOM! WHAT KIND OF SICK BUCKING GAME ARE YOU PLAYING?!” Garble roared into the pony’s face. The pony then stood up and walked up to the angry dragon.
“No game. You wanted power and I gave you power like you wanted. And when I offer you this freedom, I’m giving you this freedom. Now calm yourself and sit down.” The pony said to the dragon. Garbomination did as the pony ordered and sat down in the chair.
“Alright. Tell me, what do I have to do for this ‘Freedom’?” Garbomination asked as he quoted with his fingers.
“Simply take this new and improved vial I have and that freedom will be yours.” the pony said, holding out his hand to show a green potion like from before. Garbomintation took it cautiously and took a small sip. The taste was repulsive but it made him surge with energy he never had before. But then a powerful blast of pain instantly struck Garbomination faster than Drake or anypony ever has making him scream in pain as he fell out of his chair. The guards heard and saw Garbomination and ran over to him.
“You! Get the medical team! NOW” A guard ordered. The guard that was ordered ran as fast as he could while the others went to check on him. The guards surrounded him as he shook in pain.
“Where’s that medical team?!” A guard yelled.
“Trust me-” The pony in the chair started as he got up. The guards looked at him and then when the pony pulled down his hood. They saw it was King Sombra himself. “You’re gonna need a medical team.” The guards then heard Garble growling. Then the guards were frightened to watch Garbomination’s muscles grow and his scales turn from a sickly green to a deep sickly brown.
“What’d you do to him?” A guard asked Sombra.
“Simple.-” Sombra started.”I gave him something to make him stronger than any of you ever were.” Garbomination’s body grew quickly into a hulking size. His claws grew thick as well as his fangs, his neck extended and grew spines, and his head in size grew as well. His skin became a darker shade of green as well along with his eyes glowing a dark blue color.
“I have returned.” The beast that was once Garbomination said in a deep intimidating voice. The creature launched at the guards and tore them asunder with their limbs strewn on the walls. Sombra merely laughed as his creation destroyed all that stood in his way, freeing several villains along the way. Sombra then rummaged through his pocket and pulled out another vial but this one was brown.
“Now to show the world what true power is.” Sombra said with a smile on his face. He then took the lid of the vial and swigged the whole thing down. Sombra then felt a pain surge through his body as his transformation began.
“Yes! YES!”

Today...just became the happiest day in Spike’s life. For he is now engaged to the mare he loves. Rarity, his new fiance, held him tightly as she cried in happiness. She loved Spike but she never knew that he had loved her to the point of engaging. But she loved that he decided to finally tie the knot with her. They both held one another for a few minutes but soon let go as they heard the news turn on.
We interrupt this program to bring you this breaking news. After the breakout at Canterlot Maximum Security Prison, several villains have been spotted all over Equestria. And one was seen headed towards the direction of Ponyville. The villain, known as the Hobgoblin, was seen flying towards the small town on a device that seems to be a glider. If you see this villain, call your local authorities immediately. I’m New Flash and now back to your regularly scheduled program. When the news ended Spike looked at Rarity and sighed.
“Guess we have to wait a little before we tell the others huh?” Spike told Rarity who nodded and headed off to get dressed for the coming of the Hobgoblin. Spike just found some nearby stretch pants and slipped them on as he turned into Drake. The two headed towards the treehouse and went downstairs to the base of The Avengers… only to be met by not only their friends but Spider-Mare as well. “Lensie what are you doing here?” Spike asked, shaking the room a little with his deep voice. Lensie turned around and gave Spike a look of hatred.
“Lensie, what’s wrong?” Spike asked his friend in a worried voice.
“The Hobgoblins heading this way. And I have a thing against goblins.” Lensie replied angrily.
“Why? What happened?” Rarity asked out of curiosity. Lensie, or rather Spider-Mare, took a deep breath and began.
“Years ago when I first started being a superhero I was met with several nasty villains. But two of them… I will always hate for the rest of my life. The first one, The Green Goblin, he is still the worst of the two. He’s my oldest and my most dangerous opponent I have ever and will ever face, worse then Venom to give you an idea. One day he found out who I was and hunted down the stallion I loved.” Lensie soon had tears falling down her face. The group could only stare in disbelief as they already knew what happened to him. Her face became stoic again as she then told them about the Hobgoblin. “This new goblin. He’s bad but I think he chose the name just to spite me. I’ve already faced him before and beaten him but why he’s coming here.” She said angrily as she clenched her fist tightly. Then the mares and Spike felt her pain. For her mortal enemy has killed her stallion and a copy of her enemy is running amok.
“Gee Lensie, I-” Spike started. But then breaking through a window was something orange.

“Ooh. What’s that?” Pinkie asked as she observed the small object that looked like a Jack-O-Lantern. Lensie shot a strand of webbing at it and tossed it back through the window.
“Hey! Why’d you-” Pinkie started. But then she heard an explosion and saw that it was the object that was tossed into the treehouse.
“What in tarnation was that?” Applejack asked.
“A pumpkin bomb. And I only know two villains who make them.” Lensie replied. Then as she finished a twisted and high pitched cackle was heard from outside along with the sound of a machine’s hum.
“Oh Spider-Mare! Come out and play!” A crooked voice said. Lensie growled as she recognized the voice.
“Hobgoblin.” She said in a tone of pure venom. Spike turned his head outside and saw one of the most hideous villains he will ever meet. The Hobgoblin, standing on his glider on two of his hooves, was a disheveled looking creature that had an orange cape and pale orange skin. His eyes were bloodshot and his wings at first glance looked to be shot at but then he recognized the wing pattern.
“Son of a nag he’s a changeling.” He said to himself. He turned his head and called down “THE DUDE IS A CHANGELING GIRLS!” Twilight immediately snapped her head forward and soon activated her boots. She hovered off the ground a little before she charged the insane monster.
“Oh! You want to play?! Well then let’s play tag! YOU’RE IT!” The Hobgoblin screamed happily as he tossed two pumpkin bombs at her. But luckily Twilight, or Iron Mare, shot the bombs with her repulsor blasts.
“Sorry. But no cheating.” Iron Mare said happily.
“Well then how about we change the game? It’s now time for Red Rover. So Red Rover, Red Rover, let Hobgoblin over!” Hobgoblin screamed as he turned his glider around. He then cackled as he charged full speed at Iron Mare. Iron Mare then went under him and floated.
“Missed me!” Iron Mare said happily.
“I’M AFRAID NOT!” Hobgoblin yelled gleefully as he pointed at Iron Mare’s chest. She looked down and saw that he planted a pumpkin bomb on her and it exploded. Iron Mare went flying back into the treehouse soon after.
“TWILIGHT!” Spike, or rather Drake, yelled. He bounded after the goblin who turned and laughed as he saw him rushing.
“OH A NEW PLAYER! THIS IS GETTING FUN!” He yelled as his glider flew up and out of Drake’s reach. “NAH! NAH! CAN’T TOUCH ME!” Hobgoblin said, failing to notice the spider web that just grabbed him. Then with a powerful yank Hobgoblin fell from his glider and onto the ground with a powerful thump. As he got up, he saw a familiar heroine he loved to play with.
“Well, well, well. If it isn’t Spider-Mare. Come to play with me?” He asked sarcastically. Spider-Mare then shot webbing onto his mouth.
“Zip it Hobgoblin! I’m not done with our little business!” Spider-Mare screamed angrily. Then using his claws, Hobgoblin ripped the webbing on his mouth to shreds.
“What are you going to do Spidey? Finish me like you did the Green Goblin?” Hobgoblin asked her.
“Le-Spider-Mare, what is he talking about?” Rainbow Dash, otherwise known as Soar asked. Hobgoblin laughed at her.
“Oh didn’t Spidey tell you? She and the Green Goblin had a long standing feud going on. One day he killed the stallion she cared. She told you that much right?” He asked grinning all the while. Spider-Mare still held him down. Soar just stared as she nodded. “Well what she never told you was that she was the reason that he died. Thought that a little web sling would save him. Didn’t expect to hear somepony’s neck crack?!” Hobgoblin yelled the last part. Soar and the others only stared at the two. Spider-Mare started to tighten her grip on him as he finished. “And then what did you do? You hunted him like the dog that he was, and rightly so I might add, and then beat him into a pulp as his glider pushed him over a ledge right?”
“THEY NEVER FOUND THE BODY! AS FAR AS THAT CONCERNS ME HE IS ALIVE!” Spider-Mare shouted at him.
“Really? Who knows? Maybe a pumpkin bomb made him go boom.” Hobgoblin said as he chuckled. Spider-Mare then drew her fist back and punched Hobgoblin in the face making him fall to the ground. But then she picked him up and did it again and again but each time she did it The Goblin just laughed at her. The Avengers watched as she beat the buck out of the Hobgoblin. When she was done, the Hobgoblin’s face was bruised and bloody.
“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!” The Hobgoblin laughed insanely. He soon just allowed the wounds to overwhelm him as he fell unconsciously to the ground. Spider-Mare then took off her mask and fell to the ground on her knees and started crying. Twilight, out of her armor, walked up and placed an arm around her.
“I-I’m so sorry you h-had to hear that. It’s just… he made my life a living hell for me. All those years dealing with him and then this monster shows up in a similar suit and he taunts me about the Goblin. I’m so sorry.” Lensie sobbed into Twilight’s coat. Twilight then wrapped her arms around Lensie and hugged her. Looking afar from this, a green skinned being watched them.
“Spider-Mare. I’ll be sure to have some fun with you once more.” The being said in a psychotic voice. Back at Ponyville, the mare and Spike were at the treehouse out of their uniforms.
“Thanks for stopping by Lensie. I hope we can see you again when villains aren’t running amok.” Rarity said as she waved goodbye.
“I hope so as well. Well I’d better get going. See ya’.” Lensie said as she walked out the door. As she did she looked around before she called out. “Nopony is near me now. You can come out Ellie.” Lensie said and soon She-Venom appeared in front of her. “Is it true then? Is Electro out as well?”
“Sssadly Lensie it is true. Electro isss ssstill on the loosssse. We are fine Lensss, It’ssss jussst the newborn having a sssmall fit.
Meanwhile back at the Treehouse Spike and Rarity had a tough time calming the others down. For they had finally decided to tell them their surprise.
“Girls.” Spike said getting their attention. Rarity then turned towards them and soon hugged Spike as they said together.
“We’re getting married!” The surprise had the desired effect they wanted.
“WHAT?!”
“Oh my!”
“YIPEE!”
“AWESOME!”
“WELL CONGRATS!” Each of The Avengers shouted. Applejack clapped Spike on the back while Rainbow tried to avoid causing a minor storm in the treehouse. Rarity was hugged by Fluttershy and Pinkie. All of them either hugged the two or high fived them... all but Twilight who walked up to Rarity and asked if they had a girl to girl talk. So Rarity said yes and followed her to the bathroom where Twilight locked the door behind her.
“So Twilight, what is it you want to talk about?” Rarity asked.
“Rarity you and I have been friends for a long time right?” Twilight asked her. Rarity nodded a little before Twilight continued. “I just want you to know that, along with Shining Armor, Spike is like a brother to me.” Twilight said starting to sound a little cold.
“Why of course darling but wha-”
“So if you break his heart I promise you I will make your life a living Tartarus until the day I die. Got it marshmallow girl?” Twilight asked. Rarity only looked at her in shock as she shook her head yes. Twilight’s smile then returned as she unlocked the bathroom door. She and Rarity walked out and Twilight walked up to Spike and hugged him.
“What the hey are we standing here for? Let’s celebrate!” Pinkie screamed.
“I agree. Let’s have an engagement party! Right here in the treehouse!” Spike said happily. Then for the rest of the night, the mares and Spike had not a single worry. But had many drops of fun.

An Old Headache
Spike woke up groggily and was blinded by the sun beating on his eyes. Suddenly he felt a pain like a railroad spike being driven through his skull and his balance was off by miles. He got steady but then he heard somepony in the bathroom vomiting. He slowly, trying to keep his balance, walked to the bathroom and as he held onto the doorway, he saw his fiance, who had a mangled mane and wrinkled clothes, with her head in the toilet.
“Rarity what the buck happened last night?” Spike asked her who just looked up at him with a look of pure loathing.
“I-I cannot really remember Spike. All I remember is that drinking challenge Pinkie set up for us.” Rarity replied as she held her stomach.
“Please don’t mention drinking. I think after those twenty vodka shots, I’ll never drink again.” Spike said quickly making Rarity giggle before gagging.
“Spike, could you….hold my mane back?” She asked as she gagged. Spike quickly grabbed her mane as she threw her head back into the toilet and vomited again.
I never thought Rarity would chug that much alcohol. Spike thought as he made his grip stay on her mane. He was about to walk out when.
“Yo’ what’s up Spikey!” an all too familiar headache with feathered wings appeared beside him.
“Oh no. It’s-” Spike started.
“ME BUDDY! IT’S ME! DEADPOOL!” The headache interrupted and hugged the Dragon. Spike pushed him away and impaled him on a broken piece of furniture. “Come on Spike old buddy you know that can’t hurt me… right?” Deadpool said before he pulled out a random book and skimmed through it.
“What’s that?” Spike asked him.
“It’s the story’s script. I need to see somethin’ really quick.” He said as he skimmed through what was ‘The Incredible Drake: His Return’.
“Oh here we are. Yeah Spike, you do remember my powers.” He said as he tossed the book away. Spike only gave a poker face as he turned back to his friends. “Oh don’t worry about them they’ll wake up in a few minutes. My special drink I gave Pinkie should wear off in 3, 2, 1.” True to his word the other five mares in the room woke up each with a hangover. Deadpool closed his book and pulled himself up off of the broken furniture.
“How’d the couch break?” Spike asked as he rubbed his scaly head.
“Oh yeah. Pinkie got into a small wrestling match with Applejack. I wish I had a camera. Then it would be like the hangover!” Deadpool said sadly. Spike ignored him and helped his friends up.
“Oh. Mornin’ Spike.” Applejack said in a groggy voice as she covered her eyes.
“I’ll get you girls some orange juice.” Spike said as he grabbed six glasses and the orange juice carton.
“So girls, how’d you enjoy my little vodka recipe?” Deadpool asked the mares. All of them looked at the griffon with confusion before they realized what he said.
“YOU GAVE PINKIE THE VODKA?!” They asked.
“Well no duh! What are all of you regular einsteins?” Deadpool asked sarcastically. The five mares, and dragon, all facepalmed while a certain party pony was jumping up and down with excitement.
“OH OH YOU HAVE SOME OF THE SCRIPT TOO?!” Pinkie asked as she looked at white pieces of paper.
“HEY! GIVE ME THOSE!” Deadpool yelled as he pulled the papers out of her hand. “YOINK!”
“Aww.” Pinkie said sadly.
“Anyway, Deadpool, how and why are you here?” Twilight asked as she drank her glass of orange juice.
“Well…...Pinkie Pie let me in, I gave her the vodka bottles, and then you girls had a lot of fun.” Deadpool replied.
“So can ya’ explain why Twi’s couch is broken?” Applejack asked.
“Easy. About two and a half bottles later, you and Pinkie got into a drunk wrestling match.” Deadpool said making Applejack blush.
“Don’t worry Applejack, I’ll get it fixed. But Deadpool, why aren’t you hung over?” Twilight asked the griffon.
“HEALING FACTOR BITCH!” Deadpool yelled before Spike sliced his body in half.
“No creature calls Twilight a bitch ” Spike growled as the six mares just stared at him before-
“AW MAN THAT WAS AWESOME!! Can you do it again?” Deadpool asked before he put himself back together.
“Eww.” All the mares said as they watched Deadpool’s midsection fuse back together.
“Don’t worry readers. I’m okay.” Deadpool said as he waved his hand. The Mane Six except Pinkie Pie gave him a poker face.
“Deadpool, I think it’s high time you leave.” Spike said as he grabbed the Griffon by the neck sinking his claws in.
“Ow! Ease up on the grip.” Deadpool said.
“Rarity, mind getting the door?” Spike asked her.
“With pleasure.” She replied as she got up.
“Oh let me guess writer, you’re gonna have Spike toss me like a frisbee outta here?” Deadpool asked as he looked up. Spike just glared as he placed his other claw on Deadpool’s legs and threw him as one would throw a frisbee. “TOTALLY CALLED IT!” The griffon yelled as he passed over the horizon. Spike sighed and turned around… “HEY BUDDY!” Only to run into the face of the griffon mercenary.
“AHH!” Spike screamed as he jumped back. “How’d you do that?!” He asked.
“Randomness my friend. Pure...randomness. Just like Pinkie.” Was what Deadpool said to him. “And writers…..COME UP WITH SOMETHING ORIGINAL FOR CELESTIA’S SAKE!” Deadpool then walked back into the Library and sat down on Twilight’s bed.
“Spike….how are we gonna get rid of him?” Twilight whispered into his ear.
“Don’t know. But we need to get rid of him quick. I don’t want him to find out about the You-Know-What.” Spike whispered back.
“Oh you mean the wedding you're having?” Deadpool asked. Spike went slack jawed before Deadpool pulled out the same white book from before. “Script remember?” He said as he waved the book in front of them. Spike felt his eye twitch but before he could rip Deadpool’s head off and shove it up where the sun don’t shine. Rarity could see steam coming out of her fiance’s ear fins and knew he was like a time bomb waiting to blow.
“Deadpool, could you come here for a second?” Spike asked the Griffon. Deadpool without saying anything got off the bed and walked towards the Dragon. Too bad he didn’t notice the cleaver in his hand.
“So what’s-” Deadpool started. But then with one swipe of the cleaver and a good punch, Deadpool’s head flew across the room as his body fell to the ground. “Really Spike is this the best you can- HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! OH GOD NO!” Deadpool yelled as he shoved Deadpool’s head up his ass.
“Talk about having your head in your ass.” Spike said when he was finished. Deadpool then pulled it out but his head had a notable amount of brown stain markings on it. Before he could get a rant started the whole room started to shake.
“What the buck?!” Spike said as he tried to keep on his feet.
“Oh shit. I think she found me.” Deadpool said. Spike knowing he’d regret it placed Deadpool’s head back onto his body.
“Thanks.” Deadpool said.
“Not welcome. Anyway, who followed you?” Spike asked.
“Her name’s Arclight. She’s a super powerful Pony. And my ex.” Deadpool explained.
“I see why.” Rarity said.
“Anyway, you guys gotta hide me.” Deadpool said. Spike gave him a look of loathing before he heard a mare yell out.
“DEADPOOL!!!” Arclight yelled while Deadpool yelped and hid under the bed. He then popped his head out and looked into nothingness before he talked.
“Not cool guys really not cool.” Before he teleported out of the bed outside in front of the raging ex marefriend.
“Arclight! W-What’s up?” He asked as he got off the bed.
“Shut it Deadpool.” She said angrily as her hand glowed.
“Look babe-” Deadpool started.
“Don’t babe me!” She yelled making Deadpool yipe before he started to run.
“Look hotty, we can work things out! Just don’t shoot me!” He screamed as he ran. Meanwhile inside the Library, Spike was cracking up and nearly falling on the floor as he watched Deadpool being shot like a duck.
“DID YOU SEE THE LOOK ON HIS FACE! OH MY CELESTIA THAT WAS PRICELESS!” He screamed in laughter, all the others joining him except for Pinkie Pie.
“I don’t see what’s so funny about this. All I see is a bunch of meanies who are letting some bigger meanie hurt one of our friends.” Pinkie said. The laughter in the room soon started to die down when they saw Pinkie’s hair. Instead of being puffy as it always was, her hair was now flat. This only happened when Pinkie was very, very sad. The girls and Spike could’ve sworn that their hearts stopped pumping. Spike then got up and walked over to his friend.
“Pinkie, as much as I hate to say it, you’re right.” Spike said as he placed a hand on her shoulder. Twilight and the others nearly fainted. But as soon as he said that, Pinkie’s hair puffed back up.
“THEN LET’S GEAR UP AND SAVE DEADPOOL!” Pinkie screamed as she bounced downstairs. Spike sighed in relief as he went big and green again. Miss me Spike? An all too familiar voice asked him. Spike pushed him out of his mind for a moment and then charged outside to see… Deadpool dancing with Arclight?
“Wait, first she was shouting at him. Now she’s dancing with him. What’s going on?” Twilight asked.
“Beats me.” Rainbow, other wise known as Soar replied.
“Hey guys! Wanna join us?!” Deadpool asked as he swung Arclight around. Spike still looked dumbstruck but that was before he noticed the bullet hole in Arclight’s head. Spike nearly barfed at the sight as Deadpool just rolled his eyes. “Oh grow up dude. She was just a clone see?” Deadpool pulled her head back to reveal a barcode on the back of her neck.
“Wait you mean you knew she was a clone?” Spike asked, still a little queasy from the macabre dance that Deadpool was continuing.
“Nope. Just took my shot. I turned her on her gut and hey I find the barcode.” Deadpool replied as he dropped the clone’s body.
“Well it isn’t nice to dance with a body. Clone or not.” Pinkie said.
“What do you think I do on my jobs. Speaking of jobs, I gotta find you a wedding gift Spike. BYE!” He screamed as he ran off into the horizon.
“Finally. He’s gone.” Spike said in relief as he sat down on the ground.
“Spike, how about we get back to the Library and sat down?” Rarity suggested.
“Alright.” He said as he got up. He then followed her and the girls back into the Library and sat down on the floor. After he turned back into Spike, Rarity came over and sat down next to him. But Spike noticed that she was lighter than usual.
“Rarity, are you okay?” He asked her in a worried voice.
“I’m fine Spike. Just a little….queasy that’s all.” She replied. Spike then looked at the clock and saw the time.
8:30 A.M? Maybe she’s still got a hangover. He suggested in his thoughts. Spike then leaned in and kissed Rarity on her cheek.
“I love you Spike.” Rarity said to him.
“I love you too.” He said back.

The Spirit Of Vengeance, Shock
Out in the desert of Las Pegasus, several ponies were living their lives normally. In other words they were gambling them away. Among them though were several gangsters who gave out undetectable cheating techniques… for a price. But riding among them was a strange pony. Now everypony and creature was strange but this one was exceptionally strange. He only gave his technique in the shadows as if the sun burned his skin. But his fur was white like snow like his mane and tail, his vest was purple and his undershirt was black, he wore a pair of blue jeans and black boots. His eyes were as red as blood and in his mouth were two large fangs. On his right hand was a black glove which seemed to be stained red a bit. But what really set him apart was that any light near him exploded or just lost their brightness.
“Excuse me sir?” One pony called out to the strange one. He turned around and smiled a little. He had not been properly fed in some time and here this stallion was ripe and ready for the taking.
“Yes. What do you need?” The stallion asked in a deep and demonic voice.
“Yes um….I hear you give out gambling tips for a price.” The pony replied as he slowly walked towards him.
“That I do. And allow me to come to you.” The stallion said with a crooked smile showing his shining fangs. As the stallion walked towards the pony, every streetlight in the alley exploded into shards of glass. The stallion then was in front of the pony who he towered over.
“Name y-your price sir. I-I’ll pay anything.” The pony said. The stallion did nothing but smile. But then he grabbed the pony making him release a small ‘eep’.
“Well….I am hungry.” The stallion said.
“Alright. What can I get you to eat?” The pony asked as he began to sweat bullets.
“Why nothing much… just your soul!” The stallion said as he bit into the poor pony. The stallion he bit into struggled but he couldn’t get a single word out so he could call for help. The vampony pulled his head back leaving nothing but a shriveled husk left.
“Ah. Tasty.” The stallion said as he wiped his mouth. The stallion then ran back through the alleys until he became a figure of pure shadow running on the walls. As soon as he ran off, a pegasus stallion on his motorcycle was passing through. His fur was fiery red and his mane and tail was smoke black. He wore a spiked leather jacket and black jeans. He stopped when he saw the pony laying in the alley. He got off the motorcycle and walked up to the pony only to see that he was shriveled.
“Blackhoof. I should’ve known you’d come here.” The stallion said in an angry tone as he clenched his fist. His fist then began to steam until it started to spew smoke.
“Blackhoof, you’ll pay for your sins or I’m not Blaze. The one who’s destined to stop you.” He said angrily. He then got back to his motorcycle and began his hunt.
On the opposite side of the planet things were going very differently. Everyone was carefree, happy even but that all changed when Spike went out to get the newspaper. He opened it and as soon as he read it, he ran back to Twilight who was sitting on the couch which she had repaired after the party she had.
“Spike, what’s up?” She asked him as she took a sip of her coffee.
“I think you should read this.” Spike said as he passed the newspaper to her. She took it and turned to the main article and couldn’t believe what she read.
Another Pony Murdered: Shriveled Corpse Found in Alleyway-Around 12:30, an earth pony stallion was discovered in the alleyways behind a Los Pegasus casino murdered. There’s was no discovery of the cause of death, but his body was found shriveled like a prune. This is one of the many murders that happened over the last week. “This is the second one they found this week alone! Who could do such a thing?” She yelled out loud.
“I don’t know Twilight but I do know that whoever did this is still out there planning another murder like this. I say we go down there and investigate.” Spike said who then lifted his muscles “Besides not like we couldn’t handle anypony dumb enough to try and stop us.”
“I guess you’re right Spike. Alright, you find Rarity and Fluttershy while I find Applejack and Rainbow Dash. Tell them to gear up and meet back here.” Twilight said as she got off the couch and started to head downstairs.
“Alright. I’m on it!” He said as he saluted like a soldier. He then ran out of the Library and began his search.
Alright, Rarity usually goes to her get together with Fluttershy today. So I’ll start out at the Spa to see if they’re there. Spike thought as he ran through the streets of Ponyville. He ran as fast as he could, going through crowds of ponies. But as he ran, he bumped into a pony by accident knocking him and the stallion over. “Oh man sorry!” Spike said as he got back up and tried to help the stallion up as well. He noticed that the pony he knocked over had what can only be described as biker clothing and his boots even indicated that he rode on a motorcycle due to the residue from the bike’s exhaust.
“It’s fine dude. My fault for running into you anyways. Name’s Blaze by the way.” Blaze said with a smile on his face as he held out his hand to shake Spike’s.
“Nice to meet you Blaze. Well sorry for leaving but I gotta find somepony.” Spike said as he began to run.
“Well maybe I can help.” Blaze offered.
“It’s fine. I know where she is. Thanks anyway Blaze!” Spike said as he began to run again. Spike turned and saw Blaze waving at him.
Something’s up with him. Maybe it’s just me. Spike thought as he ran. Little did he know Blaze had a secret. A powerful secret.
“Fluttershy I must say thank you again for coming with me to the spa.” Rarity said to her friend with a smile.
“Oh, it’s my pleasure Rarity. Today is our get together day after all.” Fluttershy said back. Both were enjoying their time at the spa away from the troubles of the past few days and were about to get a mud bath when Spike ran in. Fluttershy emitted a small ‘EEP!’ as she jumped back a little while Rarity glared daggers at him.
“SPIKE! I know we’re going to be married but really-”
“Rarity… Twilight… library… now!” Spike said catching his breath each time as he tried to calm down a little.
“Oh my. Well allow me to get my clothes and I’ll-” She started. But then a wave of nausea struck her. She began to gag as she covered her mouth.
“Rarity, here!” Spike said as he grabbed a nearby garbage can. Rarity quickly grabbed it and filled it with the contents of her stomach. Spike quickly ran to her side and rubbed her back.
“Rarity, maybe you should stick out of this one and go home.” Fluttershy suggested.
“N-no it’s quite alright. I can do this.” Rarity said as she wiped her lip. Rarity got up and Spike walked beside her to make sure she didn’t get sick again. When he was sure she wasn’t going to be sick again he picked her up and helped her over to her Black Widow uniform. Moments later all three heroes were at Twilight’s house, Rarity and Fluttershy’s uniforms hidden in briefcases.
“Where’s Twilight and the others?” Fluttershy asked Spike.
“They’ll be here Fluttershy.” Spike replied as he stared into her eyes.
“Before she arrives, mind telling us why she wanted us here?” Rarity asked as she took a sip from her tomato juice.
“There was another murder in Las Pegasus.” He said making Rarity and Fluttershy gasp. “So she wants us to investigate who’s killing the ponies.”
“M-m-murderer? She w-wants us to s-stop a murderer?” Fluttershy stuttered. Spike nodded her head and Fluttershy ran to the door only to see Twilight and the others.
“Hey Spike you ready?” Rainbow Dash, also known as Soar, asked him. Spike nodded as his eyes flashed a little. The group departed for the train to Las Pegasus. About halfway there Spike fell asleep.
Spike then entered the shadow that was his mind and began to walk around. Spike walked pass doors of his many memories. From meeting his friends, to the accident, to now. He then saw his favorite memory. Which was when Rarity first kissed him on his tenth birthday.
I guess I’ll take a peak. Spike thought as he reached for the doorknob. But before he could even get a finger on it, he heard cackling. The cackling of a familiar voice.
“What do you want Devil Drake?” Spike asked the creature behind him.
Oh you hurt me Spike. Devil Drake said in a mock tone I thought you would be glad to hear from me. The demonic version of Spike laughed a little.
“I’m never happy to see you. Now what is it you want from me?” He asked again.
I just want to show you something. Devil Drake replied as he smiled crookedly.
“W-what are you going to show me?” Spike asked. Devil Drake without a word turned his body sideways and Spike felt his heart stop at what he saw. All of his friends in their uniforms. Dead. Iron Mare in her scratched battlesuit which sparked, her mask broken off revealing a bloody face. Soar whose helmet was missing a wing and Mjolnir was cracked in her bloodied hands. Captain Equestria had her shield cracked down the middle and her head was twisted around backwards. War Machine was in a similar state to Iron Mare but she still had some life inside of her.
“W-why S-Spike?” She asked before her last bit of life left her. Spike started to panic a little while Devil Drake was getting a kick out of it.
Come now Spike we haven’t even gotten to the best part yet. He said as he showed the worst part of his vision. Fluttershy was impaled on a concrete slab and her bow was snapped down the middle and Rarity...she was in the bloodied claws of Devil Drake.
“NO!” Spike screamed as Devil Drake dropped her body onto the floor. Spike then lifted her head and saw she had some life in her. “Rarity, R-Rarity you’re g-gonna be okay.” He said to her.
“S-Spike. Why did you leave us?” Rarity said weakly.
“Rarity I’d never leave you.” Spike said as tears began to fall from his eyes.
“Spi-” She started. But before she could finish, the last of her life left her. Spike cried heavily as he held tightly onto her. He then saw that Iron Mare got back onto her hooves and started to walk towards him. Spike put Rarity slowly down and ran towards her.
“TWILIGHT!” Spike cried out. When he finally got to her he hugged her tightly and cried into her armor. “I-I thought you died.”
I did you monster. Twilight said in a raspy voice. Spike shot his eyes open and looked at Twilight and instantly backed away. Her eyes were not filled with purple anymore. Instead they were milky white like if she was blind. And in her mouth was serrated fangs that flowed with blood.
“Y-you’re not Twilight.” Spike said as he slowly backed away.
Of course I am! the monster said as it walked forward slowly. The next to rise was Soar and she was no worse for wear. Captain Equestria got up and reset her head on her shoulders. War Machine rose and started to chuckle insanely to herself. Fluttershy, or Hawkeye, pulled herself off the slab and walked towards Spike. But what scared him the most was when Rarity got up. She lunged at him and managed to take a bite from his neck. Holding his bloody wound, Spike backed up until he was cornered by a door. The Six surrounded him as they licked their lips. But before they could get to him, a ferocious roar was heard making them run. The ground shook violently as something walked towards him. Then what came into view spooked him out of his scales. It was Drake. But his ribs were broken open, half of his skull was decayed, and in his hand was a bloodied bone.
Drake…..HUNGRY! And it leaped forward. Spike barely dodged Zombie Drake when he ran right into Devil Drake. “Do you see now Spike? All this is your own fault!” And with that he brought down his claw on him.
“AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”
“SPIKE!” Rarity yelled as she shook Spike on the shoulder. And with a scream, Spike woke up and sunk his claws into the train chair. His friends and fiance gathered around him with worried looks on their faces. Spike looked around and started to weep again.
OH boohoo you little wuss! Devil Drake said. Spike just continued to cry as they arrived in Las Pegasus.
“Spike it’s okay we’re here.” Rarity said to him reassuringly. He looked up and wiped his eyes.
“Spike, what did Devil Drake do this time?” Twilight asked him in a worried voice.
“He… he killed you and turned you and Drake into….zombies.” He replied as he placed his head between his knees.
“Why zombies?” Rainbow asked.
“Well it’s enough that he hurts Spike enough. But this is going to far!” Rarity said angrily. The seven then got off the train and saw that it was now night time in Las Pegasus.
“Alright. Now how are we gonna find this murderer?” Pinkie asked Twilight. But before she could react, a demonic laughing was heard.
“Maybe he’ll find us.” Twilight said. The group left the train but with a noticeable change in demeanor. Once they felt fearless but now they felt a little worried about this new villain none of their other foes drained their victims though either. As they started to walked through the dark streets of the city, Spike felt as if something was following him. After every few steps, he’d turn his head only to see nothing. But as he and the girls passed a closed casino, Spike felt a shiver go down his spine. But then he looked down at his shadow only to notice something was wrong with it.
“GIRLS RUN!!” Spike yelled as a strange pale pony landed on him. The stallion had bizarre strength and actually managed to scratch Spike a little. Spike soon was Drake and ripped the pony off of him… only to hear him hit a wall and hear his neck crack.
“Is that all you got? That tickled!” A demonic voice said and released a demonic laugh. Spike turned around only to receive a punch to the jaw, sending him flying into a wall.
“You’ve gotta try a bit harder to beat me kid.” The stallion said as he walked towards him destroying the street lamps above him. “Name’s Blackhoof. Believe me if you could beat me I would be surprised. Now sit back while I tear your marefriends apart.” He then turned towards the mares with a toothy smile.

But before he could even step a foot near them, a sound familiar to him was heard. The sound of a roaring motorcycle engine. “Oh buck me.” Blackhoof said before he disappeared into shadows. Spike turned towards the sound and saw one of the most frightening sights in his life. A pony clad in biker clothes with spikes on them and a chain wrapped around his waist. But the thing that scared him the most was his head… it was a flaming skull. It was a Pegasus due to his flaming wings.
“I don’t believe it.” Twilight said in amazement.
“What?” Spike asked.
“I thought he was a myth.” Rarity said as she stared at the pony.
“Who?” Spike asked her.
“sPiKe Of EqUeStRiA!” The pony said to him as he got off his bike and walked towards him, a little shift in his feet as he did so. He grabbed with a flick of his chains and dragged Spike to him. Once he was close enough the pony then grabbed Spike by his arms and pinned him to the wall… which should’ve been impossible due to Spike still being in his Drake form. “yOu HaVe BrOkEn ThE sAcReD vOw Of TaRtArUs! YOU MUST PAY!!!” It yelled and followed it with a strange chuckle.

‘W-what vow?!” He asked. The creature considered for a moment before it noticed the sun and suddenly went back in pain. The flames started to leave him as his body became mortal once more… a very familiar mortal to Spike.
“Blaze.” He said as he transformed back into his old self again. “Is that you?”
“Hey Spike. Good to see you again.” Blaze said with a smile. “Sorry about the scare but he just didn’t want to leave without one last fright.” He chuckled before Spike grabbed him and pinned him to the same wall.
“WHAT THE BUCK ARE YOU?!” Spike roared. Blaze just shrugged his shoulders and ignited his hands.
“Easy. I’m the Ghost Rider.” He replied as Spike backed away.
“The who?” He asked. Blaze sighed deeply before looking at Spike. “I’m the bounty hunter for rogue demons, like your little friend that just vanished. Now I’m gonna be nice and let you off with a warning. Don’t get in my way while the bucker is on the loose again okay?” He asked as he headed back for his motorcycle.
“Why?” He asked.
“I don’t wanna have to use the Penance Stare.” He replied. He then drove away from the seven without even turning his head back. Spike then ran back to the girls who just stood there wide eyed.
“Does the Ghost Rider have a story that I’m missing?” He asked. Twilight shook her head and snapped out of her stunned state.
“That’s the thing Spike no one knows who the Ghost Rider really was… until now of course.” Twilight said as she walked over to Spike and helped mend the burn mark on his neck
“But there’s been things told of the Ghost Rider. Like he’s a servant of Hades himself and that he brings the souls of evil to him.” Rainbow said to the Dragon in a surprised voice.
“Yeah. And he’s able to melt solid steel with just a wave of his hand.” Applejack added.
“So how long has he been here?” Spike asked.
“A few years. But he’s never actually hurt anypony at random.” Rarity replied.
“I can see now why. Now we’ve got possibly a new enemy.” Spike said as he rubbed his covered wound.
“Well, can we head home now? I think the Ghost Rider has it handled.” Fluttershy said as she turned to the train station.
“Yeah. Ah don’t wanna be here anymore with that demon runnin’ around.” Applejack said in a slightly scared voice, Spike considered leaving himself but he knew that would only give the vampony more thrill in hunting them.
“No.”
“Ah beg yer pardon?”
“We can’t let Blackhoof get away. He’ll hunt us like animals until he finds us. So we’ve gotta find him.” He said boldly.
“Spike, that’s a Vampony. A ferocious monster who feeds on ponies. We’ve better chances if Ghost Rider finds him.” Rarity said to him.
“But-” He started.
“Spike, just let Ghost Rider hunt him. Besides *yawn* I’m exhausted.” She interrupted. Spike, sighing in disbelief, nodded his head in agreement. He then followed the six to the train station and got on with them. As they entered the guest cart, Spike entered his bed, his body still aching from the attack of Blackhoof. But shortly after, Rarity slowly climbed into the bed with him.
While the group of heroes were leaving however Blackhoof was trying to outrun the Ghost Rider as fast as he could.
“YoU cAn’T eScApE jUsTiCe BlAcKhOoF!” The Rider yelled at him. Blackhoof had just looked back and saw the Spirit Of Vengeance when he crashed into an abandoned casino. As he flew through the wall, a flaming chain was launched at him, wrapping around his body and making him scream in pain as he fell to the floor. As he fell, he heard the sound of leather boot stepping across across the wooden floor. Then coming into his view was a flaming pegasus wearing motorcycle gear.
“BlAcKhOoF, yOu’Ve CoMmItTeD mAnY sInS. AnD fOr ThAt, yOu’Ll PaY.” Ghost Rider said as he pulled the chained demon towards him. Just as he did though he felt the temperature drop sharply in the room and then a strong force pushed him against the wall and nearly extinguished his flame.
“Well well. What have we here? An escaped soul and my fathers favorite pet .” A voice called out from the shadows. Then coming into his view was The Prince Of Tartarus Blackheart. “I know all about you Ghost Rider. Or should I say Blaze ” He said as he whispered in a demonic voice.
“BlAcKhEaRt, I wIlL bRiNg YoU tO yOuR fAtHeR. As a CoRpSe Or AlIvE.” Ghost Rider said angrily.
“Oh really? And as if my father would want his bounty hunter to be harmed in the process. We both know I’m the stronger one Blaze.” Blackheart said as he lifted up his claw. Blaze suddenly felt lightweight but his wings didn’t flap or anything. But then, Ghost Rider grabbed him and pinned the demon to a wall.
“LoOk InTo My EyEs.” The Ghost Rider started. The demon merely stared at them and… laughed.
“YOUR PENANCE STARE HAS NO EFFECT! I HAVE NO SOUL TO BURN BLAZE! But Blackhoof on the other hand.” Blackheart turned towards the fallen vampony and extended his claws open. His fingers turned into tendrils and then impaled the pathetic soul. With a mere flick of his wrist Blackheart made Blaze use his Penance Stare on Blackhoof.
“NO! PLEASE I-I’M SORRY BLACKHEART! GIVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE!”
“You had your chance vampony and failed at it.” Blackheart said as he swapped his placed with the Vampony.
“LoOk InTo My EyEs.” Ghost Rider said making the vampony quiver in fear. “YoUr SoUl Is StAiNeD bY tHe BlOoD oF tHe InNoCeNt. FEEL THEIR PAIN!”
“NO!!!” Blackhoof yelled as every single one of his sins were flashed before him and suddenly his brain couldn’t handle the stress and his eyes burned up into nothing but charcoal. When the vampony was lifeless, Ghost Rider threw his corpse to the ground and released a primal roar.
“RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR!”
Spike could barely sleep while he headed back to Ponyville. Yes he had Rarity but the feeling of helplessness he felt from the past few days suddenly came upon him. He failed to keep Devil Drake from nearly hurting his friends, he in fact groveled at the sight of his monster form. He failed to hurt Hobgoblin and now a vampony had just mopped the floor with him and forced him to actually run from him. As the weight of his failures finally came crashing down inside of him he suddenly wept silently hoping Rarity didn’t hear him. But Rarity wasn’t there. She was in the bathroom of the train and freaking out.
“T-this can’t be right! I-IT JUST CAN’T BE!” Rarity said out loud as she looked down at the test she just did… the sixth one to be exact that said, to her utter shock and disbelief, positive for something she never knew she had. “I-I’m p-pregnant.” Rarity stammered and soon broke down quietly at the same time Spike wept as well.
The Incredible Drake: His Return
Over a month had passed since the group had encountered The Ghost Rider but ever since then Spike has been extremely secluded to his room. And Rarity had been keeping to herself in the Carousel Boutique for she didn’t want anypony to know a secret she’s been keeping. Many have tried to get her to come out about what it is that bothered her but nothing that they did had any effect and there was a good reason for she was, in fact, pregnant with Spike’s unborn child. “H-how long has it been since this baby started to live in my body?” She asked herself when she was alone. She then heard the sound of the boutique’s door open and gasped in shock. Rarity then saw her friend, Twilight Sparkle, with a worried look on her face walk up to her.
“Hey Rarity.” She said as she sat in a chair.
“Hello Twilight. How have you been doing darling?” Rarity asked casually but Twilight knew better.
“Rarity what’s bothering you?” She asked her friend. Rarity suddenly became interested in her own ceiling and started to stare at it.
“Do you need something Twilight?” She asked.
“Rarity please don’t change the subject. Now, what’s bothering you?” Twilight asked back in a slightly raised voice. Rarity, knowing she wouldn’t win, sighed in defeat before reaching onto a hidden compartment in her coffee table pulling out a white stick. She passed it to Twilight whose eyes widened at what it read.
“Y-you’re-” Twilight started but Rarity finished.
“Yes Twilight… I’m pregnant with his child.” Rarity said as casually as she could. Twilight then looked up at her with an impasse look on her face as she asked the big question in the room.
“Does Spike know?” Twilight asked deadpanned.
“N-no he doesn’t-” Rarity was about to say when a nearby tea pot came zooming past her. She then saw an angry Alicorn whose eyes she could’ve sworn to have flames in them.
“Rarity, I’m giving you a five second head start.” Twilight said making Rarity get up off the couch and run. Five seconds later, Twilight got up with a glowing horn and started chasing Rarity. “YOU NEVER TOLD SPIKE HE WAS A DAD?! WHEN IN TARTARUS DID YOU FIND OUT RARITY BELLE?!” Twilight yelled as she burst through the door and flapped her wings and flew to the top of the Boutique. She saw Rarity on the other side and used her magic to blast open the windows in front of her.
“L-last month.” Rarity stuttered as she ducked under a blast of purple magic.
“LAST MONTH?! THAT’S IT! I’M REALLY GONNA MAKE YOU HURT!” Twilight roared. But then, the boutique’s door opened again and the sound of four ponies entering the building was heard.
“Twi’, Rarity, ya’ here?” A southern voice asked. Twilight snorted as she started to go downstairs.
“It’s about time you girls got here. Listen Rarity has-” Twilight was cut off as a blast of blue magic hit her in the chest, knocking her out.
“Oops. Sorry sugarcube ” The mare in front of the unconscious mare said as it soon shifted into another voice and body. “But you were in my way.” her new voice said. And the pony was a blue Pegasus wearing black and yellow armor with a green cape. On her head was a helmet with two horns that curled upwards. It was Lightki. Goddess Of Mischief
Meanwhile, at Sweet Apple Acres, Spike was hanging out with Big Macintosh and his older brother Shining Armor. Right now the three were playing a game of darts and Spike was winning.
“Come on Spike, just hit the bullseye and you win.” Shining said.
“Eeyup.” Big Mac said as Spike pulled another dart from the table. He knew he could hit the bullseye but too many thoughts were going through his head, his previous and unsuccessful fights and his… other problem with Devil Drake. He threw the dart which only missed the bullseye but an inch.
“Oh so close bro!” Shining said as Spike walked back to the chair he sat in.
“Spike, ya’ seem to be bothered by somethin’. What is it?” Big Macintosh asked. Spike just sighed as he contemplated how he should word his problem.
“Do you guys think I’m a bad hero?” Spike asked them which made both of them spew out the cider they were drinking.
“Spike, we don’t think that. Honestly.” Shining said trying to make Spike happy.
“Then why do I feel like a bad one?” He asked. But then, he felt something. A connection that he had Twilight make with the one he loves.
Spike! Help! A familiar voice yelled in his thoughts.
“Guys Rarity’s in trouble! I gotta go now!” Spike said as he started to run towards his clothes and put them on in a flash. He then zoomed towards the door and busted the door leaving a Spike shaped hole in the wall.
“Ah’ll grab the tools.” Big Mac said as he got up.
Spike was running as fast as he could towards Ponyville, hoping Rarity would be alright. He soon arrived at the boutique and saw that it was frozen and and in shambles. He tore through the place and saw Twilight laying in a crumpled heap.
“TWILIGHT!” He screamed as he ran to her only to slip around on the frozen floor. As he tried to keep his balance, he slid over to her and picked her up. Spike felt the top of her head.
She’s freezing. Better warm things up. He said as he got some nearby wood and breathed some fire on them. As he did this he realized something. It’s the middle of the day and the sun is out…. so how did the boutique become frozen? He wondered. But then, he heard the cackling of a wicked mare. As Twilight warmed up, he slowly snuck outside and peered to see a Pegasus wearing green and yellow armor. He remembered that Rainbow Dash told him that she had a sister and he even remembered her name, Lightki.
“Now, get her on the carriage. Equestragard isn’t gonna wait for it’s new sculpture!” Lightki said angrily as giant ice ponies moved his frozen wife around. Spike then growled and let out a little steam from his nostrils as he charged the blue mare. She turned around and noticed that the purple dragon was turning giant and becoming a little green as well. She then held out a scepter and blasted him mid-transformation with her staff. The blast sent him back and into the boutique.
“Hahaha! Now that was a blast!” Lightki said with a smile on her muzzle. Spike, who was dazed by the blast, got out of the collapsed boutique wall and start to charge again.
“Tisk, tisk. Do you ever learn?” The wicked mare asked as she blasted at him again. The blast recoiled this time, though, and Spike rushed her again. He balled his fist and was about to smash her when he found his left hand empty.
“What the buck?” Spike wondered when he turned and saw Lightki standing there with a smirk on her face.
“Missed me.” She said as she turned her staff into a large club and smacked him with it sending him flying into the air. Then using her magic, she made a hole in the ground and Spike fell in it. “HAHA! A hole in one!” Lightki cheered as her scepter turned back. Spike used his claws and climbed out of the hole and began to charge her again.
“WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY WIFE?!” Spike roared as he managed to grab Lightki this time. He then felt cold all of a sudden and saw her become partially blue and her eyes bloodshot red.
“I think it’s time for you to cool down.” She said as she touched Spike’s hand, freezing it solid. She then slipped out of his hand and landed a blow to his jaw sending him staggering backwards. But as Lightki charged him, a blast of lightning struck her chest.
“BACK OFF SIS!” Soar yelled as she descended and fried Lightki’s frost giant guards. Lightki only looked up and laughed a little.
“I missed you too sister.” Lightki chuckled. Her sister then walked forward and grabbed her by the shoulders… and hugged her. But then, Lightki gave her sister a chilling touch ,freezing her in a thick sheet of ice.
“But… this is between me and him.” Lightki said as she released her sister. The Pegasus then turned back to the dragon who seemed to have been thawing out his wife.
“Hold on Rarity I’ll get you out just hold on!” Spike said as he kept blowing his fire on her and thawing her out slowly. He almost got her head free when he felt a familiar chill.
“Hi. Miss me?” Lightki said as she threw him across the street. She then saw the mare and came up with a nasty plan. Picking up her staff, she held it above her head.
“Time for some ice cubes.” She said as she readied her swing. But then, as Spike recovered from the throw, he saw what Lightki was about to do. Then, he felt an inner rage that he never felt in years. Spike quickly rose to his feet and released a powerful roar.

Lightki turned her head only to be grabbed by her leg. Drake then started to slam the mare into the ground, making concrete fly into the air. He repeated this several times and finally slammed her to his right as he walked off and said, in a booming voice, “Puny Goddess.” The sound of Lightki groaning silently was heard to those who paid attention. He then, with a single flick, shattered the ice on Soar.
“T-thanks Sp-Spike. What about R-Rarity?” She asked him. Spike’s eyes suddenly shot open as he saw his love suddenly thawed before him and on the ground. He ran towards her and saw something else. In her hand, plain as day, was a strip that had a red plus on it.
“She’s p-pr-preg-” He started.
“Are you okay Spike?” Soar asked him as she placed a hand on his shoulder.
“Hehe. Good night.” He said before he fainted and fell to his back.
In a dark cavern deep in the Arctic North, however, several villains were coming together. As the villains spoke to each other, King Sombra appeared in front of them, gaining their attention.
“Good evening. As you might’ve heard, Lightki was recently defeated.” He said making the villains talk amongst themselves.
“Well that’s just great now who’s gonna fill her spot huh big shot?” a pony who looked as though he was made of Lightning, which he was. This villain was the one known as Electro and a former member of The Sinister Six.
“Patience my electric friend. My friend over here.” He pointed towards the emerald cloaked mare with a gloved hand that still showed her rings. “Has already picked a suitable candidate. You should know him though Electro.”
“Yeah.” Electro said as he got up with a look of confusion on his face. “And who’s that?” His answer was met with a maniacal cackle.

“That would be me old buddy!” A familiar voice said. The sound of a glider could be heard as a dark green scaled pony soon flew into view. “Hi Electro. Did you miss me?” The Green Goblin asked the surprised villain as he stumbled backwards.
“G-Goblin?” Electro asked in surprise.
“It is. I’m baaaaack!” He sang. He then held out a clawed hand and a pumpkin bomb flew into it. “Now then… where do I sign up?!”

“Do you think he’s awake yet?”
“I don’t know and asking me every minute isn’t going to help Rainbow!”
“Sorry! I’m just concerned about what my sister nearly did to him!” These were the voices Spike heard while he was trying to wake up. His eyes felt as if weights were placed onto them, preventing them from opening. But slowly, he opened his eyes revealing a white and a blue blob. As his vision cleared, he saw Rarity and Rainbow Dash arguing.
“Hey girls.” Spike said weakly. Rarity turned around and she hugged her huge dragon lover.
“Oh Spikey Wikey! I was so worried you wouldn’t wake up!” She said to Spike with worry laced in her voice. Spike quickly returned the hug as he sighed in sadness.
“I’m fine Rarity. I’ll always bounce back.” He said back to her with sadness laced in his voice.
“Well it’s at least good to see you up and running. After you fainted I-” She started before she was interrupted by Spike.
“I’m fine Rarity. Are you? Is the baby okay?” He asked her earning a shocked look on her face.
“H-how did you know?” Rarity asked him.
“I saw a pregnancy test-” He picked up the one that caused him to pass out. “Why didn’t you tell me Rarity? I could’ve helped you deal with it!” He said in a slightly raised voice. Rarity started to sweat bullets.
“I… um….. Spike, I didn’t want to add any stress. The wedding’s coming up and with telling you-” She started until he placed a claw on her mouth silencing her.
“Stressed? Why would I be stressed? Rarity, if you’d tell me, I would’ve told you that I’m happy. Being a father with you has been something I’ve always wanted to do.” Spike said with a small smile on his face. Rarity then hugged him again as she cried into his shoulder. She then let him go and turned towards Rainbow Dash.
“C-can you watch him for now? I n-need some time to myself.” Rarity asked her friend.
“Don’t sweat it Rares. I got this.” She said making Rarity smile. As Rarity left, Rainbow Dash picked up Spike and placed him into a bone crushing hug.
“Congrats Spike ol’ buddy! Not only are you gonna be a husband, but a papa too! Man is there anything you can do that’s good?” Rainbow sarcastically asked the Drake who seemed to be more or less staring off into space with a huge grin on his face.
“I-I’m gonna be a dad. I’M GOING TO BE A DAD!” He shouted to the high heavens and then wrapped Rainbow in an equally bone crushing hug.
“Spike. Crushing. Me.” Rainbow managed to groan. Spike saw what he was doing and let go.
“Oops. Sorry.” He said as the mare was on the ground trying to catch her breath.
“I see that you’re happy.” She said as she stood back up.
“Happy? I’m stoked! I can finally have somepony, or somedragon, who can do the things I like with me. We can eat gems, play hoofball, read comics, it’ll just be me and my son!” He said happily.
“But what if it’s a girl?” Rainbow asked making him stand completely still.
“I…. never thought about that. If it’s a girl I’d be just as fine I think.” Spike said. He never honestly thought about if it was going to be a girl or a boy before now. He would be fine either way of course but what would he do if it was , indeed, a girl? But before the two could say anything, the door to the library opened and Spike was surprised to see who was coming in. It was a diamond dog with yellow fur with black stripes.
“Hey there… bub.” Wolverine said. Spike just growled as he and the diamond dog circled each other.
“What do you want Wolverine?” He demanded of the dog. This mutant was one of the few who could actually match him in a real fight and his healing abilities rivaled his own as well.
“Nothing personal punk and by the way you do know me. I just ditched the dumb ass talk when I came to hunt for you.” Wolverine said. Spike racked through his brain as he searched for any Diamond Dog names he came across. Only two of them stuck out: Wolverine and-
“Rover…. you mean to tell me you’re Rover?” Spike asked skeptically making the canine chuckle. Spike watched as the dog pulled out a cigar and a lighter as he sat down on the couch. Wolverine, or Rover, lit the cigar, took a few puffs, and blew out a smoke ring before answering.
“Yup. That’s me.” He said as he took another puff from his cigar. Spike just felt his jaw drop. He couldn’t believe that Rover of all beings was a superhero but he also knew that creatures like him never just showed to check on you out of the goodness of their hearts.
“What is it that you want Rover?” Spike demanded from him.
“I came over here to talk to you kid. Have you seen a tan and brown diamond dog around here?” He asked in replying.
“No.” Spike said. Rover, who released a sigh of sadness, got up from the couch and walked towards the door.
“Damn. That means he’s coming this way then.” Rover said as he put out the cigar. “Waste of a good cigar if you ask me.”
“What’s so important about this Diamond Dog you’re hunting?” Spike asked the Diamond Dog before he left. His response was a glare.
“None of your concern bub. It’s my issue not yours.” Rover said before closing the door behind him. Spike threw a chair at the door as it closed shut.
“Mother bucker.” Spike whispered as he sat back down. Rainbow came over and quickly sat down next to him.
“Wonder who he was looking for.” Rainbow said.
“Me too. Sounds like this diamond dog he’s looking for is important.” Spike said back. Before Rainbow could say anything, the sound of a vicious roar was heard.

‘WHAT WAS THAT?!” Rainbow said as she shot up. They rushed outside and saw a huge brown and tan Diamond Dog tearing up the whole town.
“I’ve been knocked out for five minutes and this place is already going to the dogs!” Spike shouted as he turned green. Rainbow was about to get her gear on when Drake held up a claw. “No Rainbow. This guy could tear you to shreds. Leave him to me.” Drake growled. Rainbow simply nodded as the large dragon walked up to the dog.
“HEY FLEABAG!” He roared gaining the canine’s attention. He noticed that the dog had large upper fangs like an extinct animal he knew but couldn’t name.
“Oh. A new scratching post.” The dog said in a scratchy voice as he smiled. As Drake prepared to pound this dog, he was shocked when out of the dog’s pawtips emerged long metallic claws. “Nice huh? Not grafted into me like your buddy Wolverine’s but they cut just as deep runt!” The dog said as he pounced Drake. He started to try and tear into him but Drake grabbed him by a leg and tossed him into a nearby building.
“Try something else Fido!” Drake roared. The dog scrambled out of the building and bolted towards the large dragon. As the dog swiped, Drake stood there as the claws tried to cut into his skin but didn’t leave a mark. Drake then brought a leg back and kicked the dog into a stone wall which after he fell was left with an impression of his body. Drake thought that would stop him but the beast just started to chuckle afterwards.
“Not bad runt. But I’m tougher than Wolverine! I AM SABRETOOTH!” The dog yelled as he rammed into Drake. This time, however, he did manage to dig deeper into Drake’s scales causing him to grit his teeth in pain. “What’s the matter?! I thought you were tougher than this!” Sabretooth roared as he sunk his claws deeper. But then as he didn’t notice, Wolverine came from behind and yanked the dog off.
“Ah bro, long time no see.” Sabretooth said as he got up.
“Can it. Spike, you can go. I just want this between me and him.” Wolverine said as he extended his claws.
“I-” Drake started.
“Just go! I can handle it!” Wolverine yelled. Drake growled as he got back on his feet.
“I’m not leaving Rov. This bucker came into my home so I’m showing him the door!” Drake roared. Wolverine just facepalmed.
“Fine bub. Whatever you say.” he said. Both heroes then charged him and once that happened Sabretooth didn’t stand a chance. Drake smashed him into the ground and Wolverine made sure he didn’t heal right away as he slashed at him. After a minute, the two looked at the unconscious body of Sabretooth.
“Thanks Spike. Thought I’d never say that before.” Wolverine said making Spike chuckle.
“Don’t worry. So… I guess it’s off to prison with him.” Drake asked as he watched Wolverine drag the dog onto his motorcycle.
“Yup. See ya’ bub.” Wolverine said as he drove away. As Drake turned back into Spike. He headed back to the library and he saw the group was all there….. minus Rarity.
“Girls? Where’s Rarity?” Spike asked them. Twilight walked up to him with a look of concern on her face.
“T-they took her Spike. I saw them take her and I couldn’t do anything to stop them.” She sobbed as she hugged Spike. The dragon suddenly felt the bottom of his stomach nearly drop out beneath him.
“What. Happened?” He asked. Twilight only told him one thing.
“They… took her to Neighpan.”

Journey to Neighpan Part 1
Spike stared wide eyed at Twilight as what she told him suddenly hits him like a runaway carriage. Somehow Rarity, the love of his life, had been kidnapped by somepony, or thing, and taken to Neighpan while he was busy fighting Sabretooth.
“S-Somepony… took her?” He asked in a serious tone.
“Yes. To Neighpan. They said that you needed to come to get her or else…” Twilight started.
“Or else what?” Spike asked.
“They’d… remove the child from within her.” She replied making Spike start to huff smoke.
“Twilight, get me a plane ticket. I’m heading to Neighpan.” He said angrily.
“Better make that two.” A raspy voice said. Spike turned around and saw, standing in front of the library with a cigar in his mouth, Wolverine and a bike parked right outside. “Hey bub.” The Diamond Dog said as he laid his cigar down on a book.
“WHAT THE BUCK ARE YOU DOING?! YOU GET THAT THING OFF THE BOOK OR SO HELP ME I WILL BLAST YOU ALL THE WAY TO CANTERLOT!!!!” Twilight shouted at Rover who just smiled at the yelling lavender Alicorn.
“Don’t worry, I’ll get you a replacement. Anyway, about those tickets-” He started.
“Why do you need one? Why do you need to go to Neighpan?” Rainbow Dash asked. Wolverine simply sighed.
“I heard rumors. Rumors of a pony that could remove the X-Gene from my system. I want him to make me normal.” He replied making the mares give him a weird look.
“Why would you want to be normal. Everypony is different in their own way.” Fluttershy said quietly.
“Because being a mutant has made my life Tartarus! I’ve been alive for over a hundred years! I want to live like a normal Diamond Dog!” He said angrily as his claws extended. As he said that, a sad look appeared on Twilight’s face.
“I-I’m sorry. I never-”
“Don’t. Finish. That. Sentence.” Rover growled. Spike, however, was thinking on what his friend just said. If it was true then this could be his one chance to really be cured of Drake once and for all. Yes he did some good with him but that was because the real Drake was locked up and now Devil Drake was on the loose in his mind as well.
“You said this pony can remove a gene Rover?” Spike asked him.
“Yup. Maybe even that big, green friend of yours as well.” He replied making Spike smile.
“Twilight, can you schedule us a flight to Neighpan?” He asked her.
“I can try. But no promises.” She replied.
“Alright. Rover, meet me by the airport as fast as you can. We’ve got a little job to do.” He said as he headed outside and started to run towards the airport.
Meanwhile, Rarity felt a massive pain surge through her body. Her eyes felt heavy as she tried to open them.
“Now, now, dear. Don’t struggle or the pain will get worse!” A high pitched voice rang out through the darkness. Rarity finally got her eyes opened a little and nearly shrieked at the sight. She saw a mare with pure white fur but she didn’t have a mane. She had, on her hands, three fingers each tipped with a claw. Her body was covered by a black suit with a strange blue outline that made her body appear to be covered in a hive and her eyes were bloodshot red. “Looks like somepony finally woke up! That will make things much harder than necessary. YOU THERE! ZAP HER AGAIN!”
“You can manipulate energy! You do it you freak of-” The pony who back talked the mare didn’t finish as the mare grabbed him and fried him on the spot.
“Anypony else care to argue with me?” The mare asked in a pleasant voice. “No? THEN ZAP THE NAG AGAIN!” She shrieked. Then suddenly, a surge of pure electricity shot through Rarity’s body making her scream in pain.
“Shocking isn’t it?” The mare asked before laughing as Rarity squirmed.
“WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH ME?!” Rarity yelled. The mare simply walked over her chained body.
“Oh deary, it’s that big green friend of yours. His power is amazing. And I want it.” The mare replied with a little grin. “Where are my manners? I am Half Life.” The mare said as she giggled.
“Drake? You’re just using me as bait!” She said angrily.
“That’s right! And if he doesn’t arrive-” Half Life started as she moved one of her claws over Rarity’s uncovered stomach making it bleed a bit “That little being comes out.” Half Life said making Rarity gasped in a combination of shock and fear.
“YOU LEAVE MY BABY ALONE MONSTER!” Rarity yelled causing the deformed creature known as Half Life to just laugh at her.
“Oh you think I’m a monster now. Just wait until Drakey Poo gets here darling ” Half Life finished in a perfect imitation of Rarity’s voice. Rarity gasped as blue electricity coursed all over Half Life’s body and suddenly Rarity was staring at a perfect replica of herself.
“Amazing isn’t it darling? I might not be a Changeling dear, but I have a little ability like one.” She said as she smiled.
“NO! I WON’T LET YOU DO THIS!” Rarity roared as she shook in her shackles making the clone of her laugh.
“Oh please, when Drakey Wakey comes, I will have more power than I ever imagined.” Half Life said as she gleefully skipped and laughed out of the room leaving Rarity to cry.
After many hours of sitting on a plane, Spike and Rover finally arrived at the great country of Neighpan. As the two came into the airport, Spike stretched as Rover looked around. They arrived not in a normal plane but via private jet Twilight gave them to use. The Diamond Dog was the first to leave the plane and inhale the scents of the area.
“Ah Neighpan. It’s been awhile since I’ve been here.” Rover said. Spike shot an him a questioning look. But he then turned his attention to finding who took Rarity. Following Rover, the two walked through the heavily crowded streets. Spike was amazed at what he saw along the way. Ponies selling items on the streets, Dragons walking around, it was almost a paradise. But then he heard a growl come from Rover. “Somepony is watching us bub.” The Diamond Dog said as his claws were slowly coming out. Spike looked all over the place and then saw in the distance a black clad pony who was giving him the stink eye.
“Rover, sick him.” Spike said with a little grin.
“WAY AHEAD OF YOU BUB!” He said back as he charged towards the stallion who started to run. Badly, Spike didn’t have Rover’s speed so he tried to keep up as fast as he could. He started to run until something caught his eye. A purple, curled tail.
R-Rarity? He thought as he ran towards the tail. He turned down the alley and soon caught up with the mare. “RARITY WAIT!” Spike yelled as he grabbed her and turned her around. And to his surprise, he saw the shimmering blue eyes of his wife.
“Spike! Oh my dear!” She said as she hugged him.
“Oh Rarity! I thought you were-”
“I escaped. But they’re after me. I saw a place we could hide at. Follow me quickly!” Rarity said as she started to run. Spike followed her without saying a word of asking where this place was. Shortly after a few minutes of running, the two made it to an abandoned building. Rarity opened the door and the two quickly went in. Spike closed the door behind him and then locked it.
“Rarity what-” Spike was interrupted by Rarity kissing him on the lips. She broke it off as she grabbed his hand and pulled him into a bedroom.
“Please Spikey Wikey I’m very tired right now. Can’t we just relax for a little bit?” She asked in a seductive tone.
“Alright. I guess we can. But before I do, I need to ask you something.” He said.
“Sure darling. What is it?” She asked.
“How’s the baby? Is it alright?” He asked.
“Sure it is. Finer than ever.” She replied. Spike sighed a breath of relief as he then laid down in the bed. Rarity walked over and laid on top of him as she embraced her lover.
“Ready for a little fun Spikey Wikey?” She asked in a sexy and seductive manner as she started to unbutton her shirt.
“I’m always up for fun. Especially with you.” He said as he pulled her pants down.
Meanwhile, Rarity was ashamed and sad. Not only was she captured, but she was being used as bait for her husband.
Oh Spikey. What have I done? She asked herself as she cried heavily. One of her captors saw this and stood in front of her cell. She couldn’t see his face because of the mask he wore.
“ねえ、まっすぐに。” The captor said in Neighpanese.
“なぜ？だから、再び私に衝撃を与えることができますか？” Rarity asked angrily.
“聞いていないと私はあなたに衝撃を与えることを余儀なくされます。” The captor said in an angry voice making Rarity jump a bit.
“I’m… sorry.” She said. But before her captor could say anything, a screaming was heard from outside.
“侵入者！フロントゲートで！” A guard screamed. The scream was silenced soon after. Rarity was about to scream for help when she felt a wet rag placed over mouth and soon had a foul aroma fill her nose as she soon passed out. Her captor then picked her up and carried her over to a parked car outside and placed Rarity in the trunk of it. He then saw two guards approach him.
“彼を見つける。私は彼が彼女を主張できるようにすることができません。” He ordered the two who just bowed before running. But shortly after they left, the pony was met with a paw to his jaw, knocking him out.
“Nighty night.” Rover said in a raspy voice. Before he left the area, he noticed the car trunk was fully opened. Opening it, he noticed an unconscious Rarity laying in the trunk. “Huh. Not bad Spike.” Rover said but before he could get Rarity out of the trunk he was soon met with a kick to his chest sending him into a wall.
“Well now big boy. We can’t have you getting the mare just yet.” A mare’s voice said. Rover opened his eyes and saw a beautiful mare in a skin tight green uniform.
“Viper. Nice to see you again.” Wolverine said as he climbed out of the wall.
“It’s nice to see you again Wolvy. So how’ve you been?” She asked.
“Pretty good until you came. Now, can we just get this over with?” He asked as he extended his claws. Viper merely smirked as Wolverine leaped towards her and she jumped into the air. The two leapt at each other until Viper grabbed Wolverine and pinned him to the ground.
“Now you wanted to be normal? Your wish is my command honey.” Viper said as she grinned. The mare kissed Rover and he felt…. strange. After a few moments Rover found he couldn’t move but he could only see Viper move to the car and closed the trunk. “See you around hon.” The villainess said as she started the car and left Wolverine on the ground.
“Why can’t I… wait. My claws. They’re… gone. She did it. The bitch did it.” He said in a combination of happiness and sadness. He was a normal Diamond Dog. But now he couldn’t save his friend.

He Comes Back
Five years The Incredible Drake
It was a hot summer day and everypony was enjoying the sunlight. And today, Spike was walking through Ponyville. but nopony knew he was walking through due to the large hooded robe he was wearing covering his entire body. He walked through the streets and smiled at the sight of his home town.
"It's great to be back home." He said to himself in his mature and older voice. As he was walking, he saw all his friends and smiled. Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Twilight sitting at a table outside at a cafe.
"I can't wait to say hi to them again. But first I need to see somepony important." He said as he looked away from the mares. Hoping he remembered where the place was, he walked for what seemed an eternity to him. Then he found it. The Carousel Boutique
"Coming! " A familiar voice rang. Then she came into his view. The lovely Unicorn who was wearing a purple shirt and white jogging pants.
"Welcome to the Carousel Boutique. Is there anything I can help you with?" She asks Spike not knowing it was him.
"Yes. I need some new pants for mine are ripped." He replied in his normal voice.
"Alright. Oh. I forgot my measuring tape. If you'll excuse me." Rarity said as she walked away.
"Even after five years, she still keeps her beauty." Spike said to himself. He then pulled down the hood of his robe showing his face which looked more mature and had a thinner snout. His spines grew out a bit more and they pointed, and he had facial scales that were in a stubble. He then heard Rarity coming back into the room with the tape.
"My apologies. I forgot the measuring tape and I-" She started until she saw her customer's face. "Spike? Is...that you?"
"It's me Rarity. It's good to see you again." He replied to her question. Rarity then ran up to him and hugged him as tightly as she could. She then looked into his face and kissed him. She missed the feeling of his lips after all those years. She then broke the kiss and looked into his face. Tears flowed off her cheeks like two rivers.
"Oh Spikey Wikey! I knew you'd return to us!" Rarity said loudly and happily.
"I always wanted to come back Rarity. And I'm glad I did." Spike said back happily.
"You've really grown up Spike. But why did you leave us?" Rarity asked.
"I can explain that when all of us are back at the Library. But I wanted to see you again before I saw them. Rarity I've missed seeing you for the past five years and I just wanted to see you again before the other girls." Spike said as a tear fell from his eye.
"I've been waiting for you to return Spike. Everyday I wait by the door and wait for you to come through it. And you've just made this the greatest day of my life." Rarity said back with a smile. She then kissed him again and gave him a big hug. She then gasped when she looked out the window.
"What's wrong?" Spike asked her.
"The girls. They're heading this way." She replied in a surprised voice. Then as the door opened, Spike placed the hood back on. Then coming into the boutique came the five of the Mane Six.
"Hello girls, what brings you here?" Rarity asked her friends.
"Pinkie's 'Pinkie Sense' was going crazy. She said a doozy was happening here." Twilight replied.
"Twilight, how much I've missed you. How much I've missed all of you. " Spike thought happily.
"Yeah. So what's happening here that my Pinkie Sense is crazy?" Pinkie asked in her bubbly voice.
"Oh nothing. Nothing at all." Rarity replied.
"Rare', Pinkie's sense never lies. So what is going on here?" Applejack asked in her southern voice. Pinkie's sense then kicked in by her shaking. And right into Spike knocking him over.
"Oops. So-" Pinkie started until she looked at the hooded figure's face and gasped like the rest of the mares.
"No way." Rainbow said in her tomboyish voice.
"It can't be." Applejack said.
"Spike? Is..that you? Really you?" Twilight asked him hoping the good. Spike then got off the ground and stood up.
"Did you miss me?" He asked in replying.
"SPIKE!" The girls yelled in happiness. Then they hugged him giving him no way of escaping.
"Spike you old Dragon it's good to see you!" Rainbow said happily.
"After all these years Spike, you finally came back." Applejack said happily.
"Yippee! Now I can throw a 'Welcome Back Spike' party!" Pinkie yelled happily.
"Girls, I'm glad to be home too. But can you let me go? You're kind of suffocating me a little." Spike said. The mares then let him go and backed up.
"Spike, when did you get back?" Twilight asked.
"Just a few minutes ago. I was gonna come see you. But first I needed to come here." Spike replied.
"Oh. We perfectly understand Spike. And boy am I glad to see ya'." Applejack said with a smile.
"It's good to see you. All of you. So can you tell me about what happened the last few years while I was gone?" Spike asked them.
"Well nothing much Spike. Just some new heroes have been showing up." Twilight replied.
"Wait, new heroes?" Spike asked hoping he got that right.
"Yeah. Awesome superheros that are awesome!" Rainbow replied.
"Cool. But how's Garble or 'Garbomination'?" Spike asked them as he quoted.
"The Princesses have him in a maximum security dungeon in the deepest part of Canterlot." Fluttershy said.
"With no chances of getting out either." Rarity added.
"Well at least I got him weak enough to be locked up." Spike said.
"And by weak you mean strangling him?" Twilight asked.
"Okay. I did go overboard there. But Rarity did stop me." Spike said.
"And for that we're glad you didn't kill him. It really isn't you." Rarity said.
"Well Spike, can you tell us why you've been gone all these years?" Applejack asked.
"Well, how about I show you?" He asked in replying. The mares gave him a wierd look but backed up for the room he needed. He took off the robes and the mares oohed and whistled when they saw his chiseled body. He then closed his eyes and took a deep breath. When his eyes opened, they had a familiar bright green glow. The mares gasped when he transformed into a familiar face. The Incredible Drake.
"Spike , what are you angry at?" Twilight asked in a worried voice.
"I'm not angry Twilight. I'm fine.
"Did Drake just speak a full sentence?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Drake's no longer here Applejack. He and I are now one. I left to get him under control.
"You mean you can turn into him at any time?" Fluttershy asked.
"Eeyup'." He replied. Then a growling was heard coming from Spike's stomach making him blush.
"Oops. I guess I didn't really get anything to eat." Spike said as he blushed. The mares then giggled.
"Come on Spike, we'll get you something to eat." Twilight said happily.
"Yeah! The cupcakes are on me!" Pinkie yelled happily. And then the Mane Six and Spike then walked back out to Ponyville and Spike was then now happy to be back home.

News and Surprise
The next morning was met with a sun beam blinding Spike in his face as he started to wake up. As he started to get up and stretch his arms a little he suddenly became aware of another pony in the room with him. He looked over and saw Rarity sleeping peacefully in her bed. He saw that she had her arm wrapped around him tightly and had a smile on her face. This made Spike give off his own smile and sigh of happiness. Then without waking her up, Spike slowly and surely climbed out of the bed and tiptoed his way to the bathroom.
Good thing Sweetie isn’t here. Spike thought happily as he closed the bathroom door slowly. He turned on the sink and splashed cold water onto his scaly face. When he looked into the mirror above the sink, he couldn’t believe what he saw. Last night during his and Rarity’s ‘session’, she’d successfully given him a hickey on his neck.
“Jeez. Any more of that and she’d break through my scales.” Spike said to himself. He then saw the shower and decided to clean himself up a bit. He climbed into the shower, turned on the boiling hot water and began his shower. As he scrubbed his spines, he began to think of something he’s thought of ever since he was little.
“Should I do this now? I mean….I know I’ve wanted to do that since I was a kid...but is it to late to ask her that?” Spike asked himself in his thoughts. After an hour of scrubbing, he turned off the water, climbed out of the shower and wrapped a towel onto his waist. When he walked out of the bathroom and looked into the bathroom, he smelled something delicious being cooked in the kitchen. He headed towards the aroma and saw that Rarity was cooking pancakes, with some already made with some emeralds inside of them just for him, and she was wearing an apron that said “Kiss The Cook” with hearts circling around the words.
“OH! Hello Spikey-Wikey did you enjoy your sleep last night?” She asked slyly. Her eyes gleaming with a look of pleasure in them.
“I did my little Rarity.” Spike replied giving the gleam back making Rarity giggle. She walked up to him and leaned her head in and gave her somedragon a kiss. Her tongue wrestled with Spike’s forked, reptilian tongue. After a minute, she broke the kiss and hugged him tightly and passionately. Spike broke the hug and walked over to the plate of pancakes, grabbed a few, and sat down. He then began to eat and loved the pancakes. Spike loved Rarity’s cooking period. Whatever she made tasted like it came from the heavens themselves.
Spiiiike.
Spike stopped eating when he recognized who’s voice that was. It was someone he wasn’t hoping to hear.
Oh Spiiiike.
Rarity turned and saw Spike with a scared look on his face and became worried. Worried about him, she stopped cooking the last pancakes and walked over to Spike.
“Spike? Are you okay?” She asked in a worried voice.
“Rarity. He’s talking to me again.” He replied. Rarity knew who he was talking about and backed up a bit. Ever since that night when The Avengers went inside Spike’s head she has been nervous that one of his personalities, Devil Drake, would take hold over him.
“He hasn’t told you anything… about me has he?” She asked, afraid that the beast might also like her as well. Spike only shook his head and Rarity let out a sigh of relief.
Although she does have a cute ass though.
“WHAT THE BUCK YOU FREAKING SICKO?!” Spike suddenly shouted out of nowhere scaring Rarity a little bit. Spike saw that he startled Rarity and started to panic “Oh jeez I’m sorry Rarity it wasn’t you I promise! Devil Drake just had a… thought and that was it I promise!”
“It’s alright Spike. I believe you. What did he say?” Rarity asked. Spike leaned in and whispered in her ear what Devil Drake said making Rarity angry.
“Why that pervert!” Rarity said angrily.
You know she likes it Spike. I know you know.
“Sometimes I hate being a superhero.” Spike said as he clenched his head.
“Spike you tell Devil Drake that if he makes another remark about me I’ll make sure to sew his mouth shut.” Rarity said in an irritated voice.
“He can hear you Rarity. He hears what I hear.” Spike said to her. Then as Rarity was about to say something, the door of the boutique was being knocked on. Rarity walked to the door and when she opened it, she gasped when she saw Twilight.
“Twilight what’s wrong you seem rather disturbed?” Rarity asked Twilight who was gasping for breath having run all the way to the shop, a look of terror on her face.
“I just got off the phone with Celestia. There was a breakout at the Canterlot Maximum Security Prison. Some of the prisoners escaped.” She said. Spike overheard and had a look of shock and fear on his face.
“He isn’t out right? Tell me he didn’t break free Twilight?!” Spike demanded Twilight only gave him a look of sorrow as the worst thing to have escaped her mouth left it.
“Garbomination was among the ones that were never re-captured. I’m sorry Spike but it seems your old nemesis is back.” Twilight replied. Spike’s eyes widened in fear and shock as those words struck his ears.
It seems you really will need me this time Spikey-Wikey Devil Drake said sadistically. Spike just breathed heavily as Twilight left to go inform the others. Rarity also looked more worried now that she has heard the news and went to go get her suit and guns.
“Wait. Rarity I know this seems sudden but please.” Spike said as he grabbed her arm before she made it to her gun closet. She gave him a look of pity before she saw him kneeling. Her eyes went from confusion to shock almost instantly when she saw the box that Spike held behind his back was now in front of him. He opened the black box to reveal, in a much smaller form, a fire ruby on a gold ring. “Rarity Belle… Will you marry me?”Spike asked her. Rarity felt tears fall from her cheeks as she looked at the ring.
“Yes! Yes I will Spike!” She screamed as she hugged her new fiance. Spike then took the ring and placed it on her finger. The two then locked into a deep kiss and when when the two looked into their eyes, Spike heard Devil Drake vomiting his stomach out.
As the day wore on more and more reports of villains had started to spread over all of Equestria and soon everypony, griffon, and dragon knew that the worst of the worst were out and about. Among the escaped were: The Absorbing Colt, The Red Colt, Rainbow’s “sister” Lightki, and of course The Unstoppable Garbomination. But what many don’t know however is the existence of three other villains: The Maredarin, of whom nopony has seen her face, a virus that has disrupted communications, and a gigantic draconic pony that surpassed both the strength of The Incredible Drake and The Unstoppable Garbomination put together. No one knows the name of the last two but the virus left only one word after each of it’s hacking expeditions, U.L.T.R.O.N.
But every hero and antihero known all over Equestria is trying hard to stop them. The Avengers, The Amazing Spider-Mare, Deadpool the Merc with a mouth, the Diamond Dog Wolverine along with the X-Ponies, The Fantastic Four, and the Undead Servant of Hades The Ghost Rider. All these heroes and antiheroes are now all over Equestria hoping to keep these foes from bringing Equestria to its knees. Among those that try to stop them though the beast known as She-Venom has neither helped nor slowed any of the heroes in their battles so for now she appears to be the wildcard of the group though rumors say that the suit has been acting… strangely.
