Twilight's Sparkle

    It was another day in Canterlot and the newly crowned princess, Twilight Sparkle was at the castle with her ponyville friends. They were getting ready for the Grand Galloping Gala. The girls giggled and chuckled as they pampered up themselves and showed off their dresses.

   "Thanks for the tickets to the gala, Twi." Rainbow Dash said.

   The girls nodded their heads in agreement.

   "No problem girls!" Twilight replied.

   The girls chatted while they waited for their ride to the Grand Galloping Gala. Later, when their ride arrived, they all trotted down the stairs and hopped into the chariot.

   "I wanted to go too..." Spike said solemnly.

   Twilight brightly replied, "Don't worry Spike, I got your back!"

   She handed Spike his ticket to the gala. Spike giggled like a schoolfilly and ran off with his ticket. Twilight rolled her eyes. The chariot rode off to the Grand Galloping Gala. When the ponies all got there, they went inside and gathered around a table at Donut Joe's Donut Parlor. While the rest sat down, ate donuts and chatted, Twilight walked away. Applejack noticed that she was going somewhere and called out to her,

   "Hey Twilight! Where are yer' goin' to?"

   Twilight responded, "I'm going to dance, I hear the dances they do are VERY interesting!"

    Applejack shrugged and carried on with her conversation. Twilight carried on as well. She had made it just in time because the song was just then beginning. The ponies turned their backs to their partners. When the song began, they turned around to see who their partner was. They turned and spun, they made dancing seem so easy.

   The song started over, and now it was Twilight's turn to dance. Twilight turned her back to her partner, and when the song began, she turned around. She was surprised to see that her partner was a yellow skinned stallion with a black mask on. Twilight did what she always did when she met somepony. She introduced herself.

   "Hello my name is Twilight Sparkle, what's your name?"

   The pony was silent for a few seconds.

   "......It's too dangerous to say my name right here right now at this moment."

   Twilight was puzzled.

   "Wh- what do you mean? "It's too dangerous?"

   The pony grabbed Twilight's hoof and left the venue. They both went outside and sat on a pillow. The stallion looked left, then right, then he looked at Twilight.

   "Well, you see, I'm being followed by two ponies. A unicorn and a earth pony. They want something from me that is very valuable, and If I give it away, something very tragic might happen."

   Just then two ponies in a black uniform and sunglasses walked over to Twilight. Both Twilight and the stallion saw them.

The stallion gasped.

   "Listen, Twilight, If those two ponies ask you where I am, just tell them you haven't seen me."

   The stallion ran away. Twilight called out to him,

   "Wa- WAIT! I never even got to know you!"

   The two ponies came up to Twilight.

   "Hello Princess, have you seen a pony with blue hair and orange skin?"

   Twilight thought for a moment. She didn't know if it was okay to trust the pony or was it just a trap.

Her heart told her not to tell, but she told herself to do it. Finally she decided.

   "Yes, I have seen him, he went that way."

   The second pony replied, "Thank you miss."

   The two ponies ran towards the trail. But what they didn't realize is that, that is the way Derpy went to deliver some packages. Just then, Twilight's ponyville friends ran up to Twilight.

   "Where were you this WHOLE entire time?" Pinkie pie asked.

   Twilight responded, "I met somepony. He was...strangely.....familiar..."
