Discord, having suddenly fallen in love due to no reason he can think up at the moment, decides he needs to set out on a mission: why in the sweet name of all things holy is he in love? Meanwhile, a dark threat is slowly making its way across Equestria, and Discord may have to play hero. But can he save the day when he's focusing on not being enamored with the one pony he hates so much?
