Soundwave superior

Chapter 0... It all started with a spark.

The ship was under attack.

It was clearly obvious to anybot that was currently working aboard the great decepticon warship, it was also obvious to any of the humans that were somehow watching the show of fireworks in the atmosphere below on the ground. However none of this mattered to Soundwave, he only had one thing on his mind, and that was to ensure that lord Megatron’s plan to revive Cybertron and terraform this planet called ‘Earth’ went off without any incidents. Well, he had failed on that part.

They had planned for it yes, there was no way that the autobots would leave the decepticons alone while they carried out their plan, this was quite frankly the end game, and the winner of this fight had the destiny of not just one but two whole worlds in their hands. Basically, no one didn’t want to lose.

Soundwave was currently on the bridge off the mighty ship, he was at the main consol staring at the blinking lights telling him what parts of the ship was currently under attack and which parts where requiring mechanical attention. Soundwave ignored all of the other warnings, he was solely focus on keeping the ship from falling out of the atmosphere and burning up on re-entry towards the planet below them, as long as the ship remained afloat then they could continue with Megatron’s plan, and that all that mattered.

His fingers were moving over the consol as he kept his gaze fixed on the screen in front of him, he believed the autobots wanted to take over the ship rather than blast it out off the sky, the reason being was that they were leaving the engines alone and focusing solely on taking control over key areas off the ship. How they could cause so much trouble even if they were but a few of them baffled Soundwave, every time they were knocked down or on the brink of defeat they always found a way to get right back up and carry on fighting.

Soundwave carried on redirecting and ordering the drones were to move about the ship, which areas to keep guarded and which to abandon. He was going to instruct a squad to help with Megatron’s fight until the massive metal doors behind were blown off their hinges. He looked behind him and saw three of the autobots standing there with their weapons drawn. One of them spotted him and made a dash for him, the drones ordered to protect Soundwave stood no chance as they were merely shoved out of the way.

Soundwave didn’t have the time or strength to take on three autobots all by himself, so he connected himself to the space bridge and opened up a portal right below their feet just before they reached him. All three fell through the portal without any chance of getting out. They disappeared along with the portal, he had sent them to one of the lower cargo bays to be dealt with by the drones, he could’ve of sent them to a far off world with the space bridge, but it made more sense to deal with them here and now rather than have them come back with a much bigger fighting force later.

After the little distraction was over with he continued with the original plan and make sure that ship stayed afloat. It hadn’t even been a full minute before another distraction occurred, but this time instead off  autobots charging through the remains of the door, a portal opened up instead. Soundwave had expected the autobots to barge through and try to take his spark again but what did come through puzzled him.

It was one of the autobots human pets, a male going by the name of Jack if Soundwave’s reports were correct, as they always were. He wondered why the autobots had sent this human to fight their battle, when they know humans are weak when compared to a cybertronian, yet they still sent this human here with no backup.

However Soundwave’s question was answered when the human shouted something along the lines off “Surprise!”

Then the apex armor came from the still open portal and proceeded to defeat all four drones that remained in the room, he caught a glimpse off who was inside of it and wasn’t surprised at who he saw. He recall that the female girl name was Miko, Starscream had reported that the armor was stolen from him by this girl, it only made sense that she would be the one operating it at this current time frame. Truth be told he was impressed on how effectively humans could operate such advance tech when they couldn’t even pilot one of their own vehicles, however his thought was cut short when the girl had finished defeating all of the drones.

He was also impressed on how she could easily take down four drones all on her own without any training, then again the apex armor she was wearing prevented any harm from succumbing to the pilot inside. She was prepared to fight him and showed it by running straight towards him, perhaps these humans were just as blind as the autobots from earlier were. He would’ve liked to of taken back the apex armor for the decepticons, but he had no means of separating the wielder from the armor. So he was going to perform the same stunt that he performed last time.

He connected himself to the space bridge space once more as he brought up the command codes and numbers needed to set the coordinates for the entrance and exit portals. The girl was closing in, but just before she reached him he opened a portal right in front of him. He had expected the girl to run right through the portal and appear on the other side; which should be the lower cargo hold like last time, but instead she had managed to stop herself, maybe the humans weren’t stupid after all.

However it was a mistake that could easily be corrected. Soundwave had opened the portal in the palm of his hand, it gave him more control over the portal and its exactas positioning. So he just simply moved forward, forcing the portal to move in the same direction and towards the girl in the armor. She did have the foresight to move backwards but it was just simply prolonging the inventible, he was just inches away from closing in on here until something happened behind him.

Soundwave turned around to see that another space bridge had opened up behind him, he believe that it was the autobots but why they would open a space bridge here he did not know. It was only till he saw that his portal and theirs were interacting with one another. He didn’t see it either, but also felt it too, the portals were somehow collapsing in one another with him right in the middle.

He needed to stop it at once, he placed his left hand towards the new portal and kept his other hand firmly place on his, he was trying to shut down his portal before they both collapsed, but it wasn’t working, the portals were messing with his signals, he couldn’t close his portal nor could he move, the weight from both portals was too much, it felt like he was about to be ripped apart. It was only seconds later that he felt his entire body collapse down the middle, it affected his sight as well, he could barely see anything and the only thing he did see was a blinding white light.

Then reality struck him. He was about to have his spark extinguished, by humans! He was going to die! The white light blinding him glowed even brighter before he felt the portals collapse and then, he felt something hard beneath him.
