Equestria has fallen to the Elites, people with glassy eyes and a strange form of government known as a Supremial. Those that escaped Equestria with their lives have started their own nation called the Equestrian Republic. Now, after ten years of silence, the Equestrian Republic has gained enough strength to attempt to take back their original home: Equestria, or as the Elites call it, Illesia.

This is the story of one brave pegasus that lead the 91st Flight Division of the Wonderbolts fleet: Rainbow Dash. After years of performing expert field missions with pinpoint accuracy, Rainbow Dash has been offered a position in a top secret government agency lead by Celestia herself, it is known only as BLACK.
