"Ah think we are lost. And uhm, Ah think we should try to get out of here. Ah feel real uneasy here. There's something just not right about this." Apple Blooms face plastered with fear. Her eyes were watery, her fur was caked in blackish mud. Her mane was stuck flat to her head from sweat and mud. A small twig even adorned her head, in an almost decorative kind of way.

Sweetie Belle was almost no longer recognizable. Her fur, too, was covered in the blackish mud. Her mane was destroyed. It looked like a yarn ball that had been attacked by numerous kittens. her horn was emitting a faint glow. A beginners spell Twilight Sparkle had taught her.

Scootaloos wings were so caked in muck she couldn't even extend them. her big purple eyes were about the only thing pony. She was completely covered. Sticks and leaves clung to her, as if she was some sort of savior.

"Apple Bloom, we are trying. Don't you know how to get out of here?"

"No Ah don't. Ah've never been in here."

It was that moment all three fillies froze. Their eyes wide in terror, knees shaking. Out of breathe and teeth chattering.

"Wha-What was that?"

It was almost a whisper. A faint whisper. Yet something about it sounded oddly familiar. Like a voice they have heard most of their lives, a taunting, almost evil voice. And yet, it sounded like it was in pain. so weak and feeble. The girls slowly began to let curiosity over power their fear. Slowly and cautiously, they began to move toward the voice. One tiny step after another. The black mud sucking their hooves every time they took a step. Twigs scrapping their bodies, thorns trying to dig deep into their warm flesh.

After what felt like an eternity to the girls, the sounds was just on the other side of some brush.

"Alright girls, Ah'm going to look through first. Just in case, Y'all get ready to run." Her Apple family loyalty showing through. It always seemed the Apples put everyone before themselves. She poked her head through. Just enough to see what was making those horrible noises.

"AAAHHHHHHH!!!!!"

With that she fell backward, trying to scramble away in mud. Curious, Scootaloo decided to have a look. Just as Apple Bloom before her, her head barely went in.

"OH MY SWEET CELESTIA!!! IT"S DIAMOND TIARA!!!"

That was all it took for all three fillies to run, as fast as possible in mud, toward the pony. Her frail body a mere corpse of what it was. She used to be the prettiest and most popular filly in school.

Her light pink fur was ripped in some places. Her skin, Lacerated and bleeding heavily. Her mane was mangled and in such a disarray.. Her sky blue eyes, once filled with life and ignorant bliss, were now darkened. Her fire for life was now perished. Her body, once coveted by many school fillies, was now torn and pathetic. Her bones could now be seen, as if she were just mere bone and skin. She was too weak to move herself out of the mud. Her voice was now jsut a mere whipser, a raspy, dying whisper.

"Heee....lllll...."

"Ah honestly don't want to touch her, but we can't just leave her here. Whattdaya suppose we should do?"

"Well, I say we try to help. She looks like she has been attacked. Unless we try to help we may not know what it was."

"Ah still don't want to touch her."

Despite the not wanting to touch her, the three young fillies began pulling Diamond Tiara out of the mud. Unfortunately for Apple Bloom, They loaded the almost zombiefied Diamond onto her back.

"Remind me why Ah'm carryin the nasty zombie girl who used to bully us?"

"Cause you're way stronger than we could ever hope to be!" Sweetie Belle said with a cute smile.

"ugh. This thing stinks. She smells like a dead critter."

"She might be dead," laughed scootaloo.

As they trudged on, Sweetie couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. She knew someone, or something, was out there. Waiting. She didn't want to tell her friends, But she was afraid. Afraid that whatever happened to Diamond Tiara, would happen to them
