welcome to gravity falls

It was yet another nice summer day, and everyone enjoyed their own particular activities.  “Would you like hay with that?”  A brown colt asked, peering at the dark blue mare sitting at the picnic table.

“Yes please,” she replied with the utter most happy grin on her face.  Not far off, two fillies ran in circles, enjoying the day's warmth.  But thats not us.

No, we are the ones driving the golf cart into the welcome sign that once read, “Welcome to Gravity Falls.”

Hi, my name is Depthspark.  The mare next to me right now is my friend, Twilight.[i/]

“look out!!! Its getting closer!!!” Twilight hollered to no pony in particular.

Why are we running from a monster of unspeakable horror?  Well, lets start at the beginning.[i/]

Well yesterday i was told i needed to get some ’fresh air’ with Twilight and her aunt Tia, more commonly know as Celestia.  She got the idea to make a shack.  And guess who had to work at the run down shack?  Yup, us.

The only other ponies who worked there were Luna, and Rainbow Dash; a cyan mare with rainbow mane, and eyes of fire that could make you feel like you're melting.  Down there everything was revved, i felt like i was being watched. Tia just called me paranoid, but still.

“Nailed it,” at as brown colt read from the curd.

‘Do you like me?  Yes?  hell ya?  Definitely?’  I shook my head and looked at my “secret crush”, before continuing our chat, “Look, i know you're in that colt stage, but really? Every colt-."

She didn’t care to acknowledge me, she even interrupted me, "Come on!  This is our first summer away! First time to have an epic romance… I mean that beast of a mare could come through that door at any moment”, she outreached a hoove, pointing at the door.

At that moment a colorfully colored mane came through the door.  Celestia.   I cracked up.

“Ooh come on!"  Shouted the very angry alicorn. “Well you can’t do magic, but still”.  Like Tia always did, she had the best idea as in the worst, "Ok. I need someone to hang up these signs in the darkest part of the forest."

“Not it!” Twilight called out.

“Also, not it,” i called out with hardly any voice.

From behind us luna called out, “not it!”

“I wasn’t asking you luna.”

“I know.  I like it like that.”  She smiled at her immunity.

Shaking her head she turned to Rainbow Dash, "Here put this up," Celestia ordered.

"I would, but the signs... There so far away,"  She muttered before spreading her wing, to have it sweep at the thin air.

"ok one, two, three.  You boy," she said while pointing at me.

"Come on!  Every time i'm in the woods it feels like someone is watching me"

"You better go now kid, before you got a black eye”, Rainbow  said.  I ducked to see that Celestia had a go at me with anger, i ran and entered the woods holding the signs.

10 minutes of putting up signs when, boom!  I started to feel the tree, when jackpot. I found a handle.  I hit the switches and suddenly a bit of the ground made way to revile a book. Turning the pages, i came across a note reading:

* every day i'm in the woods and my theory had been confirmed i am being watched and i have learned from the other 2 books to TRUST NO ONE*

"Hey whatcha reading?"

I turned hiding the book behind me.  On the log was Twilight.

"Come on.  You’re acting like you're not going to show me."

"Ok, but lets go somewhere more private", behind me biting the book, was a goat.  Just a goat.

In our room, i went over some of the book with her, before Twilight broke the silence and said abruptly, "Well it's time for me to spill the beans....  This mare has got a date."

“What?  So in the 15 minutes i was gone, you got a date?”

The doorbell rang, and Tia shouted to everyone, “Can someone get the door!?”

Twilight answered his request, “I’ll get it!”  Before she left outside, i caught a glimpse of the man.  A zombie.

"Zombies well known for thier bad looks and hides their true selves as teens… Oh no Twilight's in danger of ZOMBIES!!"

Celestia looked up, and hollered back, "Carbie.....what is a crabie …  Is it even a word?"

Twilight got home safely but with a black eye and a red mark on her neck. Twilight she looked at me spilling a glass of milk, noticing my face and reassuring me, "Calm down the black eye is from a idiot colt how opened the door to fast, and the red mark is from the leaf blower."

I showed her the book on the page about zombies. Tia looked at me rolling her eyes, "A zombie really?  Come on. No way.  You have gone way too far.  Look, were going on a date and i'm going to be cute and he’s going to be handsome; so don't you ruin this for me, you understand."

It was stupid i looked back to see his hooves came off and what? Twilight's in danger.

Iran outside, only to run into Rainbow Dash.

"Rainbow, let me borrow the cart!!"

"Sure. Just don't hit everybody with it," she said before letting me get in.  I zoomed out to see Luna.

she waved her wing out in front of the cart before saying one of her usual random phrases, "Here this is for the zombies"

"Thanks?” I grabbed the shovel

“And this is for any clones,”she said, shakingly, passing me a bat.

I took it, a little bit worried. “ thanks.”

‘She always hated clones when she was young.  She sent one to the moon by mistake.’

Before zooming out to save Twilight, I heard a scream, “TWILIGHT“  I trued coming down a steep looking hill, only to see a bunch of gnomes.

"Look the more you struggle, the more weird this is going to be"

"LET GO OF HER!"

The leader looked back at me as i got out of the curt i looked down to see Twilight held down by ropes.  He tried to make excuses, "Look is not what it looks like.  Shes just going to marry all one thousand of us and becoming are queen."

"You are stupid….” Twilight yelled to have one of the gnomes shut her mouth with tape.

I hit them and cut the ropes with one move, letting her go.

The gnomes didn’t approve, "He’s getting away with our queen!  Come on, how we practiced."

We fled to the cart, that soon smashed through a sign, Twilight looked back sickly to yell one more, "IT GETTING CLOSER!!"

Soon lots of gnomes were on the cart i couldn’t see one was on my face soon Twilight was punching me

“thanks.”

“no problem.”

Then BOOM!  The curt flipped as we hit the shack.  I got up the chase.

"Stop, i have to do it"

"No, are you crazy," I yelled.

"Trust me", i slowly stepped away.

"OK," she yelled.  No fear, nor  sadness on her face.

Soon the gnome was on the ground he put a ring on her horn but before he could go she smiled and said you, “Can now kiss the bride.”  Smiling he put his lips ready for a kiss but at the last second Twilight garbed the leaf blower, Turning it on saying:

"That's for breaking my heart."

"That's for kidnapping me."

"AND THAT IS FOR MESSING WITH MY FRIEND."

She yelled as she shot the gnome back to the woods. Soon they were all running away.

she turned smiling at me.

"Friendly hug?."I asked

"friendly hug."

after that hug we came inside.

"What happened to you? Get run over by a bus? Ha ha," Celestia said laughing before looking down, "what do you know.  I overstocked.  How about you two take something each."

She said not bothering to look up, or to thank, "Sweet!"  Twilight cheered jumping by the nearest box.

"Whats the catch?"

"The catch is take something, before i change my mind."

Smiling, i found a hat with a pine tree on it.

Suddenly Twilight yelled," SWEET!  GRAPPLING HOOK!"

“Dont you know want a doll?” Tia asked, looking up fast.

“No,” she said as she shot it upwards and flying then kicked a big box.

In bed i started filling the blank pages, yawning i said, "Twilight can you get the light?"

"LIGHT GRAb!" Twilight yelled "SWEET IT WORKED," as the light smashed the window.
