Something in Equestria is terribly wrong. Red lightning strikes down from the clouds to the ground. Mountains mysteriously begin to crumble, and earthquakes leave scars all over the regal land. Pegasi no longer can fly, and unicorn magic is now deadly to its castor. These things, while mysterious to the ponies of Equestria, are not surprising to the Alicorn Sisters. They know the truth; the Spirits are returning. Mystical beings with intense power that hid themselves from the world thousands of years ago now resurface. Among them is an evil Spirit that is the cause for all the destruction. He can only be defeated by one other. One that is still missing. One that must be found. Without his power, Equestria will succumb to fear. This is a story of Wind and Earth, Sea and Magic.
