Story of my life

-Star Flame POV-

I woke to find myself in an interrogation room, with Shining Armor at the other side of the table I was positioned at. Interrogation, of course. I thought that right as Shining cleared his throat.

"Now," He began, "you have been charged with murder." Now, had I been taking a sip of a drink, I would've choked on it.

"What?" Was all I managed to say.

"You heard me, murder." He replied flatly.

"Explain, please."

"Well, someone says that you committed murder four days ago."

"That doesn't make sense." I said with surprise clear in my voice. shining just raised an eyebrow.

"Your turn to explain." He replied, still not lowering that eyebrow.

"Four days ago, I was in Canterlot Hospital."

"Really now?" Shining asked, surprise in his voice now.

"Yes, I was, and you can ask the employees, they'll tell you that I was in the hospital during that time." I said, leaning that much closer towards him. He just moved towards the door.

"Well, I'll run this by the Princesses and we'll see if your story is true." Shining tossed over his shoulder as he walked out. "Oh, and you can use any f the bedrooms in the castle." I just simply nodded and followed him out the door, with the guards outside giving me a distrusting glance.

As I admittedly got lost in the castle, I overheard the conversation between Shinning and Celestia.

"He says that he was in the hospital at the time of the accusation." I heard Shining say,

"Well, how about you go see if his story holds true." Celestia replied. I heard Shining walk off and I continued my trek throught the maze of a castle. I passed by a few nice paintings, nothing special. Then a few guards who eyed me cautiously. Big surprise there. Not.

20 minuets later

I finally found a bedroom which I gratefully walked into. Not much to do, look around, check the time with the clock on the wall, 9:20, and..... wait. Nine. Twenty. Nine. Twenty. I facehoofed. I guess it took that long if it was pretty early when I woke up. Sighing, I flopped onto the bed to get a good night's sleep.

Somewhere in the castle

Celestia was going to meet Luna when she found her in the hallways. "Luna, I need you to monitor the changeling's dreams tonight to see if he has any memories that could help us with this problem." Luna just nodded and teleported to the room Star Flame was staying in. She focused on him and lit her horn, entering his dreams.

Boy where they both in for a big surprise.
