(Heavy Russian Accent) New Pangia, how to describe it? Cold... cold and unforgiving. Everywhere you look all you see is snow, ice, and clouds... you never see the sun nor moon, and yes it's me Liam. Anyway 5 years ago when I turned 20 I was able to get a real treasure trove on weapons, and I was able to kill my enemy... Alex.

November 5th, 2128

Well, he we are... the irradiated city of San Diego.

I heard that there was a naval base near here but it's surrounded by zombies and mutants. I was now overlooking the city on a hill I as on, but the city was no were near the naval base. I had to go down towards the docks in order to get close. So, why am I waiting? I don't know. I started to make my way down there... little did I know I wasn't alone.

1 Hour Later...

I was about a mile away from the base entrance, but I heard someone talking so I hid on a roof of a building nearby. I looked over to see 5 bandits and they were talking to each other about going in. I lifted my CZ 550 to get a better look, the bandits seemed to be about in there 30-40's and about estimate of 6'2. One looked oddly familiar, then it hit me like a Charger being assisted by a Tank. Alex. That was the only thing that went through my mind. I was so enraged that I couldn't keep my scope steady. When I was finally able to he had walked behind a building.

Damn it, why couldn't you Keep Still! We Had Him! I yelled in my head.

Alright calm down... why don't we think of a plan?

So I sat on the roof for about a minute. I decided to follow him because this could be my only chance. I got up and walked over to the ladder. Climb down it then headed for the entrance of the base where he had gone. As I was walking down the road I could see a lot of dead mutants and zombies.

They must not care about ammo to be doing this, but I just hope the base does have it's armory intact.

5 mins later...

I arrived at the base and was hiding in the grass next to the runway. Now all I haft to do is wait.

30 mins later...

Alright, one of them is by that Humvee while the other is next to the door to the barracks... where are the others? I thought to myself.

I had been waiting there for about 30 minutes I think... I don't know I don't have a watch. The others I think went into another building, they are probably looking for the key to it.

To bad they will never find it. Hehehe...

Yea, I stole the key while they were fighting the mutants. Now he will grow impatient and come out to face his doom.

Alex

Alex was having a bad day, he had lost a lot of his men while moving through the city. He looked like and sounded like General Shepard from MW2. He opened another file cabinet and dumped everything out on the ground.

"Grrrr, Where Is It?! It should have been right there!" He pointed towards a empty desk.

"I don't know boss, could we just blow open the door?" One of the bandits asked.

"And attract every single zombie and mutant from miles around? No!" He yelled back.

"OK! OK!" the bandit replied.

"You keep looking, I'm going outside."

"Yes sir"

As he walked through the hall he felt like something was off, but he shrugged it off. When he opened the door he was greeted by another bandit. He nodded in response then he looked to the runway and stopped to look at the city. The city itself looked pulverized after the nuke it.

*Liam was starting to slowly pull the trigger*

As he continued to stare he noticed a shadowy figure in the bush. He looked harder and then it hit him. "Steven."

*crack*

His head had a small 3 inch wide hole in it.

*Falls on one knee, then the other*

"I am sorry." was his last words as he fell backwards.

Liam

Finally! I got him hahahahaha!

I was overjoyed! After 5 years I finally got him, my mom and dad were avenged! I was so overjoyed I almost forgot about the bandits.

Oh wait, bandits

I re-aimed at the bandit that was now over Alex's body and pulled the trigger.

*bang*

The other bandit was smart and hid behind the humvee, sadly he forgot to duck. I aimed at his back.

*bang*

The other two came out of the building and I repositioned my cross hair.

*bang*

*bang*

Enemy, Eliminated!

I got up and reloaded, then walked over to Alex's body. I looked down to see those lifeless eyes and I felt something... regret.

Why am I regretting this?! I thought this is what you wanted? I looked around and saw the other lifeless bodies. Or was there another way?

I grabbed the key from my pocket and walked over to the armory. As I unlocked the door I was wondering what was behind it, was it worth this much blood? I was hoing to find out. I opened the door and I was not displeased by the results. In a strait row was a line of M4A1's and M16's with what looked like a MP5SD6. I walked over to pick it up, it was a light but I heard very effective. I also found a Ghillie Suit and some Kevlar vests. I remembered a Military Off-Road in a hangar and thought it could still work... I was going to find out.

2 hours later...

I was driving through a town where I heard there was a Ranger group that had a good reputation on the sector, so I thought it was best if I sold the weapons to them instead of some random shop dealer. I past a few of them patrolling, you should have seen the look on there faces! I drove up to the gate that lead to their fort, they let me in without hesitation. As I drove up there leader came out to greet me. I got out of the humvee and walked over to him.

"Hello, I heard that you were the Freedom Rangers." I said.

"Yes, we are. I haft to say that is a lot of firepower you are caring. May I ask why you brought it here?" He asked.

"Um, yes... I was told that you guys had a good reputation in these parts so I thought it best to sell it to the good guys." I responded.

"Well, I am glad that not all of humanity care fully about money. Anyway, I will pay 1,000,000 credits for all the weapons you have." My jaw would have hit the ground if it had not been for my Gas Mask.

"Wow... thats a bit... to much. Make it half that and you got a deal."

"WHAT! Why would you want half?"

"One because you are the good guys, Two I can't carry it all, and Three you are being too generous."

"Well then, I guess those are good points. Then it is a deal." We shook hands then I got back in my Off-Road after all but my weapons have been taken off and my payment.

As I drove off he have me a wave goodbye, I just stuck my open palm out.
