All was quiet in Ponyville. Until she came. A lone figure, a unicorn with a coat as black as night and a golden mane, stood against the moon. The mysterious pony runs, quietly and quickly, without purpose, *get away* hooves clattering on cobblestone. A shrill scream pierces the crisp night air. *get away* She pauses, eyes wide, realizing *it* was still coming after her.  She runs into the Apples' orchard, flees far beyond it, into the Everfree forest. Right before she runs in, she stops, eyes wide, realizing that this is the Everfree, where mythical monsters live. But she goes on, silent as a fleeting shadow, fighting for life with only one purpose in mind: *get away*

But Mother Night isn't feeling very generous,as it starts to flurry furiously, bringing heavy winds. But the mysterious alicorn struggles on,sweating profusely & always looking over her shoulder.Finding a dank cave is a welcome shelter until the morning, which is what she finds.Until she meets an manticore inside.Thankfully, its a small battle,as the look on her face drives him off.Sighing in relief, she settles down on the cold hard rock, shivering violently. No magic, hence no fire, made it quite hard to fall asleep.Eventually,Sleep found its gentle way.

At dawn.....

She woke up rejuvenated & ready for a new day. However, the day was far beyond ready for her.Stepping outside and looking over her shoulder yet again, she battled the cold. But by midday, she started to battle a hydra. Then a manticore. It seemed like the forest was throwing everything it could to strip down her thought to get away. From where though? After realizing this, she walked mindlessly into golden colored mist.It was so warm and pretty.....She began feeling drowsy....

"SNAP OUT OF IT!"

"What the he...?"

Getting up,she quickly snapped out of the trance.Walking out of the innocently twinkling mist, she looked about her for the source of the angry voice. After a couple hours, she gave it up and started walking.Stopping after a while at a rocky bend, she looked about her,and broke a rock to try to magick it to her.It kind of worked. It started floating it towards her but it dropped rather quickly.Frowning, she squinted her eyes focusing for a teleportation spell.Yet again,it only kinda worked. She teleported, but only about 2 feet.

Growling, she chose trails that all seemed well traveled but were just dead ends. After hours of this, she stumbled upon a rather treacherous path.Deciding to go down, since all the previous paths had looked friendly but weren't.It took her quite a long ways away. But it was well worth it as she came to a clearing.

It seemed to be the perfect place for shelter and a....home.Quite large, maple trees bended over to provide sufficient cover from rainfall, wind, snow, and storms.A grassy carpet with a earthy brown patch sat in the middle, perfect for a firepit.Plus,it as perfectly concealed from the world and she could easily slip inside for camouflage without get her mane or tail stuck OR reveal her whereabouts.Upon deciding this, she began dusting off all the snow, then started looking for rock and logs.Having secured a few,she mad a fire pit and tried her magic to start a fire, but only succeeded in a few sparks.Sighing miserably, she settled down for the night, listening to the howling wind.Until her stomach began growling. But before settling down in the night, one thought rang in her mind:I am Stella Dawn.

And this is how a story of heartbreak, mystery, adventure, and hilariousness begins.
