Irontalon, a new start

It was a day after the party in the crystal empire, Irontalon got off the train and looked in wonder at the new town that layer before him. The first thing he did was run around looking at all the cool pony things, his mind was filled with wonder "hey Irontalon we should head home, I got lots of little critters to show you I am just sure you will love them and they will love you! Oh my gosh I can't wait for you to met angel, I think you two will bond wel!l" the yellow mare just keeps going on about many things and Irontalon listened closely, the other's just chuckled and kept walking letting Irontalon and Fluttershy talk and walk.

before he met any pets Irontalon told Fluttershy about how he was hungry and Fluttershy looked scared "um well you cant eat my pets. so go to the plains out side of Ponyville and hunt as much as you want little guy." Irontalon nodded and with two beats of his wings he was flying to the plains.

As he was flying over the plains he was searching for some kind of pray, he spotted a deer and he closed his wings falling down at the deer, right before hitting it like a arrow he got one strong flap of his wings so he was able to land on the deer's back and sink his talons in its back as it was running to get the little hunter off its back, he bit in to the deer's neck making the deer fall down dead, Irontalons started to fest of the dead body of his prey he heard a gasp and turned to see a scared rainbow haired pony, Rainbow Dash watched him kill the deer.

Rainbow Dash stepped closer "that." she said before adding "was!" she stepped even closer her eyes very wide "AWESOME!" she yelled before going on a rant about how he killed it and how cool it was. the little griffin that sat there enjoying complements that were being thrown at him. after a long time of getting a lecture on coolness Rainbow Dash flew away and Irontalon flew back to Fluttershy's home who quickly wiped his beak of any blood and set him on her back trotted to her back yard where she started to show him all of her pets.

Now Angel and Irontalon where face to face staring at echother not in any happy or angry way, they where just looking at each other blankly "so, your a bunny?" Irontalon asked and Angel nodded "uh, what do you like to do?" Angel just shrugged.

"Um well i hope you two had a good talk!" Fluttershy said coming in to the yard seeing the two looking at each other confused on what each other are. Fluttershy was just confused all around "uhh what um okay?" she walked out leaving rabbit and the griffin to keep staring at each other.

Irontalon woke up in the little bed he was given, he walked in the kitchen to see a paper shoved in his face he grabbed it and moved it down to see a happy yellow mare, he looked at the paper "i am going to school?" the griffin said from what he learned from the paper, Fluttershy nodded happily "yay! thank you Fluttershy!" a warm and kind smile was on Fluttershy's face but it quickly turned to shock when Irontalon hugged her.

She chuckled a bit and hugged him back then set a saddle bag on his back "lets head to school little guy." the two walked together talking about random things in tell they reached a happy looking red building. "Well just head in there and tell the teacher your new." Fluttershy said as she was walking back home, the little griffin walked in the school it seems to be called Ponyville School House not a very special name but it is a name. as the griffin walked the foals looked at him with shock, it seems griffins are not the most normal thing but not all of them where looking at him the same way, there was one filly who was smiling bright very happy to see him and he was happy to see her Sweet was siting there waving to him. he waved back and turned to the teacher.

"Um hello i am Irontalon, i am new student." the teacher smiled.

"Well Irontalon my name is Ms. Cheerally you can take a seat in any where open." Cheerally said as Irontalon took a seat next to Sweet who smiled at him and kept taking notes, and Irontalon took out ink, quail, paper, and began to take notes. after a long time and doing many different subjects it was play time Sweet seemed sad.

"Uhh Sweet whats wrong?" the griffin said worried for his pony friend.

"Well, just at play time i am alone i don't have any friends" Sweet looked down sadly but Irontalon raised her head.

"Oh ya, just forget about me." Sweet look shocked making Irontalon chuckle.

"No no no no! i didn't forget about you i me-" Irontalon cut her off by closing her mouth.

"I understand Sweet, in any case lets play!" Irontalon said before running out to the play ground with Sweet.
