The mane 10!

As the heli fell from thousands of miles in the air, Blue threw everyone into the supply closet next to them. He then flew to pick up everyone that was getting ready to fly out. Some people were already gone and he knew there was no way he could save them. He opened the supply closet and stuffed them in.

"What are you planning?" Artie yelled as Blue slammed the door.

"I don't know but you guys will survive... I hope."

"WHAT?" Artie yelled as Blue flew around the heli to look for Master Chief. He looked out the hole and saw the ship that took them down and knew that he had about eight more minutes before they crashed.

He turned and saw Master Chief holding on for dear life on the built-in counter. Blue flew to him and picked him up.

"You're gaining a few Chief."

"You're getting old Blue."

"Touché my old friend, Blue said as he threw Chief into the closet. Blue pulled out an energy sword he found and started slicing the hinge handles.

"Uh... Blue I know I'm not the smarterest person here but, I think you should be trying to get us out, not try to show some type of art. And Vido, why cant you just teleport us out?"

Vido said quietly, "I wish I could but I cant even teleport myself anymore without getting tired and getting this stinging pain in my eye."

"Why you're eye? Fluttershy asked and Vido just shrugged his shoulders.

While Fluttershy was asking Vido about everything that could've caused the pain and when it happened, Blue saw the plasma grenade come onto the ship right next to him. He dove into the supply closet and told everyone to hold on tight. Artie couldn't even ask why when the plasma grenade went off, tearing off the rest of the supply closet from the ship and sending them flying into the open air.  Vido was busy trying to make a spell and Blue and Rainbow Dash held on to the closet which was a hard thing to do.

"OHMYGOD WE'RE GOING TO DIE! I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING!" Artie wailed.

"You met me." Twilight Sparkle said earnestly.

"THAT DOESN'T COUNT!"

"Oh really huh? Okay." Twilight said as she disappeared from the monitor.

"Oh crap." Artie said under his breath. The tree branches were hitting Blue and Rainbow everywhere, they almost gave up hope when they saw the floor beneath them.

"I guess this is the end." Pinkie Pie said with tears going down her face.

"I'm going to miss you guys. Applejack said with a tearful grin.

"I'll miss you girls too." Twilight quickly said before she disappeared again leaving Artie begging her to forgive him.

"I love you girls. All of you." Fluttershy said as she looked at Vido.

"You guys are too sappy for me." Master Chief said as he jumped out of the closet and landed with no problem.

"I hate that guy." Rainbow Dash said angrily.

"No...no we're not going to end like this. Vido closed his eyes and reopened with his eyes glowing red. The supply closet was surrounded with a red bubble and they teleported to safety. Everyone landed on the forest floor dazed and confused. They looked up and noticed that they were only a couple seconds from death as they saw the closet crash down a few feet away, spreading debris everywhere.

"Those were some tall trees, I thought we should've been fallen. Artie said. Everyone jumped on top of each other giving each other hugs and crying from joy.

They were all congratulating Vido and asking him how'd he do it. Twilight was astounded, thinking that she was the only pony that could do that. Sylvia popped up and said.

"Vido, you just used some of your awakening magic."

"What's that?" Everyone asked.

"All unicorns have great potential in magic. It doesn't matter who you are or were. Star Swirl was very lazy until he grew into his adult years because he opened awakening. They say he was the last stallion or pony to ever awaken his magic. But you, you tapped into it. You could awaken it if you tried."

"How long do you think that would take?" Vido asked.

"I'm not sure, it took Star Swirl thirty years. but only if you study hard."

"THIRTY YEARS!"

"Yeah, I believe it would be that fast, what'd you think it'd be longer?"

"NO SHORTER!" Vido yelled.

"Hahahaha. You're funny. You cant be a great wizard in ten or twenty years. We're not in touch with magic like we used to. The element of magic was long forgotten and it was only reawakened with Twilight. They were going to finish arguing until they saw the ship they were in completely explode from all of the plasma grenades.

"Back to business." Blue said with a sigh. Master Chief walked to Blue while Sylvia was talking to Vido and was formulating a plan.

"Cortana, how many aliens are there?"

"16 all together. Two are in the Wraith, 5 are in ghosts, and the rest are just walking around and waiting on us I presume."

"Let's not keep them waiting." Master Chief said as he ran to the open field where the aliens were.

"He never waits. I want you guys to wait here and hide until we're done with them." Blue said with a grin.

"I'm okay with staying are you Twi?" Artie asked only to get no answer.

"No, let us come and help. You'd do the same for us!" Rainbow Dash said.

"No Rainbow, this is their fight, well let them do what they have ter do. Blue said the thing that attacked us is the easiest things to erm, get rid of, but we were scarred and scared. Besides we can use this time to find out how to get home." Applejack said with a kind look in her eyes.

"AND WE CAN THROW A PARTY ON OUR WAY BACK!" Pinkie Pie yelled.

"Yea, sure, fine." Rainbow Dash said as she sat down, crossing her arms in frustration. Blue shrugged his shoulders and left to join the battle while everyone else figured out a way to go home.
