The mane 10!

Artie was distraught. He stared at trees and pictured himself anywhere but the crapper planet he was in now. He had those sullen thoughts while everyone planned on a way back home. Every idea was quickly shot down by Twilight, who knew the problems and holes in each plan. Fluttershy thought she could talk to some animals and see if they knew anyone that might know how to open portals. That idea itself had holes in it. Rainbow Dash thought she could do a sonic rainboom so powerful, she could blast into another dimension. Twilight reminded her about the last time she went into another portal because of using sonic rainboom and the traumatic experience she had with three little girls with weird powers! Pinkie Pie thought they should live here and throw parties with no one agreeing to.

Applejack was throwing in helpful ideas but it seemed none of them would work. Rarity was too busy fussing on how everyone looked to throw in ideas. Vido was quiet looking at the butterflies or just keeping his head down. Artie was scoffing whenever he was paying attention which he hardly ever would. Twilight was about to yell from frustration until Pimkie Pie had an idea.

"Why don't we just ask Princess Celestia to bring us back? She has to be watching us, otherwise she wouldn't had just left us without a way to contact her. She is probably giggling at us over here fussing at how we cant even realize that she's watching us!" Everyone that was frowning was now smiling, even Artie had a gleam in his eye.

"You...you mean we can leave right now?" Artie asked.

"Well...no, remember we have to bring Blue and Sylvia back right? Besides, Princess Celestia would've at least told us that she would be listening." Twilight said, leaving everyone with their head down.

"I mean we don't really need to wait for them. We could just go back, freshen up a bit, eat something, wait a few years, get a change of clothes, bring some extra supplies-"

"Wait, wait, wait. Did you just say wait a few years until we go back for Blue? I am very disappointed in you Artie! I would think you were a lot kinder then that. My goodness you are such a hypocrite! Twilight yelled.

"Now how am I a hypocrite?" Artie asked with a nervous glance at his friends who were eagerly awaiting Twilight's response.

"Whenever we go somewhere or at least get ready to go somewhere, you take at least thirty minutes just to get ready! I take at the most twenty! But you don't ever hear me complain! I just wait patiently. You should do the same!" Twilight yelled with everypony smirking and giggling.

"You cant rush perfection honey!" Artie scoffed.

"Perfection?! That pimple on your face is perfection?! I saw you talking to it a week ago in the mirror!"

"UGH...HOW...DARE...UGH!" Artie complained, covering his face. Applejack cut their argument short with pointing out the ginormous machine landing down in the open field.

"Wow, do yer think Blue needs our help?" Applejack asked.

"Of course not Applejack! Blue is with Master Chief! They could take down a world if they had to!" Rainbow Dash said with a gleam in her eye.

"Enough about Blue Chief and Master Lightning, we need to get out of here pronto!" Rarity exclaimed.

"Wait... wait one second. I bet all we have to do is ask Princess Celestia and she'll let us out!" Twilight yelled.

"Twilight that's... genius why didn't anyone else think of that?" Artie asked.

"That seems... very...likely." Fluttershy said. Everypony was murmuring in agreement while Pinkie Pie yelled hey until Artie said,

"Okay I'll try. PRINCESS CELESTIA WE WOULD ALL LOVE TO GET BACK HOME. BLUE IS ON HIS WAY AND WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE PORTAL OPEN." Artie exclaimed while bowing.

Nothing happened except for a purple and black leaf that twirled in the breeze. After a couple of minutes they realized that either nopony was listening, or Artie didn't say the right things.

"I'll give it a try." Twilight said. She bowed down in her AI form and said cautiously. "Dear Princess Celestia. I have to ask you for an opening to our world. Blue Lightning is currently fighting an explosive battle that he will no doubt come back from, but we would like an opening to the portal for the sake of knowing you're listening to us. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you." Unlike the last time, a BLUE and purple leaf flew past through the breeze. But then suddenly, a portal opened.

"Oh yeah I forgot the Princess hates me." Artie murmured. They all started walking in and they soon saw Blue charge in behind them. They all stumbled and fell their way through the portal back to Equestria. Leaving the Halo universe behind them to never come back.
