Some Letters to Celestia

Dear Princess Celestia,

I believe I should apologize for my inability to attend Miss Applejack's funeral, well you probably assumed I would not be there, because of circumstances I know you are aware of. I heard it was not open casket, which I must admit is a shame, because she had such a pretty face. Oh, how it does pain me to think of little Applebloom losing her big sister to the mysterious murderer. Oh and their grandmother, must be balling. I will be sure to send them my condolences in some bits or something. What kind of person would I be if I took something away from someone without paying them in any way. The answer is a bad one, but you think of me as evil anyway, so that's that.

Believe it or not, I have not touched any of your subjects as of late, but I did come across something disturbing that may or may not have come to your attention. I was in the Crystal Empire recently to pay my friend Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, and I believe I was the first her body too, because I found her in her quarters completely mutilated. I was aghast. I was planning on spending a night with her, as I do, or used to do quite regularly. No, I don't mean we have intercourse, or anything of that manner. I would dine with Shining Armor and Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, and stay in a guest chamber within the castle. I don't think they were aware of what I had done to Twilight or Applejack, because I was met in the city with open arms.

Oh Princess Celestia, the majesty you will find within the Crystal Empire. The streets are paved in glistening crystal sheets, and the ponies themselves are tinted in that color. Oh, but Celestia I know you know this, but I just can't help talking about it. Princess Celestia, when you catch me I must ask a favor. Would their be any way my execution could in be in the Crystal Empire. Set me up on a pike over all of the ponies there, and all the ponies from Canterlot and Ponyville, and all the lands come as well. We could make a grand festival of it. All the ponies from everywhere would come, and there would be food and games. The foals could throw stones at me, and the mares and stallions could buck in the ribs, or stab in the feet. I am quite fond of burning as a torture method. The smell of burning flesh is enough my mouth watering. Oh, and for my execution you could bring me up through the castle, and hang me upside down as you have pegasus after pegasus ram me in the stomach and head. You could always have them use blades to cut me up, and I can bleed to death. Would you prolong it? I mean, you could always keep me in the town center as you cause massive damage, and then you would close the wounds or heal the burns, and then do it again and again, until I finally died. Or, would you do it yourself. Oh wouldn't that be a site to see! The great Princess Celestia executing a enemy of the state herself, I wouldn't believe it unless I saw it.

Now, back to what I was talking about with Princess Mi Amore Cadenza. I found her in her quarters in quite a mess.

Now, before I go on, you will not charge for the murder of the Princess! She was my friend, and she has been my friend since I came to Equestria five years ago. I remember it like it was yesterday. I was thrust into this world from my cozy home in New York, and it was terrifying. I was immediately thrown into a dungeon within the Crystal Empire, but then I met Shining Armor. He was a boring colt, but had his heart in the right place. We talked for hours a day, and he began giving much higher quality food than that of the average prisoner there.

One day we were all sent out to the courtyards for exercise as we were once a week. The two stallions that were imprisoned next to me new about the food he had been giving me, and were particularly cross with me. The first time I drew blood was this day. They both charged me, but before a guard could react to this I snapped ones neck, and then broke the jaw of the other. I did not see Shining Armor again until a year later, when he told me I was free to go. He led me out of that horrid dungeon, and that's when I met the lovely Princess Mi Amore Cadenza. She was beautiful, oh so beautiful. Her beauty could not compare to that of any creature from the lands that I come from. A few months later after I had been released, I ended up talking to her. It started as a casual conversation, but dragged on for hours. This was when I learned that Shining Armor and herself were married. This crushed me, but I was persistent to at least have a friend.

Princess Celestia, I never really had any friends back where I came from. I was that soul that people wanted to make fun of. I was relentlessly bullied as a child, and my parents were not exactly kind to me. I was beaten, and on one occasion molested. That however is a conversation for another letter.

Me and Princess Mi Amore Cadenza talked and stayed in touch for two years before I moved away to Manehatten, but we still wrote to each other.

Dammit! I keep going on tangents, I need to keep my brain on track while I write this, because there is not much time left before I must leave. The body, oh the body of my beloved Princess Mi Amore Cadenza was left in ribbons. There were long scars running horizontally from her flank to her head. There seemed to be acid burns on her face making it nearly undefinable. She was missing her hooves as well, and she also had a wing removed, but it looked like it was ripped off by hand. It looked like there were organs missing considering how unnaturally thin she was, but that is just a guess. Autopsies are still being conducted.

Now, I promise you, I will help you find this man, but you have to promise me something, just as I will promise you something. While this man or woman is loose in this country, you will not hunt me down, just as I won't kidnap and kill any of your subjects until this man is custody, or has been caught by me. So Celestia, do we have a deal?

Alright, you are to go to a very special place that will help you capture this man. I may be there, or may not be, but please remember this agreement, if you have the capacity to honor such an agreement. This place is located in the Everfree Forest, and will only appear to you, if you need it to. Go alone, it will not appear with your guards standing around. Find a man named Milenko, and he will give you the information you need. He knows everything about everything. You may want to be careful when speaking with these people by the Princess, they are not the type that you would want to trifle with.
