Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash: Sisters Forever

Scootaloo was on the train to Canterlot, along with Rainbow Dash and her friends. She and Rainbow Dash were the only ones awake at the moment. Rainbow Dash couldn't sleep because she was still very angry and was trying to calm herself down. Scootaloo on the other hoof, was trying to ignore the crippling pain in her very empty stomach.  She tried not to groan, as it would get some pony's attention, but was unsuccessful.

"OHHHHHH!", she groaned out loud. Rainbow Dash immediately heard the groan and went over to Scootaloo, who was rubbing her stomach.

"What's wrong, Squirt?", she asked.

"N-nothing, Rainbow Dash"

A loud rumble came from Scootaloo's stomach. It was so loud, Pinkie squirmed in her sleep. Rainbow Dash put her hoof on Scootaloo's stomach. She could feel Scootaloo's tiny ribs.

"When's the last time you ate?" Scootaloo was afraid to answer that question. She didn't want Rainbow to get steamed. "Squirt?"

"I..." Her stomach rumbled again, this time louder, making Scootaloo groan in pain again. Rainbow Dash started rubbing Scootaloo's stomach.

"Tell me please" Taking a deep breath, Scootaloo spoke.

"I haven't eaten in like a week! I always just sit at the table and watch my mom eat. And when she's full, she throws the leftovers in my face!!" Rainbow Dash had to strain to keep herself from yelling.

"What?! OOH THAT BI-" Scootaloo put her hoof over Rainbow's mouth before she could finish.

"Please don't say it"

"Sorry Scoots. Anyway, is there anything you want from the food car? I can get you something." Scootaloo thought about it before speaking.

"Some hay fries and soda would be okay"

"OK, Squirt. Wait here" Rainbow Dash took off, heading to the food car. Scootaloo laid there, thinking about her new life, and her new sister. Her idol, or, quote: "The Most Awesome Pony in all of Equestria", was going to be her sister. She kept thinking before an opening door interrupted her thoughts. She looked up to see Rainbow Dash walking towards her with her hay fries and soda.

"Here ya go, Squirt", she said, hoofing the food to Scootaloo and sitting down next to her.

"Thanks, Rainbow Dash"

"No problem, Squirt"

Scootaloo shoved her face into the hay. She couldn't help it. It tasted so good. Rainbow Dash looked at Scootaloo, who was stuffing her face with hay. Smiling, she began to pet Scootaloo's mane. However, the exact moment she touched the top of Scootaloo's head, Scootaloo flinched hard and immediately looked up. Seeing Rainbow Dash, Scootaloo got embarrassed.

"S-sorry, Rainbow Dash"

"It's OK, Scoots. It's just something you have to get used to."

Scootaloo went back to her food while Rainbow Dash kept petting her mane. After about five minutes, Scootaloo finished her hay and drank her soda. Scootaloo let out a loud burp and then yawned loudly. Her meal had gotten to her.

"I guess you need some sleep" Scootaloo looked up at Rainbow Dash, fluttering her eyes. Rainbow Dash let a small 'aw' escape her mouth. She covered Scootaloo up and was about to get back into her bed when she felt something pulling on her tail. She looked back to see her tail in Scootaloo's hooves.

"What is it, Scoots?"

"Can you lay with me, please?

Rainbow Dash smiled then nodded. She got into Scootaloo's bed and laid down next to her. She suddenly felt something go into her chest. She looked up to see Scootaloo snuggling with her. Rainbow Dash thought this was adorable and draped her wing around Scootaloo. Right before Scootaloo fell asleep, she said something that caught Rainbow Dash off guard.

"I love you, Big Sister"

Rainbow Dash felt a tear come to her eye when hearing this. Putting her head on top of Scootaloo's she said one last thing to Scootaloo before falling asleep.

"I love you too, Little Sister", she said as she kissed Scootaloo on her forehead.
