Chapters White Cliffs of Dover and New Enimies
I was new to this Squadron to say the least, I had just turned 17 a few mouths ago and I wanted to join the RAF. Now here I was in a Spitfire fling to the right of the 4 men squad. My name is Liam Garrison by the way, I had brown hair and eyes. I was 5'9 (That's how tall a normal male was back then) and was growing a small mustache. Anyway, lets get back to the story .
We continued in formation until we got close to the Cliffs of Dover before we spotted a formation of HE-101 bombers a mile out. We approached them at alarming speeds, the ME-109s broke off to engage us.
"Liam, since your new go for the bombers we'll take the fighters." said our squadron leader.
"Yes sir" I responded. I pushed the yoke forwards causing the aircraft to descend down towards my target. A lone HE-101 was flying to the outer edge I made the right adjustments to the aircraft lining my sights on the wing of the lone aircraft. I pressed the trigger with my right thumb sending .303 bullets out the outer wings screaming towards the bombers engines. When the bullets collided with the wing it tore it to shreds sending fuel and shrapnel in all directions. I flew past it before pulling upwards to the left, looking back to my target the wing exploded into a fire ball. Tilting to the right the bomber did a death spiral and hit the sea sending a funnel of water then fire into the air. My firsts kill, already other Spitfires rain from the sky taking out the bombers threatening our country. I felt proud as ever.
"Help! This is Danny Boy I got a fighter on my tail." yelled out a squad mate.
"I'm coming!" I yelled pulling up into the dog fight. I looked left and right for Danny but until I looked upwards I spotted him and a Jerry on his tail. Pulling backwards on the stick I rocketed towards them. Danny's engine was smoking and his left wing was torn to shreds, how he is staying up is far beyond me. The Jerry had no idea I was coming from beneath him. Lining up the scopes I pushed down on the trigger sending tracers into the aircraft belly exploding into a fire ball immediately.
"I got em!" I yelled but no response. I looked to Danny's plane only to see it falling out of the sky, I watch helplessly as it slammed into the ground sending fire, dirt, and metal into the air. Then a small but audible 'boom!' came after. I looked away from the sight, leveling out I called out for my squadron mates only to get static.
Bullets flew past my canopy as a ME-109 tried to shoot me down. I began to move around trying to stay out of his sights. Pulling upward to the left I turned onto my belly before going beneath him. Rolling around another 180 degrees I pulled up on the stick getting behind him. It was my turn, he moved left and right trying to get into my sights only to usually run into them. Every time he did I gave him a little burst putting holes into his craft. Then he stood still, pressing the trigger the bullets tore the aircraft apart sending him into a death roll as it plummeted to the ground. My 3rd kill, 2 more and I'm an ace. Flying through a cloud I felt the Spitfire shake due to turbulence. When I flew out the scenery seemed to change.One thing that was different was the landscape, there were mountains all around a valley.
"This is Red 2 does anybody copy?" I was only greeted by static. "I repeat does anyone read? This is Red 2 of the RAF, is anyone reading me?" Once again I was greeted by static.
"Dammit!" I yelled as I looked around. 'Bloody Hell, I must be going insane. ' I said in my head rubbing my eyes. I scanned around until my sights locked onto a small town, there was a farm near by it that had enough space for me to land. 'Maybe I can ask the locals where I am. ' I began my descent lowering my air speed, flying over the town I couldn't help but notice that how colorful the towns people were. 'Strange... ' I lowered the landing gear when I was over the farm, I hit the ground but it was a lot bumper than I thought it would be. Coming to a halt I turned off the engine then opened the canopy. Climbing out I put my feet on the wings before closing the canopy, jumping on the ground I kept my hand close to my Mk I .38 revolver.
"It went this way!" yelled out a voice. I ran behind a tree, looking around it 3 women.. no creatures were heading this way.
'I haft to be insane. ' I thought.
One of them was a white with light purple hair with a light pink stripe through it and what looked like a horn on its head. Her eyes were a lime green. It was wearing green dress with hooves... actually they all had hooves. They also looked like they had 2 knees instead of one I guess.
Another was an orange coated with purple hair. It wore a blue T-shirt and a pair of blue jean shorts. Her eyes purple eyes and what looked like wings.
The last but not least had a light cream coat with red hair. She wore a pair of American overalls with a white t-shirt underneath. She had orange eye, her back was turned to me so I was able to see a tail.
I pulled myself behind the tree to prevent them from seeing me. 'Alright, I have gone insane or this is real.' I started to jog back to the aircraft when...
"WHAT IN CELESTIA'S NAME IS THAT?!" I heard behind me. I broke into a sprint. Almost tripping I was able to rebalance myself.
Opening the canopy something slammed into me, falling on the wing the orange one positioned herself over my gut and started to choke me. Reaching up I grabbed her by the neck and did my best to choke her. I wouldn't hurt a woman but she attacked me so I had to defend myself. We were stuck in that position for a moment, I could feel my rod starting to get stiff. I reeled back my right arm and punched her right in the muzzle. She let go and covered her muzzle, taking my chance I grabbed her by the side and flipped us off the wing. I landed on top of her, positioning my self I was about to punch again but I made the mistake of looking into her eyes. They where full of fear and pain, like she had been hit before but was only a child. I let my fist fall to the side before standing up.
I climbed onto the wing and reached into the canopy priming the engine. Jumping off I made my way to the front and grabbed the propeller before giving it a good pull. First time it sputtered but died, second was not so lucky, third was the charmer. I roared to life as the prop started to rotate at high speeds. Climbing on the wing a lasso shot out of nowhere and wrapped around me, I turned to whoever threw it at me.
This one was new, orange furred wearing an American southern styled leather jacket and hat with a red shirt that exposed her belly underneath. She was also wearing a pair of blue jeans that were cut towards her hips and her blonde hair was tied up in a long ponytail. (No Puns Here) It also had large green eyes.
There was one beside it that had a lavender coat wearing a white button up shirt that exposed... well her breast. You will haft to excuse me, I never really paid attention to women. Its hair is purple with a pink line on the middle the same as the tail. Wearing a short dark purple skirt it also had purple eyes and a horn.
"Gotcha ya vermin." said the orange one. Pulling on the lasso. I resisted but slide towards her. Pulling out my knife I cut the rope, I ran to my plane pain shot up from my spine. I yelled out in pain as what ever it was seared my skin. I crawled my way into the canopy and closed it. When I did something slammed into it. It was that purple one that was probably hit me with whatever is causing my flesh to burn. She had the look of pity on her face but I didn't care, all I cared about was getting out of there. I slammed the throttle forward casing sharp pain to rocket up my back as the aircraft accelerated. Pulling back on the yoke I lifted into the air. My passenger had already fell of before I lifted into the air. Climbing altitude I tried to get as much distance from them from me. I looked down to my fuel gage to see that it hasn't changed at all. It was still at full believe it or not.
I looked around to see a castle, turning my yoke to the right I started to make my way over there. After about 5 minutes of flying I noticed something fly past me, it looked like a smoke trail that had green sparks coming off it.
"Bloody Hell! What's Next?! DRAGONS!?!" I yelled.
10 Minutes Later...
As I approached the castle I could see what looked like Guards running across the walls. I was on the outskirts when a pink bolt flew towards me, dodging it.
"That's it you lot! I have had enough!" I yelled before I leveled my sights on the wall before pulling the trigger. The trances ripped the stone wall apart as the bullets impacted. The guards started to high tail it out of the way. Fling over the palace I turned around for another run. Coming in low I leveled my sights with a group, before I pressed the trigger a voice yelled out.
"STOP!"
I pulled back on the yoke causing to rocket into the sky. I pulled it back towards the right causing me to fly in the 1 o'clock detection. I began to cycle the palace trying to figure out who stopped me. My sights locked onto a white one with a baby blue dress with a sun close to the neck and a star on the left hip with a golden necklace and crown. This ones hair was a mixture of colors and it was blowing in an unseen wind. It also had a horn and wings, Royalty was my guess due to the guards bowing to her but I didn't care she isn't my Queen. I tilted the yoke to the left and pulled back fling away from the castle.
1 Hour Later Flying Southward...
The sun was beginning to dip under the horizon. I was confused on how fast it moved through the sky and shocked on how I haven't plummeted from the sky due to fuel loss but the meter says it's full. Once night settled I continued to fly onward until city lights caught my eye. It was about 30 miles away from were I was so I began my decent into the forest. In this forest there was a long enough clearing to be able to land and take off. Lowering my landing gear I made my slow descent to the ground. I bounced a few times before coming to a rest, I pushed down on the left pedal causing the aircraft to turn left. Once I was positioned for a take off I turned off the engine. Getting out I started to head into the woods.
30 minutes later....
After I had gathered fire wood I made a fire and made a makeshift tent out of twigs and leaves. I had a can off rabbit stew and a cast iron pot just encase I ever got shot down. I opened the can before poring it into the pot, after about 10 minutes it was done and chow was served.
*snap*
Putting down the bowl I grabbed my revolver and pulled it out of the holstered. Looking around I saw a shadow jump from a tree to another.
"Come out, there's no use in hiding." I said in the detection of the shadow. "I won't harm you."
Then the shadow walked out with it's hands up in the air. When it walked out of the shadows it looked like one of those Guards but different. Instead it was dark lavender/blue armor that exposed the chest and belly what looked to be spandex. Its coat was a dark grey and 'mane' was a dark blur with a light blue rim. Eyes were a golden green and fangs sticking out of her upper jaw. One thing I really noticed is that she was injured.
I slowly put my revolver back into my holster but kept the hammer primed.
"Um.... ugh..." was all I was able to choke out.
She said nothing before turning turning around.
"Wait!" I said grabbing her by the shoulder. "You must be cold and hungry, please stay."
She slowly began to turn around, I escorted her to the fire pit. She sat down with her arms around her legs, running to my Spitfire I grabbed a blanket and some bandages before making my way back to the fire. I opened up the blanket and wrapped it around her body. I moved over to the other side of the fire, grabbing the pot a spoon and offered it to her. She grabbed them.
"W-what is it?" she asked.
"It's rabbit stew." I said, After that she consumed it faster than anything I have seen before. She put it down on the ground when it was empty, after sitting there for a few minutes she broke the silence.
"If I may, who and what are you?" she asked.
"Me? I am what's known as a human. My name is Liam Garrison of the Royal Air Force." I said.
"So, your a g-guard?" she asked.
"No... well kind of, I'm a fighter pilot of that Spitfire over there." I said gesturing to my aircraft. "If I may ask, what is your name?" She was silent for a moment before speaking up.
"My name is Midnight Rose, I am a bat-pony." she said.
"Midnight Rose, never heard that name before. But it's still a really good name." I said offering her a smile. She smiled back. "If I may, what are you doing out here all alone?" Her smile faded and looked like she was about to cry.
"You may be a soldier but no one deserves to go through what I have been through." she said. I nodded in response.
"I've had my share of killing my bat-pony friend."
"How?"
"Back where I come from there is a war going on, I being one of many RAF fighter pilots have shot down my fare share of shooting others out of the skies." There was a long pause before she spoke up.
"Me and my squad were betrayed by Captain Armors battalion searching for you. The Night Guard is well trained, better than the Day Guard. We have always been." I nodded at this new known fact. "We were able to hold most of them off but they over ran us, I was able to escape but I don't know about the others." I felt sorry for her, honestly I did. Being betrayed by your own kingdom sucks.
There was another long pause before I spoke up. "Tell me more about this Captain Armor block."
Attack on the Crystal Empire
I was up early today, I was preparing an attack. Last night I told her about where I came from and the War I was serving in. I checked the fuel tank only to see the fuel was still there and ammo had not changed ether. My objective was to lure Armor into a trap attack the Crystal Empire. If I attack his wife then I would be able to draw him to me, when he does I'll kill him.
Priming the engine I made my way to the front, starting it up it roared to life. Getting back into the cockpit Midnight sat down in my lap, her wings were damaged so she couldn't fly. Closing the canopy I pushed the throttle forward I made my ascent.
6 Hours Later...
I descended on the unsuspecting Crystal Empire. The main palace was my main target, due to Midnight's intel Captain Armor was in Canterlot. There was also a train which I could destroy if they send reinforcements. I began to get lower to the ground lining up the range and sights, civilians started to look my way. Getting closer I heard something in the back of my head.
'Use the force Luke... oh wait wrong story. ' said a voice.
I was confused but went back to what I was doing. I aimed at what looked like the thrown room. Pressing the trigger the bullets tore into a barrier of some sort. Pulling away I turned around to strike again, the barrier where I hit seemed to be cracking like glass but was healing it's self. During this process I notice the 'Crystal Heart' glow as well. A new plan formed.
'Break the Barrier, Grab the Heart, Kill the Guards, Prevent them from Escaping. ' I thought.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Midnight yelled.
"Avenging you fallen comrades!" I said.
Pulling back around I gained some distance before flying between the buildings. Slowing my air speed I pressed the trigger sending the .303 caliber bullets into the shield. After 7 seconds of continues fire it shattered, pushing the throttle to max I flipped into my belly and reached out an arm. I hoked the Heart, once out of the pillars I pushed down on the yoke casing me to fly upwards upside down. I put the Heart in my lap then rolled around for another run. Aiming for the throne room I pilled the trigger ripping up the castle like it was glass. It might as well been made out of glass the way the bullets tore through it. The Crystal Guards finally spring into action as they fired bolts of 'Magic' at me. I aimed for the group, the bullets tore into there ranks sending crimson blood all over square. Pulling upwards to avoid buildings I notice that 'Princess Cadence' the ruler of the empire and her Daughter were getting on the train. Changing my coarse I got close before firing at the engine. The engine exploded into a fire ball. They were trapped now, the only way out know was by chariot, a suicide attempt. I circled the train waiting for them to come out. They did walking beside each other in defeat. They walked back to the destroyed palace. Then a pink flash caught my attention, in this flash was 5 'Earth Pony' guards, 4 'Unicorn' Guards, 6 'Pegisi' Guards, and the crown jewel... Shining Armor.
Dog Fight Enabled...
The 6 Pegisi took to the skies aiming for me. I flew into the clouds my advantage in this because they haft to walk on them. I flew inside the cloud before spotting a group of 3 Pegisi hovering. Aiming I let the led fly, they exploded into a mess of blood and gore. Then another came out, trying to spear me only to run into the blades covering my windshield with blood and pink pieces of intestines. The last 2 tried to get behind me, pulling on the clutch causing me to flip behind him. They turned from each other, I went for the left one. We 'danced' for a few seconds before I landed a hit on her tearing her in haft. The last one was no were to be found so I climbed to higher altitudes. Searching I found the little fucker. She was flying at low altitude, I began my descent on the unaware pony. Aiming a bit in front of her I pulled the trigger, the traces soared through the sky impaling the Pegasus through the chest. She fell to the ground impacting it with a splat! My sights settled on Armor, I couldn't see his face but I suspect that he had the look of shock on his face. I flew at him as he started to run but I was faster. The wing hit him in the stomach pulling on the yoke we flew into the sky. He was holding onto the wing for dear life, we flew to the outskirts of the Empire where I landed. I walked out and pulled out my revolver, grabbing him by the armor I forced him onto his knees.
"You are a traitor and will die one. " I yelled pulling by the hammer and putting it against his skull. I was about to pull the trigger when.
"Daddy!" yelled out a voice. I looked to see who it was, on the hill was Cadence, her Daughter, and 9 Guards.
"STEP ANY CLOSER AND HE DIES! " I yelled. They all stopped in their tracks. "He is a traitor! He killed his own men!" I yelled to them.
"And they had it coming." Armor said. Pressing against his forehead a voice wrong out.
"Shut Up!" I yelled before a flash came out of nowhere.
"I think I will take it from here." said a motherly voice. I turned my head to the right to meet the same 'Alicorn' I saw at the castle. To say her appearance calmed me was an under statement, I felt something grab my pistol as it slowly fell out of my hands. It floated towards her in a golden aura before it landed in her palm. Then something hit me in the back of the head.
Turning around getting into a fighting stance, he threw a punch at me. Blocking it with my left arm I reeled back my right fist before punching him in the side of the skull. I then preceded to kick him in the gut before picking him off the ground and throwing onto the Spitfires wing. Getting on top of him I struck down on his head again, and again, and again. Blood covered my fist as his muzzle was crimson red due to how much he was bleeding. Getting off I threw him onto the ground.
"And stay down!" I yelled. I started to fell lightheaded and sharp pain moving inside me, turning to Celestia I her hand and horn were glowing. That was all I was able to assume before falling over unconscious.

Derping through Canterlot
When I came around the first thing I notice is that I was laying in a softest bed in the world. The sheets causing warmness in my chest, like having a warm bath. I could hear the wind blow through the trees making the leaves rustle. Opening my eyes only for the suns unforgiving rays to assault them. I lifted my arm to block them until my eyes adjusted to the light. When my eyes did I looked around the room, the wallpaper was white with a oak nightstand that had my revolver on it, a dresser and wardrobe to my left and a balcony strait in front of me. Lifting the covers I noticed I was nude, covering my private area I had not noticed somepony come in. I opened the dresser and looked through it only to find nothing.
*cough*
I froze in my spot, slowly turning around Midnight was behind me.
"Looking for these~?" she asked in a sexual tone lifting my clothes.
"Um... yes." I said walking over still covering my privates.
"Oh, so soon to get clothed? The night is still young, we could..." she drifted off with lust in her eyes getting closer to me, we were the same height if not I was a few inches taller. My cheeks rushed with blood.
"Wait a bloody minute, I'm still a virgin and I'm keeping it for a long time!" I said.
"Well then your lucky that Canterlot Heat hasn't started yet." she said handing me clothes.
"Canterlot what?" I asked grabbing them.
"Canterlot Heat... what does your kind not have a heat cycle?"
"No..."
"Also I forgot to ask, are you ruled by Royalty?"
"Not really, the days of Kings and Queens has come to an end. Our Queen is just a figure head for tradition."
"Anyway, for killing 6 Day Guards you will have to be punished." she said.
"As long as it doesn't involve anything sexual or taking away my Spitfire and revers engineering it. That would be a huge security breach." I said walking over to the night stand and picking up my pistol.
"My punishment is you have to be a guard to replace those you killed in that attack and you have to go with me and Princess Luna everywhere." she said.
"Doesn't sound that bad." I said.
5 Minutes Later in Canterlot Bathing Rooms...
I was holding a towel with a huge sulk on my face. I didn't think she meant Everywhere !
A While Later...
After a nosebleed we made our way to the throne room for the 'dreaded' Night court. I was standing beside Luna's throne ignoring the urge to scratch my legs. Luna was Celestia's sister. She was like Celestia but shorter and dark blue, her hair was a night sky blue with stars in her mane. To say she looked beautiful was an understatement. She was amazing... heh to bad I'm a different species. Anyway she wore a black dress like Celestia's with a moon on the upper chest and a white star on her right hip. Lets just say that she was curvy and... what am I thinking?! She's a different a race !
"And if we high the taxes we will have a better income for the nobles." I just stared at him for a moment.
"This wankers an idiot!" I said gesturing to him.
"What did you say?" said the Noble in a threatening me. I couldn't help but laugh.
"Forgive me, Princess but *cough* I couldn't hold it in." I said through the coughing.
"Princess, surly you can't let this creature be a guard!" he yelled.
"I can, I am the Princess after all." Luna said.
The noble walked out the room in a hurry, I just turned my head side to side smiling.
"How do you deal with them?" I asked.
"I just try to ignore them the best I can."
The rest of the night was uneventful, mostly Nobles complaining about stupid things like money, civilians, and one time Luna herself! I kicked him out though and I mean literally! We walking down the halls to somepony named Blueblood and what Luna told me that he can be an Ass.
"I've noticed something, why are all the Guards mares and I have only seen a few stallions?" I asked.
"Because mares are physically superior to males and only 1/10 foals are stallions. Is it not that way in your world?"
"No, there are more females or mares than 'stallions' but males are usually if not always soldiers." I said.
"Why would you send lower numbers into battles than larger numbers?" she asked.
"I don't know, but I guess it's due to males are more prone to violence than females." I said. "Anyway, your sure that no one will get near my Spitfire? Because it's going to need a hangar."
"Hanger?"
"A place where I can store my aircraft for the time being away from eyes and the elements."
"Oh..." she was silent for some time before an idea poped into her head. "We could use the ball room!" she said out loud.
"Sounds good enough to me, but if my Spitfire starts to dance on its own don't blame it on me."
She opened the door with her magic where we came across a scene. Blueblood as I guessed was yelling at a maid.
"And get it right next time!" he said before slapping her across the face.
"HEY!" I yelled out running at him.
"What is that thing! Guards seize it!" he yelled but the Guards didn't move . I was helping the maid up.
"Just shut up you bloke! You caused enough damage by your stupidity anyway." I said.
"You dare insult me?! Guards arrest him! I wan't him executed!" the Guards held as I helped the maid to the side. "Luna what is the meaning of this?!" he yelled. I ran up to him.
"Piss Off!" I yelled in his face. Meanwhile Celestia and Luna was just watching it happen. They were just surprised that someone was standing up to him. I was slapped across the face. Turning slowly to him, his face was full of smugness thinking he had authority over me. The only one that had authority was Luna, Celestia, the Queen, and Higher ranking officers of a Human military. Grabbing him by the neck I lifted him into the air. "Now, where is a good window I can throw his out?" I said looking around.
"Garrison, I think he has had enough. Put him down." said Celestia. Letting him go he fell to the ground landing on his bum.
"Yes, Princess... the only few who has authority over me." I said walking to her side.
"Now Blueblood... what is so important that you needed to interrupt me?" she said rubbing her temples.
"I was going to complain about the slaves but..." he was cut off by me.
"SLAVES?! Oh No-no-no-no-no-no-no-no! He did not just say that!" I said walking towards him but Celestia stopped me.
"Continue..." she said.
"Like I was going to say, until that thing you call a 'guard' attacked me. You honestly can't allow this thing to walk if not live!" 'Bluebutt' said.
"Oh, I'm sorry for ruining your 'little word'. Reality called me, she wants me to punch you in the face and that's what I'm here to do." I said. The tension was so thick you could smell it.
"Both of you shut it!"she yelled.
"Yes Ma'am." I said coming to full attention.
"Know your place freak." he said while getting.
"Bloody Hell! How thick is this block?!" I said, Celestia gave me a glare that could kill. "I need a coffee..."
After that we started to heading for the library.
"I think I'm going to start calling him Bluebutt..." a said out of the blue.
Cloudsdale Suspicions and Lunar Dog Fight
We turned down another hallway heading for the archives. The trip was uneventful really, I was itching to get up into the air. We approached a door that looked locked. Her hands glowed as well as horn as the door unlocked an slid open, following her in I was greeted by tons of books and I mean tons! We continued to walk through the endless labyrinth of books and scrolls until a faint singing caught my ear.

We walked around a bookshelf until Luna came into sight.
"Hush Now Dear Children, It Must Be This Way"
"To Weary Of Life And Deceptions"
"Rest Now My Children"
"For Soon We'll Away"
"into The Calm And The Quiet"
She turned around and noticed us. Even under her dark blue fur there was a little pink on her cheeks.
"Don't worry, I promise never to tell anypony or anything about this." I said.
"So thou are saying that he shall not speak of this event again?" she asked.
"What event?" I asked.
"Good." she asked.
"So, back to business. What is my assignment?" I said standing at attention.
"Right, we have suspicions that Cloudsdale a city made up of clouds has been lying to us about a colony of failed students."
"If I may, what do you mean by failed?"
"Cloudsdale is a city of pride, they think any Pegasus that fails their flight tests is a disgrace and exiles them to a 'colony' up north."
"So my mission is to recon the area of this supposed colony, I would also like to give you this." I said pulling out a SCR-300 radio.
"What is this?" Luna asked.
"This is a radio, I can talk to you at long ranges. I will contact you when I am close to the 'colony'." I said.
"Good, best of luck." she said.
"And to you." I gave a quick salute before turning around marching off.
6 Minutes Later...
I had pulled out of the makeshift hangar and prepared for take off. The Solar Guards gave me a thumbs up, I pushed the throttle forward. Gaining speed I pulled back on the yoke lifting into the air. Once out of the cities outskirts I stated heading north west. The sun high above me, this was going to be a long flight.
Hours Later...
It was a quiet night , Luna's moon was high in the sky and her stars shined happily. All of a sudden it was shattered by the sound of a roaring engine of a Spitfire. The pilot of this Spitfire was Liam Garrison of the RAF or used to... anyway he flew high above the clouds his scarf covering his face and cap covering his head. The location of the supposed colony came into view.
"This is Red 2, repeat this is Red 2 calling Luna over." a few seconds of silence later I remembered what I did wrong. "I forgot, use the head set... the thing at the end of the wire." I said. A few seconds later a voice came through.
"Luna here I hear you, what do you have to report."
"I see the colonies supposed location but I don't see anything."
"Is it because of the night?" she asked.
"One No, I can see clear as day it's just not there! All I see is flat land... Two, I have nyctophilia, which means I prefer the night over day. Anyway I'll patrol along the coast and report back to you. Red 2 out."
I began to lower altitude and get closer to the cliffs and beaches. Closing in I couldn't help but notice something coming up behind me when I was at lower altitudes. They where Pegisi all right, I let them follow me for a while until an arrow bounced off the canopy.
"I'm taking fire from unknowns, asking permission to engage."
"Yes thou are clear to engage. Shoot them out of my * night sky!***" I pulled on the clutch and throttle causing me to get behind the group. I pushed the trigger, a majority plummeted from the sky torn to shreds by the .303 caliber bullets. I didn't care how many kills I got anymore as long as I got the job done, but I still kept count. The others broke off flying in every direction trying to escape the threat, I went for the fastest. Lining up the sights I pushed the trigger, tracers light up the night sky in a brilliant display. She flew through the hell storm of bullets cutting her to ribbons. Pulling back on the yoke a Pegasus overshot me flying into my sights. I let a burst of machine gun fire escape my aircraft killing her. The last 2 had disappeared or so I thought. One was close to the water trying to escape, pushing the throttle to the max my aircraft shot forward at terrifying speeds. Catching up I pushed the trigger only to over shoot by a long shot but the poor Pegasus did not deter her coarse. I got behind her closing in for the kill, the sights were perfectly lined up but I couldn't push the trigger. This one knew it's fate and did not change it. I flew there for a moment thinking then I made my decision... she lives. Pulling out I flew beside her, she looked at me with fearful pink eyes, her body mostly covered in spandex. Giving her a quick salute I flew off towards the moon. Then my eye caught the other, this one was charging at me with a bow with determination in her eyes. Lowering my goggles I maxed my speed heading directly at her. My finger was over the trigger waiting to fire, closing the distance. I was diving directly from the moon giving me the advantage of lowering morale. She fired an arrow only to be chopped up in the blades. I pushed down on the trigger sending every bullet into her body. Blood covered my windshield and probably a good portion of my plane. I gained more altitude flying towards the moon, the direction Canterlot was.
"This is Red 2, enemy eliminated... 10 killed, 1 survivor... colony does not exist -long pause- returning to base." I said over the radio.
