As I head out the door, I stopped to take one last look at my new, beautiful home. It had anything a pony could need, BUT there is one thing I wish it could have. A room, with a mini room inside of it, with a cloud that hangs in the mini room on the ceiling, much like the thing the water comes out of in a shower, but instead of water..it would have..... chocolate rain! GENIUS! I can make a fortune with this idea! But, I wont give it away, its my chocolate....

Anywhooo, I walked out the door into the busy streets of Ponyville, and I saw a few of the same ponies, and a few new ones. One certain pony caught my eye. She had a pink mane, and and pink clothes. Her mane was all poofy and stuff, and her cutie mark had three balloons. They formed a triangle, and the bottom two were blue, and the top was yellow. She was caring like 50 hundred million balloons! Maybe not THAT many, but up there, being the gentlecolt I am, I walked up to her asked her if she needed help.

"Excuse me, you look like you need some help with those balloons." I said.

Suddenly she jumped up, letting go all of the balloons in the process, and inhaled very loudly. Then she, wait, did she just FLY away? She ain't no Pegasus. I didn't see any wings, maybe I'm going crazy, but I'm sure she didn't have wings, but anyway. She flew away really fast, right over my head.

"Okay then....' I said, surprised at what just happened. I decided I might be able to meet somepony else while I go to the market, since I need to fill my fridge up anyway.

In front of me there was a road that led to what looks to be the market center, and the busiest area. Shouldn't be to hard to meet somepony right? As I headed that way I saw the same buildings that look just like my house, and the amount of ponies increases as I got closer to the market. I saw lines for each one of the stalls, the smallest being five ponies.

"I hate lines.." I said, apparently loud enough for the cyan colored Pegasus next to me to hear.

"So do I, that's why I buy my food from Apple Jack." She said, in a voice that sounded like she thought I was talking to her when I said that.

I went along with the talking to her when I said that and asked. "Whats your name, and who is Apple Jack?"

"I'm Rainbow Dash, fastest flier in all of Equestia!" She shouted, flying up into the air and doing a few spins on the way up. She flew down and said "Oh, And Apple Jack is my friend, she sells apples and other stuff with apples in it. She also runs the Sweet Apple Acres. Who are you?"

"I'm Teal, I just got here by train and needed to fill up my fridge, so I was heading to the market." I said.

"Oh, your new here huh? Did Pinkie Pie say anything to ya?" She asked.

"Would she happen to be wearing tons of pink, and have a poofy pink mane?" I said.

"Yeah, that's Pinkie Pie alright." She said.

"Then yes, I was going to help her carry some balloons, then she freaked out and flew away"

"Oh, Pinkie always does that, no one really knows how she can fly and do all that, but we don't ask. She freaked out because she throws parties for all the new ponies." She said,

"Oh, that's nice. Anyways, you think I could buy some apples from Apple Jack?" I asked.

"Yeah, AJ will hook you up, you said your name was Teal right?" She said.

"Yeah, why?" I asked.

"Well, your not anywhere near teal.. and normally ponies are named after a color they are or something. Like I'm Rainbow Dash 'cause of my mane" She said as she showed off her mane.

"Well, Teal isn't my real name, just what everypony called me.. I don't remember my real name, guess they just called me Teal so much I forgot." I said.

"You, don't remember your real name?" She asked, looking sorta confused and sad at the same time.

"Yeah, buts its no big deal." I said. It was a big deal, but I don't want to seem like I want attention or anything.

"Oh, okay. Anywa- She began but was interrupted by Pinkie Pie

" Dashie!!! You know the new pony!? She asked. She called her Dashie, Heh, that's Hilarious.'

"Yeah, his name is Teal, and we were going to AJ's place to get him some apple stuff." She said.

"Oh cool! Can I come! Did you tell him about the party!? What else are you going to do? Is he going to meet everyone else? Is h-" She wanted to continue but "Dashie" Interrupted her by putting her hand over her mouth.

"Yes Pinkie, you can come, and I did tell him about the party, where is it going to be?" She asked, ignoring her other questions and taking her hand off of her mouth.

" Its going to be at AJ's farm! I told her about it and she agreed to have it at her place since the Cakes were to busy to have the party there." She answered.

"Okay, the three of us can head there and do the party thing, and get Teal his apples!" She said.

"Do I have a say in this?" I asked.

"Yeah, but you wouldn't want to miss one of pinkie's parties anyway. We were going to head there anyways, so why not?" She said.

"That's a good point, lead the way." I said.

"Yayyyy!!!" Shouted Pinkie Pie, causing a few other ponies to look this way.

"Not so loud, Pinkie." Said Rainbow Dash.

"Hey Rainbow Dash, you got a nickname or something, 'cause saying Rainbow Dash takes too long" I asked.

"Just call me Dash," She answered.

"You can call me Pinkie!" Said Pinkie Pie.

We started walking to Apple Jack's farm. Then I noticed that Pinkie was bouncing. Okay..... That's not odd..

I made a few new friends and I'm going to a party, on the first day! This is going to be fun.

I'm just going to hope that you can call the market stand thingy things stalls. If you now what they are please tell me :D. Also if you forgot, I did say hand 'cause of the anthro. They all are considered ponies still though :3 Over 1,000 words, yay!
